这样鞋跟垫片的鞋中底弧面与鞋中底的底弧具有相同曲度,而鞋跟贴合面与鞋跟能够适配贴合,使得鞋中底、鞋跟垫片和鞋跟三者可以完全的贴合在一起,之间没有间隙。克服了受到传统制鞋工艺的限制每双鞋的底弧无法做到精准不变,使得鞋的底弧也就是鞋跟部的弧度在与鞋跟连接时,鞋底弧与鞋跟贴合面的弧度无法实现完整的贴合的缺点。从而避免了鞋底弧与鞋跟贴合面之间不能完整贴合连接,会导致鞋底弧与鞋跟贴合面之间存在空隙。进而将鞋中底、鞋跟垫片和鞋跟连接起来,三者之间没有空隙,鞋本体不产生变形,即使在更换不同样式、不同高度、不同颜色的鞋跟,都能保持鞋跟的着地点水平着地,避免穿鞋者行走时鞋跟晃动,保证鞋本体的稳定性,给穿鞋者带来穿鞋的安全性,而且保持着鞋本体原有的舒适性。

具体实施方式
为使得本发明的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将运用具体的实施例及附图,对本发明保护的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而非全部的实施例。基于本专利中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本专利保护的范围。
本实施例提供一种可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,请参阅图1结合图2所示,包括:鞋本体;所述鞋本体包括:鞋面1,与所述鞋面1相连的鞋中底2以及与所述鞋中底2可拆卸连接的鞋跟3;在所述鞋中底2与所述鞋跟3之间设置有鞋跟垫片4;所述鞋跟垫片4设置有与所述鞋中底2底弧相同曲度的鞋中底弧面和与所述鞋跟3贴合适配的鞋跟贴合面。
由此可知,在所述鞋中底2与所述鞋跟3的连接部设置有鞋跟垫片4;所述鞋跟垫片4设置有与所述鞋中底2底弧相同曲度的鞋中底弧面和与所述鞋跟3贴合适配的鞋跟贴合面。
在本实施例中,所述水台15与所述鞋中底2前端的可拆卸连接方式可以采用滑槽方式连接,或磁吸方式连接,或螺纹方式连接,或卡扣方式连接。这样便于穿鞋者更换水台15。
在本实施例中,所述鞋本体还包括:请参阅图7所示,与所述鞋中底2的前端可拆卸连接的水台15;这里的鞋中底2的前端范围为人的脚掌走路受力区域至脚尖部分。所述水台15用于在所述鞋本体更换不同高度的鞋跟3时,通过同时更换所述水台15,使所述鞋本体前端与跟部保持一定范围的高度差。所述鞋本体前端与跟部高度差的范围为5mm至100mm之间。
可以理解的是,如果鞋本体只更换不同高度的鞋跟3,而鞋本体的前端不调整高度,将会使鞋本体的前后高度不一致,影响鞋的舒适性。在本实施例中,更换不同高度的鞋跟3时,同时更换水台15,使鞋本体保持前端与跟部的高度差,使鞋本体始终保持日常人们穿鞋的习惯高度差,即使更换不同高度的鞋跟3,由于有与之相配的水台15,也不会影响穿鞋的舒适性。
在本实施例中,鞋本体前端与跟部的高度差的范围为5mm至100mm之间。较佳的高度差在40mm至60mm之间,在这个高度差范围内符合穿鞋者的穿鞋习惯,保证穿鞋者的整个脚部前后受力均匀,在长时间站立或走路时,脚部不会感觉到酸痛和夹持感。
在本实施例中,鞋跟垫片4的鞋中底弧面与鞋中底2的底弧具有相同曲度,而鞋跟贴合面与鞋跟3能够适配贴合,使得鞋中底2、鞋跟垫片4和鞋跟3三者可以完全的贴合在一起,之间没有间隙。克服了受到传统制鞋工艺的限制每双鞋的底弧无法做到精准不变,使得鞋的底弧也就是鞋跟部的弧度在与鞋跟3连接时,鞋底弧与鞋跟贴合面的弧度无法实现完整的贴合的缺点。从而避免了如果鞋底弧与鞋跟贴合面之间不能完整贴合连接,会导致鞋底弧与鞋跟贴合面之间存在空隙。进而将鞋中底2、鞋跟垫片4和鞋跟3连接起来,三者之间没有空隙,鞋本体不产生变形,即使在更换不同样式、不同高度、不同颜色的鞋跟3时,都能保持鞋跟3的着地点水平着地,避免穿鞋者行走时鞋跟晃动,保证鞋本体的稳定性,给穿鞋者带来穿鞋的安全性,而且保持着鞋本体原有的舒适性。
在本实施例中,所述鞋跟垫片4的形状为水滴形,且所述水滴形鞋跟垫片靠近鞋后帮的一端为圆弧状,另一端为尖端状。可以理解的是,水滴形鞋跟垫片的圆弧状一端具有与鞋后帮相同的圆弧状,这样在与鞋中底2 贴合后,从鞋本体的外观来看,使鞋跟垫片4与鞋中底2具有整体性。而水滴形鞋跟垫片的尖端状,既可以适应鞋本体腰线位置的收缩,还缩小鞋跟垫片4本身的面积。
当然鞋跟垫片4的形状还可以制作成椭圆形,或弓形,或多边形等等,具体的形状还可以与鞋跟3贴合面的形状相适配,这里对具体形状不做限定。
在本实施例中,所述鞋跟垫片4采用塑料材料、或橡胶材料,或金属材料,或木质材料制作。
在本实施例中,所述鞋跟垫片4设置有垫片通孔;所述垫片通孔用于使所述鞋中底2与所述鞋跟3的可拆卸连接件穿过。
具体的,在本实施例中,请参阅图3,图4结合图5所示,所述鞋中底2设置有用于与所述鞋跟3的可拆卸连接的凸起连接部;所述鞋跟3设置有与所述凸起连接部采用过盈配合的凹槽;所述鞋跟垫片设置有用于使所述凸起连接部穿过的垫片通孔13;所述凸起连接部用于穿过所述垫片通孔13与所述凹槽胀接,使所述鞋中底2与所述鞋跟3可拆卸连接。
具体的,所述凸起连接部采用至少两个三棱柱结构,且所述三棱柱并列设置在所述鞋中底2上;所述鞋跟3的凹槽采用与所述三棱柱数量相同,形状相适配,且与所述三棱柱过盈配合的三棱柱槽。在本实施例中,凸起连接部采用两个三棱柱12,鞋跟的凹槽采用两个与三棱柱12形状相适配,且与三棱柱12过盈配合的三棱柱槽11。
可以理解的是,鞋中底的三棱柱12插入鞋跟的三棱柱槽11内部,三棱柱12与三棱柱槽11采用过盈配合,使三棱柱12与三棱柱槽11胀接为一体。其中三棱柱槽11的槽深至少应为鞋跟高度的三分之一,这样可以保证鞋跟3与鞋中底2的良好连接,能够避免穿鞋者行走时鞋跟晃动,保证鞋本体的稳定性,给穿鞋者带来穿鞋的安全性,保持着鞋本体原有的舒适性。这里的两个三棱柱槽11的槽深可以不同。在本实施例中,鞋中底2的三棱柱12的具体长度与所述三棱柱槽11的槽深相适配。
在本实施例中,凸起连接部可以采用三棱柱,当然也可以采用四面体,或多面体等形状。具体数量至少为两个,且并列设置,这样能够充分起到 对鞋本体的支撑,防止穿鞋者行走时鞋跟晃动,保证鞋本体的稳定性。而鞋跟凹槽与所述凸起连接部相适配,同样可以采用四面体,或多面体等形状。具体数量和设置位置与凸起连接部相同。
在本实施例中,所述鞋跟3设置有螺纹连接孔16和与所述螺纹连接孔16螺纹连接的螺栓;所述鞋中底2设置有与所述螺纹连接孔16相适配并使所述螺栓穿过的鞋中底通孔;所述螺栓用于穿过所述鞋中底通孔和所述垫片通孔,与所述螺纹连接孔16螺纹连接。这样,鞋中底2与鞋跟3通过凸起连接部与凹槽胀接后,再通过螺栓穿过所述鞋中底通孔和所述垫片通孔,与所述螺纹连接孔16螺纹连接,进而保证鞋跟3与鞋中底2的牢固连接。
在本实施例中,请参阅图5结合图6所示,所述鞋中底2设置有鞋中底硬端21,与所述鞋中底硬端21固定连接,并与所述鞋跟3可拆卸连接的凸起连接部以及与所述鞋中底硬端21可拆卸连接,且可以弯折的鞋中底软端22。
由此可知,鞋中底2与鞋跟3可拆卸连接,鞋跟3可拆卸可更换。通常鞋跟3可以设计成不同高度、不同款式以及不同颜色,消费者可根据自己的喜好通过鞋中底2与鞋跟3的可拆卸连接方式更换鞋跟来改变鞋的高度、款式以及颜色,使消费者能够根据个人的喜好随意搭配,满足消费者的穿着体验。
在本实施例中,鞋中底2设置有与鞋跟3可拆卸连接的凸起连接部,所述凸起连接部可以采用三棱柱12,鞋跟3设置与三棱柱12过盈配合的三棱柱槽11。三棱柱12固定连接在鞋中底硬端21外部,鞋中底硬端21用于鞋中底2与鞋跟3连接时,防止鞋中底2受到鞋跟3的拉力变形。鞋中底软端22与鞋中底硬端21可拆卸连接,鞋中底软端22可以弯折的。鞋中底硬端21能够承受与鞋跟3连接的拉力和在行走时的扭力,防止鞋中底2受到外力而变形。鞋中底软端22能够很好的适应穿鞋者的脚型,并使穿鞋者在行走时,鞋中底软端22可以弯折,提高穿鞋者的舒适度,减轻穿鞋者的疲劳。本实施例中的鞋中底2采用鞋中底软端22与鞋中底硬端21结合设计,避免了全部采用硬质材料制作而失去鞋的穿着舒适性,还避免了 只采用软质材料制作鞋中底2,缺乏良好的支撑力,引起穿鞋者走路时晃动,使鞋的稳定性变差。
在本实施例中,所述鞋中底硬端21采用金属材料、或塑胶材料,或合成材料制作等等。通过材料本身硬度使得鞋中底硬端21具有良好支撑力,保证鞋中底2与鞋跟3良好的支撑,使得穿鞋者走路时不会晃动,提高鞋稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述鞋中底软端22采用软橡胶材料,或海绵材料,或软质合成材料制作。使用软质材料制作鞋中底软端22能够很好的适应穿鞋者的脚型,并使穿鞋者在行走时,鞋中底软端22可以弯折,提高穿鞋者的舒适度,减轻穿鞋者的疲劳。
在本实施例中,鞋中底硬端21与鞋中底软端22的可拆卸连接方式可以采用按扣方式或粘接方式。鞋中底硬端21与鞋中底软端22采用可拆卸方式连接,穿鞋者可以自己喜好变换鞋中底硬端21与鞋中底软端22。其中鞋中底软端22使用时间久容易磨损使用寿命短,而鞋中底硬端21使用寿命长,通过可拆卸方式可以更换鞋中底软端22,延长鞋的使用寿命。
在本实施例中,鞋中底2与鞋跟3可拆卸连接方式还可以采取螺栓连接方式,具体的,所述鞋跟3与所述鞋中底2的连接部设置有螺纹连接孔16和连接螺栓;所述鞋中底2与所述鞋跟3的连接部设置有与所述螺纹连接孔16相适配的鞋中底通孔;所述鞋跟垫片4设置有用于使所述连接螺栓穿过的垫片通孔;所述连接螺栓用于穿过所述鞋中底通孔和所述垫片通孔,与所述螺纹连接孔16螺纹连接,使所述鞋中底2与所述鞋跟3可拆卸连接。
鞋中底2与鞋跟3可拆卸连接方式还可以采取插销连接,卡扣连接,具体的连接形式这里不做限定。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,包括:鞋本体;其特征在于,所述鞋本体包括:鞋面,与所述鞋面相连的鞋中底以及与所述鞋中底可拆卸连接的鞋跟;在所述鞋中底与所述鞋跟之间设置有鞋跟垫片;
    所述鞋跟垫片设置有与所述鞋中底底弧相同曲度的鞋中底弧面和与所述鞋跟贴合适配的鞋跟贴合面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,其特征在于,
    所述鞋中底设置有鞋中底硬端和与所述鞋中底硬端可拆卸连接,且可以弯折的鞋中底软端;
    所述鞋中底硬端与所述鞋跟可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,其特征在于,
    所述鞋中底硬端采用金属材料、或塑胶材料,或合成材料制作;
    所述鞋中底软端采用软橡胶材料,或海绵材料,或合成材料制作。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,其特征在于,
    所述鞋中底硬端与所述鞋中底软端的可拆卸连接方式可以采用按扣方式,或粘接方式连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,其特征在于,
    所述鞋跟垫片的形状为水滴形,且所述水滴形鞋跟垫片靠近鞋后帮的一端为圆弧状,另一端为尖端状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,其特征在于,
    所述鞋跟垫片采用塑料材料、或橡胶材料,或金属材料,或木质材料制作。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,其特征在于,
    所述鞋中底设置有用于与所述鞋跟的可拆卸连接的凸起连接部;
    所述鞋跟设置有与所述凸起连接部采用过盈配合的凹槽;
    所述鞋跟垫片设置有用于使所述凸起连接部穿过的垫片通孔;
    所述凸起连接部用于穿过所述垫片通孔与所述凹槽胀接,使所述鞋中底与所述鞋跟可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,其特征在于,
    所述鞋跟设置有螺纹连接孔和与所述螺纹连接孔螺纹连接的螺栓;
    所述鞋中底设置有与所述螺纹连接孔相适配并使所述螺栓穿过的鞋中底通孔;
    所述螺栓用于穿过所述鞋中底通孔和所述垫片通孔,与所述螺纹连接孔螺纹连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,其特征在于,
    所述凸起连接部采用至少两个三棱柱结构,且所述三棱柱并列设置在所述鞋中底上;
    所述鞋跟的凹槽采用与所述三棱柱数量相同,形状相适配,且与所述三棱柱过盈配合的三棱柱槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸鞋跟的鞋,其特征在于,
    所述鞋本体还包括:与所述鞋中底的前端可拆卸连接的水台;
    所述水台用于在所述鞋本体更换不同高度的所述鞋跟时,通过同时更换所述水台,使所述鞋本体的前端与跟部保持一定范围的高度差;
    所述鞋本体前端与跟部高度差的范围为5mm至100mm之间。
