BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Inventions

The present inventions relate generally to footwear and more particularly, to a unique customisable shoe that:

- 1. Has interchangeable shoe uppers and shoe soles that are attached/detached by hook and loop material Strips stitched onto there a joining components.
- 2. Has a device “the raiser” which is solely responsible for the adjustment of the shoes nose, referred to as “the nose cone”.
2. Description of the Related Art

Customisable shoes with interchangeable components that use interchangeable shoe uppers and shoe soles have repeatedly appeared in the art of shoe making. Generally, these shoes include a zipper that allows the shoe upper to be securely connected to the shoe sole. Additionally, many of these shoes allow a user the ability to change the shoe uppers and or shoe soles.

Customisable shoes with Interchangeable components are beneficial as they allow the user to customize their shoes according to a variety of designs, styles, fabrics, and colors. The user can showcase there originality through there footwear as well as distinguish there pair of shoes from another pair. Additionally, users can utilize different tops or soles for various purposes. For instance, a user can opt to wear a certain colored top or sole in order to match a certain outfit.

Customisable shoes with Interchangeable components are also beneficial as they allow the user to replace a use part of the shoe with a newer edition. Generally, the sole of the shoe becomes more tattered than the shoe upper (top) due to constant impact from movement. A normal shoe in today's market must be discarded in its entirety once the sole becomes worn out, even if the top is in good condition. However, this is not the case with customisable shoes with interchangeable parts as they allow the user to save the top and simply replace the sole, or vice versa.

Previous attempts have been made to create a customisable shoe that allows the user to interconnect and interchange the shoe uppers and the shoe soles. However, a successful interchangeable shoe system has yet to be seen in today's market that provides the user with the appropriate durability and strength needed upon movement. Additionally, there has not been an interchangeable shoe in today's market that removes the discomfort on a user's foot from the zipper that is used to interconnect the shoe uppers to the shoe soles. Further customisation is achieved by providing a shoe that allows the user to adjust the nose cone of the shoe.

Therefore, there is need in the art for a customisable shoe that provides the user the ability to adjust the nose cone on their shoes and interchange the shoe uppers and shoe soles providing strength, durability, and endurance needed for casual or athletic movement without the loss of functionality. Further, there is need in the art for a customisable shoe that relieves the user of the discomfort that is created from the use of a zipper as the means for interconnection between the shoe upper and shoe sole. Further, there is need in the art for a customisable shoe that allows the user to quickly change the aesthetic appearance or functionality of the shoe upper and shoe sole while maintaining the strength needed to keep the upper unit and sole connected during movement. Further there is need in the art for the ability for a user to customise the look of the shoe nose through adjustment.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In accordance with an embodiment, a customisable shoe is provided that is comprised of an interchangeable shoe upper, shoe sole and an adjustable nose cone. The completed shoe can be defined as an orthodox shoe in today's market, such as: sneakers, athletic shoes, slip-ons, and other types of shoes known in the art. The interchangeable shoe components of this customisable shoe is the shoe upper and shoe sole that attach and detach from each other by means of hook and loop material strips. The adjustable nose is made possible with a device called “the raiser”.

The completed customised shoe along with its interchangeable shoe components comprising the shoe upper and shoe sole are held together with hook and loop material strips. The hook and loop strips are stitched to their respective components. The adjustable nose cone is raised when the device “the raiser” is installed in the front shoe sole. Removing the device “the raiser” will lower the shoe's nose returning it to its default position.

The hook and loop material strips on both the shoe uppers and shoe soles are stitched around the outer lower periphery of these components and are aligned to fit together precisely when these components are paired. The aesthetic look of the pairing is important and as such there is no seam seen.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Following embodiments are depicted along with figures for reference. A customisable shoe Design as shown in FIG. 1 comprises of a shoe upper (10), the shoe sole (13) and the Nose cone (15), located at the front section of the shoe. FIG. 5 shows “the raiser” (14) installed in the front of the Shoe Sole (13). FIG. 3 shows the attachable/detachable shoe upper strip (12), stitched around the lower outer perimeter of the shoe upper (10). FIG. 5 shows the Attachable/detachable shoe sole strip (11), stitched around the inner perimeter of the shoe sole (13). FIG. 9 shows detail views of “the raiser” (14).

The customisable Shoe design as shown in FIG. 1 comprises of the shoe sole (13), and the shoe upper (10). Both Components are joined together in an interchangeable form by means of two layers of hook and loop material strips affixed to their respect components. Shown in FIG. 5 the first continuous layer of hook and loop material (11) is stitched to the shoe soles (13) inner perimeter. The second continuous layer of hook and loop material (12) is stitched to the lower outer perimeter of the shoe upper (10) as shown in FIG. 3.

The joining together of the Shoe upper (10) which sits inside the shoe sole (13) and then alignment of the attachment/detachment strips (11) and (12) made such that they lit together precisely and presents the completed Shoe as shown in FIG. 1., FIG. 2. and FIG. 4.

The aesthetic look of the shoe is important and therefore the attachment/detachment strips are hidden from view residing in the lower inner pad of the Shoe Soles (13). There should be no distinguishing features that aesthetically show this Customised Shoe to be any different from a traditional Shoe where the Shoe Upper is stitched or glued to the Shoe Soles.

The adjustable nose cone (15) is raised and lowered by a device called “the raiser” (14). “The Raiser” as shown in FIG. 6. is a device made from hard foam and is shaped to fit into the front end of the Shoe Sole (13) as shown in FIG. 5. When “the raiser” (14) is inserted into the front part of the shoe sole (13), it lifts the shoe upper (10) and therefore lifts the nose cone (15) as shown in FIG. 1. If “the raiser” (14) is removed from the shoe sole (13) the nose cone (15) of the shoe is lowered to its default position as shown in FIG. 2.
