Description

Filtration treatment material
The present invention relates to a filtration treatment material that makes it possible to reuse degraded edible oil by using a filter cloth or filter paper and a regenerating agent.
In deep-fried food cooking, deep-fried seeds with moisture are repeatedly introduced into edible oil heated to a high temperature. For this reason, edible oil changes in quality by hydrolysis and an oxidation action, and degradation arises in this. When fried food is cooked with deteriorated edible oil, the flavor and aroma are lost from the fried food, resulting in a decrease in the taste of the fried food, a decrease in the storage stability of the fried food, and a browning of the fried food.
Therefore, by passing used deteriorated edible oil (hereinafter referred to as used edible oil) through a granular regenerant, the impurities (for example, free fatty acids, etc.) in the edible oil generated by fried cooking are adsorbed and removed. The used cooking oil is also regenerated. That is, not only removing fried rice cake using a filter medium such as filter cloth or filter paper, but also deodorizing, deoxidizing, and decolorizing used cooking oil using a regenerant, It also extends the lifespan.
FIG. 17 shows a filtration processing apparatus 100 that is installed below the small fryer 200 and performs filtration and regeneration of the used cooking oil L (hereinafter, filtration and regeneration are collectively referred to as filtration processing). In this filtration processing apparatus 100, as shown in FIG. 18, a partition portion 101 that divides the oil processing chamber 10 into an upper untreated chamber 10A and a lower treated chamber 10B serves as a central opening of the support plate 103. It is formed by covering with a metal mesh 102. And on this partition part 101, the filtration processing material which consists of the filter cloth F and the granular regenerant S put only by predetermined thickness on this filter cloth F is installed. In this case, a rectangular frame 104 having an L-shaped cross section is attached to the filter cloth F in order to pressurize and fix the filter cloth F and to accommodate the regenerant S. The rectangular frame 104 is pressurized toward the partition member 103 side by rotating the rotating member 105 around the axis C and engaging it with the fixing member 17 in the untreated chamber 10A.
When fried food cooking by the fryer 200 is finished, the used cooking oil L on the fryer 200 side is poured into the untreated chamber 10A through the basket receiving basket 18, and this is put into the filtering material made of the regenerant S and the filter cloth F. And is poured into the treated chamber 10B. Subsequently, the pump 12 beside the oil processing chamber 10 is operated, and the used cooking oil L in the untreated chamber 10A is forcibly filtered through the filtering material, and then this is treated with the treated chamber 10B. Then, it is circulated into the untreated chamber 10 </ b> A via the suction pipe 14, the pump 12, the three-way valve 13, and the circulation pipe 15. Thereafter, when the used cooking oil L is sufficiently filtered, the treated cooking oil is returned to the fryer 200 side via the pump 12, the three-way valve 13, and the discharge pipe 16. Subsequently, the used filtration material is removed from the untreated chamber 10A of the filtration apparatus 100 and replaced with a new one.
In exchanging the filtering material, the rotating member 105 is rotated around the axis C to release the engagement of the rotating member 105 with respect to the fixing member 17 and then used after adsorbing free fatty acids and the like. The rectangular frame 104 is gently taken out from the oil processing chamber 10 so as not to break the lump of the regenerant S. Subsequently, the regenerant S is taken out from the oil treatment chamber 10 together with the filter cloth F so as not to break the lump of the regenerator S. In this case, since the regenerant S is scattered in the untreated chamber 10A and adheres to various places, the wall surface 10a of the untreated chamber 10A and the surface of the rectangular frame 104 are sufficiently cleaned and regenerated from these. It is necessary to remove the agent S.
Next, after placing a new filter cloth F on the partition member 103, the rectangular frame 104 is placed on the filter cloth F, and this is partitioned using the rotating member 105 and the fixing member 17. Pressurize to the part 101 side. As a result, the filter cloth F is fixed to the oil processing chamber 10 side by the rectangular frame 104. Subsequently, after a predetermined amount of a new regenerant S is put on the filter cloth F in the rectangular frame 104 and then flattened so as to have a certain thickness, the replacement work of the filtration treatment material can be performed. Complete.
However, when the conventional filtering material is used, the regenerant S can freely move upward. Therefore, during the filtering process, the regenerating agent S is scattered in the untreated chamber 10A, and the oil processing chamber 10 is cleaned. There was a problem that was difficult. Further, when the regenerant S on the rectangular frame 104 and the filter cloth F is taken out, it is necessary to carry out the lump of the regenerated agent S that has been used, and these operations are also troublesome. . Further, when a new regenerant S is set in the rectangular frame 104, it is necessary to measure the amount thereof and to flatten the upper surface, and these operations are time-consuming.
Moreover, in the conventional filtration processing material, it is easy to move the used edible oil L downward so as to pass it, but conversely, the used edible oil L is passed upward through the same. There was a problem that it was not easy to move. Note that filter paper may be used in place of the filter cloth F for the filtration material.
In view of the above points, the present invention can prevent the regeneration agent from being scattered, facilitate the replacement of the regeneration agent and filter cloth, and perform the filtration treatment regardless of the direction of the used cooking oil. An object of the present invention is to provide a filtration material that can be easily processed.
The first aspect of the present invention provides a granular regenerant that regenerates the used edible oil by passing the used edible oil, and a constant distance so that the passage distance of the used edible oil is constant. It is formed to a thickness, filled with the regenerant inside, and formed with a non-woven filter cloth or filter paper, and has a sealed case for filtering the used edible oil.
In this invention, the used cooking oil is filtered through the filter material in the order of the filter cloth, the regenerating agent, and the filter cloth, or in the order of the filter paper, the regenerating agent, and the filter paper in the thickness direction. The Specifically, the used cooking oil is used to filter fried rice cake and the like with a filter cloth or filter paper, and adsorbs and removes impurities, that is, regenerates with a regenerating agent. In this case, since the sealed case is formed so that the thickness thereof is constant in the moving direction of the used cooking oil, when the thickness of the filter cloth or the filter paper itself is constant, It passes through a regenerant of a certain thickness and is uniformly filtered.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the case of the first aspect, the sealed case is formed by covering the opening of the concave shaped filter cloth having a joint collar on the outer periphery with a sheet-shaped filter cloth. The molded filter cloth on the side from which the used edible oil goes out can be filtered so that a smaller one than the sheet filter cloth on the side into which the used edible oil enters can be filtered. The interfiber gap of the filter cloth is smaller than the interfiber gap of the sheet-like filter cloth.
In this invention, the used cooking oil first passes through a large sheet-like filter cloth between the fiber gaps, then passes through the regenerant, and finally passes through the shaped filter cloth. In this case, a relatively large fried rice cake or the like is filtered by a sheet-like filter cloth, and then a fine fried rice cake or the like is filtered by a molded filter cloth.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the case of the first aspect, the sealed case is formed by covering an opening of a concave shaped filter paper having a joint collar on the outer periphery with a sheet-like filter paper. And between the fibers of the shaped filter paper so that the shaped filter paper on the side from which the used cooking oil comes out can filter smaller than the sheet filter paper on the side into which the used cooking oil enters. The gap is made smaller than the gap between fibers of the sheet filter paper.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the case of the second aspect, the sealed case has an auxiliary filter cloth made of nonwoven fabric covering the entire opening side on the inner surface side of the sheet-like filter cloth. It is characterized by.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the granular regenerant is filled in a sealed case formed in a predetermined shape by a filter cloth or filter paper, the regenerant during filtration is prevented from scattering. In addition, the replacement of the regenerant and the filter cloth can be easily performed as a unit. In addition, according to the present invention, since the regenerant and the filter cloth and the like are integrated, even when the used cooking oil is moved in any direction by suction or the like, the filtration process can be easily performed. it can.
According to the second or third aspect of the present invention, in making the filtration treatment material, for example, after containing the regenerant into the concave shaped filter cloth, it is superposed on the joint collar, Since the opening portion of the formed filter cloth may be closed with a sheet-like filter cloth, it is possible to facilitate the manufacture of the filtering material. Further, according to these inventions, it is possible to facilitate the positioning and fixing of the filtering material by means of a joining collar or the like. Further, according to these inventions, for example, the size of the fiber gap between the sheet-like filter cloth and the molded filter cloth is changed, and the used cooking oil is filtered from the side of the large sheet-like filter cloth between the fiber gaps. It is poured in. For this reason, in these inventions, the size of what is filtered can be divided between the sheet-like filter cloth and the molded filter cloth, and accordingly, the time required for clogging the sheet-like filter cloth and the molded filter cloth is lengthened. be able to.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the auxiliary filter cloth can prevent the regenerant from leaking out from the sheet filter cloth side. In the present invention, even if the regenerant adsorbs impurities and expands, the auxiliary filter cloth contracts and deforms, thereby preventing deformation of the filtration treatment material.

The filtration material B0 is used to pass the used edible oil L and to filter and regenerate it, that is, to filter the used edible oil L. As shown in FIG. It has a shape. As shown in FIG. 2, the filtering material B0 is formed by forming a filter cloth, and is formed into a concave (thin lunch box-shaped) formed filter cloth P having an open top, and the formed filter cloth. It is composed of a thin and flat sheet-shaped filter cloth Q that closes the opening P4 of P, and a granular regenerant S that is filled in a sealed case R composed of the formed filter cloth P and the sheet-shaped filter cloth Q. The sealed case R is formed by joining a molded filter cloth P and a sheet-shaped filter cloth Q, and has a sealed space E in which a regenerant S is filled. The sealed case R is formed so that the thickness T of the used cooking oil L in the moving (flowing) direction G, that is, the length from the sheet-shaped filter cloth Q to the bottom surface portion P1 of the molded filter cloth P is constant. Has been. The molded filter cloth P and the sheet-shaped filter cloth Q are made of a non-woven fabric that can be easily processed.
The molded filter cloth P is so arranged that the filling area of the regenerant S decreases from the opening P4 toward the bottom surface portion P1, that is, the inclination angle α between the side surface portion P2 and the bottom surface portion P1 becomes 90 degrees or more. Further, the side surface portion P2 is formed in an oblique shape. Further, a joint collar P3 bent outward is formed at the opening P4 side end of the molded filter cloth P, and the molded filter cloth P and the sheet-shaped filter cloth Q are formed using the joint collar P3. Is integrated to form a sealed case R. In addition, the joint part of the joint rib P3 of the molded filter cloth P and the sheet-like filter cloth Q becomes the collar part R1 of the filtration material B0, and this is used for positioning and fixing of the filtration material B0.
For the molded filter cloth P, a non-woven fabric having inter-fiber gaps similar to that of the filter cloth F described with reference to FIG. 18 is used. The sheet-like filter cloth Q is made of a nonwoven fabric having a larger interfiber gap than the molded filter cloth P. The regenerating agent S is in contact with the used edible oil L to regenerate the used edible oil L. The regenerant S is formed from fine particles having a size that is difficult to leak from the molded filter cloth P and the sheet-like filter cloth Q. The amount of the regenerant S used is determined according to the amount of edible oil used in the fryer. The filtration material B0 is accommodated in the molded filter cloth P so as to be filled with a predetermined amount of the regenerant S, and then the opening P4 of the molded filter cloth P is covered with the sheet-shaped filter cloth Q to form the molded filter cloth. It is manufactured by joining the P joining collar P3 and the sheet-like filter cloth Q by bonding or the like.
FIG. 4 shows a filtration device 1 for using the filtration material B0.
The filtration processing apparatus 1 is installed below the oil sump 201 of the small fryer 200, and filters the used cooking oil L of this fryer 200. This filtration apparatus 1 has substantially the same configuration as the filtration apparatus 100 described with reference to FIGS. 17 and 18 except for the attachment portion of the filtration material B0.
As shown in FIG. 4, the filtration processing apparatus 1 has a pump 12 and a three-way valve 13 in a pump chamber 11 provided beside the oil processing chamber 10. In this filtration processing apparatus 1, the lower part of the oil processing chamber 10 (processed chamber 10 </ b> B to be described later) and the inlet side of the pump 12 are connected by a suction pipe 14 and connected to the outlet side of the pump 12. One of 13 is connected to the upper part of oil processing chamber 10 (after-mentioned untreated chamber 10A) via circulation pipe 15. In the filtration apparatus 1, the other of the three-way valve 13 is connected to the oil sump 201 of the fryer 200 via the discharge pipe 16.
The oil treatment chamber 10 is divided into an upper untreated chamber 10A and a lower treated chamber 10B by a partition portion 20 where the filtration material B0 is installed. As shown in FIG. 5, the partition portion 20 has a central cylindrical portion 21a protruding toward the processed chamber 10B, and a flat outer peripheral portion 21b fixed to the inner wall surface 10a of the processed chamber 10B. And a supporting wire mesh 22 attached to the lower end of the cylindrical portion 21a of the partition member 21 so as to cover the opening. The cylindrical portion 21a of the partition member 21 is formed in a rectangular cylindrical shape so that the filtration treatment material B0 can be accommodated therein, and is inwardly facing downward so as to be in close contact with the side surface portion P2 of the filtration treatment material B0. It is formed so as to be inclined. On the outer peripheral portion 21b of the partition member 21, a downward step portion D into which the flange portion R1 of the filtering material B0 is dropped is formed on the upper surface side.
A rectangular pressure plate 23 that pressurizes the collar portion R1 and prevents the filtration treatment material B0 from moving upward is mounted on the partition portion 20. As shown in FIG. 6, the pressure plate 23 has an opening 23a formed at the center, a pair of positioning notches 23b formed on one side, and a pair of grips on the upper surface side. 23c is provided. In addition, four rotating members 24 that can rotate around the axis C are attached to the pressure plate 23 on the left and right sides. In order to attach the pressure plate 23 on the partition portion 20, the notch 23 b is aligned with the pair of protrusions U provided on the outer peripheral portion 21 b of the partition portion 20, and the pressure plate 23 is positioned on the partition member 21. Thereafter, the rotating member 24 may be rotated about the axis C, and the protruding portion may be engaged with the fixing member 25 attached to the inner wall surface 10a of the untreated chamber 10A.
As shown in FIG. 4, a basket 18 having a fine bottom (for example, 80 mesh) is placed on the upper end of the untreated chamber 10 </ b> A having an open top in a state of being dropped into the interior. Has been. Moreover, in FIG. 4, the code | symbol 19 shows the movement caster of the filtration processing apparatus 1, the code | symbol 202 shows the leg of the fryer 200, and the code | symbol 203 has shown the outflow valve of the used cooking oil L. In FIG.
Next, the function and effect of the filtration material B0 will be described in relation to the filtration device 1.
When fried food cooking by the fryer 200 is completed, the spill valve 203 is opened, and the used cooking oil L in the oil sump 201 is accommodated in the untreated chamber 10A of the filtration apparatus 1. In this case, since the used cooking oil L is stored in the untreated chamber 10A through the basket receiving basket 18, the used cooking oil L in the untreated chamber 10A does not include a large fried rice cake. . The used edible oil L moves in the thickness direction, that is, in the order of the sheet-like filter cloth Q, the regenerant S, and the bottom surface portion P1 of the molded filter cloth P by its own weight in the filter treatment material B0. The used edible oil L is regenerated to some extent by adsorbing and removing a part of impurities such as free fatty acids by the regenerant S in the filter treatment material B0, and the sheet-like filter cloth Q of the filter treatment material B0. Fine fried rice cake and the like are filtered by the bottom surface portion P1 of the molded filter cloth P and stored in the processed chamber 10B.
Next, the pump 12 is operated and the three-way valve 13 is adjusted so that the used cooking oil L in the treated chamber 10B, which has been partially filtered, is sucked into the suction pipe 14, the pump 12, the three-way valve 13, and the circulation. It is circulated through the tube 15 to the untreated chamber 10A side. Since the amount of the used edible oil L passing through the filtering material B0 is increased by the suction force of the pump 12, the used edible oil L is filtered in a relatively short time. When the used edible oil L is sufficiently filtered, the three-way valve 13 is adjusted, and the processed edible oil at the outlet of the pump 12 is returned to the oil sump 201 of the fryer 200 via the discharge pipe 16. .
Next, after removing the basket 18 from the oil treatment chamber 10, the pressure plate 23 is removed, and the used filtration treatment material B 0 in the cylindrical portion 21 a of the partition portion 20 is removed from the oil treatment chamber 10. Take out. Subsequently, after a new filtration material B0 is installed in the partition section 20, the pressure plate 23 is attached. In this case, the pressure plate 23 and the partition member 21 sandwich the flange portion R1 of the filtration treatment material B0, thereby preventing the filtration treatment material B0 from moving upward. Finally, the cleaned basket receiving basket 18 may be attached so as to be placed in the oil processing chamber 10.
As described above, in the filtration material B0, the granular regenerant S is filled in the sealed case R formed in a predetermined shape by the filter cloths P and Q. While scattering can be prevented, the regenerant S and the filter cloths P and Q can be easily exchanged together.
Further, in the filtration material B0, since the thickness T of the sealed case R is formed to be constant, the thickness of the sheet-like filter cloth Q and the thickness of the bottom surface portion P1 of the molded filter cloth P are constant. In this case, the used edible oil L passes through the regenerant S having a certain thickness, and the used edible oil L can be uniformly filtered.
Further, in this filtering material B0, the size of the fiber gap between the sheet-like filter cloth Q and the molded filter cloth P is changed, and the used cooking oil L is filtered from the sheet-like filter cloth Q side between the fiber gaps. It is moved into the processing material B0. For this reason, in this filter treatment material B0, the size of what is filtered by the sheet-like filter cloth Q and the molded filter cloth P can be divided, and by that amount, the sheet-like filter cloth Q and the molded filter cloth P are clogged. The time required for this can be lengthened. A part of the fried rice cake is also removed by adhesion to the regenerant S.
Moreover, in this filtration treatment material B0, since the regenerant S is filled in the sealed case R, the used edible oil L is simply poured into the filtration treatment material B0 from the sheet-like filter cloth Q side. The used cooking oil L can be filtered. That is, in this filtering material B0, when the used edible oil L is moved in any direction such as the upper side or the lower side, the used edible oil L can be easily filtered only by changing its direction. be able to.
Furthermore, in this filtration treatment material B0, since the flange portion R1 is provided on the outer peripheral portion, the filtration treatment material B0 can be easily positioned and fixed on the filtration treatment device 1 side using this collar portion R1. Further, in this filtering material B0, the joining collar P3 is formed on the opening P4 side of the molded filter cloth P. Therefore, after the regenerant S is accommodated in the molded filter cloth P, the joining collar P3 is used. The molded filter cloth P and the sheet-like filter cloth Q can be easily joined, and the production of the filtration material B0 can be facilitated.
Moreover, in this filtration processing material B0, while the side part P2 is inclined so that a cross-sectional area may become small in the flow direction G of used cooking oil L, the cylindrical shape of the filtration processing apparatus 1 which installs this The part 21a is formed in the same manner. Accordingly, the filtration material B0 is pressurized toward the tubular portion 21a during the filtration treatment, and the used edible oil L does not flow out of the gap between the filtration treatment material B0 and the tubular portion 21a. . Therefore, in this filtration processing apparatus 1, all the used cooking oil L can be moved in the filtration processing material B0.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, an auxiliary filter cloth H may be placed in the vicinity of the opening P4 of the molded filter cloth P just below the sheet-like filter cloth Q so as to close the opening P4. This auxiliary filter cloth H is formed of a non-woven fabric having a small density and a large thickness, and a gap between fibers larger than that of the sheet-like filter cloth Q. In this case, the regenerant S is filled below the auxiliary filter cloth H in the sealed case R. Thereby, even if the regenerant S adsorbs impurities or the like in the used edible oil L and expands, the auxiliary filter cloth H contracts, thereby preventing the filtration treatment material B0 from being deformed. Further, the auxiliary filter cloth H can more reliably prevent leakage of the regenerant S from the relatively large sheet-shaped filter cloth Q between the fiber gaps.
Further, the filtering material B0 has a regenerating agent S in a sealed case R made of a formed filter paper having the same shape and function as the formed filter cloth P, and a sheet filter paper having the same shape and function as the sheet filter cloth Q. It may be filled.
Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 7 shows a filtration material B1 according to another embodiment of the present invention.
The filtration material B1 is a cylindrical shape whose lower side gradually has a smaller diameter, and has a thickness T that is slightly larger than other sizes. For this reason, the used cooking oil L is filtered more efficiently than the case of the filtering material B0 having a small thickness T if it passes through the filtering material B1 once. The filtration treatment material B1 is different in appearance from the filtration treatment material B0, but the structure and function are the same as the filtration treatment material B0.

As shown in FIG. 8, the filter medium holding part 43 has a function of positioning and holding the filtration material B <b> 1 on the concave part 33 a side of the main body part 30. As shown in FIG. 10, the filter medium holding portion 43 is formed with a storage portion 43a for the filtering material B1 at the center portion so as to protrude downward, and on the outside of the storage portion 43a, a ring-shaped outer peripheral portion. 43b is formed. A lower groove is formed on the lower surface side of the outer peripheral portion 43b, and an O-ring 43c is attached in the lower groove with the upper side fitted. The accommodating portion 43a is formed so as to be in close contact with the side surface portion P2 of the filtration material B1, and a wire mesh 43d for holding the bottom surface portion P1 of the filtration material B1 is attached to the lower side. An opening Y is formed at the lower end of the accommodating portion 43a.
The positioning and pressurizing unit 44 is for attaching the filter medium holding unit 43 in the oil storage unit 31 of the main body unit 30 and taking out the filter medium holding unit 43 from the oil storage unit 31. As shown in FIG. 10, the positioning and pressing unit 44 has a handle 46 attached to the upper surface of a ring member 45 having a substantially T-shaped cross section. The positioning and pressing portion 44 is formed by screwing a screw portion formed on the inner surface of the lower vertical piece 45a of the ring member 45 with a screw portion formed on the outer surface of the outer peripheral portion 43b of the filter medium holding portion 43. It is integrated with the filter medium holding part 43. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the positioning and pressing portion 44 has V-shaped bars 47 attached horizontally at four locations on the outer surface of the vertical piece 45 a of the ring member 45. The positioning pressurizing unit 44 inserts the V-shaped bar 47 into the lateral groove 34a formed in the fixing plate 34 of the main body 30 to pressurize the O-ring 43c of the filter medium holding unit 43 to the bottom plate 33. Positioned in the main body 30.
The positioning and pressing portion 44 is positioned in the horizontal direction in the main body 30 by applying the outer peripheral end of the horizontal piece 45b of the ring member 45 to the fixing plate 34 of the main body 30. Further, the positioning pressurizing unit 44 is configured so that the inner peripheral portion of the horizontal piece 45b contacts the upper surface of the flange portion R1 of the filtering material B1 in the filtering material holding unit 43, and the filtering material B1 moves upward. To prevent.
In this filtration processing device 2, the locking handle 39 is operated, the engagement between the locking handle 39 and the L-shaped member 40 is released, and the container lid 36 is opened, so that a large amount of oil is contained in the oil containing portion 31 of the main body 30. Used cooking oil L from which fried rice cake is removed is introduced. Subsequently, after closing the container lid 36, the pressurized air supply device 49 is operated to supply pressurized air from the head 42 into the oil containing portion 31. And an air pressure is adjusted so that the inside of the oil accommodating part 31 may become a predetermined pressure. The used edible oil L in the oil container 31 is filtered through the filtering material B1 by the pressure of the pressurized air. The processed edible oil L1 that has been filtered is stored in the recess 33a of the oil container 31 and then stored in the processing oil container 48 via the valve V. If the degree of filtration of the treated edible oil L1 is insufficient, the treated edible oil L1 in the treated oil container 48 is again put into the oil container 31, and this is done using pressurized air. What is necessary is just to perform the filtration process of processed edible oil L1.
In order to replace the filtering material B1, after opening the container lid 36, the handle 46 is held, and the positioning pressurizing unit 44 is horizontally rotated together with the filtering material holding unit 43 by a predetermined angle. As a result, the V-shaped bar 47 moves from the lateral groove 34a on the main body 30 side, and the engagement between the positioning and pressing portion 44 and the main body 30 is released. Thereafter, the handle 46 is grasped, and the positioning and pressing unit 44 and the filter medium holding unit 43 are taken out from the main body 30. Subsequently, when the screwing between the positioning pressure unit 44 and the filter medium holding unit 43 is released and the two are separated, the filtration material B1 can be taken out from the filter medium holding unit 43. Subsequently, after a new filtering material B1 is accommodated in the filtering medium holding part 43, the positioning and pressing part 44 is screwed into this to integrate them.
Next, the integrated positioning pressurizing unit 44 and filter medium holding unit 43 are moved into the oil containing unit 31 of the main body unit 30. In this case, the accommodating portion 43 a of the filter medium holding portion 43 is dropped into the recess 33 a of the oil accommodating portion 31, the positioning pressurizing portion 44 is horizontally rotated, and the V-shaped bar 47 is inserted into the lateral groove 34 a of the fixing plate 34. . As a result, the filter medium holding part 43 is pressurized toward the bottom plate 33 side of the oil containing part 31, the O-ring 43 c is brought into close contact with the bottom plate 33, and the filter medium holding part 43 and the positioning pressure part 44 enter the main body part 30. Installation is complete. Finally, the opening of the oil storage part 31 of the main body part 30 may be closed with the container lid 36.
As described above, the filtration treatment material B1 is also formed in the same manner as the filtration treatment material B0, and is attached to the filtration treatment device 2 in the same manner as the filtration treatment device 1, so that the filtration treatment material B0 is used. The same effect can be obtained.
Although filtration of the used edible oil L takes time, the used edible oil L passes through the filter treatment material B1 by its own weight without applying air pressure to the oil container 31 of the main body 30. You may make it do.
Embodiment 3. FIG.
FIG. 11 shows a filtration material B2 according to another embodiment of the present invention.
The filtration material B2 is a columnar shape whose lower side gradually becomes smaller in diameter, but is formed to have a thickness T smaller than that of the filtration material B1. Therefore, the used cooking oil L is filtered by repeatedly passing through the filtering material B2. The filtration material B2 also has the same function and structure as the filtration material B0.
12 and 13 show the main part of the filtration apparatus 3.

A female coupler 56A on one side of the couplers 56A and 56B to which the discharge unit 70 is easily attached and detached is attached to the end of the discharge pipe 54.
The suction unit 60 filters the used cooking oil L of the tabletop fryer 300, and holds the filtering material B2 at the lower end of the vertical portion 61a of the suction pipe 61 bent by 90 degrees as shown in FIG. A filtering unit 62 is provided. A male coupler 55B that is attached to and detached from the female coupler 55A of the pump unit 50 is attached to the end of the horizontal portion 61b of the suction pipe 61. As shown in FIG. 14, the filtering unit 62 holds the filtering material B <b> 2 with the sheet-like filter cloth Q side facing down. In the filtering part 62, a holding part 64 for the filtering material B2 is formed at the lower end of the expanding pipe 63 that extends downward, and the diameter of the filtering material B2 expands downward to match the side surface part P2 of the filtering material B2. An opening / closing lid 65 made of a plurality of bars or the like is attached to the opening at the lower end of the holding portion 64, and the filtration material B <b> 2 in the holding portion 64 is pressurized toward the holding portion 64 by the opening / closing lid 65. It is supported in the state that was done.
In the filtration material B2, the flange portion R1 is sandwiched between the lower end of the holding portion 64 and the opening / closing lid 65. In addition, a plurality of bars 66 are attached to the lower end side of the diameter-expanded pipe 63 in order to prevent the bottom surface portion P1 of the filtering material B2 from sticking and torn.
The discharge unit 70 is used to return the used cooking oil L sucked from the oil tank 301 of the tabletop fryer 300 and partially filtered by the suction unit 60 into the oil tank 301. As shown in FIG. 12, the discharge unit 70 has a male coupler 56B attached to and detached from the female coupler 56A of the pump unit 50 at the end of the horizontal portion 71b of the suction pipe 71 bent 90 degrees. The vertical portion 71 a side of the suction pipe 71 is inserted into the oil tank 301 of the tabletop fryer 300.
FIG. 15 shows a support base 80 for temporarily placing the suction unit 60 and the discharge unit 70. When the filtration apparatus 3 is not used, the suction unit 60 and the discharge unit 70 are disposed on the support plate 81 of the support base 80 via the support portions 67 and 72 as shown in FIG. Temporarily placed in a state attached to 50. These are then placed in a different location so as not to interfere with the frying operation.
When fried food cooking by the tabletop fryer 300 is finished and the used cooking oil L in the oil tank 301 is filtered, the pump unit 50 is positioned to the side of the oil tank 301. Subsequently, one end side of the suction unit 60 is connected to the pump unit 50 via the couplers 55 </ b> A and 55 </ b> B, and the filtration unit 62 side of the suction unit 60 is inserted into the oil tank 301. Further, one end side of the discharge unit 70 is connected to the pump unit 50 via the couplers 56 </ b> A and 56 </ b> B, and the other end side of the discharge unit 70 is inserted into the oil tank 301.
Next, the pump 52 of the pump unit 50 is operated, and the used cooking oil L in the oil tank 301 of the tabletop fryer 300 is sucked toward the suction unit 60 and circulated in the order of the pump 52, the discharge unit 70, and the oil tank 301. . Part of the used cooking oil L is filtered by passing through the filtering material B2 in the suction unit 60. For this reason, the used edible oil L is sufficiently filtered by passing through the filtering material B2 a plurality of times.
When the used edible oil L is filtered, the suction unit 60 and the discharge unit 70 are separated from the pump unit 50 and temporarily placed on the support base 80. Subsequently, the opening / closing lid 65 of the filtration unit 62 is opened, and the used filtering material B2 is taken out from the suction unit 60, and a new filtering material B2 is set in the filtering unit 62 of the suction unit 60, and the opening / closing lid is opened. Close 65. The pump unit 50 is also moved to a place where it does not interfere with fried food cooking by the tabletop fryer 300.
As described above, the same effect as that of the filtration material B0 can be obtained in the filtration material B2. In this case, the used cooking oil L in the oil tank 301 is sucked so as to move from the lower side of the filtering material B to the upper side through the filtering material B2.
