Abstract

Over the centuries, human race has faced the problem of non-ergonomic (not adaptable to body physiology), detrimental and contaminating toilets. Currently, the average height of toilet seat is 45 centimeters, as a result of which the angle of legs is posed at 90 degrees relative to body and the solid waste or urine is not emptied form the body properly. In the present invention, the height of seat is decreased to 30 centimeters which poses the legs at the angle of 55 degrees in proportion to body. Consequently, the bowels will be situated in line with the body and the urine or waste material will be emptied completely and quickly. Therefore, diseases are avoided. On the contrary, reducing the height of seat to 30 centimeters makes it hard for the elderly, the disabled and the sick either to sit down or stand up. To this end, two supporting systems are applied to overcome the problem.

Description

ERGONIMIC LIFTABLE TOILET
Description
Technical field of invention:
The technical field of this invention concerns producing sanitary ergonomic products made of ceramic and polymer.
Technical problem:
Over the centuries, human race has faced the problem of non-ergonomic (not adaptable to body physiology), detrimental and contaminating toilets. Currently, the average height of toilet seat is 45 centimeters, as a result of which the angle of legs is posed at 90 degrees relative to body and the solid waste or urine is not emptied form the body properly. According to the researches, the scientists have figured that the usage style toilet leads to chronic and incurable diseases such as bowel inflammation, hemorrhoid, appendix, bowel cancer and using land toilet (Asian style) results in lumbago and knee arthritis.
The other disadvantage of current toilets concerns the children aged between 1 and 5, since they are not able to use the toilet due to its height without their parents' help.
Background of the Invention:
Two kinds of toilets including European and Asian ones are popular to use all around the world. Different innovations have been made in this regard, however none of which sheds light on the height of seat and the angle of legs relative to body and its effect on the above-mentioned diseases.
Summary of the Invention:
In the present invention, the height of seat is decreased to 30 centimeters which poses the legs at the angle of 55 degrees in proportion to body. Consequently, the bowels will be situated in line with the body and the urine or waste material will be emptied completely and quickly. Therefore, the above-mentioned diseases are avoided.
On the contrary, reducing the height of seat to 30 centimeters makes it hard for the elderly, the disabled and the sick either to sit down or stand up. To this end, two supporting systems are applied to overcome the problem. First, balance-creating handholds are installed at two sides of the toilet to be held while sitting down or standing up. Second, an additional mobile seat is set up on the main seat which is helpful for sitting or standing and makes the use of this toilet a lot easier than the toilet having a height of 45 centimeters. This mobile seat is controlled by two keys (two stages). One of the keys elevates mobile seat to the half of height, and the other key opens it completely. This two- stage key is applicable for different people with different heights.
Brief Description of the Drawings:
Figure 1 : a comparison between old toilets and the invented one regarding the angle
Figure 2: the toilet when the mobile seat is open
Figure 3: the toilet when the mobile seat is open from the back side
Figure 4: the toilet when the mobile seat is closed
Figure 5: the segments of mobile seat
Detail Description of the Drawings:
In figure 1 , the difference in angle of legs is observed in the regular toilets 1 and the invention 2.
In figure 2, two aspects of toilet are seen. The mobile seat 3 is at the open state and the supporting handholds 4 are downward. Moreover, upward moving buttons 5 of mobile seat are stable at the edge of seat.
In figure 3, electric engine 6 and steering system 7 of mobile seat are seen.
In figure 4, the mobile seat of the toilet is closed and the supporting handhelds are in a vertical state.
In figure 5, the segments of mobile seat are seen. There is a plastic plate 8 above it which is connected to the metal plate 9 downside. Under this plate, an interface 10 is used to connect the plate to the moving shaft 11. The moving shaft is covered by a coating 12. From the downside, the moving shaft is connected to the stable shaft 13 and controlled by the electric engine 14. Engine and stable shaft are connected to the toilet chassis by an interface piece 15. The electric engine is connected to the power supply 16 and control system 17.
The advantages:
1. Avoiding appendix, bowel inflammation, hemorrhoid, and bowel cancer because of creating desirable angle between the legs in proportion to body and preventing pressure that thigh muscles give to abdominal muscles.
2. The possibility of its use for the children aged 1 to 5 without their parents help 3. The possibility of use by the sick, the elderly and the disabled or those who suffer from sore leg or backache.
4. The complete prevention of suffering from knee arthritis or lumbago by transferring the pressure and weight to the mobile seat
5. Since the ergonomic toilet can be used by the public, all of the people with different physiology and physical characteristic are able to use this invention.
Application method:
Initially the user presses the lifting button installed on the toilet body which raises the mobile part of seat by the electric engine. Then after the user sits on the mobile seat, the electric engine automatically moves him toward the stable seat. While sitting, you can use the supporting balance-making seats that are installed at two sides of the toilet.
If the users want to stand up, they need to press the lifting button of mobile seat. The electric engine moves the mobile seat upward and the user can stand up easily by the use of supporting handholds.
