Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs destinés à organiser la production de méthanol et notamment des procédés et ensembles à faible tonnage pour la production de méthanol directement dans un environnement d'extraction au sein d'installations de préparation complexe de gaz. Les avantages du procédé d'organisation de la production de méthanol de l'invention et de l'ensemble pour sa production consiste en une baisse de besoins d'investissement capitaux, une simplification de la structure et une augmentation de la fiabilité de fonctionnement de l'équipement, en une réduction de la consommation de charge d'alimentation, un allongement de la durée de service des catalyseurs de conversion de la matière première à base carbone, une augmentation du degré de transformation de la charge d'alimentation en méthanol, une production de méthanol brut possédant une concentration supérieure à 90% qui ne nécessite pas de traitement ultérieur si utilisé en tant qu'inhibiteur de la formation d'hydrates, une réduction de la consommation d'eau nettoyée chimiquement, une amélioration du fonctionnement de l'ensemble à températures élevées à des températures inférieures à zéro et une meilleure protection de l'environnement. L'effet technique de la solution technique proposée consiste en un moindre besoin en capitaux, une simplification de la structure et une amélioration de la fiabilité de fonctionnement de l'équipement, en une baisse de la consommation de la charge d'alimentation et des matériaux accessoires.
