Abstract

The present invention relates to a carrying device (10) having a shoulder strap, intended for carrying a child, this device having a seat (11) and a shoulder strap that ends in a fastening tab (13) at each end of said shoulder strap (12). Said fastening tabs (13) are connected to the seat. One of the fastening tabs (13) is positioned such that it passes between the legs of the child when the latter is sitting on the seat (11). The device according to the invention is characterized in that the seat (11) has a substantially symmetrical shape about at least one axis of symmetry (14; 15), and in that said fastening tabs (13) are fastened to the seat (11) by fastening regions (18, 18') that are disposed asymmetrically with respect to said at least one axis of symmetry (14; 15) of the seat.

The present invention relates to a carrying device designed to allow a user such as an adult, to carry a young child. More specifically, the invention relates to a shoulder carrying device for carrying a child, this device comprising a seat and a shoulder strap ending in a fastening tab at each end of said shoulder strap, said fastening tabs being connected to the seat, one of the brackets being positioned so that it passes between the legs of the child when he is sitting on the seat.

PRIOR ART

Currently, when a parent or an adult has to carry a young child, this child is often worn on the adult's hip. The latter then takes a swaying position to be able to offer the child a relatively comfortable support. For the parent, however, this position is uncomfortable and can quickly cause back pain. Generally, it is not possible to wear a child in this way comfortably and for an extended period of time.

There are different supports for supporting a child and relieving the parent. Such supports may for example be a sling or a baby carrier having an enlarged area in which a toddler is lying. Such supports are for example described in the German utility model published under the number DE 201 19 720 and in the French patent published under the number FR 930 883. This type of media works well for small children such as babies, but they can not be used as soon as the child becomes too tall. Indeed, the child must be lying in the support so that this support is no longer usable as soon as the size of the child prevents him from lying down. In addition, these supports may be difficult to use for the parent. Another support for children is described in the German utility model published under the number DE 20 2014 004 634. This support is formed of a shoulder bag having substantially the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped. The upper face of the bag has a seat on which a child can sit. The shoulder strap is attached to the longitudinal ends of the seat. An opening may be provided on the side of the bag to access its contents when the child is installed, without having to move the child.

With this support, when the child is placed so that his shoulders are substantially aligned with both ends of the shoulder strap, the child can slip from the bag and fall. When the child is straddling the bag, he is in an unstable and uncomfortable position. This is particularly because the part of the shoulder strap that is placed behind the child is not accessible to the child, or at least not accessible in a comfortable position for it. He can only stand on the part of the shoulder strap that is in front of him, which is not very stable.

There are other ways to maintain a child. In particular, bags are described in particular in the US patent published under US 4,068,786 and in the international patent application WO 2007/096582. These bags are actually shoulder bags to which have been added artifices and which have been modified to allow a child to sit on this bag.

These two documents describe conventional shoulder bags to which have been added a "panty" in which the child passes both legs. The "panty" is attached to each side, to a part of the shoulder strap so that the child sits in amazon on the bag, both legs in the "panties", facing the parent who carries the bag.

The presence of these pants involves a difficult placement of the child, it must be worn together with the bag, then the legs to be slipped into the pants, without the bag moves. This pant is however essential to prevent the child from sliding forward or tilts backwards. In fact, these bags are quite impractical to use and can be uncomfortable for the child.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention proposes to provide a carrying device that overcomes the disadvantages of the bags of the prior art by providing an easy to use device, which can support a child even relatively large size, in which the child has a position comfortable sitting, without the need for adding fireworks. In addition, the carrying device allows the child to wear safely and relatively comfortable for the adult.

These objects are achieved by a shoulder carrying device as defined in the preamble and characterized in that the seat has a substantially symmetrical shape along at least one axis of symmetry and in that said fixing lugs are fixed to the seat by zones. fasteners arranged asymmetrically with respect to said at least one axis of symmetry of the seat.

According to this invention, the carrying device allows the child to be effectively held in a sitting position, comfortable for both the child and the parent, without the need to add a support element preventing the child from child to slip or tip over, the child sitting astride the bag. The child can stand at the part of the shoulder strap that passes in front of him, as well as the one that passes behind him, which ensures greater stability.

This support also allows easy placement of the child and ensures a natural position of the child and parent, which prevents pain and ensures comfort. This support can also be declined for different uses, such as in the form of bag or chair. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

MANNER OF REALIZING THE INVENTION

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the carrying device 10 of the invention essentially comprises a seat 1 1 and a shoulder strap 12 ending in two fastening tabs 13 of the seat to the shoulder strap. The seat 1 1 is generally elongated and may be symmetrical about at least one axis of symmetry. This seat generally defines a plane containing said axis of symmetry. In the illustrated examples, this seat has a substantially oval shape seen from above. The term "oval" is understood herein to include, in particular, ovoid, ellipsoid, substantially rectangular or square shapes. It is clear that other forms of seating can also be used. The width of the seat is such that a child can be seated straddling the seat, in a comfortable position and without the bag turning.

More specifically, in the case where the seat has a shape as shown in Figure 3, the seat has a longitudinal axis of symmetry 14 and a transverse symmetrical axis 15. The child is sitting with his shoulders more or less parallel to the longitudinal axis of symmetry 14. Although in the example shown, the seat has two axes of symmetry, it could also include only one. This may be the case for example when the seat is narrower on one side than the other, so as to have for example a substantially trapezoidal shape. The seat could also have more than two axes of symmetry, for example three. This can be the case when the seat has a substantially triangular shape.

The seat 1 1 comprises two longitudinal end zones 16 and two lateral zones 17. The fastening lugs 13 are fixed to the seat 1 1 in two attachment zones 18, 18 'which are asymmetrical with respect to the axes of symmetry 14, 15 seat and more generally to any right arranged in the plane of the seat. The fastening areas 18, 18 'of the seat attachment tabs are at least partially disposed in the lateral end regions 17 of the seat. These fixing lugs may be fixed in fixing zones more or less symmetrical with respect to a center of symmetry 19. In the example illustrated, the center of symmetry 19 is located at the intersection of the two axes of longitudinal symmetry 14 and 15. In the case where there is a single axis of symmetry, the center of symmetry is in principle on this axis of symmetry. Unlike conventional shoulder bags, said shoulder strap 12 or more precisely the fastening tabs 13, are not fixed to the seat only at the longitudinal end zones 16, in the extension of the longitudinal axis of symmetry 14, but at the least partly in the lateral zones 17, next to the longitudinal axis of symmetry 14.

As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 3 in particular, each fastening lug 13 has an asymmetrical shape with respect to any plane perpendicular to the general plane of the seat 11. A bracket is also not symmetrical with respect to an axis contained in a plane defined by this bracket. In addition, the width of the tab decreases away from the attachment area 18, 18 'to the seat, this width reduction being effected over a defined length. The shoulder strap 12 may then have a constant width and / or comprise a foam element 20 for example, substantially in the middle of the shoulder strap. This foam element 20 rests on the shoulder of the user, as is particularly visible in Figures 5 and 6. This foam member 20 is provided to ensure the comfort of the person who uses the carrying device 10.

It should be noted that in the embodiment of the invention illustrated, the shoulder strap 12 is fixed to the seat 1 1 via the fastening lugs 13 after being pivoted by a half turn so that the outer face the shoulder strap at one of the brackets becomes the inner face of this strap at the other bracket. This pivoting allows to position one end of the fastening lugs 13 without torsion, against the back of the user who wears the carrying device. This also increases the comfort of the user because the shoulder strap and the fastening tabs are placed along the body of the user and the child, without bending or twisting.

The brackets and shoulder strap are shown as different elements. It is possible, however, that these elements are made in one piece. It is also possible to provide a pivot between at least one of the fastening lugs and the shoulder strap, so as to allow optimal placement of these elements.

The relatively large width of the fixing lug 13 at the junction with the seat 1 1 and the attachment of the tabs symmetrically with respect to a center of symmetry 19 allows a better balance of the seat 1 1. This improves the comfort of the child and the safety of the maintenance.

Due to the particular shape of the fixing lugs 13 and the position of the attachment zones 18, 18 ', when a child is sitting on the seat 1 1, the rear part of the shoulder strap 12 does not pass along its length. spine, but next, under a child's arm. The shoulder strap 12 which is arranged in front of the child passes along the body of the adult and passes between the legs of the child without disturbing him. On the other hand, the asymmetrical attachment of the shoulder strap allows the child to be seated in a comfortable position because he does not have the shoulder strap that pushes him on his back, in a folded position forward. , so uncomfortable. In addition, the part of the shoulder strap that passes under the arm of the child allows it to stand, which also facilitates the maintenance of the child by the adult.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the carrying device 10 of the invention can be used as a chair. Indeed, this device comprises a rigid armature 30, maintaining the seat 1 1 away from the ground when the assembly is placed on the ground. This frame can be contained in a bag 31, which allows the use of the carrying device as luggage, as a baby carrier or as a chair. Thanks to the frame, the bag can be placed on the ground without it collapsing.

In the illustrated embodiments, the carrying device 10 is declined in the form of a bag. However, it is possible to realize a bagless carrying device, for example formed of the seat 1 1, the shoulder strap 12 and the fixing lugs 13. It is also possible to replace the bag with a net or basket. The seat can be attached to the bag, net or basket by removable fastening means, so that the device can be separated from the basket, the net or the bag or, conversely, associated with one of these elements, according to needs.

The seat 1 1 can form the upper part of the bag, so as to close this bag. The bag can be closed by various means such as a zipper, snaps, ... related to the seat.

Alternatively, the seat 1 1 may be disposed above the bag, without being the closure member. Indeed, the bag may have a conventional closure element, the support being disposed above this closure element.

The seat can have a certain flexibility and therefore bend under the weight of a child who sits there. This makes it possible to better adapt to the shapes of the child. It is also possible to provide a seat with a certain rigidity. This characteristic can be given by the rigidity of the material forming the seat or by a stiffening structure such as an armature.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described, but extends to any variant arising from the described embodiments.

Claims

1.
