体外鸡胸矫治器的原理在于通过矫治器对突出的胸骨施加压力,在矫形压力的长期作用下,使得患者突出的胸骨在外力作用下逐渐回复,从而得到矫治。现有的体外鸡胸矫治器的压板都是平面的刚性硬质板材,当通过两侧的连接带设定好松紧后,矫治器压力板和后护板之间的距离就固定了。当患者在睡眠或者运动时,胸腔会随着呼吸和运动而扩大和收缩。此时,由于压板是平面的刚性硬质板材,当患者胸腔扩大时,压板施加的压力随之增加,尤其是剧烈运动时,压板施加的压力会急剧升高,甚至会造成患者组织或骨骼的损伤。当患者胸腔收缩时,容易导致压力板与鸡胸凸起处之间的分离,造成压力板对鸡胸凸起处施加压力的消失,从而失去矫治力,丧失治疗作用。
鉴于现有的体外鸡胸矫治器都无法保证患者在使用过程中,当胸腔扩张时对施加的矫治压力进行缓冲;当胸腔收缩时,不力施加持续的矫治压力;因此,需要设计一种新的体外鸡胸矫治器,使得患者无论是在胸腔扩张、还是胸腔收缩的过程中,这种新的体外鸡胸矫治器都能持续施加适度的矫治压力。
发明内容
本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器,其特征在于所述弹性鸡胸矫治器含:弹力压板1、固定绑 带2;
A、所述弹力压板1含壳体12、绑带通孔13、以及至少含一个弹性机构11,所述弹性机构11安装在壳体12内,所述绑带通孔13设在壳体12上;
B、所述弹性机构11含弹性单元11-1、受力板11-2及固定座11-3;所述受力板11-2设在弹性单元11-1的远端;所述弹性单元11-1的近端安装在固定座11-3上;所述受力板11-2可运动地安装在固定座11-3上。
C、所述固定绑带2从所述绑带通孔13中穿过。
所述弹力压板1上设有所述弹性机构11,所述弹性机构11的弹性单元11-1是在外力作用下可发生弹性变形,外力去除后可恢复原样的弹性结构。
佩戴本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器时,当患者呼吸或运动造成胸腔扩张时,鸡胸的凸起处也会向外扩张,这时本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器的所述受力板11-2会随之向外运动,所述弹性机构11的弹性单元11-1发生相应的收缩,对因胸腔扩张形成的过大矫治力进行缓冲,避免因矫治力过大而造成人体组织的损伤,如骨折、或组织坏死。当呼吸或运动造成的胸腔收缩时,鸡胸的凸起处也会向内收缩,这时所述弹性机构11的弹性单元11-1发生相应的伸长,本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器的所述受力板11-2会随之向内运动,使得所述受力板11-2始终贴合在鸡胸的凸起处,不会分离,并对鸡胸的凸起处施加适当的矫治压力。因此,无论胸腔扩张、或收缩,本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器能始终与鸡胸的凸起处保持良好的贴合,并施加适当的矫治压力,更加安全、有效、舒适。
由于所述弹力压板1采用了多个弹性机构11的组合结构,将本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器的受力面相应的分解成多个独立的受力单元,多个所述弹性机构11上对应的所述受力板11-2构成了多个独立的能发生弹性运动的运动单元,因此不论所述鸡胸的凸起轮廓如何,所述弹力压板1都能与所述鸡胸凸起轮廓之间紧密地贴合,并施加适当的矫治压力,进行安全、有效的矫形治疗。当所述鸡胸骨骼突起的高度较大时,所述弹性单元11-1收缩变形量也较大,矫治压力也适度增加;当所述鸡胸骨骼突起的高度较小时,所述弹性单元11-1收缩变形量也相应减小,矫治压力也适度减小;但所施加的矫治压力都在临床要求的矫治压力范围内,能对所述鸡胸的所有部位凸起部分进行有效的治疗。
进一步,所述弹性单元11-1是弹簧结构111-1、或弹性柱111-2、或弹性片111-3、或液压结构111-4、或气缸结构111-5。在此我们只列出了所述5种结构,本领域的专用人士还可以设计其他的有效的弹性单元结构,而不脱离本发明的保护范围,在此不一一列举。
所述弹性机构11上设有能调节弹性力大小的压力调节开关11-4。由于鸡胸患者很多都是青少年儿童,而鸡胸的治疗过程是一个长期的过程,因此,随着青少年儿童的身体发 育的过程,为保证鸡胸矫治器的治疗效果,需要根据不同的年龄段和身体特征,设定不同的压力。如果无法进行压力的调节,患者在治疗过程中就需要在不同的阶段更换不同的矫治器,不但使用不方便,而且会大大增加患者的经济成本。因此,在所述弹性机构11上设计有压力调节开关11-4,通过所述压力调节开关11-4,可以根据患者的不同治疗阶段设定不同的矫治压力,更加适合长期治疗使用。
所述弹力压板1含压力传感器14,所述压力传感器14设在受力板11-2上。
进一步,所述弹力压板1上设有与压力传感器14相关的数据处理单元14-1、显示单元14-2、电源单元14-3、电路系统14-4,所述数据处理单元14-1可以收集、储存、处理、输出所述压力传感器14的电信号,并在所述显示单元14-2上显示与压力相关的数据、或图形、或表格,也可以用有线或无线的方式输出到计算机、平板电脑、智能手机上,进行数据显示;所述电源单元14-3为数据处理单元14-1及显示单元14-2提供电力支撑;所述电路14-4将所述数据处理单元14-1、显示单元14-2及电源单元14-3连接在一起。
对于体外鸡胸矫治器,矫治压力是治疗过程中最关键的参数,因此,如何收集和处理不同阶段的矫治压力值是鸡胸矫治治疗的关键。为此,本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器在所述弹力压板1上设有压力传感器14。所述压力传感器14相关的数据处理单元14-1、显示单元14-2、电源单元14-3、电路系统14-4构成一个完整的矫治压力数据收集、记录、处理系统。所述数据处理单元14-1对矫治压力数据进行收集、储存,并可在处理后通过数据输出端口141-1输出,或在所述显示单元14-2上进行显示。通过所述压力传感器14,可以很直观地显示和记录使用过程的压力数据,供临床医生分析、使用。
此外,所述弹力压板1被弹力布3可拆卸地包裹。由于所述弹力压板1被弹力布3所包裹,因此,所述弹力压板1不与人体直接接触,增加患者舒适度的同时,由于所述弹力布3可选择可与人体直接接触的材质,不易造成过敏等不良反应,更加的安全。由于所述弹力布3是可拆卸的,便于在使用过程中的清洗和更换,更适合患者长期使用的要求。此外,由于所述弹力布3是有弹性的,因此,当所述弹力压板1的弹性机构11发生运动时,所述弹力布3也可以随之发生变形,不会对手术弹性机构11的运动产生阻碍。
所述固定绑带2含扎带20和护腰板21,所述护腰板21设在所述扎带20上。所述护腰板21设在靠近背部中部贴近脊椎处,在所述弹力压板1对所述鸡胸4进行治疗时,可以有效地保护脊椎不受到伤害。所述护腰板21可以与所述扎带20固定连接形成一个整体,也可以与所述扎带20可移动的连接在一起。当所述护腰板21与所述扎带20可移动的连接时,在所述护腰板21上设有扎带通孔21-1,将所述扎带20穿过所述扎带通孔,即可将所述护腰板21连接在所述扎带上,可移动所述护腰板21,将所述护腰板置于保护所述脊 椎效果最好的位置。
佩戴时,将所述扎带20穿过所述底座12上的绑带通孔13,将所述弹力压板1压在所述鸡胸的凸起处,将所述护腰板21置于所述后背,收紧所述扎带2,将所述弹力压板1紧贴所述鸡胸凸起处,所述护腰板21紧贴所述后背,调节所述压力调节开关11-4,启动所述压力传感器14,设定好矫治压力后即可进行矫治,并记录治疗的矫治压力数据。
本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器含弹力压板和固定绑带。弹力压板含壳体及至少一个弹性机构,在壳体上设有绑带通孔,固定绑带从绑带通孔中穿过后可将弹力压板固定于鸡胸凸起处进行体外矫治。佩戴后,弹性机构在受到外力作用时可发生弹性变形,弹力压板与鸡胸凸起的轮廓之间形成动态贴合关系,保证在运动过程中本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器可持续施加适度的工作压力,不会因胸腔的收缩运动造成矫形压力的不足;也不会因胸腔的扩张运动造成矫形压力过大,导致组织损伤。此外,因弹性机构可发生弹性变形,不论鸡胸凸起的轮廓形状怎样,弹力压板都能与鸡胸凸起的轮廓实现自动贴合。

具体实施方式
实施例1:本发明之弹簧结构的弹性鸡胸矫治器
参考图1和图1-1,本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器含弹力压板1、固定绑带2、弹力布3。
所述弹力压板1含壳体12、绑带通孔13、以及至少一个弹性机构11,所述弹性机构11安装在壳体12内,所述绑带通孔13设在壳体12上;
所述弹性机构11含弹性单元11-1、受力板11-2及固定座11-3;所述受力板11-2设在弹性单元11-1的远端;所述弹性单元11-1的近端安装在固定座11-3上;所述受力板11-2可运动地安装在固定座11-3上。
所述固定绑带2含扎带20和护腰板21,所述扎带20从所述绑带通孔13中穿过。
所述弹力布3可拆卸地包裹在所述弹力压板1上。
所述弹性机构11的弹性单元11-1是在外力作用下可发生弹性变形,外力去除后可恢复原样的弹簧结构111-1,本实施例中所述弹簧结构111-1采用了螺旋弹簧结构。
佩戴本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器时,当患者呼吸或运动造成胸腔扩张时,鸡胸的凸起处也会向外扩张,这时本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器的所述受力板11-2会随之向外运动,所述弹性机构11的弹簧结构111-1发生相应的收缩,对因胸腔扩张形成的过大矫治力进行缓冲,避免因矫治力过大而造成人体组织的损伤,如骨折、或组织坏死。当呼吸或运动造成的胸腔收缩时,鸡胸的凸起处也会向内收缩,这时所述弹性机构11的弹簧结构111-1发生相应的伸长,本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器的所述受力板11-2会随之向内运动,使得所述受力板11-2始终贴合在鸡胸的凸起处,不会分离,并对鸡胸的凸起处施加适当的矫治压力。因此,无论胸腔扩张、或收缩,本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器能始终与鸡胸的凸起处保持良好的贴合,并施加适当的矫治压力,更加安全、有效、舒适。
参考图1-1和图8,由于所述弹力压板1采用了多个弹性机构11的组合结构,将本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器的受力面相应的分解成多个独立的受力单元,多个所述弹性机构11上 对应的所述受力板11-2构成了多个独立的能发生弹性运动的运动单元,因此不论所述鸡胸的凸起轮廓如何,所述弹力压板1都能与所述鸡胸凸起轮廓之间紧密地贴合,并施加适当的矫治压力,进行安全、有效的矫形治疗。当所述鸡胸骨骼突起的高度较大时,所述弹簧结构111-1收缩变形量也较大,矫治压力也适度增加;当所述鸡胸骨骼突起的高度较小时,所述弹簧结构111-1收缩变形量也相应减小,矫治压力也适度减小;但所施加的矫治压力都在临床要求的矫治压力范围内,能对所述鸡胸的所有部位凸起部分进行有效的治疗。
所述弹力压板1被弹力布3可拆卸地包裹。由于所述弹力压板1被弹力布3所包裹,因此,所述弹力压板1不与人体直接接触,增加患者舒适度的同时,由于所述弹力布3可选择可与人体直接接触的材质,不易造成过敏等不良反应,更加的安全。由于所述弹力布3是可拆卸的,便于在使用过程中的清洗和更换,更适合患者长期使用的要求。此外,由于所述弹力布3是有弹性的,因此,当所述弹力压板1的弹性机构11发生运动时,所述弹力布3也可以随之发生变形,不会对手术弹性机构11的运动产生阻碍。
所述固定绑带2含扎带20和护腰板21,所述护腰板21设在所述扎带20上。所述护腰板21通过所述扎带通孔21-1与所述扎带20连接。在所述弹力压板1对鸡胸进行治疗时,移动所述护腰板21至背部中部贴近脊椎处,可以有效地保护脊椎不受到伤害。
参考图8,佩戴时,将所述扎带20穿过所述底座12上的绑带通孔13,将所述弹力压板1压在鸡胸的突起上,移动所述护腰板21至后背部,收紧所述扎带2,将所述弹力压板1紧贴鸡胸的凸起,所述护腰板21紧贴后背,设定好矫治压力后即可进行鸡胸的矫形治疗。
实施例2、本发明之可调整弹力的弹性鸡胸矫治器
参考图2,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:所述弹性机构11上设有能调节矫形压力大小的压力调节开关11-4。由于鸡胸患者很多都是青少年儿童,而鸡胸的治疗过程是一个长期的过程,因此,随着青少年儿童的身体发育的过程,为保证鸡胸矫治器的治疗效果,需要根据不同的治疗阶段和患者的年龄段、身体特征,设定不同的矫治压力。如果无法进行矫治压力的调节,患者在治疗过程中就需要在不同的阶段更换不同的矫治器,不仅使用不方便,而且会大大增加患者的经济成本。因此,在所述弹性机构11上设计有压力调节开关11-4,通过调整所述压力调节开关11-4,可以根据患者的不同治疗阶段设定不同的矫治压力,更加适合长期矫形治疗使用。
佩戴好本实施例的弹性鸡胸矫治器后,设定好矫治压力后进行矫治,当需要进行矫治压力调节时,调整所述压力调节开关11-4,通过压缩所述弹簧结构111-1,可以设定矫治压力。设定好需要的矫治压力后,即可继续进行鸡胸的矫形治疗。
实施例3、本发明之含压力传感器的弹性鸡胸矫治器
参考图3,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于:在本实施例中,在所述弹力压板1上含传感器14。
对于体外鸡胸矫治器,矫治压力是治疗过程中最关键的参数,因此,如何收集和处理不同阶段的矫治压力值是鸡胸矫治治疗的关键。为此,本实施例中,在所述弹力压板1上设有压力传感器14。
所述压力传感器14设在受力板11-2上。此外,还设置有与所述压力传感器14相配套的数据处理单元14-1、显示单元14-2、电源单元14-3和电路系统14-4。所述数据处理单元14-1可以收集、储存、处理、输出所述压力传感器14的电信号,并在所述显示单元14-2上显示与压力相关的数据、或图形、或表格,也可以用有线或无线的方式输出到计算机、平板电脑、智能手机上,进行数据显示;所述电源单元14-3为数据处理单元14-1及显示单元14-2提供电力支撑;所述电路14-4将所述数据处理单元14-1、显示单元14-2及电源单元14-3连接在一起。
工作时,佩戴好本发明之弹性鸡胸矫治器后,通过所述电路系统14-4的电源开关144-1打开电源,通过所述数据处理单元14-1开始数据收集、记录,数据经过所述数据处理单元14-1处理后可通过所述数据输出端口141-1输出到其他载体。同时,所述数据处理单元14-1收集、处理的数据也可输出到所述显示单元14-2,打开所述显示显示单元14-2的显示开关142-1即可在所述显示单元14-2上进行实时的数据显示和查看,医生可以通过分析收集到的矫形压力数据和鸡胸矫形效果,及时调整鸡胸矫形治疗方案,以达到最佳治疗效果。
此外,参考图4至图7,本发明中的所述弹性机构11的弹性单元11-1还可选择弹性柱结构111-2,参考图4;或弹性片111-3,参考图5;或液压结构111-4,参考图6;或气缸结构111-5,参考图7。本领域的专用人士还可以依据本发明提供的技术方案,设计其他形式的弹性单元结构,而不脱离本发明的保护范围,在此不一一列举。
应该注意,本文中公开和说明的结构可以用其它效果相同的结构代替,同时本发明所介绍的实施例并非实现本发明的唯一结构。虽然本发明的优先实施例已在本文中予以介绍和说明,但本领域内的技术人员都清楚知道这些实施例不过是举例说明而己,本领域内的技术人员可以做出无数的变化、改进和代替,而不会脱离本发明,因此,应按照本发明所附的权利要求书的精神和范围来的界定本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 弹性鸡胸矫治器,其特征在于所述弹性鸡胸矫治器含:弹力压板(1)、固定绑带(2);
    A、所述弹力压板(1)含壳体(12)、绑带通孔(13)、以及至少含一个弹性机构(11),所述弹性机构(11)安装在壳体(12)内,所述绑带通孔(13)设在壳体(12)上;
    B、所述弹性机构(11)含弹性单元(11-1)、受力板(11-2)及固定座(11-3);所述受力板(11-2)设在弹性单元(11-1)的远端;所述弹性单元(11-1)的近端安装在固定座(11-3)上;所述受力板(11-2)可运动地安装在固定座(11-3)上。
    C、所述固定绑带(2)从所述绑带通孔(13)中穿过。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述弹性鸡胸矫治器,其特征在于:所述弹性单元(11-1)是弹簧结构(111-1)、或弹性柱(111-2)、或弹性片(111-3)、或液压结构(111-4)、或气缸结构(111-5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述弹性鸡胸矫治器,其特征在于:所述弹性机构(11)上设有能调节弹性力大小的压力调节开关(11-4)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述弹性鸡胸矫治器,其特征在于:所述弹力压板(1)含压力传感器(14),所述压力传感器(14)设在受力板(11-2)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述弹性鸡胸矫治器,其特征在于:所述弹力压板(1)上设有与压力传感器(14)相关的数据处理单元(14-1)、显示单元(14-2)、电源单元(14-3)、电路系统(14-4),所述数据处理单元(14-1)可以收集、储存、处理、输出所述压力传感器(14)的电信号,并在所述显示单元(14-2)上显示与压力相关的数据、或图形、或表格,也可以用有线或无线的方式输出到计算机、平板电脑、智能手机上,进行数据显示;所述电源单元(14-3)为数据处理单元(14-1)及显示单元(14-2)提供电力支撑;所述电路(14-4)将所述数据处理单元(14-1)、显示单元(14-2)及电源单元(14-3)连接在一起。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述弹性鸡胸矫治器,其特征在于:所述弹力压板(1)被弹力布(3)可拆卸地包裹。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述弹性鸡胸矫治器,其特征在于:所述固定绑带(2)含扎带(20)和护腰板(21),所述护腰板(21)设在所述扎带(20)上。
