其中,保存已播放片源的断点信息可以采用更新的方式进行保存,即替换原来保存的关于该同一片源的断点信息。这样可以保证用户每次观看影片时会自动跳到用户上述播放的时刻,无需选择,节省容量。
在本实施例中还提供了一种片源播放装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的片源播放装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括第一获取模块22,确定模块24和播放模块26,下面对该装置进行说明。
第一获取模块22,设置为获取用于标识待播放片源的采样信息;确定模块24,连接至上述第一获取模块22,设置为依据采样信息确定预先保存的待播放片源的用于记录播放进度的片源断点信息;播放模块26,连接至上述确定模块24,设置为依据确定的所片源断点信息对应的播放进度播放待播放片源。
图3是根据本发明实施例的片源播放装置中播放模块26的结构框图,如图3所示,该播放模块26包括以下单元之一:
第一播放单元32,设置为当片源断点信息的数量为一个时,根据片源断点信息对应的播放进度播放待播放片源;第二播放单元34,设置为当片源断点信息的数量为两个及两个以上时,提示用户进行片源断点信息的选择,根据用户选择的片源断点信息对应的播放进度播放待播放片源。
图4是根据本发明实施例的片源播放装置的优选结构框图,如图4所示,该装置除包括图2所示的所有模块外,还包括第二获取模块42和保存模块44,下面对该装置进行说明。
第二获取模块42,连接至上述播放模块26,设置为在退出播放时,获取已播放片源播放停止时对应的已播放片源的断点信息;保存模块44,连接至上述第二获取模块42,设置为保存获取的已播放片源的断点信息。
图5是根据本发明实施例的片源播放装置中保存模块44的结构框图,如图5所示,该保存模块44包括更新单元52,下面对该更新单元52进行说明:
更新单元52,设置为将待播放片源的断点信息更新为已播放片源的断点信息。
图6是根据本发明实施例的片源播放系统的结构框图,如图6所示,该片源播放系统60包括上述任一项片源播放装置62。
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明进行说明。
针对相关技术中存在的不同路径下的相同片源不能共享断点信息,影响用户体验的问题,本发明实施例中提供了一种多片源之间断点续播的方法,在该方法中,根据片源自身的数据来判断不同播放路径下的片源是否属于相同片源,而不是根据片源路径及名字来判断,以此实现路径及名字不同,而内容相同的片源之间共享断点信息,最终达到多片源之间的断点续播。
在本发明实施例中,在视频片源退出播放的时候,判断如果不是播放到最后,就会对片源进行多次采样(例如采样片头、片尾,以及片源中间多段数据),将采样信息和断点信息保存起来。然后在每个片源播放前,采用同样的方式进行采样,并和以前保存起来的采样数据进行比较,如果相同,则认为是同一个片源,采用以前保存起来的断点信息进行播放该片源。具体形式可以如下所示:
视频片源退出播放时:对视频或音频片源按照一定的算法进行采样(例如采样片头、片尾以及片源其它M处地方,每处地方采样N秒,当然也可以抓取特定时间点的播放画面);然后和以前保存的记录进行比较,如果有相同的采样数据,可以有两种处理方式(A:如果该片源已经播放到结尾,那么删除该记录;B:如果该片源不是播放到结尾,那么保存新的断点信息到该记录中)。如果没有相同的采用数据,那么也可以有两种处理方式(A:如果该片源已经播放到结尾,那么不做任何处理;B:如果该片源不是播放到结尾,那么添加一条新记录保存采样信息和断点信息)。当然,为了加快退出播放的响应速度,可以在视频播放过程中就进行数据采样以及采样数据比较。
视频片源开始播放时:采用和退出播放时候相同的采样算法,对片源进行采样,并且和记录中的采样数据时行比较,如果有相同的采样信息,那么就获取到这条采样信息对应的断点信息,并且使用这个断点信息来进行断点播放。否则就从头播放。
图7是根据本发明实施例的片源退出播放时的流程图,如图7所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S701,按照特定算法对已播放片源进行采样,获取已播放片源的采样信息及断点信息;
步骤S702,将获取的上述采样信息和以前记录中的采样信息进行匹配;
步骤S703,判断匹配是否成功,若成功,则转至步骤S704,若不成功,则转至步骤S707;
步骤S704,判断该已播放片源是否已经播放到结尾处,若已经播放到结尾,则转至步骤S705,若未播放到结尾,则转至步骤S706;
步骤S705,删除以前记录中保存的采样信息及断点信息,同时也不用保存本次获取的采样信息;
步骤S706,保存新的断点信息到该记录中;
步骤S707,判断该已播放片源是否已经播放到结尾处,若已经播放到结尾,则转至步骤S708,若未播放到结尾,则转至步骤S709;
步骤S708,不对该获取的采样信息进行任何处理,即不需要保存该该采样信息;
步骤S709,添加一条新的记录,在该新的记录中保存该已播放片源的采样信息和断点信息。
图8是根据本发明实施例的片源开始播放时的流程图,如图8所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S801,按照特定算法对待播放片源进行采样,获取待播放片源的采样信息;
步骤S802,将获取的上述采样信息和以前记录中的采样信息进行匹配;
步骤S803,判断匹配是否成功,若成功,则转至步骤S804,若不成功,则转至步骤S805;
步骤S804,获取上述的以前记录中保存的断点信息,依据该断点信息对应的播放进度播放该片源;
步骤S805,从片头开始播放该待播放片源。
在上述的具体实施例中,主要涉及到两方面:
1)视频播放软件
视频播放软件在开始播放视频和结束播放时,采用相同算法,对视频片源进行采样。
在开始播放时,对视频片源进行采样,和记录比较,看是否有相同的采样信息,以决定是否可以实现断点播放。
在退出播放时,对视频片源进行采样,和记录比较,然后对记录进行删除或者保存或者更新的操作。
2)采样及断点信息记录
每条记录对应于一个片源(或者多个相同的片源),每一条记录的信息包括:一个采样信息,一个或者多个断点信息。这些记录可以保存在数据库中或者文本文件中。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明实施例的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,通过上述实施例及优选实施方式,解决了相关技术中存在的不同路径下的相同片源不能共享断点信息,影响用户体验的问题,进而达到了实现多个相同片源之间共享断点信息,提高用户体验的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种片源播放方法,包括:
    获取用于标识待播放片源的采样信息;
    依据所述采样信息确定预先保存的所述待播放片源的用于记录播放进度的片源断点信息;
    依据确定的所述片源断点信息对应的播放进度播放所述待播放片源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述待播放片源的采样信息包括以下信息至少之一:所述待播放片源的片头、所述待播放片源的片尾、所述待播放片源的一个或多个中间播放片段。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,依据确定的所述片源断点信息对应的所述播放进度播放所述待播放片源包括以下之一:
    当所述片源断点信息的数量为一个时,根据所述片源断点信息对应的所述播放进度播放所述待播放片源;
    当所述片源断点信息的数量为两个及两个以上时,提示用户进行所述片源断点信息的选择,根据所述用户选择的所述片源断点信息对应的所述播放进度播放所述待播放片源。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在依据确定的所述片源断点信息对应的所述播放进度播放所述待播放片源之后,还包括:
    在退出播放时,获取已播放片源播放停止时对应的已播放片源的断点信息;
    保存获取的所述已播放片源的断点信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,保存获取的所述已播放片源的断点信息包括:
    将所述待播放片源的断点信息更新为所述已播放片源的断点信息。
  6. 一种片源播放装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为获取用于标识待播放片源的采样信息;
    确定模块,设置为依据所述采样信息确定预先保存的所述待播放片源的用于记录播放进度的片源断点信息;
    播放模块,设置为依据确定的所述片源断点信息对应的播放进度播放所述待播放片源。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述播放模块包括以下单元之一:
    第一播放单元,设置为当所述片源断点信息的数量为一个时,根据所述片源断点信息对应的所述播放进度播放所述待播放片源;
    第二播放单元,设置为当所述片源断点信息的数量为两个及两个以上时,提示用户进行所述片源断点信息的选择,根据所述用户选择的所述片源断点信息对应的所述播放进度播放所述待播放片源。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为在退出播放时,获取已播放片源播放停止时对应的已播放片源的断点信息;
    保存模块,设置为保存获取的所述已播放片源的断点信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述保存模块包括:
    更新单元,设置为将所述待播放片源的断点信息更新为所述已播放片源的断点信息。
  10. 一种片源播放系统,包括权利要求6至9中任一项所述的片源播放装置。
