该盒体 101与该盒盖 102的接触处设置有触发模块 203,用于当该盒盖 102 打开时, 所述盒盖 102促使所述触发模块 203生成触发信号, 该触发模块 203 与该微处理器 201电连接;
该盒体 101内设置有电量检测模块 204, 该电量检测模块 204分别与该微 处理器 201和该烟盒电池 202电连接;通过该电量检测模块 204可以精确或大 致的检测该烟盒电池 202的电量, 方便用户估算充电时间; 其中, 所述电量检 测模块 204检测电量的方法可以为通过检测烟盒电池 202当前的电压与所述烟 盒电池 202充满电时的电压进行比较,从而获取烟盒电池 202当前的电量信息; 具体限定。
该盒体 101端面上设置有显示模块 205,该显示模块 205与该微处理器 201 电连接;
该微处理器 201用于在接收到该触发信号后,从该电量检测模块 204中获 取该烟盒电池 202的电量信息, 并控制该显示模块 205显示该电量信息。
本发明实施例中, 当用户打开盒盖 102时,通过该盒体 101端面上显示模 块 205显示的电量信息,使得用户能够掌握烟盒电池的电量信息,便于用户及 时给该烟盒电池 202充电, 提高电子烟的充电效率。
优选的, 该盒体 101的横截面为弧形, 以便于符合手持弧度, 提高用户手 握该电子烟盒的舒适度, 具体形状在本实施例中不作限定。 需要说明的是, 该 电子烟盒内部还设置有与上述烟盒电池 202 电连接的用于给电子烟以及该烟 盒电池 202充电的充电模块 206, 该电子烟盒底部设置有与所述充电模块 206 电连接的 USB ( Universal Serial Bus, 通用串行总线)接口 (未示出), 通过所 述 USB接口可与外部供电设备连接以对烟盒电池进行充电。
优选地, 该显示模块 205设置于该盒体 101面向该盒盖 102的端面上, 以 使在打开该盒盖 102时能够看到该显示模块 205显示的该电量信息,即在用户 在打开该盒盖 102时显示模块 205自然地呈现在用户的视线内,避免显示模块 205设置在侧面时不便于用户观察电量信息的问题。
优选地,如图 4所示, 该盒盖 102与该盒体 101的连接处设置有用于连接 该盒盖 102与该盒体 101的第一转轴 301, 当该盒盖 102打开或关闭时, 该盒 盖 102绕该第一转轴 301转动, 以便于用户快速并准确的打开或关闭该盒盖 102, 并减少盒盖 102与盒体 101之间的机械磨损。
本发明实施例中, 该触发模块 203具体可设置为以下几种结构:
一、 如图 4所示, 该触发模块 203具体可设置为: 一个微触开关 401以及 用于固定该微触开关 401并与该微触开关 401电连接的印制电路板 402, 该微 触开关 401设置于该盒盖 102与该盒体 101 的第一接触处, 该微触开关 401 通过该印制电路板 402与该微处理器 201电连接, 当该盒盖 102打开时, 该盒 盖 102触动该微触开关 401,生成该触发信号。具体地, 当该盒盖 102打开时, 该盒盖 102接触该微触开关 401, 该微触开关 401处于按压状态, 生成该触发 信号。
通过上述设置方式, 当该盒盖 102打开时, 该盒盖 102接触该微触开关 401, 该微触开关 401处于按压状态, 生成该触发信号, 进而通过该盒体 101 端面上显示模块 205 显示的电量信息, 使得用户能够掌握烟盒电池的电量信 息, 便于用户及时给该烟盒电池 202充电, 提高电子烟的充电效率。
二、 如图 5所示, 该触发模块 203具体可设置为: 一个微触开关 501以及 用于固定该微触开关 501并与该微触开关 501电连接的印制电路板 502, 该微 触开关 501设置于该盒盖 102与该盒体 101 的第二接触处, 该微触开关 501 通过该印制电路板 502与该微处理器 201电连接, 当该盒盖 102打开时, 该盒 盖 102触动该微触开关 501,生成该触发信号。具体地, 当该盒盖 102打开时, 该盒盖 102远离该微触开关 501, 该微触开关 501处于松弛状态, 生成该触发 信号。
三、 如图 6所示, 该触发模块 203具体可设置为: 一个微触开关 601、 用 于固定该微触开关 601并与该微触开关 601电连接的印制电路板 602以及设置 于该盒盖 102和该微触开关 601之间的触动部件, 当该盒盖 102打开时, 该盒 盖 102推动该触动部件, 使得该触动部件触动该微触开关 601, 生成该触发信 号。
具体地, 该触动部件包括转板 701和弹簧 702, 该转板 701包括第二转轴 7011以及分别与该第二转轴 7011机械连接的第一挡板 7012和第二挡板 7013, 该第一挡板 7012和第二挡板 7013机械相连, 该弹簧 702固定设置于该盒体 101 内并与该第一挡板 7012相 4氐持, 当该盒盖 102打开时, 该盒盖 102推动 该第一挡板 7012, 使得该第二挡板 7023触动该微触开关 601, 生成该触发信 号。
更具体地, 当该盒盖 102打开时, 该盒盖 102推动该第一挡板 7012绕该 第二转轴 7011转动, 使得该第二挡板 7013按压该微触开关 601, 生成该触发 信号, 并使该弹簧 702处于压缩状态。
这种设置方式中,在打开或者关闭该盒盖 102时,通过上述转板结构触动 该微触开关 601 生成该触发信号, 从而减轻该电子烟盒内机械部件之间的磨 损, 延长该电子烟盒的使用寿命。
四、 结合图 7与图 8所示, 该触发模块 203具体可设置为: 设置于该盒盖
102内的导电弹片 801以及设置于该盒体 101面向该盒盖 102的端面上的两个 导电触点 802, 该两个导电触点 802中的至少一个与该微处理器 201电连接, 当所述盒盖 102盖设在所述盒体 101上时所述导电弹片 801与两个所述导电触 点 802电连接, 当该盒盖 102打开时, 该导电弹片 801远离该两个导电触点 802, 该两个导电触点 802处于断开状态, 生成该触发信号。
具体地, 该两个导电触点 802中的一个与该微处理器 201电连接, 另一个 接地或接高电平电压;
或,
该两个导电触点 802中的一个与该微处理器 201电连接并接高电平电压, 另一个接地。
更具体地, 该盒盖 102内设置有插槽 803, 该导电弹片 801卡设于该插槽 803内。
通过这种设置方式,可以避免由于触动部件之间的机械连接造成的机械磨 损, 易于对该触动部件做检测并及时更换。
可以理解的是,以上列举的触发模块 203设置的四种方式为本发明实施所 列举的优选实施例, 在实际运用中, 对于能完成上述触发动作, 具有以上类似 结构的其他实施例均属于本发明保护的范围内, 其结构在此不作具体限制。
以上对该电子烟盒的结构进行了具体说明,下面结合图 3所示的电子烟盒 的电路连接结构示意图对该电子烟盒的电量显示过程进行说明:
当盒盖 102处于关闭状态时, 触发模块 203未受到触发, 因此显示模块
205不显示电量信息。 当盒盖 102打开时, 触发模块 203被触发, 生成触发信 号, 电量检测模块 204立即检测烟盒电池 202的电压信息; 微处理器 201在收 到该触发信号后,从电量检测模块 204中获取烟盒电池 202的电压信息, 并将 获取的电压信息和烟盒电池 202 充满电时的电压信息进行比较得到该烟盒电 池 202电量信息, 然后将该电量信息通过显示模块 205显示输出。 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其限制; 尽管参照前述 实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解: 其依然 可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进 行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各 实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 包括:
盒体与盖设在所述盒体上的盒盖;
所述盒体内设置有微处理器以及与所述微处理器电连接的烟盒电池; 所述盒体与所述盒盖的接触处设置有触发模块, 用于当所述盒盖打开时, 所述盒盖促使所述触发模块生成触发信号,所述触发模块与所述微处理器电连 接;
所述盒体内设置有电量检测模块,所述电量检测模块分别与所述微处理器 和所述烟盒电池电连接;
所述盒体端面上设置有显示模块, 所述显示模块与所述微处理器电连接; 所述微处理器用于在接收到所述触发信号后,从所述电量检测模块中获取 所述烟盒电池的电量信息, 并控制所述显示模块显示所述电量信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述显示模块设置于 所述盒体面向所述盒盖的端面上,以使在打开所述盒盖时能够看到所述显示模 块显示的所述电量信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述盒盖与所述 盒体的连接处设置有用于连接所述盒盖与所述盒体的第一转轴,当所述盒盖打 开或关闭时, 所述盒盖绕所述第一转轴转动。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述触发模块包括微 触开关以及用于固定所述微触开关并与所述微触开关电连接的印制电路板,所 述微触开关设置于所述盒盖与所述盒体的接触处,所述微触开关通过所述印制 电路板与所述微处理器电连接, 当所述盒盖打开时, 所述盒盖触动所述微触开 关, 生成所述触发信号。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述当所述盒盖打开 时, 所述盒盖触动所述微触开关, 生成所述触发信号具体包括:
当所述盒盖打开时, 所述盒盖接触所述微触开关, 所述微触开关处于按压 状态, 生成所述触发信号;
或,
当所述盒盖打开时, 所述盒盖远离所述微触开关, 所述微触开关处于松弛 状态, 生成所述触发信号。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述触发模块还包括 设置于所述盒盖和所述微触开关之间的触动部件, 当所述盒盖打开时, 所述盒 盖推动所述触动部件,使得所述触动部件触动所述微触开关, 生成所述触发信 号。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述触动部件包括转 板和弹簧,所述转板包括第二转轴以及分别与所述第二转轴机械连接的第一挡 板和第二挡板, 所述第一挡板和第二挡板机械相连, 所述弹簧固定设置于所述 盒体内并与所述第一挡板相抵持, 当所述盒盖打开时, 所述盒盖推动所述第一 挡板, 使得所述第二挡板触动所述微触开关, 生成所述触发信号。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述当所述盒盖打开 时, 所述盒盖推动所述第一挡板, 使得所述第二挡板触动所述微触开关, 生成 所述触发信号具体包括:
当所述盒盖打开时, 所述盒盖推动所述第一挡板绕所述第二转轴转动,使 得所述第二挡板按压所述微触开关, 生成所述触发信号, 并使所述弹簧处于压 缩状态。
9、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述触发模块包括设 置于所述盒盖内的导电弹片以及设置于所述盒体面向所述盒盖的端面上的两 个导电触点, 所述两个导电触点中的至少一个与所述微处理器电连接, 当所述 盒盖盖设在所述盒体上时所述导电弹片与两个所述导电触点电连接,当所述盒 盖打开时, 所述导电弹片远离所述两个导电触点, 所述两个导电触点处于断开 状态, 生成所述触发信号。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述两个导电触点中 的一个与所述微处理器电连接, 另一个接地或接高电平电压。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述两个导电触点中 的一个与所述微处理器电连接并接高电平电压, 另一个接地。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述盒盖内设置有插 槽, 所述导电弹片卡设于所述插槽内。
13、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述盒体的横截 面呈弧形。
