所述横杆的一端与集球器的底部框架一侧固定连接,所述集球器的底部框架另一侧设置有让位槽,所述横杆的另一端为活动端且位于所述让位槽内,所述横杆的活动端的最大让位间距大于球的直径;
当集球器扣压地上的球时,所述横杆的活动端受球的压力沿让位槽运动逐渐让位,球通过所述入球口进入所述集球器内;且
当球通过与所述横杆相接的最大截面直径部位进入入球口时,所述横杆的活动端沿让位槽运动逐渐复位。
其中,所述让位槽包括有限位槽、以及与所述限位槽相通的让位槽道;所述横杆的活动端静态位置位于所述限位槽内。
其中,所述让位槽道为轨迹由与所述限位槽相邻端逐渐朝上的让位槽道。
其中,所述横杆为弹性横杆。该弹性横杆可以是采用玻璃纤维杆。
其中,所述集球器相对的两个顶部框架分别设有滑动槽,所述集球器的顶部设有活动杆,所述活动杆的两端分别位于对应的所述滑动槽内,通过所述活动杆沿所述滑动槽运动打开或者关闭所述出球口。
进一步的,所述集球器的顶部设置有与活动杆平行的顶部横杆,所述顶部横 杆上铰接有用于固定活动杆的扣紧件,所述扣紧件位于远离铰接部设置的扣紧部可拆卸扣紧于所述活动杆。
更进一步的,所述集球器相对的两个顶部框架位于与顶部横杆两端相对应的位置设置有滑动槽,所述顶部横杆可沿滑动槽运动。
其中,所述集球器底部设置有滚轮。
其中,所述捡球器还设有可拆卸的支撑杆,所述拉杆与所述集球器的连接处设置有转动装置,所述拉杆可通过所述转动装置转动至所述集球器的下方,所述支撑杆与转动至集球器下方的所述拉杆组成捡球器的支撑架。
上述集球器可以设置有插接口,所述支撑杆与所述集球器的连接端可以插接于所述插接口。
其中,所述拉杆为可伸缩的拉杆。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的一种捡球器,由于包括有集球器及与所述集球器相接的拉杆,集球器的底部设置有入球口和顶部设置有出球口,入球口为集球器的底部平行设置的多根横杆的间距形成,相邻的横杆之间的间距形成一个入球口,且相邻的横杆之间的间距离小于球的直径;横杆的一端与集球器的底部框架一侧固定连接,集球器的底部框架另一侧设置有让位槽,横杆的另一端为活动端且位于让位槽内,横杆的活动端的最大让位间距大于球的直径;当集球器扣压地上的球时,所述横杆的活动端在受球的压力沿让位槽运动逐渐让位,球通过入球口进入集球器内;且当球通过与横杆相接的最大截面直径部位进入入球口时,横杆的活动端沿让位槽运动逐渐复位。
由此,通过采用这种一端固定的横杆配合让位槽的方式实现捡球,在集球器扣压地上的球时,横杆的活动端受球的压力沿让位槽运动,入球口的间距逐渐增大,球从增大的入球口进入集球器内;当球通过与横杆相接的最大截面直径部位进入入球口后,横杆的活动端沿让位槽运动逐渐复位,进入集球器的球被封隔于集球器内;采用该让位方式的捡球器使用方便且不易损坏,使用寿命较长;而且,采用多根平行的横杆组成多个入球口,一次性可以捡起集球器覆盖区域的多个球,捡球效率也较高,且可避免因强挤压而造成球体表面损伤或者球体破损。因此该捡球器具有结构简单、使用更为方便、可避免造成球体表面损伤或者球体破 损,且成本较低、使用寿命较长的优点。

具体实施方式
为了使发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本发明的一种捡球器的实施方式之一,如图1至图7所示,包括有集球器1及与集球器1相连的拉杆2,集球器1设置有入球口3和出球口4,入球口3设置于集球器1的底部;入球口3为集球器1的底部平行设置的多根横杆31的间距形成,相邻的横杆31之间的间距形成一个入球口3,且相邻的横杆31之间的间距略小于球的直径;横杆31的一端与集球器1的底部框架一侧固定连接,集球器1的底部框架另一侧设置有让位槽32,横杆31的另一端为活动端且位于让位槽32内,横杆31的活动端的最大让位间距大于球的直径;当集球器1扣压地上的球时,横杆31的活动端受球的压力沿让位槽32逐渐让位,球通过入球口3进入集球器1内;且当球通过与横杆31相接的最大截面直径部位进入入球口3时,横杆31的活动端沿让位槽32运动逐渐复位。
本发明的捡球器采用这种一端固定的横杆31配合让位槽32的方式实现捡球,在集球器1扣压地上的球时,横杆31的活动端受球的压力沿让位槽32逐渐让位,入球口3的间距逐渐增大,球从增大的入球口3进入集球器1内;当球通过与横杆31相接的最大截面直径部位进入入球口3后,横杆31的活动端沿让位槽32逐渐复位,进入集球器1的球被隔于集球器1内;采用该让位方式的捡球器使用方便且不易损坏,使用寿命较长;而且,采用多根平行的横杆31组成多个入球口3,一次性可以捡起集球器覆盖区域的多个球,捡球效率也较高,且可避免因强挤压而造成球体表面损伤或者球体破损。因此该捡球器具有结构简单、使用更为方便、可避免造成球体表面损伤或者球体破损,且成本较低、使用寿命较长的优点。该捡球器可以根据具体的球类设置相应的横杆间隙,例如:乒乓球捡球器、高尔夫球捡球器、网球捡球器、棒球捡球器、垒球捡球器等等。
具体的,让位槽32包括有限位槽321、以及与限位槽321相通且位于限位槽321斜上方的让位槽道322;横杆31的活动端静态位置位于限位槽321内。让位槽道322为轨迹由与限位槽321相邻端逐渐朝上的让位槽道322。当捡球器处于未使用状态时,横杆31的活动端被限位于限位槽321内,捡球时,球给横 杆31一个向上的力,使得横杆31的活动端离开限位槽321,接着运动至斜上方的让位槽道322内,此时,由于横杆31的活动端向斜上方移动,相邻横杆31间的距离增大,球通过入球口3进入集球器1内;当横杆31的活动端失去球向上的压力,它沿着倾斜的让位槽道322运动,复位于限位槽321内,此时的入球口3略小于球的直径,集球器1内的球不会掉出来。
具体的,捡球器的底部还设有滚轮5,捡球过程中还可以通过滚轮5拉动集球器1运动,节省了手提捡球器需要的体力。
实施例2
本发明的一种捡球器的实施方式之一,如图1至图7所示,本实施例的主要技术方案与实施例1基本相同,在本实施例中未作解释的特征,采用实施例1中的解释,在此不再进行赘述。本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:横杆31为弹性横杆31,该弹性横杆31可以采用玻璃纤维杆。采用具有弹性材料的杆作为横杆31,捡球时需要的球的压力较小,不容易损坏球;而且,玻璃纤维材料容易复位,使用寿命较长。
实施例3
本发明的一种捡球器的实施方式之一,如图1至图7所示,本实施例的主要技术方案与实施例1或者实施例2基本相同,在本实施例中未作解释的特征,采用实施例1或者实施例2中的解释,在此不再进行赘述。本实施例与实施例1或者实施例2的区别在于:集球器1相对的两个顶部框架分别设有滑动槽41,集球器1的顶部设有活动杆42,活动杆42的两端分别位于对应的滑动槽41内,通过活动杆42沿滑动槽41运动打开或者关闭出球口4。
具体的,集球器1的顶部设置有与活动杆42平行的顶部横杆43,顶部横杆43上铰接有用于固定活动杆42的扣紧件44,扣紧件44位于远离铰接部设置的扣紧部可拆卸扣紧于活动杆42。
捡球状态下,扣紧件44的扣紧部扣住活动杆42,出球口4关闭;需要取球时,打开扣紧件44的扣紧部,并推动活动杆42使其沿滑动槽41滑动,出球口4打开(参见附图6和附图7),此时可以从集球器1内取球。采用扣紧件44和滑动槽41配合完成出球口4的打关和关闭,操作简单,取球方便。
实施例4
本发明的一种捡球器的实施方式之一,如图1至图7所示,本实施例的主要技术方案与实施例1或者实施例2或者实施例3基本相同,在本实施例中未作解释的特征,采用实施例1或者实施例2或者实施例3中的解释,在此不再进行赘述。本实施例与实施例1或者实施例2或者实施例3的区别在于:集球器1相对的两个顶部框架位于与顶部横杆43两端相对应的位置设置有滑动槽41,顶部横杆43可沿滑动槽41运动。将顶部横杆43也设置成活动杆42,可以将出球口4打开得更大,取球更加方便;另外,设置两个活动杆42,可以有效防止其中一个活动杆42滑动不灵活时造成的取球困难。
实施例5
本发明的一种捡球器的实施方式之一,如图1至图7所示,本实施例的主要技术方案与实施例1或者实施例2或者实施例3或者实施例4基本相同,在本实施例中未作解释的特征,采用实施例1或者实施例2或者实施例3或者实施例4中的解释,在此不再进行赘述。本实施例与实施例1或者实施例2或者实施例3或者实施例4的区别在于:捡球器还设有可拆卸的支撑杆7,拉杆2与集球器1的连接处设置有转动装置6,拉杆2可通过转动装置6转动至集球器1的下方,旋转角度可达到180°。支撑杆7与转动至集球器1下方的拉杆2组成捡球器的支撑架。这里的转动装置6可以是一个简单的转动轴,也可以是能限定转动角度的组合式转动机构。支撑杆7可以加固取球状态时捡球器的稳定性,采用可拆卸的支撑杆7,捡球时将其拆下,取球时将其装上,方便便捷。取球时,将拉杆2转动至集球器1下方,并与支撑杆7一起将集球器1支撑起一定的高度,使用者不需要弯腰就可以直接取球,使用方便。支撑杆7可以设置成与拉杆2相匹配的可伸缩的支撑杆7。
具体的,拉杆2为可伸缩的拉杆2。捡球器不使用时,拉杆2收缩,占用空间较小,便于存放和包装;捡球器使用时,可根据使用者的高度或者习惯对拉杆2进行伸长,操作非常简单、方便。
具体的,集球器1设有插接口8,支撑杆7与集球器1的连接端插接于插接口8。支撑杆7的安装采用插接的方式,结构简单,使用方便。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技 术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种捡球器,包括有集球器及与所述集球器连接的拉杆,所述集球器设置有入球口和出球口,所述入球口设于所述集球器的底部,其特征在于:
    所述入球口为所述集球器的底部平行设置的多根横杆的间距形成,相邻的所述横杆之间的间距形成一个所述入球口,且相邻的所述横杆之间的间距略小于球的直径;
    所述横杆的一端与集球器的底部框架一侧固定连接,所述集球器的底部框架另一侧设置有让位槽,所述横杆的另一端为活动端且位于所述让位槽内,所述横杆的活动端的最大让位间距大于球的直径;
    当集球器扣压地上的球时,所述横杆的活动端受球的压力沿让位槽运动逐渐让位,球通过所述入球口进入所述集球器内;且
    当球通过与所述横杆相接的最大截面直径部位进入入球口时,所述横杆的活动端沿让位槽运动逐渐复位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种捡球器,其特征在于:所述让位槽包括有限位槽、以及与所述限位槽相通的让位槽道;所述横杆的活动端静态位置位于所述限位槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种捡球器,其特征在于:所述让位槽道为轨迹由与所述限位槽相邻端逐渐朝上的让位槽道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种捡球器,其特征在于:所述横杆为弹性横杆。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种捡球器,其特征在于:所述集球器相对的两个顶部框架分别设有滑动槽,所述集球器的顶部设有活动杆,所述活动杆的两端分别位于对应的所述滑动槽内,通过所述活动杆沿所述滑动槽运动打开或者关闭所述出球口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种捡球器,其特征在于:所述集球器的顶部设置有与活动杆平行的顶部横杆,所述顶部横杆上铰接有用于固定活动杆的扣紧件,所述扣紧件位于远离铰接部设置的扣紧部可拆卸扣紧于所述活动杆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种捡球器,其特征在于:所述集球器相对的两个顶部框架位于与顶部横杆两端相对应的位置设置有滑动槽,所述顶部横杆可沿滑动槽运动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种捡球器,其特征在于:所述集球器底部设置 有滚轮。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种捡球器,其特征在于:所述捡球器还设有可拆卸的支撑杆,所述拉杆与所述集球器的连接处设置有转动装置,所述拉杆可通过所述转动装置转动至所述集球器的下方,所述支撑杆与转动至集球器下方的所述拉杆组成捡球器的支撑架。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种捡球器,其特征在于:所述拉杆为可伸缩的拉杆。
