在本发明的一种实施例中,所述联网服务模块,还配置为在远程同步模块将所述待同步数据同步到远程服务器之前,接收所述通信终端发送的远程同步配置信息,该远程同步配置信息至少包括远程服务器地址信息;所述远程同步模块,还配置为根据所述远程服务器地址信息与所述远程服务器建立通信连接。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述无线数据卡还包括本地同步模块和本地存储模块;其中,
所述本地同步模块,配置为在所述远程同步模块的远程同步功能未开启时,将所述待同步数据同步到本地存储模块中;或配置为在所述联网服务模块接收到所述待同步数据之后,直接将该待同步数据同步到本地存储模块中;或配置为在所述远程同步模块在执行将所述待同步数据同步到所述远程服务器同步失败时,将该待同步数据同步到本地存储模块中;
所述本地存储模块,配置为存储待同步数据。
为了解决上述问题,本发明实施例还提供了一种通信系统,所述通信系统包括:通信终端、无线数据卡以及远程服务器;其中,
所述通信终端,配置为向所述无线数据卡发送待同步数据;
所述无线数据卡,配置为接收所述通信终端发送的待同步数据,将获取的待同步数据同步到所述远程服务器;
所述远程服务器,配置为接收并存储所述无线数据卡发送的待同步数据。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明实施例提供的无线数据卡、通信系统、数据同步方法及计算机存储介质,无线数据卡与通信终端建立通信连接后,接收通信终端发送的待同步数据;无线数据卡将获取的待同步数据同步到远程服务器。可见,本发明实施例中的无线数据卡将数据同步到远程服务器上,并不仅是同步到本地SD卡上。其与现有技术相比,至少具备以下优点:
1、由于数据存储在远程服务器上,因此只要能得到该远程服务器的地址,就能对其进行访问,所以同步在远程服务器上的数据并不仅局限在一个无线局域网内共享,也可在广域网内实现共享,用户可以在任何可实现上网的地方都能进行访问,数据的“随身携带性”更好;
2、远程服务器的存储空间远大于无线数据卡本地的存储空间,可以在较大程度上避免存储空间不够的问题;
3、相对现有将数据同步到SD上,可防止因SD卡意外丢失导致数据永久性丢失以及数据丢失带来的各种安全隐患问题。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
请参考图1,图1为本发明实施例一提供的通信系统结构示意图;本实施例中的通信系统包括:通信终端1、无线数据卡2以及远程服务器3;其中通信终端1可以是任何可利用无线数据卡2实现无线上网的终端,例如电脑终端等。其中:
所述通信终端1,配置为向无线数据卡2发送待同步数据;
所述无线数据卡2,配置为接收通信终端1发送的待同步数据,将获取的待同步数据同步到远程服务器3;
所述远程服务器3,配置为接收并存储无线数据卡2发送的待同步数据。
应当理解的是,通信终端1向无线数据卡2发送待同步数据之前,需先与无线数据卡2建立通信连接;无线数据卡2将待同步数据发送给远程服务器3之前,也需先与该远程服务器3建立通信连接。
具体的,请参见图2所示,图2为本发明实施例一提供的无线数据卡的结构示意图,所述无线数据卡2包括:联网服务模块22(即WEB Server模块)、远程同步模块23,还可包括用户界面模块21(即WEB UI模块);其中:
所述用户界面模块21,主要配置为提供相应的用户界面供用户查看或操作;该操作可包括各种指令的输入以及参数的设置等;
所述联网服务模块22,配置为与通信终端1建立通信连接,以及接收通信终端1发送的待同步数据;
所述远程同步模块23,配置为将联网服务模块22接收到的待同步数据同步到远程服务器3。
本实施例中,远程同步模块23将联网服务模块22接收到的待同步数 据同步到远程服务器3之前,需先与远程服务器3建立通信连接。在本实施例中,可以通过向远程同步模块23下发至少包括远程服务器3地址信息的远程同步配置信息,远程同步模块23从远程同步配置信息中获取到远程服务器3地址信息并与远程服务器3建立通信连接。本实施例中,远程同步配置信息可以通过通信终端1向无线数据卡2下发;无线数据卡2的联网服务模块22接收到该远程同步配置信息后,可以先对其进行合法性检查,只有在检查通过之后,才会将该远程同步配置信息转发给远程同步模块23进行远程同步时相关参数的保存和设置。
本实施例中,远程同步配置信息除了包含远程服务器3地址信息外,还可进一步包含远程数据同步规则;该远程数据同步规则可以根据不同的用户或者不同的应用场景进行设置,例如可以根据用户的偏好设置该规则为:仅同步设定类型的数据,或仅同步数据量不大于设定值的数据,或仅同步设定类型且数据量不大于设定值的数据等等;远程同步模块23将待同步数据同步到远程服务器3之前,则还包括判断该待同步数据是否满足远程数据同步规则,例如判断其数据类型是否是设定类型中的一种,或其数据量大小是否不大于设置值,或数据类型是否是设定类型中的一种且数据量大小是否不大于设置值等;如满足远程数据同步规则,则将其同步到远程服务器3汇总;否则,提示用户远程数据同步失败,或采用其他的同步方式对该数据进行同步。
请参见图3所示,本实施例中的无线数据卡2还可包括本地同步模块24和本地存储模块25;其中,本地存储模块25可包括在无线数据卡2上扩展的SD卡等外设存储模块。本地同步模块24可配置为在无线数据卡2的远程同步模块23的远程同步功能未开启时,将待同步数据同步到本地存储模块25中,对于无线数据卡2远程同步功能的开启和关闭,用户可以通过通信终端1向无线数据卡2下发响应的控制指令实现,且该控制指令可 以随着远程同步配置信息一起下发;或配置为在联网服务模块22接收到待同步数据之后,直接将该待同步数据同步到本地存储模块25中,也即此时无线数据卡2对该待同步数据同时进行远程同步和本地同步,以保证数据同步的可靠性;或配置为在远程同步模块23在执行将待同步数据同步到远程服务器3同步失败时,将该待同步数据同步到本地存储模块25中,也即无线数据卡2接收到待同步数据后,可以先进行远程同步,在远程同步失败后,再进行本地同步。
本地同步模块24将待同步数据同步到本地存储模块25的过程包括:
判断本地存储模块25当前剩余存储空间是否大于等于待同步数据所需的存储空间,如是,则将待同步数据存储到本地存储模块25中;否则,提示用户本地同步失败,或按照预设规则从存储模块中删除之前存储的至少一部分数据后再重新判断。该预设规则可以是按照存储的时间顺序删除最早存储的数据,或者按照所差的存储空间大小,删除与该存储空间大小相匹配的数据等等。
可见,本实施例中的本地同步模块24可以实现对无线数据可本地存储模块25(包括SD卡等存储模块)进行统一管理,报读读取存储模块容量信息以及读取和写入数据等。
本实施例中,无线数据卡2的联网服务模块22接收通信终端1发送的待同步数据包括:
联网服务模块22接收通信终端1发送的文件上传请求,该文件上传请求中包含有待同步数据;
联网服务模块22从文件上传请求中获取待同步数据。
当然,本实施例中通信终端1也可以先发送一个不包含待同步数据的上传请求给无线数据卡2,然后再单独向无线数据卡2发送待同步数据。
实际应用中,所述用户界面模块21、网服务模块22、远程同步模块23、 地同步模块24均可由所述无线数据卡或所述无线数据卡所属设备的中央处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)实现;
所述本地存储模块25可由所述无线数据卡或所述无线数据卡所属设备中的存储介质实现,比如:各种类型的存储器。
实施例二:
请参见图4所示,本实施例提供的无线数据卡数据同步方法包括:
步骤S401:无线数据卡与通信终端建立通信连接;
步骤S402:通信终端向无线数据卡发送待同步数据,可以通过文件上传请求的方式发送;
步骤S403:无线数据卡接收通信终端发送的待同步数据;
步骤S404:无线数据卡将获取的待同步数据发送到远程服务器;
步骤S405:远程服务器接收并存储无线数据卡发送的待同步数据。
其中,在无线数据卡将待同步数据同步到远程服务器之前,还可以包括:
无线数据卡接收通信终端发送的远程同步配置信息,该远程同步配置信息至少包括远程服务器地址信息;无线数据卡根据远程服务器地址信息与该远程服务器建立通信连接。无线数据卡接收到该远程同步配置信息后,可以先对其进行合法性检查,只有在检查通过之后,才进行远程同步时相关参数的保存和设置。
本实施例中,远程同步配置信息除了包含远程服务器地址信息外,还可进一步包含远程数据同步规则;该远程数据同步规则可以根据不同的用户或者不同的应用场景进行设置,例如可以根据用户的偏好设置该规则为:仅同步设定类型的数据,或仅同步数据量不大于设定值的数据,或仅同步设定类型且数据量不大于设定值的数据等等;无线数据卡将待同步数据同 步到远程服务器之前,则还包括判断该待同步数据是否满足远程数据同步规则,例如判断其数据类型是否是设定类型中的一种,或其数据量大小是否不大于设置值,或数据类型是否是设定类型中的一种且数据量大小是否不大于设置值等;如满足远程数据同步规则,则将其同步到远程服务器汇总;否则,提示用户远程数据同步失败,或采用其他的同步方式对该数据进行同步。
在本实施例中,无线数据卡除了可以实现将待同步数据进行远程同步外,还可在以下情况下进行本地同步:
无线数据卡将待同步数据同步到远程服务器之前,判断其远程同步功能没有开启时,将该待同步数据同步到本地的存储模块中;对于无线数据卡远程同步功能的开启和关闭,用户可以通过通信终端向无线数据卡下发响应的控制指令实现,且该控制指令可以随着远程同步配置信息一起下发;
或,
无线数据卡接收到通信终端发送的待同步数据之后,直接将该待同步数据同步到本地的存储模块中,也即此时无线数据卡对该待同步数据同时进行远程同步和本地同步,以保证数据同步的可靠性;
或,
无线数据卡执行将待同步数据同步到远程服务器后,判断待同步数据是否成功同步到远程服务器,如否,将该待同步数据同步到本地的存储模块中,也即无线数据卡接收到待同步数据后,可以先进行远程同步,在远程同步失败后,再进行本地同步。
无线数据卡将待同步数据同步到本地的存储模块中可以包括:
判断本地的存储模块当前剩余存储空间是否大于等于待同步数据所需的存储空间,如是,则将待同步数据存储到本地的存储模块中;否则,提示用户本地同步失败,或按照预设规则从本地的存储模块中删除之前存储 的至少一部分数据后再重新判断。该预设规则可以是按照存储的时间顺序删除最早存储的数据,或者按照所差的存储空间大小,删除与该存储空间大小相匹配的数据等等。
本实施例中,无线数据卡接收通信终端发送的待同步数据可以包括:
无线数据卡接收通信终端发送的文件上传请求,该文件上传请求中包含有待同步数据;
无线数据卡对该文件上传请求进行解析获取待同步数据。
当然,本实施例中通信终端也可以先发送一个不包含待同步数据的上传请求给无线数据卡,然后再单独向无线数据卡发送待同步数据。
实施例三:
为了更好的理解本发明,本实施例分别对无线数据卡远程同步配置信息的配置以及数据同步的过程进行示例说明。
请参见图5所示,无线数据卡远程同步配置信息的配置过程主要包括:
步骤S501:无线数据卡的联网服务模块接收通信终端以POST请求形式发送的远程同步配置信息,该远程同步配置信息包括是否开启远程同步功能指示信息以及远程服务器地址信息;
步骤S502:无线数据卡的联网服务模块判断该远程同步配置信息是否合法,如否,转至步骤S503;否则,转至步骤S504;
步骤S503:提示用户配置信息错误,并可进一步提示用户输入正确的配置信息;
步骤S504:保存远程同步配置信息。
请参见图6所示,无线数据卡数据同步的过程主要包括:
步骤S601:用户通过相应的用户界面提交文件上传请求;
步骤S602:无线数据卡的联网服务模块读取远程同步配置信息,判断用户是否开启了远程同步功能;如是,转至步骤S607;否则,转至步骤S603;
S603:准备向无线数据卡中的SD卡中保存该文件上传请求中包含的待同步数据;此时,无线数据卡解析文件上传请求,获取待同步文件大小,并和SD卡剩余空间大小进行比较,判断SD卡是否有剩余空间,如有,转至步骤S604;否则,转至步骤S606;
S604:当SD卡剩余空间可以容纳待上传文件时,保存该待同步文件到SD卡中;
S605:返回页面,并显示本地同步操作成功的结果信息;
S606:当SD卡空间不足时,返回错误页面,提示用户SD卡空间不足。
S607:当用户开启远程同步功能时,无线数据卡的远程同步模块读取远程同步配置信息,连接远程服务器;
S608:远程同步模块检测连接远程服务器是否成功;如否,转至步骤S609;否则,转至步骤S610;
S609:当没有连接成功时,提示用户远程同步失败。
S610:当连接成功时,同步待同步数据到远程服务器;
S611:返回远程同步操作结果显示页面,并提示用户操作结果。
本发明实施例还记载一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行本发明实施例中图4、和/或图5、和/或图6所示的数据同步方法。
可见,本发明实施例提供的无线数据卡既可将待同步数据在本地进行同步,还可将待同步数据同步到远程服务器上,同步到远程服务器上至少具备以下优点:
由于数据存储在远程服务器上,因此只要能得到该远程服务器的地址,就能对其进行访问,所以同步在远程服务器上的数据并不仅局限在一个无线局域网内共享,也可在广域网内实现共享,用户可以在任何可实现上网的地方都能进行访问,数据的“随身携带性”更好;
远程服务器的存储空间远大于无线数据卡本地的存储空间,可以在较大程度上避免存储空间不够的问题;
相对现有将数据同步到SD上,可防止因SD卡意外丢失导致数据永久性丢失以及数据丢失带来的各种安全隐患问题。

本发明实施例中,无线数据卡与通信终端建立通信连接后,接收通信终端发送的待同步数据;无线数据卡将获取的待同步数据同步到远程服务器;可见,采用本发明实施例所述技术方案,用户可以在任何可实现上网的地方都能进行访问,数据的“随身携带性”更好;可以在较大程度上避免存储空间不够的问题;可防止因SD卡意外丢失导致数据永久性丢失以及数据丢失带来的各种安全隐患问题。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种无线数据卡数据同步方法,所述方法包括:
    无线数据卡与通信终端建立通信连接;
    无线数据卡接收通信终端发送的待同步数据;
    无线数据卡将获取的待同步数据同步到远程服务器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的无线数据卡数据同步方法,其中,所述无线数据卡将所述待同步数据同步到远程服务器之前,还包括:
    无线数据卡接收所述通信终端发送的远程同步配置信息,该远程同步配置信息至少包括远程服务器地址信息;
    无线数据卡根据所述远程服务器地址信息与所述远程服务器建立通信连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的无线数据卡数据同步方法,其中,所述远程同步配置信息还包括远程数据同步规则;无线数据卡将所述待同步数据同步到远程服务器之前,还包括:
    判断所述待同步数据是否满足所述远程数据同步规则。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的无线数据卡数据同步方法,其中,所述无线数据卡接收通信终端发送的待同步数据包括:
    无线数据卡接收所述通信终端发送的文件上传请求,所述文件上传请求中包含有待同步数据;
    无线数据卡从所述文件上传请求中获取待同步数据。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的无线数据卡数据同步方法,其中,所述无线数据卡将所述待同步数据同步到所述远程服务器之前,还包括判断远程同步功能是否开启,如否,将该待同步数据同步到本地的存储模块中;
    或,
    所述无线数据卡接收到所述通信终端发送的待同步数据之后,还包括直接将该待同步数据同步到本地的存储模块中;
    或,
    所述无线数据卡执行将所述待同步数据同步到远程服务器后,还包括判断所述待同步数据是否成功同步到所述远程服务器,如否,将该待同步数据同步到本地的存储模块中。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的无线数据卡数据同步方法,其中,所述无线数据卡将所述待同步数据同步到本地存储模块中包括:
    判断本地的存储模块当前剩余存储空间是否大于等于所述待同步数据所需的存储空间,如是,则将所述待同步数据存储到所述本地的存储模块中;否则,提示本地同步失败,或按照预设规则从所述本地的存储模块中删除之前存储的至少一部分数据后再重新判断。
  7. 一种数据同步方法,所述方法包括:
    所述通信终端向所述无线数据卡发送待同步数据;
    所述无线数据卡接收所述通信终端发送的待同步数据;
    所述无线数据卡将获取的待同步数据同步到远程服务器;
    所述远程服务器接收并存储所述无线数据卡发送的待同步数据。
  8. 一种无线数据卡,其中,所述无线数据卡包括:联网服务模块、远程同步模块;
    所述联网服务模块,配置为与通信终端建立通信连接,以及接收所述通信终端发送的待同步数据;
    所述远程同步模块,配置为将所述待同步数据同步到远程服务器。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的无线数据卡,其中,所述联网服务模块,还配置为在远程同步模块将所述待同步数据同步到远程服务器之前,接收所述通信终端发送的远程同步配置信息,该远程同步配置信息至少包括远程服 务器地址信息;所述远程同步模块还配置为根据所述远程服务器地址信息与所述远程服务器建立通信连接。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的无线数据卡,其中,所述无线数据卡还包括本地同步模块和本地存储模块;其中,
    所述本地同步模块,配置为在所述远程同步模块的远程同步功能未开启时,将所述待同步数据同步到本地存储模块中;或配置为在所述联网服务模块接收到所述待同步数据之后,直接将该待同步数据同步到本地的存储模块中;或配置为在所述远程同步模块在执行将所述待同步数据同步到所述远程服务器同步失败时,将该待同步数据同步到本地存储模块中;
    所述本地存储模块,配置为存储待同步数据。
  11. 一种通信系统,所述通信系统包括:通信终端、无线数据卡以及远程服务器;其中,
    所述通信终端,配置为向所述无线数据卡发送待同步数据;
    所述无线数据卡,配置为接收所述通信终端发送的待同步数据,将获取的待同步数据同步到所述远程服务器;
    所述远程服务器,配置为接收并存储所述无线数据卡发送的待同步数据。
  12. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,和/或权利要求7所述的方法。
