The ceiling-side bolt insertion hole 27 is connected to the first large-diameter portion 27a that allows passage of the head of the ceiling-side bolt 25 and the first large-diameter portion 27a. And a first small-diameter portion 27b. The first small diameter portion 27b is disposed on the opposite side of the rear wall 17 with respect to the first large diameter portion 27a.
The wall-side bolt insertion hole 28 is connected to the second large-diameter portion 28a that allows passage of the head of the wall-side bolt 26 and the second large-diameter portion 28a. And a second small diameter portion 28b. The second small diameter portion 28b is disposed below the second large diameter portion 28a.
Thus, the ceiling side bolt insertion hole 27 and the wall side bolt insertion hole 28 are so-called dharma holes. However, between the first large-diameter portion 27a and the first small-diameter portion 27b, and between the second large-diameter portion 28a and the second small-diameter portion 28b, each extends in a slit shape as necessary. May be.
Next, a method for fixing the lighting case 22 to the cab will be described. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state before the ceiling fixing portion 22a and the wall fixing portion 22b of FIG. 3 are fixed to the cab. A plurality of nuts (not shown) for receiving the ceiling side bolts 25 and the wall side bolts 26 are respectively fixed to the upper surface of the cab ceiling 18 and the outer surface of the rear wall 17. The ceiling side bolt 25 penetrates the cab ceiling 18 and is attached in advance to a corresponding nut in a slightly loosened state. Similarly, the wall-side bolt 26 penetrates the rear wall 17 and is attached in advance to a corresponding nut in a slightly loosened state.
4. From the state of FIG. 4, the lighting case 22 is lifted and the head of the ceiling-side bolt 25 is passed through the first large-diameter portion 27a as shown in FIG. Subsequently, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the lighting case 22 is horizontally moved to the rear wall 17 side until the wall fixing portion 22 b contacts the rear wall 17. As a result, the ceiling-side bolt 25 moves into the first small-diameter portion 27b, and the head of the wall-side bolt 26 passes through the second large-diameter portion 28a. At this time, the illumination case 22 is supported by the ceiling-side bolts 25 and is temporarily fixed.
Thereafter, the ceiling side bolt 25 is tightened, and the lighting case 22 is moved upward until the ceiling fixing portion 22a comes into contact with the cab 18. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 7, the wall side bolt 26 moves into the 2nd small diameter part 28b. Finally, as shown in FIG. 3, the lighting case 22 is fixed to the cab ceiling 18 and the rear wall 17 by tightening the wall-side bolts 26.
In this way, the bolts 25 and 26 and the bolt insertion holes 27 and 28 are moved to the ceiling side by moving the lighting case 22 toward the rear wall 17 through the head of the ceiling-side bolt 25 through the first large-diameter portion 27a. The bolt 25 moves into the first small-diameter portion 27b, and the head of the wall-side bolt 26 is passed through the second large-diameter portion 28a. From this state, the ceiling-side bolt 25 is tightened and the lighting case 22 is moved upward. The wall-side bolt 26 is arranged so as to move into the second small diameter portion 28b. Moreover, the operation | work which removes the illumination case 22 is said reverse procedure.
In such a cab lighting device 21, the lighting case 22 is hooked on the ceiling-side bolt 25 and temporarily fixed using the ceiling-side bolt insertion hole 27, and then the ceiling-side bolt 25 is tightened to move the lighting case 22 upward. As a result, the wall-side bolt 26 moves into the second small-diameter portion 28b, so that the lighting case 22 can be easily positioned, and it is not necessary to rotate the lighting case 22 greatly. The work can be performed by one person, and the installation in the cab can be improved.
Further, since the wall fixing portion 22b is fixed to the rear wall 17 by the wall side bolt 26, the movement of the lighting case 22 in the horizontal direction can be more firmly prevented.
Furthermore, since the cab lighting device 21 is configured as a separate part from the cab ceiling 18, the lighting specification can be easily changed.
Embodiment 2. FIG.
Next, FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing a state in which the ceiling fixing portion 22a and the wall fixing portion 22b are fixed to the cab according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. The cab ceiling 18 is provided with a plurality of sets of hook insertion holes 18a and tip insertion holes 18b. Each tip insertion hole 18b is disposed on the rear wall 17 side of the corresponding hook insertion hole 18a with a space from the hook insertion hole 18a. The dimensions of the tip insertion holes 18b in the direction orthogonal to the rear wall 17 (the left-right direction in FIG. 8) are smaller than the dimensions of the hook insertion holes 18a in the same direction.
A hook 29 having an inverted J-shaped cross section (that is, a Γ shape) is fixed to the ceiling fixing portion 22a. The hook 29 includes a base end portion 29a that protrudes perpendicularly upward from the upper surface of the ceiling fixing portion 22a, a horizontal portion 29b that protrudes perpendicularly from the upper end of the base end portion 29a toward the rear wall 17, and a rear wall of the horizontal portion 29b. And a distal end portion 29c protruding perpendicularly downward from the end portion on the 17 side. The vertical dimension of the distal end portion 29c is smaller than the vertical dimension of the proximal end portion 29a.
The hook 29 may be fixed to the ceiling fixing portion 22a by welding or a fastener, or may be formed by cutting out a part of the ceiling fixing portion 22a and bending it. The base end portion 29a is passed through the hook insertion hole 18a. The distal end portion 29c is inserted into the distal end insertion hole 18b.
The wall fixing portion 22b is fixed to the rear wall 17 by wall-side bolts 26 as in the first embodiment. The wall fixing portion 22b is provided with a wall side bolt insertion hole 30 as shown in FIG. The wall-side bolt insertion hole 30 is connected to the large-diameter portion 30a that allows passage of the head of the wall-side bolt 26 and the small-diameter portion 30b that is connected to the large-diameter portion 30a and prevents passage of the head of the wall-side bolt 26. And have.
The small diameter portion 30b is disposed on the large diameter portion 30a (upside down with respect to the wall side bolt insertion hole 28 of the first embodiment). The wall side bolt insertion hole 30 is a so-called dharma hole. However, the space between the large diameter portion 30a and the small diameter portion 30b may be extended in a slit shape according to the vertical dimension of the hook 29. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Next, a method for fixing the lighting case 22 to the cab will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 10, the lighting case 22 is lifted and the entire hook 29 is inserted into the hook insertion hole 18a. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 11, the lighting case 22 is horizontally moved to the rear wall 17 side until the wall fixing portion 22 b contacts the rear wall 17. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 12, the head of the wall side bolt 26 is passed through the large diameter portion 30a.
After this, the lighting case 22 is moved downward. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 13, the front-end | tip part 29c is inserted in the front-end | tip insertion hole 18b. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 9, the wall side bolt 26 moves into the small diameter part 30b. At this time, the lighting case 22 is supported by the cab ceiling 18 via the hook 29 and is temporarily fixed. Finally, when the wall-side bolt 26 is tightened, the lighting case 22 is fixed to the cab.
As described above, the hook 29, the hook insertion hole 18a, the tip insertion hole 18b, the wall-side bolt 26 and the wall-side bolt insertion hole 30 insert the hook 29 into the hook insertion hole 18a, and connect the lighting case 22 to the rear wall 17 side. When the head portion of the wall-side bolt 26 is passed through the large-diameter portion 30a, and the lighting case 22 is moved downward from this state, the tip portion 29c is inserted into the tip insertion hole 18b. The wall-side bolt 26 is arranged so as to move into the small diameter portion 30b. Moreover, the operation | work which removes the illumination case 22 is said reverse procedure.
Such a cab lighting device 21 can also easily position the lighting case 22, it is not necessary to rotate the lighting case 22 greatly, and the installation work can be performed by one person. Installation in a cab can be improved. In addition, the lighting case 22 can be temporarily fixed by simply hooking the hook 29 to the cab 18 so that the installation is further facilitated.
