下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种便携式终端支架 100,用于搭配便携式终端 200 (例如: 平板电脑、 智能手机等)使用, 使用者可以单手握持所述便携式终端支架 100 来操作便携式终端 200。 图 1为本发明一种实施方式中便携式终端支架 100的 立体示意图,图 2为所述便携式终端支架 100与便携式终端 200配合使用的截 面图。请参阅图 1,便携式终端支架 100包括支撑部 10、插头 20和握持部 30。 支撑部 10包括底部 12和背部 14, 所述背部 14 自所述底部 12的边缘弯折延 伸, 所述底部 12用于承载便携式终端 200的边框, 所述背部 14用于承载便携 式终端 200的后壳; 插头 20自所述底部 12弯折延伸, 所述插头 20与所述背 部 14相对所述底部 12同向延伸,且所述插头 20与所述背部 14之间设有间隙, 所述插头 20用于插入设于所述便携式终端 200的边框上的插口 202 (请参阅 图 2和图 3 ), 所述插头 20与所述支撑部 10共同定位所述便携式终端 200。握 持部 30包括手柄 32和连接部 34, 所述连接部 34连接至所述底部 12, 所述手 柄 32位于所述连接部 34之远离所述底部 12的一侧。
本发明提供的便携式终端支架 100通过支撑部 10承载便携式终端 200, - - 同时通过连接至支撑部 10的插头 20与便携式终端 200的插口 202配合实现便 携式终端 200与便携式终端支架 100之间的稳固连接定位, 通过握持部 30实 现使用者可单手握持便携式终端 200, 方便使用者操作。
具体而言,所述便携式终端支架 100的支撑部 10和插头 20通过钣金件经 过剪切、 折弯等工艺一体成型。 握持部 30与支撑部 10为两件式结构, 二者之 间可以固定连接呈一体, 也可以可拆分地安装成一体。 所述便携式终端 200 的边 上的插口 202可以为 Micro USB、 MINI USB、 HDMI接口、 耳机接口 等常用接口。
为了能够保证使用便携式终端支架 100过程中, 也能够对便携式终端 200 充电或者插入数据线, 可以在便携式终端支架 100 上增加与便携式终端 200 的插口 202相同的接口, 在便携式终端支架 100上设置一个母座, 将插头 20 作为一个公头, 插头 20与母座电连接, 也就是说, 将便携式终端 200的插口 202引出来设置在便携式终端支架 100上。
一种实施方式中, 所述便携式终端支架 100还包括枢接结构 300, 所述枢 接结构 300连接于握持部 30与支撑部 10之间, 用于将所述握持部 30的连接 部 34转动连接至所述支撑部 10的底部 12, 使得所述握持部 30能够相对所述 支撑部 10转动, 请参阅图 6至图 10, 所述枢接结构 300将所述握持部 30定 位在第一位置、 第二位置或第三位置。 如图 6至图 8所示, 当所述握持部 30 被定位在所述第一位置时, 所述手柄 32相对所述支撑部 10处于展开状态,手 柄 32用于提供给使用者握持; 如图 9所示, 当所述握持部 30被定位在所述第 二位置时, 所述手柄 32相对所述支撑部 10弯折, 手柄 32用于将所述便携式 终端支架 100连同所述便携式终端 200支撑在台面; 如图 10所示, 当所述握 持部 30被定位在所述第三位置时, 所述握持部 30贴合于所述支撑部 10, 所 占的空间小, 方便携带。
通过枢接结构 300的设置使得本发明便携式终端支架 100具有多种使用状 态, 方便使用者使用。
具体而言, 所述枢接结构 300可以选择带有定位结构的转轴, 例如笔记本 电脑的转轴结构,将其直接安装在握持部 30与支撑部 10之间, 由于此种转轴 为常见的结构, 不再详述其具体的结构。 所述枢接结构 300也可以釆用简易的 轴和孔配合的转动结构, 例如, 请参阅图 4和图 5, 在握持部 30上突设一对 - - 圓柱形轴 36, 在支撑部 10上设有一对孔 16, 该对孔 16与握持部 30上的轴 36相配合, 以实现二者之间的转动, 在此基础上, 可以通过定位卡块与卡槽 的配合实现将握持部 30定位在上述三种不同的位置,例如在轴 36的外围突设 卡块,在孔 16的内壁设多个卡槽, 卡块与不同的卡槽配合以实现手柄 32在不 同位置的定位。
当所述握持部 30被定位在所述第一位置时, 所述手柄 32与支撑部 10的 背部 14之间的夹角接近 180度。 当所述握持部 30被定位在所述第二位置时, 所述手柄 32与支撑部 10的背部 14之间的夹角大于 60度小于 90度。
本实施方式中, 所述底部 12垂直于所述背部 14, 所述支撑部 10完全贴 合于所述便携式终端 200的底部 12和背部 14, 使得便携式终端支架 100与便 携式终端 200更加稳固地连接成一体。
本实施方式中, 所述插头 20位于所述底部 12的中心位置。 相应地, 便携 式终端 200的插口 202亦位于其侧边的中心位置, 这样插头 20与插口 202的 配合位置在便携式终端 200的中心线上, 在受力方面得到更好的平衡。
本实施方式中, 如图 4所示, 支撑部 10的所述背部 14包括第一靠背 142 和第二靠背 144, 所述第一靠背 142和所述第二靠背 144之间为挖空区 146, 所述第一靠背 142在所述底部 12的投影和所述第二靠背 144在所述底部 12 的投影分别位于所述插头 20的两侧。 这样第一靠背 142和第二靠背 144对称 对侧在插头 20的两侧, 使得便携式终端支架 100对便携式终端 200的支撑力 得到更好的平衡, 增强支撑的稳固性。
本实施方式中, 所述支撑部 10与所述握持部 30均为金属钣金件。通过金 属钣金件冲压成型的支撑部 10和握持部 30具有好的强度和质感。其它实施方 式中, 也可以通过塑胶注塑成型。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述握持部 30之所述手柄 32的外表面包裹防 滑层 (未图示)。 防滑层的设计能够提供用户更好的手感, 有防滑的作用。 防 滑层可以为与手柄 32结合呈一体的硅胶层, 或带有防滑纹路的手柄 32套, 手 柄 32套可分离地套在手柄 32上, 手柄 32套可更换。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述手柄 32为可伸缩式的结构(未图示)。 可 以釆用类似拉杆箱伸缩拉杆的结构, 可伸缩式结构能够使得手柄 32根据不同 的需求(例如用户手掌大小的不同)伸出不同的尺寸。 - - 作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述支撑部 10还包括磁性区域(未图示), 通 过所述磁性区域与所述便携式终端 200之间的磁力加强所述便携式终端支架 100与所述便携式终端 200之间的固定。 进一步而言, 所述磁性区域包括磁性 材料, 所述磁性材料内埋于所述底部 12或者所述背部 14中。
本发明提供的便携式终端支架 100, 在设计时需要考虑与所述便携式终端 支架 100配合使用的便携式终端 200的具体的尺寸、重量和结构, 由于便携式 终端支架 100各部分结构的设计跟便携式终端 200非常相关,故不具体限定前 述便携式终端支架 100的支撑部 10、 插头 20及握持部 30的角度关系、 尺寸 关系等, 具体关系需要到实际产品设计过程中, 根据具体的产品情况来设置。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的一种便携式终端支架进行了详细介绍,本文 只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时,对于本领域的一般技术 人员, 依据本发明的思想, 在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综 上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 包括
支撑部, 包括底部和背部, 所述背部自所述底部的边缘弯折延伸, 所述底 部用于承载便携式终端的边框, 所述背部用于承载便携式终端的背部;
插头,自所述底部弯折延伸,所述插头与所述背部相对所述底部同向延伸, 且所述插头与所述背部之间设有间隙,所述插头用于插入设于所述便携式终端 的边框上的插口, 以使所述插头与所述支撑部共同定位所述便携式终端; 和 握持部, 包括手柄和连接部, 所述连接部连接至所述底部, 所述手柄位于 所述连接部之远离所述底部的一侧。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 还包括枢接结构, 所述枢接结构用于将所述连接部转动连接至所述底部,使得所述握持部能够相 对所述支撑部转动, 所述枢接结构将所述握持部定位在第一位置、第二位置或 第三位置, 当所述握持部被定位在所述第一位置时, 所述手柄用于提供给使用 者握持; 当所述握持部被定位在所述第二位置时, 所述手柄用于将所述便携式 终端支架连同所述便携式终端支撑在台面;当所述握持部被定位在所述第三位 置时, 所述握持部贴合于所述支撑部。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 所述底部垂 直于所述背部。
4. 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 所述 插头位于所述底部的中心位置。
5. 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 所述 背部包括第一靠背和第二靠背, 所述第一靠背和所述第二靠背之间为挖空区, 所述第一靠背在所述底部的投影和所述第二靠背在所述底部的投影分别位于 所述插头的两侧。
6. 如权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 所述 支撑部与所述握持部均为金属钣金件。
7. 如权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 所述 握持部之所述手柄的外表面包裹防滑层。
8. 如权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 所述 手柄为可伸缩式的结构。
9. 如权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 所述 支撑部还包括磁性区域,通过所述磁性区域与所述便携式终端之间的磁力加强 所述便携式终端支架与所述便携式终端之间的固定。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的便携式终端支架, 其特征在于, 所述磁性区域包 括磁性材料, 所述磁性材料内埋于所述底部或者所述背部中。
