本发明还提供了一种电子烟的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S21 、接收设置于禁烟区域内的第一无线发射装置发射的第一无线信号;
S22 、对所述第一无线信号中的信息进行识别,当所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时自锁和/或发出第一提示信息。
在本发明提供的电子烟的控制方法中,在所述步骤S22中,当所述电子烟判断所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时,所述电子烟自锁并发出第一提示信息直至所述第一无线信号中断。
在本发明提供的电子烟的控制方法中,所述第一提示信息为文字、图形或灯光信息中的一种或多种。
在本发明提供的电子烟的控制方法中,还包括以下步骤:
S23 、接收设置于临时吸烟区的第二无线发射装置发出的第二无线信号;
S24 、对所述第二无线信号中的信息进行并识,当所述第二无线信号中含有解禁信息时解除自锁和/或发出第三提示信息。
电子烟的控制方法所述步骤S23还包括以下步骤:
接收设置于临时吸烟区的第二无线发射装置发出的含有自身位置信息的第三无线信号;
对所述第三无线信号中的信息进行并识,当所述第三无线信号中含有所述位置信息时根据所述位置信息发出用于指示所述临时吸烟区的方位的第四提示信息。
本发明还提供了一种在公共区域控烟的系统,包括电子烟、第一无线发射装置以及第二无线发射装置;
所述第一无线发射装置用于在预定范围内发射具有禁烟信息的第一无线信号;
所述第二无线发射装置用于在临时吸烟区内发射具有解禁信息的第二无线信号,所述临时吸烟区位于所述预定范围内;
所述电子烟接收到所述第一无线信号且未收到所述第二无线信号时,在识别所述第一无线信号中含有所述禁烟信息时自锁和/或发出第一提示信息,所述电子烟在收到所述第二无线信号并识别到所述第二无线信号中具有解禁信息时解除自锁和/或发出第三提示信息;
所述第二无线发射装置还用于发射具有自身位置信息的第三无线信号,所述电子烟接收所述第三无线信号,并在识别到所述第三无线信号中的位置信息后根据所述位置信息发出用于提示所述临时吸烟区的方位的第四提示信息。
实施本发明提供的在公共区域控烟的方法、系统以及电子烟的控制方法具有以下有益效果:
在本发明中,接收到第一无线发射装置发出的第一无线信号的电子烟可以自动进行自锁和/或产生第一提示信息,使得用户可以知道自身是否处于禁烟区域内,并且在禁烟区内无法吸烟,具有避免用户违反公共规则或危害他人健康的有益效果。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
图1示出了本发明第一实施例中的在公共区域控烟的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 、第一无线发射装置在预定范围内发射具有禁烟信息的第一无线信号;
S2 、接收到所述第一无线信号的电子烟对所述第一无线信号进行识别,当所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时所述电子烟自锁和/或发出第一提示信息。
在本实施例中,该第一无线信号是加载了禁烟信息且经过特殊加密编码的信号,电子烟中预先设置并存储有对应的识别程序。当电子烟自锁时,电子烟的控制器屏蔽了来自吸烟开关例如气流传感器的吸烟信号,控制器不再控制雾化器雾化烟液。该第一提示信息可以是设置于电子烟上的指示灯发出的灯光信号、设置于电子烟内的震动马达发出的震动信号或者设置于电子烟内的语音模块发出的语音信号,当然也可以几种提示信息进行混合。
优选地,在该第一无线发射装置中设置有电压调节电路,该电压调节电路通过控制该第一无线发射装置的发射功率以达到控制该第一无线信号覆盖范围的效果。
在步骤S2中,当电子烟判断所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时,电子烟自锁并发出第一提示信息,直至所述第一无线信号中断。当用户走出禁烟区域时,电子烟位于该第一无线信号覆盖范围之外,因此其接受到的第一无线信号中断,然后电子烟解除自锁并停止发出第一提示信息,用户可以正常吸烟。并且,当电子烟接收到的第一无线信号中断时,电子烟延时第一预定时间后发出第二提示信息,以告知用户可以吸烟了。该第一预定时间可以为1s、2s等,其具体值不做限定。该第二提示信息可以是设置于电子烟上的指示灯发出的灯光信号、设置于电子烟内的震动马达发出的震动信号或者设置于电子烟内的语音模块发出的语音信号,当然也可以几种提示方式进行混合。该指示灯可以为发光二极管。
在步骤S1中,可以通过控制所述第一无线发射装置的发射功率来控制所述预定范围的大小,这可以防止电子烟在禁烟区域之外自锁或者产生错误的提示,可以提高用户体验。
图2示出了本发明第二实施例中的在公共区域控烟的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 :第一无线发射装置在预定范围内发射具有禁烟信息的第一无线信号;
S2 :接收到所述第一无线信号的电子烟对所述第一无线信号中的信息进行识别,当所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时所述电子烟自锁和/或发出第一提示信息;
S3 、在所述公共区域内设置有临时吸烟区,设置于所述临时吸烟区内的第二无线发射装置发射具有解禁信息的第二无线信号;
S4 、接收到所述第二无线信号的电子烟对所述第二无线信号中的信息进行并识,当所述第二无线信号中含有解禁信息时所述电子烟解除自锁和/或发出第三提示信息。
在该实施例中,第二无线信号为经过特殊编码加密并加载有电子烟解禁信息的无线信号。电子烟中存储有用于解码的程序,电子烟识别到该解禁信息后,电子烟解除自锁后,用户可以正常吸烟。该第二无线发射装置通过控制发射功率从而控制该第二无线信号的覆盖范围,避免位于临时吸烟区以为的电子烟收到该第二无线信号。
该第三提示信息可以是设置于电子烟上的指示灯发出的灯光信号、设置于电子烟内的震动马达发出的震动信号或者设置于电子烟内的语音模块发出的语音信号,当然也可以几种提示方式进行混合。
该步骤S3和步骤S4使得用户可以选择去覆盖有第二无线信号的临时吸烟区吸烟,有利于提高用户体验和保护其他非吸烟人群的健康。
该第二无线发射装置内设置有定位模块,例如GPS定位模块,以用来获取该第二无线发射装置的位置信息。作为本实施例的优选方式,在步骤S3中,还包括以下步骤:
所述第二无线发射装置发出具有自身位置信息的第三无线信号;
接收到所述第三无线信号的电子烟对所述第三无线信号中的信息进行并识;
所述电子烟识别到所述位置信息时根据所述位置信息发出提示所述临时吸烟区的方位的第四提示信息。
该位置信息可以显示该临时吸烟区的经纬度,或者该临时吸烟区的大致方向。采用这种方法可以帮助用户更快地找到临时吸烟区,使得想抽烟的用户可以去临时吸烟区吸烟,具有提高用户体验的有益效果。电子烟可以通过显示屏来显示该临时吸烟区的方位信息或者通过电子烟内置的语音提示模块发出语音提示。
图3示出了本发明第一实施例中的电子烟的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S21 、电子烟接收设置于禁烟区域内的第一无线发射装置发射的第一无线信号;
S22 、电子烟对所述第一无线信号中的信息进行识别,当所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时自锁和/或发出第一提示信息。
通过以上电子烟的控制方法可以在用户进入禁烟区域时,将电子烟自锁,并提示用户已经进入禁烟区域,可以防止用户在禁烟区域内吸烟影响到他人的健康或违法公共规则。
具体地,在步骤S22中,当电子烟判断所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时,电子烟自锁并发出第一提示信息直至所述第一无线信号中断。当用户离开第一无线信号的覆盖范围时,电子烟无法再接收到第一无线信号,因此电子烟判断用户已经处于禁烟区域之外,电子烟解除自锁并提示用户可正常吸烟。
可以理解地,该第一提示信息为文字、图形或灯光信息中的一种或多种。
图4示出了本发明第二实施例中的电子烟的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S21 、电子烟接收设置于禁烟区域内的第一无线发射装置发射的第一无线信号;
S22 、电子烟对所述第一无线信号中的信息进行识别,当所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时自锁和/或发出第一提示信息;
S23 、电子烟接收设置于临时吸烟区的第二无线发射装置发出的第二无线信号;
S24 、电子烟对所述第二无线信号中的信息进行并识,当所述第二无线信号中含有解禁信息时解除自锁和/或发出第三提示信息。
该步骤S23以及步骤S24在该禁烟区域内设立了一个可以吸烟的临时吸烟区,使得想抽烟的用户可以去该临时吸烟区吸烟,具有提高用户体验的有益效果。电子烟可以通过显示屏来显示该临时吸烟区的方位信息或者通过电子烟内置的语音提示模块发出语音提示。
优选地,该步骤S23还包括以下步骤:
接收设置于临时吸烟区的第二无线发射装置发出的含有自身位置信息的第三无线信号;
对所述第三无线信号中的信息进行并识,当所述第三无线信号中含有所述位置信息时根据所述位置信息发出用于指示所述临时吸烟区的方位的第四提示信息。
采用以上步骤可以帮助用户更快地找到临时吸烟区,具有提高用户体验的有益效果。电子烟可以通过显示屏来显示该临时吸烟区的方位信息或者通过电子烟内置的语音提示模块发出语音提示。
本发明还提供了一种在公共区域控烟的系统,包括若干个电子烟以及第一无线发射装置。
第一无线发射装置用于在预定范围内发射具有禁烟信息的第一无线信号。
电子烟接收到所述第一无线信号时,在识别所述第一无线信号中含有所述禁烟信息时自锁和/或发出第一提示信息,所述电子烟在收到所述第二无线信号并识别到所述第二无线信号中具有解禁信息时解除自锁和/或发出第三提示信息。
如图5所示,该电子烟包括无线接收模块、吸烟开关、控制模块、雾化器以及提示模块。
该无线接收模块用于接收第一无线发射装置发出的第一无线信号,并将接收到的第一无线信号发送给控制模块。该控制模块对该第一无线信号进行识别,当控制模块识别到禁烟信息时,该控制模块将电子烟自锁并控制提示模块发出第一提示信息。自锁时,控制模块屏蔽收来自吸烟开关例如气流传感器的吸烟触发信号,不再控制该雾化器雾化烟油。当该无线接收模块接收到的第一无线信号中断时,表面该用户已经位于禁烟区域之外,因此控制模块解除自锁,并控制提示模块发出第二提示信息,用户可以正常吸烟。该提示模块可以为显示屏、LED灯或震动马达。
如图6所示,该第一无线发射装置包括控制芯片SN8P2711B、第一电阻R1、第一二极管D1、第一电容C1、第二电容C2、天线、第一三极管Q1、第一电感L1、天线以及晶振SAW。该控制芯片SN8P2711B的引脚P5.3与第一电阻R1的一端电连接,该第一电阻R1的另一端与该第一三极管Q1的基极以及该晶振SAW一端电连接,该第一三极管Q1的发射极接地,集电极与第一电感L1的一端以及第一电容C1的一端电连接,该第一电容C1的另一端与天线相连。该第一电感L1的另一端接电源。该晶振SAW的另一端以及该第二电容C2的一端与第一电感L1的抽头电连接,该第二电容C2的另一端接地。控制芯片SN8P2711B通过引脚P5.3/PWM1发出与无线信号对应的PWM信号,该PWM信号经过第一二极管D1以及第一电阻R1的并联电路传输到第一三极管Q1基极,该信号经过第一三极管Q1放大之后,再由第一电容C1滤波,然后通过天线以无线信号的形式发射出去。
可以理解地,可以通过控制该无线发射装置的发射功率来控制该第一无线信号的覆盖范围。这可以防止电子烟在禁烟区域之外自锁或者产生错误的提示,可以提高用户体验。如图7所示,在图6所示的实施例的基础上,该第一无线发射装置还包括一电压调节电路,通过该电压调节电路调节电压以达到控制发射功率的目的。该电压调节电路包括三端稳压芯片LM317及其外围电路,该电压调节电路为常见技术手段,故不赘述。
如图8所示,该无线接收模块包括芯片MICRP002、接收天线。该控制模块可以采用控制芯片SN8P2711B。该提示模块为发光二极管LED1,该发光二极管LED1的负极通过分压电阻R3与该控制芯片SN8P2711B的引脚P4.1电连接,该发光二极管LED1的正极接地。该芯片MICRP002的引脚D0与控制芯片SN8P2711B的引脚P4.3连接,该电子烟的气流传感器SO87与该控制芯片SN8P2711B的引脚P0.2连接,气流传感器S087用于在检测到气流时发送吸烟信号给控制芯片SN8P2711B,控制芯片SN8P2711B根据该吸烟信号发送导通信号给第十一三极管Q11的栅极,使得第十一栅极管Q11导通,进而使得电池B给雾化器的电热丝B1发热雾化烟雾。当无线接收模块的接收天线接收到的无线信号时,将该无线信号发送给芯片MICRP002的引脚ANT,经过芯片MICRP002处理后发送给控制芯片SN8P2711B,控制芯片SN8P2711B识别到其中有禁烟信息时,电子烟自锁,控制芯片SN8P2711B关闭引脚P0.2以将气流传感器S087产生的吸烟信号屏蔽掉,并控制发光二极管LED1发光,以提示用户,直到用户走出该禁烟区使得该无线信号中断。当控制芯片SN8P2711B识别到无线信号中具有解禁信息时,表明该用户位于临时吸烟区内,此时控制芯片SN8P2711B解除自锁。
该提示模块还可以为震动马达M,如图9所示,该震动马达M一端通过分压电阻R3与该控制芯片SN8P2711B的引脚P4.1电连接,另一端接地。控制芯片SN8P2711B识别到无线信号中有禁烟信息时,电子烟自锁,控制芯片SN8P2711B关闭P0.2以将气流传感器S087产生的吸烟信号屏蔽掉,并控制震动马达M震动,以提示用户,直到用户走出该禁烟区使得该无线信号中断。
可以理解地,该在公共区域控烟的系统还可以包括第二无线发射装置。该第二无线发射装置用于在临时吸烟区内覆盖一个第二无线信号。该第二无线信号中具有解禁信息,接收到该第二无线信号的电子烟对该第二无线信号中的信息进行并识,当识别到该第二无线信号中含有解禁信息时,该电子烟解除自锁,并发出第三提示信息。
可以理解地,该第二无线发射装置还可以发射具有自身位置信息的第三无线信号,电子烟接收到该第三无线信号后对该第三无线信号中的信息进行识别,当识别到该第三无线信号中的位置信息时根据该位置信息发出用于提示临时吸烟区的方位的第四提示信息。该第四提示信息可以通过显示屏幕来显示,当然也可通过其他常见方式发出。
优选地,第二无线发射装置还设置有用于获取自身位置信息的定位模块。该第二无线发射装置发射一个具有自身位置信息的第三无线信号出去。电子烟接收到该第三无线信号并识别到其中的位置信息后,根据该位置信息发出提示临时吸烟区方位的第四提示信息。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种在公共区域控烟的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1 :第一无线发射装置在预定范围内发射具有禁烟信息的第一无线信号;
    S2 :接收到所述第一无线信号的电子烟对所述第一无线信号中的信息进行识别,当所述第一无线信号中含有所述禁烟信息时所述电子烟自锁和/或发出第一提示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的在公共区域控烟的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,当所述电子烟判断所述第一无线信号中含有所述禁烟信息时,所述电子烟自锁并发出第一提示信息直至所述第一无线信号中断。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的在公共区域控烟的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,所述电子烟接收到的所述第一无线信号中断时,延时第一预定时间后发出第二提示信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的在公共区域控烟的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S1中,通过控制所述第一无线发射装置的发射功率来控制所述预定范围的大小。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的在公共区域控烟的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,所述第一提示信息和/或所述第二提示信息为设置于所述电子烟上的指示灯发出的灯光信号。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的在公共区域控烟的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,所述第一提示信息和/或所述第二提示信息为设置于所述电子烟内的震动马达发出的震动信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的在公共区域控烟的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,所述第一提示信息和/或所述第二提示信息为设置于所述电子烟内的语音模块发出的语音信号。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的在公共区域控烟的方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    在所述公共区域内设置有临时吸烟区,设置于所述临时吸烟区内的第二无线发射装置发射具有解禁信息的第二无线信号;
    S4 、接收到所述第二无线信号的电子烟对所述第二无线信号中的信息进行并识,当所述第二无线信号中含有解禁信息时所述电子烟解除自锁和/或发出第三提示信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的在公共区域控烟的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S3中,还包括以下步骤:
    所述第二无线发射装置发出具有自身位置信息的第三无线信号;
    接收到所述第三无线信号的电子烟对所述第三无线信号中的信息进行并识;
    所述电子烟识别到所述位置信息时根据所述位置信息发出提示所述临时吸烟区的方位的第四提示信息。
  10. 一种电子烟的控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S21 、接收设置于禁烟区域内的第一无线发射装置发射的第一无线信号;
    S22 、对所述第一无线信号中的信息进行识别,当所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时自锁和/或发出第一提示信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟的控制方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S22中,当所述电子烟判断所述第一无线信号中含有禁烟信息时,所述电子烟自锁并发出第一提示信息直至所述第一无线信号中断。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟的控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一提示信息为文字、图形或灯光信息中的一种或多种。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    S23 、接收设置于临时吸烟区的第二无线发射装置发出的第二无线信号;
    S24 、对所述第二无线信号中的信息进行并识,当所述第二无线信号中含有解禁信息时解除自锁和/或发出第三提示信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S23还包括以下步骤:
    接收设置于临时吸烟区的第二无线发射装置发出的含有自身位置信息的第三无线信号;
    对所述第三无线信号中的信息进行并识,当所述第三无线信号中含有所述位置信息时根据所述位置信息发出用于指示所述临时吸烟区的方位的第四提示信息。
  15. 一种在公共区域控烟的系统,其特征在于,包括电子烟、第一无线发射装置以及第二无线发射装置;
    所述第一无线发射装置用于在预定范围内发射具有禁烟信息的第一无线信号;
    所述第二无线发射装置用于在临时吸烟区内发射具有解禁信息的第二无线信号,所述临时吸烟区位于所述预定范围内;
    所述电子烟接收到所述第一无线信号且未收到所述第二无线信号时,在识别到所述第一无线信号中含有所述禁烟信息时自锁和/或发出第一提示信息,所述电子烟在收所述第二无线信号并识别到所述第二无线信号中具有解禁信息时解除自锁和/或发出第三提示信息;
    所述第二无线发射装置还用于发射具有自身位置信息的第三无线信号,所述电子烟接收所述第三无线信号,并在识别到所述第三无线信号中的位置信息后根据所述位置信息发出用于提示所述临时吸烟区的方位的第四提示信息。
