  • Examples of techniques for arranging electrodes and molecular chains as desired include the following methods.
  • An infinite number of electrodes can be arranged on the substrate with a predetermined rule by the template method.
  • adjacent electrodes can be cross-linked by molecular chains based on polymerization or self-assembly.
  • Non-Patent Document 1 discloses an electrode-molecule assembly in which a molecule is sandwiched between a pair of nanogap electrodes so as to bridge the electrodes. Stress is applied to the joined body along the direction in which the electrode pair is separated by an actuator provided with a piezo or the like. As the electrodes are pulled apart, the cross-linked molecules are also pulled away one by one. Along with this, the detected current value also changes stepwise. Abstract

Description

 α=1-I’/I ・・・(17)
 β=1-I’/I ・・・(18)
Ipi,I’pi,Ipf,I’pf、および、下記式(19)、式(20)に基づいて設定される。
 γ=1-I’pi/Ipi ・・・(19)
 δ=1-I’pf/Ipf ・・・(20)
 ni1=γ・ni0 ・・・(20)
 nf1=δ・nf0 ・・・(21)
 R=(5/3)(X-1)r   ・・・(22)
この4つの電極A、B、C、Dにおいては、3つの電極A、B、C、および3つの電極A、B、Dにて、2つの三角格子(すなわちΔ要素)が形成される。
この所定の間隔を間隔D(検出間隔Dに対応)とする。
この等価回路は、P1‐A間、P2‐B間、P1‐P2間、A‐C間、C‐B間、B‐D間、およびD‐A間における7種類の経路が規定される。
P1‐A間     :R=(5/3)(P-1)r、N=2P-1
P2‐B間     :R=(5/3)(Q-1)r、N=2Q-1
P1‐P2間    :R=(5/3)(L-1)r、N=2L-1
A‐C(C‐B、B‐D、D‐A)間
          :R=(5/3)(M-1)r、N=2M-1
 R=R+R+R ・・・(24)
 R=(K)R=(K)(5/3)(L-1)r   ・・・(26)
 K=1-(1/2)(R/R)=1-(1/2)(3/5)(M-L) ・・・(27)

 Z=Nd=2(M-1)d   ・・・(29)

 logR=(J)log(D/d)+log(Kr)   ・・・(31)
 J=log(5/3)/log2=0.7369655941   ・・・(32)
したがって、描画したグラフにおいて、log(D/d)=0に対応するlogR(すなわち、直線の切片)が、log(Kr)と同値となる。
 singler=r/nf1  ・・・(33)
 singles=nf1/r(=1/singler)  ・・・(34)
 R1=r3r1/(r1+r2+r3)
 R2=r1r2/(r1+r2+r3)
 R3=r2r3/(r1+r2+r3)
電極a‐ab、ab‐ca、ca‐a間を架橋する分子鎖の抵抗を、それぞれrA1、rA2、rA3とする(Δ要素A)。
Y要素A(Δ要素A):
 rAR1=(rA3)(rA1)/(rA1+rA2+rA3)
 rAR2=(rA1)(rA2)/(rA1+rA2+rA3)
 rAR3=(rA2)(rA3)/(rA1+rA2+rA3)
Y要素B(Δ要素B):
 rBR1=(rB3)(rB1)/(rB1+rB2+rB3)
 rBR2=(rB1)(rB2)/(rB1+rB2+rB3)
 rBR3=(rB2)(rB3)/(rB1+rB2+rB3)
Y要素C(Δ要素C):
 rCR1=(rC3)(rC1)/(rC1+rC2+rC3)
 rCR2=(rC1)(rC2)/(rC1+rC2+rC3)
 rCR3=(rC2)(rC3)/(rC1+rC2+rC3)
 rG1=rAR2+rBR1
 rG2=rBR3+rCR2
 rG3=rCR1+rAR3
 rGR1=(rG3)(rG1)/(rG1+rG2+rG3)
 rGR2=(rG1)(rG2)/(rG1+rG2+rG3)
 rGR3=(rG2)(rG3)/(rG1+rG2+rG3)
 rH1 =rAR1+rGR1
 rH2 =rBR2+rGR2
 rH3 =rCR3+rGR3
rh1=[(rH1)(rH2)+(rH2)(rH3)+(rH3)(rH1)]/rH3
rh2=[(rH1)(rH2)+(rH2)(rH3)+(rH3)(rH1)]/rH1
rh3=[(rH1)(rH2)+(rH2)(rH3)+(rH3)(rH1)]/rH2

Field Effect Transistor
