所述底座10的后跟11的左侧(即外侧)的边缘部20上设有一第一固定孔21、右侧(即内侧)的边缘部20上设有第二固定孔22;所述底座10的中间部12的右侧边缘部20上设有一第三固定孔23及第四固定孔24,该第四固定孔24 位于第三固定孔23的前方;所述凸起部40的中心设有一第五固定孔45;所述前凹陷部的右侧设有一第六固定孔36,该前凹陷部的左侧依次设有四个间隔排列的第七固定孔37。所述第一固定孔21对应于人体的降结肠反射区域,所述第二固定孔22对应于人体的膀胱反射区域,所述第三固定孔23对应于人体的十二指肠反射区域,所述第四固定孔24对应于人体的胃反射区域,所述凸起部40及第五固定孔45从左至右依次对应人体的耳、眼睛、颈部的反射区域;所述第六固定孔36对应于人体的脑反射区域;所述第七固定孔37对应与人体的额窦反射区域。所述第一固定孔21、第二固定孔22、第三固定孔23、第四固定孔24、第五固定孔45、第六固定孔36、及每一第七固定孔37分别嵌设一第一磁石(图未示),该第一磁石呈圆柱状设置,直径为8mm,厚度为3mm,感应强度为1500-3000高斯。
所述底座10的后跟11的中心设有一第八固定孔38,所述底座10的后凹陷部中心设有一第九固定孔39;该第八固定孔38对应于人体的失眠穴,该第九固定孔39对应人体的肾反射区域;该第八固定孔38、第九固定孔39内分别嵌设一第二磁石(图未示),该第二磁石呈圆柱状设置,直径为12mm,厚度为3mm,感应强度为1500-2500高斯。所述第一磁石及第二磁石均由三氧化二铁或者均由钕铁硼制成。
所述底座10的后跟11围绕所述第八固定孔38设有一环形槽50,该环形槽50内填设若干能量石,该能量石由砭石材料制成。所述底座10的中间部12的后凹陷部中设有若干纵向槽60,所述纵向槽60位于所述第九固定孔39的两侧并与所述环形槽50连通,以起到通气的作用。
所述凹陷部30除了所述第六固定孔36、第七固定孔37、第八固定孔38及第九固定孔39以外的其他位置均匀放置若干摩擦凸块70,该摩擦凸块70夹设固定与所述底座10及接触膜之间。所述摩擦凸块70由PU泡棉材料制成。
所述左鞋的底座10还设有一左鞋固定孔80,该左鞋固定孔80设置于凹陷部30中并位于所述第一固定孔21与第九固定孔39之间,用于嵌设一第一磁石,以对应于人体的脾反射区域。
所述右鞋的底座10a左鞋的底座10的结构基本相同,不同之处在于所述右 鞋的底座10a的第一固定孔21a对应于人体的升结肠反射区域,底座10a不具有左鞋固定孔,而是具有一右鞋固定孔90a,该右鞋固定孔90a设置于凹陷部30a的右上端位置,用于嵌设一第一磁石,以对应于人体的肝反射区域。
本发明的按摩磁疗鞋的制作过程如下:第一步,通过模具完成注塑成型所述底座10、10a;第二步,将所述第一磁石及第二磁石放置并胶粘固定在所述底座10、10a的对应位置上;第三步,将能量石放入粘合在所述环形槽50中;第四步,将若干摩擦凸块70均匀放置在凹陷部30、30a中除了已设置第一磁石及第二磁石的其他位置;第五步,对底座10、10a的上表面进行贴合接触膜,以形成所述鞋底;第六步,在鞋底上贴合鞋面。
本发明的按摩磁疗鞋对使用者的脚底穴位起到很好的按摩保健磁疗作用,能够对各反射区域起到促进血液循环、减少失眠的作用。具体地,以下记录了具有不同失眠症状的使用者在使用本发明的按摩磁疗鞋的前后表现的对比,以更具体地体现出本发明的效果:
共3名失眠症人员:
1号测试者,女,60岁,家庭主妇,失眠20多年,晚上无法正常入睡,只能靠安眠药才能勉强入睡。
2号测试者,男,29岁,大型工厂研发主管,失眠超过5年,易醒多梦,入睡困难,早上起来没有精神,上班经常打呵欠,黑眼圈非常严重。
3号测试者,男,28岁,公司文员,入睡困难,睡眠比较浅,易惊醒。
使用方法:
每天下午或晚上穿磁疗鞋快步行走2个钟,步伐一分钟90-120步,连续进行15天。
使用效果:
1号测试者:每天穿鞋行走2小时,连续试穿7天后,晚上能够入睡,熟睡时间2个小时左右;10天试穿后,能够正常入睡,并保持3-4小时的睡眠时间;连续15天试穿后,睡眠时间明显增多,一般早上5点半左右醒来,睡眠质量明显提升;白天也有精神。
2号测试者:连续试穿7天后,晚上睡眠较好,虽然仍有做梦,但是第二天 早上起来没有感觉到之前浑身没有精神或没有睡醒的感觉,整体精神状态不错;10天试穿后,入睡和睡眠质量都好很多,白天精神也特别好;连续15天试穿后,入睡非常快,睡眠质量也非常好;白天基本上不打呵欠了,黑眼圈开始淡化。
3号测试者:连续试穿7天后,在正常睡觉时间容易入睡,第二天精神好;连续试穿15天后,入睡非常快,睡眠质量明显好转;睡得比较深,晚上不易被吵醒。
可以理解地,在其它实施例中,所述第五固定孔45、第六固定孔36仍使用第一磁石,即直径为8mm,厚度为3mm,感应强度为1500-3000高斯;而在第一固定孔21、第二固定孔22、第三固定孔23、第四固定孔24、及每一第七固定孔37分别嵌设一第三磁石,该第三磁石呈圆柱状设置,直径为8mm,厚度为3.8mm,感应强度为400-800高斯,从而使得各反射区域强度有差异,更适合人体的按摩需求。其中,该实施例中左鞋的底座10的左鞋固定孔80及右鞋的底座10a的右鞋固定孔90a均设置该第三磁石。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种按摩磁疗鞋,包括一鞋底及鞋面,其特征在于:该鞋底包括一底座、嵌设在底座的顶部的若干第一磁石、第二磁石及若干能量石、及覆盖在底座顶面的接触膜;该底座包括一后跟、中间部及前端部;该底座包括周缘凸起的边缘部,该边缘部对底座围成一凹陷部,所述前端部与中间部之间形成一“人”字形的凸起部,该凸起部的两侧端连接所述边缘部;所述底座的后跟的外侧的边缘部上设有一第一固定孔、内侧的边缘部上设有第二固定孔;所述中间部的内侧的边缘部上设有一第三固定孔及第四固定孔;所述凸起部的中心设有一第五固定孔;所述前端部对应凹陷部的位置内侧设有一第六固定孔,该前端部的左侧依次设有四个间隔排列的第七固定孔;所述后跟的中心设有一第八固定孔,所述中间部的中心设有一第九固定孔;所述第一固定孔、第二固定孔、第三固定孔、第四固定孔、第五固定孔、第六固定孔、第七固定孔容置所述第一磁石,所述第八固定孔及第九固定孔容置所述第二磁石,以产生磁感应对使用者的脚底各反射区域产生磁疗作用。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的按摩磁疗鞋,其特征在于:所述第一磁石呈圆柱状设置,直径为8mm,厚度为3mm,感应强度为1500-3000高斯。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的按摩磁疗鞋,其特征在于:所述第二磁石呈圆柱状设置,直径为12mm,厚度为3mm,感应强度为1500-2500高斯。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的按摩磁疗鞋,其特征在于:所述后跟围绕所述第八固定孔设有一环形槽,该环形槽内填设若干能量石。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的按摩磁疗鞋,其特征在于:所述中间部设有若干纵向槽,所述纵向槽位于所述第九固定孔的两侧并与所述环形槽连通以起到通气的作用。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的按摩磁疗鞋,其特征在于:所述凹陷部除所述第六固定孔、第七固定孔、第八固定孔、及第九固定孔以外的其他位置均匀放置若干摩擦凸块。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的按摩磁疗鞋,其特征在于:所述按摩磁疗鞋为左鞋时,所述底座还设有一左鞋固定孔,该左鞋固定孔设置于所述凹陷部中并位于所述第一固定孔与第九固定孔之间,用于嵌设一第一磁石,以对应于人体的脾 反射区域。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的按摩磁疗鞋,其特征在于:所述按摩磁疗鞋为右鞋时,所述底座还设有一右鞋固定孔,该右鞋固定孔设置于凹陷部的右上端位置,用于嵌设一第一磁石,以对应于人体的肝反射区域。
  9. 一种按摩磁疗鞋,包括一鞋底及鞋面,其特征在于:该鞋底包括一底座、嵌设在底座的顶部的若干第一磁石、第二磁石、第三磁石及若干能量石、及覆盖在底座顶面的接触膜;该底座包括一后跟、中间部及前端部;该底座包括周缘凸起的边缘部,该边缘部对底座围成一凹陷部,所述前端部与中间部之间形成一“人”字形的凸起部,该凸起部的两侧端连接所述边缘部;所述底座的后跟的外侧的边缘部上设有一第一固定孔、内侧的边缘部上设有第二固定孔;所述中间部的内侧的边缘部上设有一第三固定孔及第四固定孔;所述凸起部的中心设有一第五固定孔;所述前端部对应凹陷部的位置内侧设有一第六固定孔,该前端部的左侧依次设有四个间隔排列的第七固定孔;所述后跟的中心设有一第八固定孔,所述中间部的中心设有一第九固定孔;所述第一固定孔、第二固定孔、第三固定孔、第四固定孔、第七固定孔容置所述第三磁石,所述第五固定孔、第六固定孔容置所述第一磁石,所述第八固定孔及第九固定孔容置所述第二磁石,以产生磁感应对使用者的脚底各反射区域产生磁疗作用;所述第一磁石呈圆柱状设置,直径为8mm,厚度为3mm,感应强度为1500-3000高斯;所述第二磁石呈圆柱状设置,直径为12mm,厚度为3mm,感应强度为1500-2500高斯;所述第三磁石呈圆柱状设置,直径为8mm,厚度为3.8mm,感应强度为400-800高斯。
  10. 一种按摩磁疗鞋的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
    第一步,通过模具完成注塑成型一底座,该底座包括一后跟、中间部及前端部;该底座包括周缘凸起的边缘部,该边缘部对底座围成一凹陷部,所述前端部与中间部之间形成一“人”字形的凸起部,该凸起部的两侧端连接所述边缘部;所述底座的后跟的外侧的边缘部上设有一第一固定孔、内侧的边缘部上设有第二固定孔;所述中间部的内侧的边缘部上设有一第三固定孔及第四固定孔;所述凸起部的中心设有一第五固定孔;所述前端部对应凹陷部的位置内侧 设有一第六固定孔,该前端部的左侧依次设有四个间隔排列的第七固定孔;所述后跟的中心设有一第八固定孔,所述中间部的中心设有一第九固定孔;所述后跟围绕所述第八固定孔设有一环形槽;
    第二步,将所述第一磁石放置并胶粘固定在所述底座的第一固定孔、第二固定孔、第三固定孔、第四固定孔、第五固定孔、第六固定孔、第七固定孔中,将第二磁石放置并胶粘固定在所述底座的第八固定孔及第九固定孔中;
    第三步,将能量石放入粘合在所述环形槽中;
    第四步,将若干摩擦凸块均匀放置在凹陷部中除已设置第一磁石及第二磁石的其他位置;
    第五步,对底座的上表面进行贴合接触膜,以形成所述鞋底;
    第六步,在鞋底上贴合鞋面。
