Abstract

本发明属于电视机领域,具体地说是一种内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,电视机内的左右两侧对称设有相互独立的音箱,音箱包括箱体及分别位于箱体内的扬声器组、前低音辐射器、后低音辐射器,前低音辐射器安装在箱体的前箱壁上,在前低音辐射器的一侧或左右两侧设有安装在前箱壁上的扬声器组,后低音辐射器安装在与前箱壁相对的箱体的后箱壁上,且后低音辐射器与前低音辐射器相对应。本发明通过双膜对称共振,成倍地增加了低音振膜面积,并通过共振,使低音效果得到极大增强,达到全音频频域的完美重放,成功地解决了平板电视机越做越薄,声音效果越来越差的老大难问题,使平板电视成为图像好,声音也好的双好电视。

Description

一种内置双膜共振音箱的电视机 技术领域
本发明属于电视机领域,具体地说是一种内置双膜共振音箱的电视机。
背景技术
众所周知,电视机技术、尤其是平板电视机技术发展迅速,人们对电视机的要求越来越高;而电视机的质量最重要的是两个,一个是图像好,一个是声音好。当前的平板电视机越做越薄,图像越来越好,但声音随着越做越薄就越来越差,这是由于电视机做薄以后,扬声器及音箱的尺寸受到限制,只能使用较小的喇叭和小音箱,造成低音音质很差。在福建科学技术出版社于2008年7月出版的《扬声器与音箱设计手册》中,公开了密闭式音箱(60~67页)、开口式音箱(67~77页)、无源辐射音箱(77~78页)。这些公开的现有技术用在平板电视机时,由于平板电视薄、扬声器尺寸比较小,用上述现有技术的电视机音质就较差,尤其是低音,几乎就重放不出来。而将扬声器尺寸加大,音箱加大虽可以满足声音要求;但又很难将大尺寸扬声器和大尺寸音箱装到平板电视机上,这就成为了当前平板电视机的一个老大难问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有电视机音质差的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种内置双膜共振音箱的电视机。该电视机装置了左右对称的两个相同音箱,在每个音箱中有两个相互对称的低音辐射器和相应的扬声器组,这样就能用小尺寸扬声器(如直径53mm扬声器)制造出体积很小、重量很轻的音箱,这样音箱不但能很方便地安装在平板电视机上,还能发出浑厚震撼的低音和响亮清晰的中音和高音,从而达到平板电视机图像好、声音也好的目的。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明电视机内的左右两侧对称设有相互独立的音箱,该音箱包括箱体及分别位于所述箱体内的扬声器组、前低音辐射器、后低音辐射器,其中前低音辐射器安装在所述箱体的前箱壁上,在所述前低音辐射器的一侧或左右两侧设有安装在所述前箱壁上的扬声器组,所述后低音辐射器安装在与所述前箱壁相对的箱体的后箱壁上,且所述后低音辐射器与所述前低音辐射器相对应。
其中:所述前低音辐射器位于前箱壁的一侧,在该前低音辐射器的一侧设有安装在所述前箱壁另一侧的扬声器组;所述扬声器组的振膜朝向箱体外设置,所述前箱壁与安装所述后低音辐射器的后箱壁相平行;

本发明的优点与积极效果为:
1.本发明采用了左右对称的两个音箱,在每个音箱中有两个相互对称的低 音辐射器和相应的扬声器组,这样就能用小尺寸扬声器制造出体积很小、重量很轻的音箱,它可以和平板电视机匹配,不但很方便地安装在平板电视机上,还能发出浑厚震撼的低音和响亮清晰的中音和高音,从而达到平板电视机图像好、声音也好的目的。
2.本发明电视机的音箱采用了双膜(前后低音辐射器)被动共振,在成倍增大了低音振膜面积的同时,产生声气流共振,这双重作用使低音放音效果得到革命性增强,用小尺寸扬声器(例如2吋)就能发出大尺寸扬声器(如5吋~6.5吋)和相应大尺寸音箱的低频声音。
3.本发明电视机的音箱的扬声器单元(如2吋)振膜音圈尺寸都很小,质量很轻,且振膜向外安装,使音频中的中频和高频声波直接辐射到大气空间,能得到优质的中频和高频播放质量。
4.本发明电视机的音箱物理声学设计科学、合理、简单,便于制造,成本低,非常实用。
5.本发明成功地解决了平板电视越做越薄,音质越做越差的问题。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述。
本发明的电视机1可为现有技术的平板电视机,如图1~3所示,电视机1内的左右两侧对称设有相互独立的音箱,即左音箱2及右音箱3,每个音箱均包括箱体4及分别位于箱体4内的扬声器组、前低音辐射器8、后低音辐射器9,其中箱体4是一个单腔体的密封箱体,前低音辐射器8安装在箱体4的前箱壁6上,在前低音辐射器8的一侧或左右两侧设有安装在前箱壁6上的扬声器组,后低音辐射器9安装在与前箱壁6相对的箱体4的后箱壁7上,且后低音辐射器9与前低音辐射器8相对应。
实施例一
如图4A、图4B所示,本实施例的左音箱2和右音箱3是两只相同的音箱,先制作这两只音箱。在箱体4内,安装有扬声器组5、前低音辐射器8、后低音辐射器9,其中箱体4为密闭的壳体,可以用开模注塑的方法制造,也可以用其它材料如金属材料(例如铝、铁)、木材或塑料等加工制造;本实施例的箱体4采用开模注塑方法制造。先设计外观,然后按外观设计好箱体进行开模,再用注塑机制造;本实施例的箱体4的外尺寸为:130mm(长)×36mm(宽)×59mm(高)。
箱体4具有前箱壁6、后箱壁7及左、右箱壁和上、下箱壁,前低音辐射器8安装在前箱壁6的一侧,在该前低音辐射器8的一侧设有安装在前箱壁6另一侧的扬声器组5,该扬声器组5中的每个扬声器单元振膜向外安装。后低音辐射器9安装在后箱壁7上,前、后箱壁6、7相互平行,前低音辐射器8与后低音辐射器9等高、且对称安装。前低音辐射器8与后低音辐射器9是完全相同的低音辐射器,即前、后低音辐射器8、9制造材料,尺寸和形状等均相同;所谓低音辐射器又叫空喇叭,其只有振膜,简称膜,任一低音辐射器的振膜面积等于或大于扬声器组5中的所有扬声器单元振膜面积之和;本实施例每个低音辐射器的振膜面积为3500mm2。前低音辐射器8和后低音辐射器9形状可以是椭圆形的,也可以是圆形的或方形的;结构上可以是平板的,也可以是锥形的;本实施例用的是椭圆形平板式低音辐射器,安装时要注意低音辐射器与箱体4之间的密封。
前低音辐射器8与后低音辐射器9相对对称安装,前低音辐射器8的振膜平面和后低音辐射器9的振膜平面相平行,前低音辐射器8的振膜平面和后低音辐射器9的振膜平面之间相互距离小于扬声器组5中的每个单个扬声器单元的直径,间距可为25mm~50mm,本实施例为30mm。
扬声器组5由一~四只扬声器单元组成,这些扬声器单元均为全频式扬声器,当由多只扬声器单元组成时,所有扬声器单元都是相同的扬声器;每个扬声器单元尺寸为直径36mm~66mm,本实施例的扬声器组5由一只全频扬声器单元组成,其尺寸为直径53mm(2吋扬声器);当由多只扬声器单元组成扬声器组5时,所有的扬声器单元均采用电声同相连接,可以串联,也可以并联,还可以串 并联。
将相同的左、右音箱2、3制作完成后,将左音箱2和右音箱3分别对称地安装在电视机1上,并和电视机1的前框及后盖形成一个完整的整体。左音箱2和右音箱3要采用电声同相连接,即左音箱2的正(+)极接电视机1的左(L)声道音频输出的正(+)极,负(-)极接负(-)极,右音箱3的正(+)极接电视机1的右(R)声道音频输出的正(+)极,负(-)极接负(-)极。
左音箱2和右音箱3的安装朝向相同,所谓安装朝向即左音箱2和右音箱3的扬声器组5的振膜朝向。
左音箱2和右音箱3可以安装在电视机1的下部,这时,左音箱2和右音箱3的朝向可以是向下,也可以向前或向后;左音箱2和右音箱3可以安装在电视机1的上部,这时,左音箱2和右音箱3的朝向可以向上、向前或向后;左音箱2和右音箱3还可以安装在电视机1的左侧中部或右侧中部,这时左音箱2和右音箱3的朝向可以朝前方、后方或左右侧向。本实施例的左音箱2和右音箱3安装在电视机1的下部,音箱朝向为左音箱2和右音箱3全部朝下;这时还要注意,左、右音箱2、3要对称安装,即左音箱2的扬声器组5端在电视机1的左外侧,右音箱3的扬声器组5端在电视机1的右外侧。
实施例二
如图5A、图5B所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:
前箱壁6安装前低音辐射器8部分向箱体4内部凹陷,形成前内箱壁10,该前内箱壁10与前箱壁6之间为前侧箱壁11。扬声器组5的振膜朝向箱体4外设置,前低音辐射器8所在的前内箱壁10平行或倾斜于扬声器组5所在的前箱壁6(本实施例的前内箱壁10与前箱壁6平行),后箱壁7平行于前内箱壁10。本实施例的前侧箱壁11与左、右箱壁相平行,并垂直于前箱壁6、后箱壁7及前内箱壁10。
实施例三
如图6A、图6B所示,本实施例与实施例二的区别在于:

安装前低音辐射器8的前箱壁6部分向箱体4内部凹陷,形成前内箱壁10,该前内箱壁10的左右两侧分别为左前箱壁18及右前箱壁19,该左前箱壁18与右前箱壁19以箱体4宽度方向的中心线对称设置,左扬声器组14与右扬声器组15对称设置、分别安装在前内箱壁10左右两侧的左前箱壁18及右前箱壁19上。前内箱壁10的左侧与左前箱壁18之间为左内箱壁16,右侧与右前箱壁19之间为右内侧箱壁17。左前箱壁18及右前箱壁19与前内箱壁10平行或分别倾斜于前内箱壁10,本实施例的左前箱壁18及右前箱壁19共面,并与前内箱壁10平行,且平行于箱体4的后箱壁7,即音箱的水平截面为“凹”形。左前箱壁18与右前箱壁19的形状尺寸相同,对称设置于前内箱壁10的左右两侧,左、右扬声器组14、15在左、右前箱壁18、19的高度相等;前内箱壁10位于整个前箱壁6的中间位置,相应地,后低音辐射器9安装在整个后箱壁7的中间位置。前、后低音辐射器8、9相对对称安装,前低音辐射器8的振膜平面和后低音辐射器9的振膜平面相平行,前低音辐射器8的振膜平面和后低音辐射器9的振膜平面之间相互距离小于左、右扬声器组14、15中的每个单个扬声器单元的直径,间距可为25mm~50mm,本实施例为30mm。
实施例六
如图9A、图9B所示,本实施例与实施例五的区别在于:
安装后低音辐射器9的后箱壁7部分向箱体4内部凹陷,形成后内箱壁12,该后内箱壁12的左右两侧为后外箱壁22(实施例四、五中的后内箱壁与后外箱壁共面、即为后箱壁7)。
后内箱壁12两侧的后外箱壁22共面,并与后内箱壁12平行或后内箱壁12两侧的后外箱壁22以箱体4的宽度方向中心线对称设置,并分别倾斜于后内箱壁12;本实施例两侧的后外箱壁22共面、平行于后内箱壁12,且平行于前内箱壁10、左前箱壁18、右前箱壁19。后内箱壁12的左侧与左侧的后外箱壁22之间为左内后箱壁20,后内箱壁12的右侧与右侧的后外箱壁22之间为右内后箱壁21;后内箱壁12与前内箱壁10平行对应,且形状尺寸相同;后内箱壁12左侧的后外箱壁22与左前箱壁18相对应,后内箱壁12右侧的后外箱壁22与右前箱壁19相对应。
本发明电视机1左右两侧对称的左音箱2与右音箱3,还可以是一侧的音箱中具有扬声器组5,另一侧的音箱中具有左扬声器组14和右扬声器组15。
本发明的工作原理为:
当电视机1工作时,其产生的音频功率输出的L(左)声道施加于左音箱2,同时R(右)声道音施加于右音箱3;这时扬声器组5,或左扬声器组14和右扬声器组15的振膜振动,实现电声转换,产生声音。声波中的低频声气流就驱动前低音辐射器8和后低音辐射器9振动,且两个低音辐射器振动方向相反,幅度相同,即它们同时向外或同时向内做幅度相同的振动,产生共振。这样,不但成倍增加了振膜面积(扬声器主动振膜+两个被动振膜),同时共振又使低频声波得到极大增强,这样双重作用的结果就大大增强了低音效果,而扬声器组的扬声器尺寸很小(2吋左右);这样振膜质量轻,音圈重量小,本身中频高频发声好,且扬声器又全部是振膜面向大气空间,就使中频高频声波直接辐射到环境大气。这样,就不但得到了丰满厚重震撼的低音,又能得到响亮清晰的中音高音,全音频就能得到令人满意的声音播放,这样就革命性地提高了平板电视机的声音播放质量,成功地解决了平板电视机越做越薄,声音越来越差的老大难问题。使平板电视机成为图像好,声音也好的双好电视。
本发明内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,采用了双音箱,每个音箱都用小口径全频扬声器制造,对称安装了两个相同的低音辐射器,在电视机输出的音频功率驱动下,两个音箱的扬声器组实现电声转换产生声音,中高频声波直接辐射到空间,而低频声的气流驱动两个被动低频辐射器对称振动,产生强劲的低频声波辐射至大气空间;成本不高,却通过双膜被动共振,大大提高了低音效果,使小口径扬声器做的电视机,也能发出令人震撼的声音,成功地解决了平板电视机声音音质差的问题。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述电视机(1)内的左右两侧对称设有相互独立的音箱,该音箱包括箱体(4)及分别位于所述箱体(4)内的扬声器组、前低音辐射器(8)、后低音辐射器(9),其中前低音辐射器(8)安装在所述箱体(4)的前箱壁(6)上,在所述前低音辐射器(8)的一侧或左右两侧设有安装在所述前箱壁(6)上的扬声器组,所述后低音辐射器(9)安装在与所述前箱壁(6)相对的箱体(4)的后箱壁(7)上,且所述后低音辐射器(9)与所述前低音辐射器(8)相对应。
  2. 按权利要求1所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述前低音辐射器(8)位于前箱壁(6)的一侧,在该前低音辐射器(8)的一侧设有安装在所述前箱壁(6)另一侧的扬声器组;所述扬声器组的振膜朝向箱体(4)外设置,所述前箱壁(6)与安装所述后低音辐射器(9)的后箱壁(7)相平行。
  3. 按权利要求1所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述前低音辐射器(8)位于前箱壁(6)的一侧,在该前低音辐射器(8)的一侧设有安装在所述前箱壁(6)另一侧的扬声器组;所述前箱壁(6)安装前低音辐射器(8)部分向箱体(4)内部凹陷,形成前内箱壁(10),该前内箱壁(10)与所述前箱壁(6)之间为前侧箱壁(11)。
  4. 按权利要求3所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述扬声器组的振膜朝向箱体(4)外设置,所述前低音辐射器(8)所在的前内箱壁(10)平行或倾斜于所述扬声器组所在的前箱壁(6);所述后箱壁(7)平行于前内箱壁(10)。
  5. 按权利要求3所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述安装所述后低音辐射器(9)的后箱壁(7)部分向箱体(4)内部凹陷,形成后内箱壁(12),该后内箱壁(12)与所述后箱壁(7)之间为后侧箱壁(13)。
  6. 按权利要求5所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述扬声器组的振膜朝向箱体外设置,所述前低音辐射器(8)所在的前内箱壁(10)与后低音辐射器(9)所在的后内箱壁(12)相平行,且前内箱壁(10)与后内箱壁(12)相对应、形状尺寸均相同;所述前内箱壁(10)平行或倾斜于所述扬声器组所在的前箱壁(6),所述后内箱壁(12)平行或倾斜于所述后箱壁(7)。
  7. 按权利要求1所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述前低音辐射器(8)安装在前箱壁(6)的中间位置,在该前低音辐射器(8)的左右两侧对称设有扬声器组,即左扬声器组(14)及右扬声器组(15);所述左扬声器组(14)及右扬声器组(15)的振膜均朝向箱体(4)外设置,所述前箱壁(6)与安装所述后低音辐射器(9)的后箱壁(7)相平行。
  8. 按权利要求1所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述前低音辐射器(8)安装在前箱壁(6)的中间位置,在该前低音辐射器(8)的左右两侧对称设有扬声器组,即左扬声器组(14)及右扬声器组(15);安装所述前低音辐射器(8)的前箱壁(6)部分向箱体(4)内部凹陷,形成前内箱壁(10),所述左扬声器组(14)与右扬声器组(15)分别安装在该前内箱壁(10)左右两侧的左前箱壁(18)及右前箱壁(19)上,所述前内箱壁(10)的左侧与左前箱壁(18)之间为左内侧箱壁(16),前内箱壁(10)的右侧与右前箱壁(19)之间为右内侧箱壁(17)。
  9. 按权利要求8所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述左前箱壁(18)与右前箱壁(19)的形状尺寸相同、以箱体(4)宽度方向中心线对称设置,并与所述前内箱壁(10)平行或分别倾斜于所述前内箱壁(10);所述后低音辐射器(9)位于整个后箱壁(7)的中间位置,该后箱壁(7)平行于前内箱壁(10),所述左前箱壁(18)与右前箱壁(19)平行或分别倾斜于所述后箱壁;所述音箱的水平截面为“凹”形。
  10. 按权利要求8所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:安装所述后低音辐射器(9)的后箱壁(7)部分向箱体(4)内部凹陷,形成后内箱壁(12),该后内箱壁(12)的左右两侧为后外箱壁(22);所述后内箱壁(12)的左侧与左侧的后外箱壁(22)之间为左内后箱壁(20),后内箱壁(12)的右侧与右侧的后外箱壁(22)之间为右内后箱壁(21)。
  11. 按权利要求10所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述后内箱壁(12)两侧的后外箱壁(22)以箱体(4)宽度方向中心线对称设置,并与所述后内箱壁(12)平行或倾斜于所述后内箱壁(12);所述后内箱壁(12)与前内箱壁(10)平行对应,且形状尺寸相同;所述后内箱壁(12)左侧的后外箱壁(22)与左前箱壁(18)相对应,所述后内箱壁(12)右侧的后外箱壁(22)与右前箱壁(19)相对应。
  12. 按权利要求1至11任一权利要求所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述电视机(1)左右两侧的音箱均为电声同相连接,位于所述电视机(1)左侧的音箱接电视机(1)的左声道,位于所述电视机(1)右侧的音箱接电视机(1)的右声道。
  13. 按权利要求1至11任一权利要求所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其特征在于:所述前低音辐射器(8)与后低音辐射器(9)为完全相同的低音辐射器,且前低音辐射器(8)与后低音辐射器(9)对称安装,所述前低音辐射器(8)的振膜平面与后低音辐射器(9)的振膜平面相平行,该前低音辐射器(8)的振膜平面与后低音辐射器(9)的振膜平面之间的距离小于扬声器组内的每个单个扬声器单元的直径。
  14. 按权利要求1至11任一权利要求所述内置双膜共振音箱的电视机,其 特征在于:所述扬声器组中的每个扬声器单元全部振膜箱体(4)外安装,所述扬声器组中的扬声器单元为多个时,全部为电声同相连接。
