本发明的有益效果是: 区别于现有技术的情况, 本发明名片内容以电子名 片的形式存储于名片服务器, 实现了以电子名片替代纸^名片, 绿色环保, 其 中, 电子名片和基站标识具有对应关系, 在本端移动终端接收到对端基站广播 的基站标识后, 将基站标识转发到名片服务器, 名片服务器根据基站标识向本 端移动终端返回对端电子名片, 实现对端电子名片交换至本端移动终端; 进一 步, 本端移动终端也可向名片服务器发送传送指令, 以使名片服务器向对端移 动终端发送本端电子名片, 实现了本端电子名片交换到对端移动终端, 进而实 现电子名片互换。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图 1, 系统 1 0包括本端基站 1 01、 本端移动终端 1 02、 对端基站 1 03、 对端移动终端 1 04和名片服务器 1 05。
名片服务器 1 05存储有电子名片, 而名片服务器 1 05上的电子名片可根据 移动终端的注册信息生成的, 具体为: 本端移动终端 102接收本端基站 101 所 广播的基站标识后, 向名片服务器 105 发送注册信息, 其中, 注册信息携带本 端基站 101 的基站标识和名片内容, 名片内容包含姓名、 职业、 单位、 电话、 地址、 邮箱、 微信、 QQ、 兴趣愛好、 产品供需求、 求职简历和名片扫描件中的 一项或者多项。 名片服务器 105 根据名片内容生成电子名片, 并将生成的电子 名片和本端基站 101 的基站标识建立——对应关系, 简而言之, 一基站对应一 电子名片。 当然, 在其他实施方式中, 名片服务器 105 存储的电子名片也可由 用户在名片服务器 105 输入的名片内容生成的, 进一步的, 用户还可输入基站 标识, 名片服务器 105建立电子名片和基站标识之间的——对应关系。
值得说明的是: 名片服务器 105 生成电子名片后, 还可为电子名片生成名 片标识, 用户通过名片标识登录名片服务器 105 后, 即能够查看到自身的电子 名片, 使得用户不受移动终端限制, 用户可以使用不同移动终端登录名片服务 器 105。 进一步的, 移动终端上本地存储的电子名片也可备份在名片服务器 105 上, 其中, 在向名片服务器 105备份电子名片时, 可以通过 MD5算法计算移动 终端的电子名片与名片服务器 105 上备份的电子名片是否相同, 若不相, 则自 动备份。
在注册成功后, 名片服务器 105 向本端移动终端 102返回注册成功信息, 本端移动终端 102在接收到注册成功信息后, 再次接收到本端基站 101 广播的 基站标识时, 可以直接丢弃, 避免重复向名片服务器 105注册。
需要说明的是: 本端移动终端 102和对端移动终端 104均分别位于本端基 站 101 和对端基站 103的信号覆盖范围, 其中, 本端基站 101 和对端基站 103 优选为 i beacon基站,本端移动终端 102和对端移动终端 104优选为带蓝牙 4.0 以上的设备, 例如: 带系统 IS07的智能手机、 带安卓系统 4.3以上的平板电脑 等等。 ibeacon 基站是指通过低功耗蓝牙 (BLE) 技术向周围广播自己特有的基 站标识和位置信息的基站, ibeacon基站的体积非常小,甚至可小至扭扣般大小, 用户也可根据实际需要将 ibeacon基站做成不同形状, 例如: 将 ibeacon基站 制作成一个可穿戴的轻巧型装置, 让用户佩戴在脖子或手腕上。
本端移动终端 102接收对端基站 103所广播的基站标识, 并向名片服务器 105发送对端基站 103的基站标识。名片服务器 105根据对端基站 103的基站标 识查找与之对应的对端电子名片, 并在找到对端电子名片之后, 向本端移动终 端 102返回对端电子名片, 简而言之, 名片服务器 105 用于根据对端基站 103 的基站标识向本端移动终端 102返回对端电子名片。
本端移动终端 102 接收到对端电子名片后, 根据对端电子名片进行搡作, 例如: 1.在本端移动终端 102上显示对端电子名片, 进一步, 对端基站 103除 了广播的基站标识之外, 还可广播位置信息, 则在显示对端电子名片时, 还可 在电子名片附近显示位置信息; 2.本端移动终端 102 保存对端电子名片, 以实 现获取对端电子名片, 其中, 本端移动终端 102 保存对端电子名片方式可为: 直接在显示对端电子名片旁提供保存按扭, 直接点击保存按扭后, 保存对端电 子名片, 也可接收到对端电子名片后, 直接提示用户是否需要保存, 用户点击 保存后, 直接保存对端电子名片; 3. 在获取对端电子名片后, 选中对端电子名 片, 本端移动终端 102还可向名片服务器 105 发送传送指令, 以使名片服务器 105向对端移动终端 104发送本端电子名片,实现将本端电子名片交换至对端移 动终端 104, 其中, 本端移动终端 102向对端移动終端发送电子名片, 可在本端 移动终端 102保存对端电子名片时, 触发本端移动终端 102 向名片服务器 105 发送传送指令, 从而实现电子名片基本同步交换。
电子名片也可作为个人电子身份卡使用, 用于交友、 游戏、 门禁系统等方 面身份识别, 或者, 与可穿戴设备相结合, 通过可穿戴设备记录用户的运动信 息或者生物信息, 并将运动信息或者生物信息与个人电子身份卡进行绑定, 通 过个人电子身份卡即可查询用户历史或者当前运动信息或者生物信息。
进一步, 系统还可包括网络 106, 移动终端通过网络 106与名片服务器 105 连接, 其中, 网络 106 可为无线通信网络, 也可为有线通信网络。 本端移动终 端 102也可通过基站建立与对端移动终端 104之间即时通信, 进而构建基于基 站的各种通信软件。
在本发明实施方式中, 名片内容以电子名片的形式存储于名片服务器, 实 现了以电子名片替代纸^名片, 绿色环保, 其中, 电子名片和基站标识具有对 应关系, 在本端移动终端接收到对端基站广播的基站标识后, 将基站标识转发 到名片服务器, 名片服务器根据基站标识向本端移动终端返回对端电子名片, 实现对端电子名片交换至本端移动终端; 进一步, 本端移动终端也可向名片服 务器发送传送指令, 以使名片服务器向对端移动终端发送本端电子名片, 实现 了本端电子名片交换到对端移动终端, 进而实现电子名片互换。
本发明还提供移动终端实施方式。 请参阅图 2, 移动终端 20包括第一接收 模块 201、 第一发送模块 202、 第二接收模块 203和搡作模块 204。
第一接收模块 201接收对端基站 21 所广播的基站标识, 在本发明实施方式 中,基站为 i beacon基站, i beacon基站是利用低功耗蓝牙技术进行通信的基站, 很适合室内导航, 移动终端为带蓝牙 4. 0上的设备, 其中, 移动终端可为手机、 平板电脑等等。
第一发送模块 202向名片服务器 22发送对端基站 21 的基站标识, 其中, 名片服务器 22上存储有电子名片, 电子名片与基站标识具有一一对应关系, 简 而言之, 一电子名片绑定一基站。 名片服务器 22接收到对端基站 21 的基站标 识后, 检索基站标识所对应的对端电子名片, 并在检索到对端电子名片后, 向 移动终端 20返回对端电子名片。 第二接收模块 203接收名片服务器 22根据基 站标识返回的对端电子名片。 搡作模块 204 根据返回的对端电子名片, 进行搡 作。
移动终端 20接收到对端电子名片后, 可显示、保存对端电子名片, 同样的, 移动终端 20也可通过名片服务器 22 向对端移动终端发送本端电子名片, 则搡 作模块 204又可包括存储单元 2041、 发送单元 2042和显示单元 2043。
显示单元 2043用于显示对端电子名片, 进一步, 对端基站 1 03除了广播的 基站标识之外, 还可广播位置信息, 则显示单元 2043具体用于显示对端电子名 片和位置信息, 具体的, 可在电子名片后端附加显示位置信息, 从而可直观地 了解对端电子名片来源于哪个方位。 位置信息包括方位信息和距离信息。
存储单元 2041 用于保存对端电子名片, 其中, 移动终端 20上所保存的电 子名片, 可以生成一个名片夹, 名片夹可以以列表的形式显示所保存的电子名 片, 也可以以单个形式显示电子名片, 通过翻页进行电子名片切换, 用户还可 以删除、 增加、 修改电子名片, 从而实现对电子名片的管理。 移动终端 20还可 以分屏分别显示已保存的电子名片和搜索到的对端电子名片, 用户点击搜索到 的对端电子名片时, 即能够实现保存对端电子名片, 又或者, 名片服务器 22返 回对端电子名片时, 提示保存对端电子名片。
发送单元 2042用于向名片服务器 22发送传送指令, 以使名片服务器 22向 对端移动终端发送本端电子名片, 从而实现向对端移动终端发送本端电子名片。 其中, 发送单元 2042可在存储单元 2041 保存对端电子名片时触发执行, 以实 现移动终端 20与对端移动终端之间基本同步交换电子名片,当然,发送单元 2042 可以在用户选中对端电子名片执行。
名片服务器 22上所存储的电子名片可由用户直接在名片服务器 22填写的 名片内容生成的, 也可由名片服务器 22根据移动终端 20的注册信息生成的, 则移动终端还包括第三接收模块 (图未示)、 第二发送模块 (图未示) 和第四接 收模块 (图未示)。
第三接收模块接收本端基站所广播的基站标识。 第二发送模块向名片服务 器 22发送注册信息, 其中, 注册信息携带本端基站的基站标识和名片内容, 名 片内容包含姓名、 职业、 单位、 电话、 地址、 邮箱、 微信、 QQ、 兴趣愛好、 产 品供需求、 求职简历和名片扫描件中的一项或者多项。 名片服务器 22接收到注 册信息后, 根据名片内容生成电子名片, 并建立生成的电子名片和本端基站的 基站标识之间的——对应关系, 然后向移动终端 20返回注册成功信息。

请参阅图 3, 移动终端 30包括处理器 301、 存储器 302、 蓝牙模块 303和总 线 304。 处理器 301、 存储器 302和蓝牙模块 303均与总线 304连接。
处理器 301通过蓝牙模块 303接收对端基站 31 所广播的基站标识; 向名片 服务器发送对端基站 31 的基站标识, 其中, 名片服务器用于存储电子名片, 并 且所述一电子名片对应一基站标识; 接收名片服务器根据基站标识返回的对端 电子名片; 根据所述返回的对端电子名片, 进行搡作。

本发明还提供交换电子名片的方法实施方式, 请参阅图 4, 方法包括: 步骤 S404 : 接收对端基站所广播的基站标识;
本端基站和对端基站均为 i beacon 基站, 本端移动终端和对端移动终端优 选为带蓝牙 4. 0的设备, 例如: 手机、 平板电脑等等。
步骤 S405 : 向名片服务器发送对端基站的基站标识, 其中, 名片服务器用 于存储电子名片, 并且一电子名片对应一基站标识;
步骤 S406 : 接收名片服务器根据基站标识返回的对端电子名片;
名片服务器接收到对端基站的基站标识后, 根据基站标识搜索对端电子名 片, 并在搜索到对端电子名片后, 将对端电子名片返回给本端移动终端。
