图 2 示出了本实用新型较佳实施例之一提供的一种烟草蒸发器用烟草片,烟草蒸发器主要包括用于产生雾化气体的蒸发器组件及用于为所述蒸发器组件提供工作所需电源的电池组件(图上均未示出),蒸发器组件内设有用于导热的蒸发室 1 ,如图 1 所示,至少一个烟草片 10 纳置在烟草蒸发器的蒸发室 1 内,烟草片 10 为片状结构,片状结构的厚度为 0.1mm~20mm ,并且烟草片 10 具有用于与蒸发室 1 的加热区 域 相贴合的第一表面 11 ,及与第一表面 11 相对的第二表面 12 ,第二表面 12 上设有多个用于供雾化气体析出的通孔 13 或凹槽 14 (结合图 5 所示)。
具体的,当烟草蒸发器通电时,通过传导、对流或者热辐射将热量传送至蒸发室 1 ,对蒸发室 1 内的烟草片 10 进行加热,烟草片 10 受热析出雾化气体供用户吸食。由于本实施例中烟草片 10 为薄片饼状结构,可以将该烟草片 10 直接放置于蒸发室 1 内,且烟草片 10 不会掉落,由于烟草片 10 的第一表面 11 与蒸发室 1 的加热区域直接接触,单位加热面积上的烟草数量少,便于将尼古丁从烟草中快速蒸发,充分保证加热效率和缩短烟草的烤制时间;并且烟草片 10 直接加热,味道更真实,可以有效提高用户满意度。由于烟草蒸发器为现有技术,故其具体结构和功能在此不再赘述。
结合图 2 和图 4 所示,烟草片 10 的截面可以为圆形、多边形或异形等形状,且烟草片 10 的厚度在 0.1mm~20mm 范围内,优选地,烟草片 10 的厚度为 2mm 。由于烟草片 10 的结构简单,且体积小,故使用方便,能够提高烟草的工作效率。
进一步的,为了将尼古丁快速从烟草片 10 中析出,提高加热效率,可以在 烟草片 10 的第二表面 12 上开设多个贯穿第一表面 11 的通孔 13 (结合图 2 所示) ,或者在烟草片 10 的第二表面 12 上开设多个一端开口的凹槽 14 (结合图 3 所示) 。 本实施例中,多个通孔 13 或凹槽 14 均匀分布在烟草片 10 的 第二表面 12 上。
如图 2 和图 3 所示,烟草片 10 的截面形状为长方形,烟草片 10 沿轴向开设有多个通孔 13 ,该通孔 13 沿轴向贯穿烟草片 10 。
如图 5 所示,烟草片 10 的截面形状为长方形,烟草片 10 沿轴向开设有多个圆柱形凹槽 141 ,该圆柱形凹槽 141 为一端开口的圆柱孔结构。
如图 6 所示,烟草片 10 的截面形状为长方形,烟草片 10 沿轴向开设有多个长条形凹槽 142 ,该长条形凹槽 142 为一端开口的长条形结构。
由于凹槽 14 为一端开口的结构,故使用时可以将烟草片 10 的第一表面 11 放置在蒸发室 1 内,以使得雾化气体更好的析出。
进一步的,为了使烟草片 10 的受热均匀,还可以在烟草片 10 外包覆一层糖果纸或锡纸等结构,所述糖果纸为塑料或纸质材质。
由于本实施例中每一烟草片 10 均为独立个体,可以将烟草片 10 进行单独包装并保存,不仅使用方便,还避免烟草片 10 被污染。
本申请还提供一种烟草蒸发器用烟草片的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
a )将烟草置于 50 ° C~80 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 30~40 分钟的浸泡处理以获得烟草润胀物,且浸泡处理中的热水为所述烟草的重量的 10~15 倍,以在不浪费水资源的前提下更加充分地对烟草进行浸泡;具体的,选用的烟草可以是烟熏烟草、香料烟草、马里兰烟草、异国烟草或其组合,本实施例不对此限制。需要说明的是本实施例对烟草进行浸泡所采用的液体为热水或常温水,不会引入新的化学试剂,使制得的烟草片 10 的味道纯净。
b ) 将所述烟草润胀物进行搓丝,获取烟草粗纤维;烟草经过浸泡处理后,其中的纤维已经润胀,然后通过输送装置将已经润胀的烟草送入搓丝机进行搓丝处理,由于该输送装置和搓丝机均为现有常用技术,故不再赘述。
c ) 将所述烟草粗纤维置于 50 ° C~80 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 30~40 分钟的洗涤处理以获取烟草纤维,洗涤处理中的热水为所述烟草的重量的 10~15 倍 ,以在不浪费水资源的前提下更加充分地对烟草进行洗涤处理 ;其目的是去除烟草粗纤维中的杂细胞和部分水溶性物质,例如氮化合物,以达到净化烟草粗纤维的目的。
d ) 将所述烟草纤维进行磨浆处理,制取烟草浆料;具体的,可以通过泵将烟草纤维送至磨浆机进行磨浆处理以制取烟草浆料,该磨浆机为现有常用技术,故不再赘述。
e )将外加纤维板进行磨浆处理,以制取外加纤维浆料;并将烟草浆料和外加纤维浆料进行混合,制取成浆。其中,外加纤维浆料的制取过程与烟草浆料的制取过程是两个独立的过程,由于烟草的纤维短、杂细胞含量高,在抄造过程中其成品的强度较差,因此在烟草浆料中加入适量的长纤维增加薄片的强度是必要的。
具体的,本实施例中外加纤维浆料的制取过程:将木浆板(外加纤维板)送入碎浆机进行碎浆处理,然后将碎浆处理后的外加粗纤维送入磨浆机进行磨浆,制取外加纤维浆料。由于外加纤维浆料的制取可以采用造纸工艺中的制浆方法实现,故其具体方法不进行详细描述。
进一步的,成浆的制取过程包括:首先,将烟草浆料和外加纤维浆料送入配料池进行充分混合;然后,将混合后的烟草浆料和外加纤维浆料送入冲浆池,添加轻质碳酸钙并加入水稀释到预设浓度,其中该预设浓度可以根据具体需求进行设定;最后,通过冲浆泵将经过稀释处理的烟草浆料和外加纤维浆料送至高位箱,向烟草浆料和外加纤维浆料内添加助留剂(如瓜尔胶等)并混合均匀,以制得成浆。其中,高位箱可以起到稳定成浆浆压的作用,助留剂的作用是增大混合浆料上网时的留着率,增强滤水性,以利于抄造。由于成浆的制取也可以采用造纸工艺中的成浆的制作方法实现,故其具体方法不进行详细描述。
f ) 将所述成浆抄造成薄片片基,并对所述薄片片基进行第一次烘干、涂布和第二次烘干处理以制取烟草薄片。
具体的,将上述成浆抄造成薄片片基,并对所述薄片片基进行烘干处理,第一次烘干前成浆的含水量可以在 30%~40% 范围内。
本实施例中,第一次烘干的温度控制在 100 ° C ~150 ° C ,烘干时间为 10min~20min ,且第一次烘干后成浆的含水量可以为 35% 。在经过第一次烘干处理后的薄片片基上涂布涂布液,然后再进行第二次烘干处理,第二次烘干的温度控制在 80 ° C ~100 ° C ,烘干时间为 8min~15min ,以制得含水量在 15%~20% 范围内、厚度在 2mm~20mm 范围内的烟草薄片。本实施例中,经第二次烘干处理后制得的烟草薄片的含水量为 15% ,烟草片的厚度为 2mm 。
其中,烘干处理包括直接对薄片片基进行烘干处理,以去除薄片片基中的大部分水分,然后将经过烘干处理后的薄片片基送入涂布槽,在涂布槽中将制备好的涂布液涂布在薄片片基上,之后将涂布了涂布液的薄片片基再次进行烘干以制取烟草薄片。
g )将上述烟草薄片切割处理,制成烟草片 10 ;本实施例中, 将该 烟草片 10 的 厚度为 1mm~20mm ,宽为 5mm~30 mm ,长为 10mm~100 mm 。还可以根据需要在烟草片 10 上开设通孔 13 或凹槽 14 ,由于开设通孔 13 和凹槽 14 为现有常用技术,故不再赘述。
实施例 1
a ) 将所述 香料烟草 置于 50 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 40 分钟的浸泡处理以获得烟草润胀物;
b ) 将所述 香料烟草 润胀物进行搓丝,获取烟草粗纤维;
c ) 将所述烟草粗纤维置于 80 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 30 分钟的洗涤处理以获取烟草纤维;
d ) 将所述烟草纤维进行磨浆处理,制取烟草浆料;
e )将木浆板进行磨浆处理,以制取外加纤维浆料;并将烟草浆料和外加纤维浆料进行混合,制取成浆;其中,烟草浆料与外加纤维浆料的质量比为 10:1 ;
f ) 将所述成浆抄造成薄片片基,并对所述薄片片基进行第一次烘干、涂布和第二次烘干处理以制取烟草薄片,其中,第一次烘干温度为 150 ° C ,时间为 10min ,第二次烘干温度为 100 ° C ,时间为 8min ;
g )将所述烟草薄片切割处理,制成烟草片 10 ,该烟草片 10 的 厚度为 2mm ,宽为 20 mm ,长为 30 mm 。
实施例 2
a ) 将所述 香料烟草 置于 80 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 30 分钟的浸泡处理以获得烟草润胀物;
b ) 将所述 香料烟草 润胀物进行搓丝,获取烟草粗纤维;
c ) 将所述烟草粗纤维置于 50 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 40 分钟的洗涤处理以获取烟草纤维;
d ) 将所述烟草纤维进行磨浆处理,制取烟草浆料;
e )将木浆板进行磨浆处理,以制取外加纤维浆料;并将烟草浆料和外加纤维浆料进行混合,制取成浆;其中,烟草浆料与外加纤维浆料的质量比为 15:1 ;
f ) 将所述成浆抄造成薄片片基,并对所述薄片片基进行第一次烘干、涂布和第二次烘干处理以制取烟草薄片,其中,第一次烘干温度为 120 ° C ,时间为 15min ,第二次烘干温度为 80 ° C ,时间为 10min ;
g )将所述烟草薄片切割处理,制成烟草片 10 ,该烟草片 10 的 厚度为 5mm ,宽为 12 mm ,长为 30 mm 。
实施例 3
a ) 将所述 香料烟草 置于 60 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 35 分钟的浸泡处理以获得烟草润胀物;
b ) 将所述 香料烟草 润胀物进行搓丝,获取烟草粗纤维;
c ) 将所述烟草粗纤维置于 60 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 35 分钟的洗涤处理以获取烟草纤维;
d ) 将所述烟草纤维进行磨浆处理,制取烟草浆料;
e )将木浆板进行磨浆处理,以制取外加纤维浆料;并将烟草浆料和外加纤维浆料进行混合,制取成浆;其中,烟草浆料与外加纤维浆料的质量比为 12:1 ;
f ) 将所述成浆抄造成薄片片基,并对所述薄片片基进行第一次烘干、涂布和第二次烘干处理以制取烟草薄片,其中,第一次烘干温度为 100 ° C ,时间为 20min ,第二次烘干温度为 90 ° C ,时间为 12min ;
g )将所述烟草薄片切割处理,制成烟草片 10 ,该烟草片 10 的 厚度为 5mm ,宽为 15 mm ,长为 40 mm 。
本申请还提供另一种烟草蒸发器用烟草片的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
a )制备包含烟草颗粒和水性溶剂的溶液;将烟草颗粒,如烟草碎屑、茎梗、边角料、裁切的薄片、粉碎的茎梗或其组合,放入水性溶剂(如水)中制成浆料,其中烟草颗粒与水性溶剂的质量比为 1:15~1 : 25 。
b )将该溶液在 80 ° C ~100 ° C 萃取 20 min ~25min ;
c )将所述溶液分离为具有水溶性化合物的萃取物和固体部分;本实施例中,溶液采用现有技术中的离心或过滤等分离技术将该溶液分离为水溶性化合物的萃取物和固体部分。
d )将所述固体部分与木浆混合,其中固体部分与木浆的质量比为 1:60~1 : 70 ,并在长网造纸机网上将所述固体部分成形为再生烟草薄片;具体的,将固体部分经磨浆并与 10% 以上由木纤维预先磨浆制成成浆,在该成浆中添加粘合剂并进行混合,该粘合剂可以为藻酸盐(例如,藻酸钠)、瓜尔胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、果胶、其它树胶、改性纤维素化合物及水胶体基化合物;固体部分、木浆和粘合剂的混合物通过本领域公知的造纸技术制成再生烟草薄片。
e )在所述萃取物中加入润湿剂;该润湿剂与萃取物的质量比为 1:4~1:5 ,通过增加润湿剂(如甘油等)可以增加片材的柔顺性,润湿剂一般在粘合剂之前以及任何附加香料之前加入。
f )在所述添加有润湿剂的萃取物中加入粘合剂;其中该粘合剂与萃取物的质量比为 1:4~1:5 ,该粘合剂可以为藻酸盐(例如,藻酸钠)、瓜尔胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、果胶、其它树胶、改性纤维素化合物及水胶体基化合物。
g )将所述萃取物施涂到再生烟草薄片上并干燥,将干燥后的再生烟草薄片切割处理,制成烟草片 10 ;本实施例中, 将该 烟草片 10 的 厚度为 2mm~20mm ,宽为 5mm~30 mm ,长为 10mm~100 mm 。还可以根据需要在烟草片 10 上开设通孔 13 或凹槽 14 ,由于开设通孔 13 和凹槽 14 为现有常用技术,故不再赘述。
实施例 4
a )制备包含烟草颗粒和水性溶剂的溶液,其中烟草颗粒与水性溶剂的质量比为 1:15 ;
b )将该溶液在 80 ° C 萃取 25min ;
c )通过现有技术中的过滤分离技术将该溶液分离为水溶性化合物的萃取物和固体部分;
d )将所述固体部分与木浆混合,其中固体部分与木浆的质量比为 1:60 ,并在长网造纸机网上将所述固体部分成形为再生烟草薄片;
e )在所述萃取物中加入润湿剂;该润湿剂与萃取物的质量比为 1:4 ;
f )在所述添加有润湿剂的萃取物中加入果胶;其中该粘合剂与萃取物的质量比为 1:4 ;
g )将所述萃取物施涂到再生烟草薄片上并干燥,将干燥后的烟草薄片切割处理,制成烟草片 10 ,该烟草片 10 的 厚度为 5mm ,宽为 12 mm ,长为 30 mm 。
实施例 5
a )制备包含烟草颗粒和水性溶剂的溶液,其中烟草颗粒与水性溶剂的质量比为 1:20 ;
b )将该溶液在 100 ° C 萃取 20min ;
c )通过现有技术中的过滤分离技术将该溶液分离为水溶性化合物的萃取物和固体部分;
d )将所述固体部分与木浆混合,其中固体部分与木浆的质量比为 1:70 ,并在长网造纸机网上将所述固体部分成形为再生烟草薄片;
e )在所述萃取物中加入润湿剂;该润湿剂与萃取物的质量比为 1:5 ;
f )在所述添加有润湿剂的萃取物中加入果胶;其中该粘合剂与萃取物的质量比为 1:5 ;
g )将所述萃取物施涂到再生烟草薄片上并干燥,将干燥后的烟草薄片切割处理,制成烟草片 10 ,该烟草片 10 的 厚度为 2mm ,宽为 20 mm ,长为 30 mm 。
实施例 6
a )制备包含烟草颗粒和水性溶剂的溶液,其中烟草颗粒与水性溶剂的质量比为 1:20 ;
b )将该溶液在 90 ° C 萃取 20min ;
c )通过现有技术中的过滤分离技术将该溶液分离为水溶性化合物的萃取物和固体部分;
d )将所述固体部分与木浆混合,其中固体部分与木浆的质量比为 1:65 ,并在长网造纸机网上将所述固体部分成形为再生烟草薄片;
e )在所述萃取物中加入润湿剂;该润湿剂与萃取物的质量比为 1:4 ;
f )在所述添加有润湿剂的萃取物中加入果胶;其中该粘合剂与萃取物的质量比为 1:4 ;
g )将所述萃取物施涂到再生烟草薄片上并干燥,将干燥后的烟草薄片切割处理,制成烟草片 10 ,该烟草片 10 的 厚度为 2mm ,宽为 20 mm ,长为 30 mm 。
综上所述,实施本发明的烟草蒸发器用烟草片具有以下有益效果:采用薄片饼状结构的烟草片不仅装取方便,能够避免从蒸发室内掉落,而且烟草片与加热区域直接接触,单位面积上的烟草数量大,便于将尼古丁从烟草片中快速蒸发,充分保证加热效率和缩短烟草的烤制时间;并且烟草片直接加热,味道更真实,可以有效提高用户满意度,同时烟草片的体积小,可以独立包装,方便用户携带。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烟草蒸发器用烟草片,其特征在于,至少一个烟草片( 10 )纳置在所述烟草蒸发器的蒸发室( 1 )内,所述烟草片( 10 )为片状结构,所述片状结构的厚度为 0.1mm~20mm 。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的烟草蒸发器用烟草片,其特征在于,所述烟草片( 10 )的截面形状为圆形、多边形或异 形 中的任意一种。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的烟草蒸发器用烟草片,其特征在于,所述烟草片( 10 )具有用于与所述蒸发室( 1 )的加热区 域 相贴合的第一表面( 11 ),及与所述第一表面( 11 )相对的、供雾化气体析出的第二表面( 12 );所述烟草片( 10 )的第二表面( 12 )上开设有多个贯穿所述第一表面( 11 )的通孔( 13 ),或者所述烟草片( 10 )的第二表面( 12 )上开设有多个一端开口的凹槽( 14 )。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的烟草蒸发器用烟草片,其特征在于,多个所述通孔( 13 )或凹槽( 14 )均匀分布在所述烟草片( 10 )的第二表面( 12 )上。
  5. 根据权利要求 3 所述的烟草蒸发器用烟草片,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 14 )为圆柱形凹槽( 141 )。
  6. 根据权利要求 3 所述的烟草蒸发器用烟草片,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 14 )为长条形凹槽( 142 )。
  7. 根据权利要求 3 所述的烟草蒸发器用烟草片,其特征在于,所述烟草片( 10 )外包覆有糖果纸或锡纸,所述糖果纸为塑料或纸质材质。
  8. 一种烟草蒸发器用烟草片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:
    a ) 将所述烟草置于 50 ° C ~80 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 30~40 分钟的浸泡处理以获得烟草润胀物;
    b ) 将所述烟草润胀物进行搓丝,获取烟草粗纤维;
    c ) 将所述烟草粗纤维置于 50 ° C~80 ° C 的热水中进行时间为 30~40 分钟的洗涤处理以获取烟草纤维;
    d ) 将所述烟草纤维进行磨浆处理,制取烟草浆料;
    e )将外加纤维板进行磨浆处理,以制取外加纤维浆料;并将所述烟草浆料和外加纤维浆料进行混合,制取成浆;
    f ) 将所述成浆抄造成薄片片基,并对所述薄片片基进行第一次烘干、涂布、第二次烘干处理以制取烟草薄片;
    g )将所述烟草薄片切割处理,制成烟草片( 10 ) 。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的烟草蒸发器用烟草片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述 烟草为烟熏烟草、香料烟草、马里兰烟草或异国烟草。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的烟草蒸发器用烟草片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸泡处理中的热水为所述烟草的重量的 10~15 倍,所述洗涤处理中热水为所述烟草的重量的 10~15 倍。
