具体实施方式
本发明的移动式家电管理系统,可通过以下实施例实作。然而,本领域相关技术人员当知,以下实施例仅供范例之用,并不限制本发明的范畴。此等实施例当可做其他修饰或改变而不偏离本发明的范畴。本说明书中,伴随附图绘示各实施例的范例,其中类似标号代表类似元件。
本发明提供一种移动式家电管理系统。具体而言,本发明提供一种利用一移动装置作为一服务器,以远端管理一家电自动化环境中多个家电装置的移动式家电管理系统。在本发明的一实施例中,移动装置可装有一软件应用程序,让使用者得以通过软件应用程序,自移动装置远端地控制多个家电装置,犹如使用者在家中操作家电装置一般。举 例而言,使用者可通过安装于移动装置上的软件应用程序,从移动装置远端地开启或关闭一家电装置及/或调整一家电装置的参数。
在本发明的另一实施例中,使用者可利用安装于移动装置上的一网站浏览器,远端地控制多个家电装置,犹如使用者在家中操作家电装置一般。举例而言,使用者可通过安装于移动装置上的网站浏览器,从移动装置远端地开启或关闭一家电装置及/或调整一家电装置的参数。藉此,使用者可轻易地通过移动装置的使用,对多个家电装置进行远端的操控。
参照图1,其绘示本发明的一实施例中一移动家电管理系统的一示意图。如图1所示,在本发明的一实施例中,移动式家电管理10可包含一私有云100。在本发明的一实施例中,多个家电装置(例如一第一家电装置101以及一第二家电装置102)可设置于私有云100内,以增强此等家电装置的安全性。在本发明的一实施例中,私有云100更可包含一无线存取点103与之相连,以允许私有云100外的一装置(例如一移动装置104)存取多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)。
根据本发明,第一家电装置101可包含一第一通信元件1011,以通过一第一通信协定与无线存取点103相通信。在一范例中,第一家电装置101可为一冷气装置,以及第一通信元件1011可为安装于冷气装置上的一感测器。在此范例中,本发明的感测器可通过第一通信协定(例如z-wave协定)与无线存取点103相通信。
根据本发明,第一家电装置101可包含一调整元件1012,以允许使用者调整第一家电装置101的一参数。在一范例中,本发明的第一家电装置101可为一冷气装置,以及调整元件1012可为安装于冷气装置上的一温度设定控制器。藉此,使用者得以通过操作调整元件1012而调整冷气装置的温度设定。
根据本发明,第二家电装置102可包含一第二通信元件1021,以通过一第二通信协定与无线存取点103相通信。在一范例中,第二家电装置102可为一电灯装置,以及第二通信元件1021可为安装于电灯装置上的一收发器。在此范例中,本发明的收发器可通过第二通信协定(例如红外线远端控制协定)与无线存取点103相通信。在另一范例中,第二家电装置102可为一监控摄影机,以及第二通信元件1021可为安装于监控摄影机上的一收发器。在此范例中,本发明的收发器可通过第二通信协定(例如WiFi协定)与无线存取点103相通信。
根据本发明,第二家电装置102可包含一开关元件1022,允许使用者开启及/或关闭第二家电装置102。在一范例中,本发明的第二家电装置102可为一电灯装置,以及开关 元件1022可为安装于电灯装置上的一开关。藉此,使用者得以通过操作开关元件1022而开启及/或关闭电灯装置。在另一范例中,本发明的第二家电装置102可为一监控摄影机,以及开关元件1022可为摄影机镜头的一开关。藉此,使用者得以通过开启摄影机镜头启动监控摄影机,并通过关闭摄影机镜头关闭监控摄影机。然而,需要知道的是,本发明并不限定于上述家电装置、通信元件及通信协定。任何家电装置、通信元件及通信协定皆可实施本发明。举例而言,本发明的家电装置亦可实作为电子门锁、智能电视、烟雾检测器、视觉门铃、大门感测器、窗户感测器、温度感测器、移动感测器、卷帘门控制器等等。
根据本发明,无线存取点103可为一外部装置(例如移动装置104)要存取私有云100内多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)的闸道。本发明的无线存取点103可与网络105相连,使私有云100外的装置(例如移动装置104)可通过网络105经过认证而存取多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)。
根据本发明,无线存取点103可以不同的通信协定(例如z-wave协定、红外线远端控制协定或WiFi协定)与多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)相通信,已如上述。然而,需要知道的是,本发明的无线存取点103并不受限于上述通信协定,任何本领域相关技术人员所知的通信协定皆落入本发明的范畴。
根据本发明,移动装置104可为私有云100外的一装置,经过认证得以通过网络105存取多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)。在本发明的一实施例中,移动装置104可为一手机装置,其安装有一软件应用程序,以允许使用者远端地管理多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102),犹如使用者在家中操作多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)一般。然而,需要知道的是,其他移动装置,包含但不限于平板电脑、电子阅读器、笔记本电脑、

本发明的移动装置104可包含一显示器1041,负责显示软件应用程序。本发明的软件应用程序可包含一使用者界面1042,显示于显示器1041上,让使用者得以控制多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)的一参数。换句话说,对于多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)而言,移动装置104其服务器负责控制多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102),藉此,使用者得以在移动装置104端集中管理多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)。
在本发明的一实施例中,使用者可使用安装于移动装置104(例如手机装置)的软件应用程序来控制第一家电装置101(例如冷气装置)。在一范例中,使用者可在回家前,先开启安装于移动装置104(例如手机)的软件应用程序,并通过例如按下与调整元件1012相关联的按键,调整第一家电装置101的一参数(例如冷气装置的温度设定)。在本发明的另一实施例中,使用者可在开启安装于移动装置104(例如手机装置)的软件应用程序后,通过例如按下与开关元件1022相关联的按键,远端地开启或关闭第二家电装置102(例如电灯装置)。在本发明的又一范例中,使用者可通过开启安装于移动装置104(例如手机装置)的软件应用程序,开启与摄影机镜头相关联的按键,并且自远端监控第二家电装置102(例如监控摄影机)即时捕捉或记录到的画面。
在本发明的另一实施例中,使用者可利用安装于移动装置104(例如手机装置)上的一网站浏览器,控制多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)。在一范例中,使用者可在回家前,先开启安装于移动装置104(例如手机装置)上的网站浏览器,通过按下与调整元件1012相关联的按键,改变第一家电装置101的一参数(例如冷气装置的温度设定)。在本发明的另一范例中,使用者可开启安装于移动装置104(例如手机装置)上的网站浏览器,并且通过按下与开关元件1022相关联的按键,远端地开启或关闭第二家电装置102(例如电灯装置)的开关。在本发明的又一实施例中,使用者可开启安装于移动装置104(例如手机装置)上的网站浏览器,并通过开启与摄影机镜头相关联的按键,自远端监控第二家电装置102(例如监控摄影机)即时捕捉或记录到的画面。
根据本发明,移动式家电管理系统10可包含一公共云110。在本发明的一实施例中,第三方运算装置111(例如笔记本电脑)可为公共云110的一部分。然而,需要知道的是,本发明的第三方运算装置111并不受限于笔记本电脑。任何运算装置,包含但不限于个人电脑、桌上型一体机电脑、手机装置、平板电脑、电子阅读器等皆落入本发明的范畴。
本发明的第三方运算装置111(例如笔记本电脑)可通过网络105,经过认证后存取多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)。藉此,本发明的第三方运算装置111(例如笔记本电脑)即可获取多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置101以及第二家电装置102)的数据作数据挖掘、数据分析或其他目的之用。
参照图2,其绘示本发明的一实施例中一移动装置在一家电自动化环境作为一服务器之用的一示意图。如图2所示,家电自动化环境210可包含一第一家电装置211、一第二家电装置212以及一无线存取点213。如上述,本发明的第一家电装置211可包含一第一通信元件2111,以通过一第一通信协定与无线存取点213通信。在一范例中,第一家电装置 211可为一冷气装置,以及第一通信元件2111可为安装于冷气装置上的一感测器。本发明的感测器可通过第一通信协定(例如z-wave协定)与无线存取点213通信。
根据本发明,第一家电装置211可包含一开关元件2112,以允许使用者开启及/或关闭第一家电装置211的开关。在一范例中,本发明的第一家电装置211可为一电灯装置,以及开关元件2112可为安装于电灯装置上的一开关。藉此,使用者可通过操控开关元件2112开启与关闭电灯装置。
根据本发明,第一家电装置211可包含一调整元件2113,以允许使用者调整第一家电装置211的一参数。在一范例中,本发明的第一家电装置211可为一冷气装置,以及调整元件2113可为安装于冷气装置上的一温度设定控制器。藉此,使用者可以通过操控调整元件2113调整冷气装置的温度设定。
根据本发明,第一家电装置211可包含一网络照相机2114。藉此,使用者可通过网络照相机2114即时捕捉或记录到的画面监控家电自动化环境210。
根据本发明,第一家电装置211可包含一检测元件2115。本发明的检测元件2115可允许使用者检测家电自动化环境210的一状态。在一范例中,本发明的检测元件2115可以一移动检测器实作。藉此,当移动检测器在家电自动化环境210中检测到一动作时,得以立即告知使用者。
根据本发明,第二家电装置212可包含一第二通信元件2121,以通过一第二通信协定与无线存取点213相通信。在一范例中,第二家电装置212可为一电灯装置,以及第二通信元件2121可为安装于电灯装置上的一收发器。在此范例中,本发明的收发器可通过第二通信协定(例如红外线远端控制协定)与无线存取点相通信。在另一范例中,第二家电装置212可为一监控摄影机,以及第二通信元件2121可为安装于监控摄影机上的一收发器。在此范例中,本发明的收发器可通过第二通信协定(例如WiFi协定)与无线存取点213相通信。然而,需要知道的是,本发明并不限定于上述家电装置、通信元件及通信协定。任何家电装置、通信元件及通信协定皆可实施本发明。举例而言,本发明的家电装置亦可实作为电子门锁、智能电视、烟雾检测器、视觉门铃、大门感测器、窗户感测器、温度感测器、移动感测器、卷帘门控制器等等,已如上述。
根据本发明,无线存取点213可为一外部装置要存取家电自动化环境210内多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置211以及第二家电装置212)的闸道。无线存取点213可与网络214相连,使家电自动化环境210外的装置得以通过网络214经过认证后存取多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置211以及第二家电装置212。

根据本发明,移动装置200(例如一手机装置)可包含一电脑可读取媒介201,供储存软件应用程序2011,以允许使用者远端地管理家电自动化环210的多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置211以及第二家电装212),犹如使用者在家操作多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置211以及第二家电装置212)一般。换句话说,针对多个家电装置(例如第一家电装置211以及第二家电装置212)而言,本发明的移动装置200(例如一手机装置)可作为一服务器,以将多个家电装置的控制集中在移动装置200(例如一手机装置)端。
在本发明的一实施例中,电脑可读取媒介201可为但不限于任何利用磁性、电子、电磁、光学或半导体元件进行操作的实体媒介。具体而言,电脑可读媒介201可为一存储器、硬盘、携带型磁盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、唯读存储器(ROM)、或任何可容纳、储存、通信或传输程序的实体媒介,其程序供移动装置200使用或与移动装置200一同使用。
根据本发明,移动装置200亦可包含一显示器202。本发明的显示器202可显示与软件应用程序2011相关联的图标2021,让使用者得以通过按下图标2021来开启软件应用程序2011。在一范例中,使用者可通过按下显示于显示器202上的图标2021,远端地开启或关闭第一家电装置211(例如电灯装置)的开关。在另一范例中,使用者可通过按下显示于显示器202上的图标2021,在回家前先调整第一家电装置211的参数(例如冷气装置的温度设定)。在又一范例中,使用者可通过按下显示于显示器202上的图标2021,远端地监控第 一家电装置211(例如监控摄影机)所捕捉到的画面。在又一范例中,使用者可通过按下显示于显示器202上的图标2021,而在第一家电装置211(例如移动检测器)检测到家电自动化环境210内有一动作时通知使用者。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种移动式家电管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包含:
    一私有云,具有一第一家电装置以及一无线存取点与所述私有云相连,其中所述第一家电装置备有一第一通信元件,所述第一通信元件可通过一第一通信协定与所述无线存取点通信,以及其中所述无线存取点与网络相连;以及
    一移动装置,可通过所述网络经过认证而存取所述私有云,其中所述移动装置对所述第一家电装置而言以一服务器的方式运作,以通过安装于所述移动装置上的一软件应用程序控制所述第一家电装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包含一第二家电装置,所述第二家电装置备有一第二通信元件,所述第二通信元件可通过一第二通信协定与所述无线存取点通信,其中所述移动装置对所述第二家电装置而言亦以一服务器的方式运作,以通过所述软件应用程序控制所述第二家电装置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一通信协定为z-wave。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第二通信协定为红外线远端控制协定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述移动装置嵌有一

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统更包含一公共云,以允许一第三方运算装置通过所述网络获取所述第一家电装置的数据。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述软件应用程序包含一使用者界面,所述使用者界面显示于所述移动装置上,以允许一使用者控制所述第一家电装置的一参数。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述移动装置包含一显示器,以显示所述软件应用程序的所述使用者界面。
  12. 一种移动装置,其特征在于,所述装置通过一网络连线以一服务器的方式控制一家电自动化环境,其中所述家电自动化环境包含一第一家电装置以及一无线存取点与所述家电自动化环境相连,以及其中所述第一家电装置备有一第一通信元件,所述第一通信元件可通过一第一通信协定与所述无线存取点通信,以及其中所述无线存取点与所述网络连线相连,所述移动装置包含:
    一电脑可读取媒介,所述电脑可读取媒介储存可管理所述第一家电装置的一软件应用程序;
    一显示器,所述显示器显示与所述软件应用程序相关联的一图标,供一使用者产生管理所述第一家电装置相关联的指令;
    一以

    为主的处理器,电性耦接所述显示器以及所述电脑可读取媒介以处理所述指令;

  16. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一家电装置包含一开关元件,以允许所述使用者通过安装于所述移动装置的所述软件应用程序开启及关闭所述开关元件。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示器显示一网站浏览器,以允许一通过认证的使用者通过所述网站浏览器操作所述第一家电装置。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述家电自动化环境更包含一第二家电装置,以及其中所述第二家电装置备有一第二通信元件,所述第二通信元件可通过一 第二通信协定与所述无线存取点通信,其中所述使用者通过所述软件应用程序在所述移动装置上远端地操作所述第二家电装置。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一家电装置包含一网络照相机以允许所述使用者通过安装于所述移动装置的所述软件应用程序监控所述家电自动化环境。
  20. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一家电装置包含一检测元件以允许所述使用者通过安装于所述移动装置的所述软件应用程序检测所述家电自动化环境的一状态。
