本发明提供了一种信息提供方法及客户端。其中,该方法包括:获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息;打开特定用户的信息显示界面时,显示多条信息;在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口。本发明实施例能够解决现有技术中与特定用户身份相关的信息种类单一,数量较少,并且未在每一信息处提供信息入口,导致无法引导使用者进入信息入口直接对信息进行合理使用的问题,保证用使用者能够更加合理使用与特定用户身份相关的信息,提升使用者体验。

Description

信息提供方法及客户端 技术领域
本发明涉及信息提供领域,特别是涉及一种信息提供方法及客户端。
背景技术
随着智能终端与通讯技术的飞速发展,人们越来越习惯通过终端进行交流,并且越来越习惯通过终端获取日常生活、学习甚至工作的相关信息。而智能终端中的通讯录保存有与用户的日常生产生活联系最为紧密的商家和/或工作客户和/或用户日常生产生活需要联系的机构或者个人的联系信息。
但是,现有技术中,通讯录中能够查找到的信息较为单一,多数为用户主观输入到终端自带通讯录中进行保存的信息。并且,通讯录中保存的信息多为通讯录条目对应客户的联系方式,如手机号码,座机号码,邮箱地址等信息。另外,现有技术的通讯录中的信息不仅种类单一,数量较少,并且很多信息用户无法直接使用,仅能够在通讯录中查询到信息,主观记录下信息,并利用其它终端或者应用进行使用,操作步骤繁琐复杂。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的信息提供方法和相应的信息提供客户端。
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明实施例提供了一种信息提供方法,包括:获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息;打开所述特定用户的信息显示界面时,显示所述多条信息;在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入所述信息入口。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种信息提供客户端,包括:获取模块,配置为获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息;显示模块,配置为打开所述特定用户的信息显示界面时,显示所述多条信息;接口提供模块,配置为在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入所述信息入口。
根据本发明的又一个方面,提供了一种计算机程序,其包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据上述任一个所述的信息提供方法。
根据本发明的再一个方面,提供了一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如上所述 的计算机程序。
依据本发明实施例,能够获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并在特定用户的信息显示界面对获取到的多条信息进行显示。之后,依据本发明实施例的信息提供方法在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口。现有技术中,通讯录中能够查找到的信息较为单一,多数为使用者主观输入到终端自带通讯录中进行保存的信息。并且,通讯录中保存的信息多为通讯录条目对应客户的联系方式,如手机号码,座机号码,邮箱地址等信息。另外,现有技术的通讯录中的信息不仅种类单一,数量较少,并且很多信息使用者无法直接使用,仅能够在通讯录中查询到信息,主观记录下信息,并利用其它终端或者应用进行使用,操作步骤繁琐复杂。而本发明实施例的信息提供方法能够获取并显示于特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口。例如,当特定用户为顺丰快递时,本发明实施例能够获取顺丰快递的客服电话,顺丰快递的快递查询入口,顺丰快递的官方网站信息,顺丰快递的微博信息,以及附近的顺丰快递的地址信息。并且,本发明实施例能够在显示的每条信息提供信息入口。例如,在顺丰快递的客服电话处能够提供拨打电话和/或发送短信入口,在快递查询入口则能够引导使用者进入以输入快递单号查询快递的物流信息,在官方网站信息提供信息入口以引导使用者进入顺丰快递的官方网站,等等。
综上,本发明实施例能够获取并显示与特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口,解决了现有技术中与特定用户身份相关的信息种类单一,数量较少,并且未在每一信息处提供信息入口,导致无法引导使用者进入信息入口直接对信息进行合理使用的问题,保证使用者能够更加合理使用与特定用户身份相关的信息,提升使用者体验。

下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
相关技术中提及,通讯录中的信息不仅种类单一,数量较少,并且很多信息用户无法直接使用,仅能够在通讯录中查询到信息,主观记录下信息,并利用其它终端或者应用进行使用,操作步骤繁琐复杂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种信息提供方法。图1示出了根据本发明一个实施例的信息提供方法的处理流程图。参见图1,该流程至少包括步骤S102至步骤S106。
步骤S102、获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息。
步骤S104、打开特定用户的信息显示界面时,显示多条信息。
步骤S106、在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口。
依据本发明实施例,能够获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并在特定用户 的信息显示界面对获取到的多条信息进行显示。之后,依据本发明实施例的信息提供方法在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口。现有技术中,通讯录中能够查找到的信息较为单一,多数为使用者主观输入到终端自带通讯录中进行保存的信息。并且,通讯录中保存的信息多为通讯录条目对应客户的联系方式,如手机号码,座机号码,邮箱地址等信息。另外,现有技术的通讯录中的信息不仅种类单一,数量较少,并且很多信息使用者无法直接使用,仅能够在通讯录中查询到信息,主观记录下信息,并利用其它终端或者应用进行使用,操作步骤繁琐复杂。而本发明实施例的信息提供方法能够获取并显示于特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口。例如,当特定用户为顺丰快递时,本发明实施例能够获取顺丰快递的客服电话,顺丰快递的快递查询入口,顺丰快递的官方网站信息,顺丰快递的微博信息,以及附近的顺丰快递的地址信息。并且,本发明实施例能够在显示的每条信息提供信息入口。例如,在顺丰快递的客服电话处能够提供拨打电话和/或发送短信入口,在快递查询入口则能够引导使用者进入以输入快递单号查询快递的物流信息,在官方网站信息提供信息入口以引导使用者进入顺丰快递的官方网站,等等。
综上,本发明实施例能够获取并显示与特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口,解决了现有技术中与特定用户身份相关的信息种类单一,数量较少,并且未在每一信息处提供信息入口,导致无法引导使用者进入信息入口直接对信息进行合理使用的问题,保证使用者能够更加合理使用与特定用户身份相关的信息,提升使用者体验。
如图1中的步骤S102所示,本发明实施例能够获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息。本发明实施例中,获取到的多条信息可以是与特定用户身份相关的任意信息。多条信息可以是特定用户的联系方式,如网址、电话号码、通讯记录、电子邮箱、以及即时通讯标识,多条信息可以是特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表,可以是对特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作,还可以是与特定用户相关,且能够在指定范围内为使用者提供业务的其他信息。
例如,当特定用户为中国移动客户服务(也可简称为客服)时,多条信息可以是中国移动客户服务的官方网站网址、中国移动客户服务电话号码、使用者与中国移动客户服务的通讯记录、中国移动客户服务的微博,多条信息还可以是中国移动客户服务为使用者提供的功能列表,如查询话费功能、话费充值功能、流量查询功能、套餐转换功能。另外,上文提及,多条信息还可以是对特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作(如,在查询话费的历史查询记录里复制所查询的电话号码 至当前查询输入框,避免用户多次重复输入长串字符的复杂操作),以及与特定用户相关,且能够在指定范围内为使用者提供业务的其他信息(如使用者所在位置附近的中国移动营业厅地址)。
当获取到如上文介绍的、与特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并再显示的每条信息处提供信息入口之后,当接收到来自使用者的、在信息入口的触发指令时,根据触发指令对应的信息类型为使用者提供对应的服务。由上文对与特定用户身份相关的多条信息的介绍可知,与特定用户身份相关的信息可以为与特定用户身份相关的任意类型的信息。本发明实施例中,优选与特定用户身份相关的信息分别为特定用户的联系方式、特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表,以及特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作的情况,并分别对三者进行介绍。
当触发指令对应的信息类型为特定用户的联系方式时,为使用者提供的对应服务为调用联系方式对应的应用,以使用联系方式进行联系。图2示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的显示与顺丰速运相关的多条信息的界面示意图。参见图2,本例中特定用户为顺丰速运。图2中显示的与顺丰速运相关的多条信息为顺丰速运的联系方式,包括顺丰速运的电话号码(400XXXX111)、顺丰速运的官方网址(简称官网,即XXX.LLL.com)、顺丰速运的微博(即顺丰速运的即时通讯标识,@顺丰速运)。当在上述任一联系方式处接收到用户的触发指令时,则调用联系方式对应的应用,以使用联系方式进行联系。
本发明实施例中,当接收到触发指令的信息入口为功能入口时,若该功能为应用提供,则调起应用,若该功能非应用提供,则根据触发指令生成操作指令,并发送到功能提供方,以触发功能提供方对用户提供服务。例如,当在顺丰速运的官网信息入口处接收到使用者的触发指令,则调用可以浏览器类应用进入顺丰速运的官网。再例如,当在顺丰速运的微博信息入口处接收到使用者的触发指令,则可以调起微博应用以进入顺丰速运的微博界面。
另外,“呼叫电话号码”以及“发送短消息”为用户实际操作中最为经常用到的联系方式,因此,如图2所示,在界面下方提供“呼叫”以及“消息”两个信息入口,方便用户直接触发以执行呼叫或者发送短消息操作。
当触发指令对应的信息类型为特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表,则执行功能。图3示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的与中国移动客户服务相关的多条信息的界面示意图。如图3所示的界面图中,除存在与图2中的联系方式类似的信息之外,还存在功能列表,即图3中的“话费查询”、“流量查询”、“话费充值”、“套餐更换”。当在功能列表的信息入口处接收到使用者的触发指令,例如,在“话费 充值”入口接收到触发指令,则执行相应功能。
上文曾提及,本发明实施例中,当接收到触发指令的信息入口为功能入口时,若该功能为应用提供,则调起应用,若该功能非应用提供,则根据触发指令生成操作指令,并发送到功能提供方,以触发功能提供方对用户提供服务。本优选实施例中,当在“话费充值”入口接收到触发指令,若存在“移动营业厅”(即中国移动的应用),则“话费充值”功能为应用提供,则接收到触发指令时,调起“移动营业厅”这个应用执行“话费充值”功能。另外,当在“话费充值”入口接收到触发指令,还可以调起其他能够执行“话费充值”功能的应用,如“淘宝”。若不存在如上文介绍的“移动营业厅”和/或“淘宝”类应用,“话费充值”功能为非应用提供,则本发明实施例还可以根据触发指令生成操作指令,如生成“请求话费充值”的短信,并发送至功能提供方(如中国移动客户服务热线)。例如,根据使用者在“话费充值”入口输入的触发指令,编辑“DXCZ+充值卡密码”,并发送,则能够为当前手机进行话费充值。
当触发指令对应的信息类型为特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作,执行该操作。图4示出了根据本发明另一个优选实施例的显示与顺丰速运相关的多条信息的界面示意图。参见图4,当使用者在顺丰速运的官网网址的信息入口处输入触发指令,则官网网址(即多条信息的信息文本)显示被选中(图4为官网网址处于黑色框中,表示被选中),并显示能够对该信息文本可执行的操作的选项,如图4所示的“复制”、“剪切”以及“编辑”。当使用者选择对信息文本执行的操作,执行该操作。例如,使用者需要将顺丰速运的官网网址发送短信息给朋友,可以对顺丰速运的官网网址执行复制操作,避免使用者在短信息中需要手动输入官网网址。再例如,当使用者发现当前界面中的顺丰速运的官网网址是错误网址时,使用者能够对该官网网址进行编辑,将该官网网址改为正确网址。
另外,本发明实施例中,当特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表为多级别时,为每级别的子功能列表设置索引项。当来自使用者的触发指令触发不同级别的索引项时,展开本级别的子功能列表。图5示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的显示与招商银行相关的多条信息的界面示意图。当在图5所示的“查询”信息入口处接收到触发指令,则可以展示“查询”对应的功能列表(也可以称为“查询”对应的下级菜单),可以包括:查询账单、查询积分、查询额度、查询消费记录等。图5所示的界面中,显示“查询”对应的功能列表中常用的三个查询操作。
如图5所示,本发明实施例中,当特定用户为招商银行时,获取到的多条信息可以包括招商银行的多个客服电话、以及为使用者提供的功能列表。其中,本优选 实施例选取常见的招商银行的一个电话号码进行直接显示(即图5中的“电话:95555”),并提示使用者还存在其它两个客户服务号码,当使用者拨打“95555”无法接通或者无法通过“95555”与招商银行的客服取得联系时,可以通过在其下方的“查看其它号码(2)”处发送触发指令,获取其它的客服电话号码。另外,如图5所示,招商银行的信息显示界面中,能够为使用者提供的功能包括:查询账单、查询积分、查询额度,以及办理安全还款、积分兑换、账单分期等操作,因此,用户能够通过触发上述介绍的功能入口直接进行相应操作,极大方便使用者日常生活中进行信用卡还款和/或账单查询的相关操作,提升使用者体验。
参见图5,当用户点击“查询账单”按钮(即接收到用户的触发指令),当“查询账单”功能为非应用提供的,由上文可知,可以根据触发指令生成操作指令,并发送到功能提供方。优选地,由于不同的功能提供方对操作指令格式或者形式或者发送规则的要求不同,因此,本发明实施例可以首先确定功能提供方的类型,其次,根据功能提供方的类型生成对应的操作指令。其中,本例中优选操作指令能够以短信为载体。例如,图6示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的根据用户的触发指令生成短信的处理流程图。参见图6,该流程至少包括步骤S602至步骤S608。
步骤S602、在“查询账单”功能按钮处接收到用户的触发指令时,获取当前手机使用的电话号码。
步骤S604、根据步骤S602中获取到的电话号码确定运营商类型(即确定功能提供方)。
步骤S606、根据接收到用户的触发指令的功能按钮对应的服务类型以及运营商类型确定操作指令格式。
具体地,例如,当确定手机当前使用的电话号码的运营商为联通或者电信,操作指令格式为:发送#Z到95555查询账单;当确定手机当前使用的电话号码的运营商为移动,操作指令格式为:发送#ZD到1065795555查询账单。
步骤S608、当确定操作指令格式之后,生成操作指令,并将操作指令以短信为载体进行发送,以对账单进行查询。
图6对“用户点击‘查询账单’功能按钮之后,根据功能提供方(即图6所示的运营商)确定操作指令格式,并以短信为载体发送生成的操作指令至功能提供方,以查询账单”的流程进行了介绍。当用户点击图5中的“安全还款”按钮(即在“安全还款”处接收到用户的触发指令),当手机中存在能够进行安全还款的应用(即“安全还款”功能为应用提供),如手机卫士的“信用卡还款”功能,则可以打开如图7所示的手机卫士的“信用卡还款”界面。在如图7所示的“信用卡还款”界 面,用户能够输入信用卡所在的银行,或者通过点击该栏右侧向下的三角按钮,下拉银行列表,并在该列表中选择对应的银行。之后,用户可以在如图7所示的界面输入信用卡号、还款金额以及持卡人名称,通过点击界面下方的“确定”按钮进行还款。另外,参见图7,用户通过在该“信用卡还款”界面触发“查询还款金额”按钮,可以对还款金额进行查询。
上文通过两个具体实施例介绍了本发明实施例中,根据服务端的配置文件,以及来自用户的触发指令,能够实现的“发送短信”功能以及“打开相应应用”功能。如图5所示的界面,提供各种查询操作的触发按钮,如上文介绍的“查询账单”、“查询积分”以及“查询额度”。即,此三项查询操作为“查询”功能的下级菜单。图5仅示出了对“查询”功能下级菜单的一种展示方法。为保证能够在如图5所示的界面展示更多信息和/或功能,还可以仅在图5所示的界面仅显示“查询”按钮。当用户触发该“查询”按钮,显示图8所示的“查询”功能的下级菜单。即当功能列表为多级别时,为每级别的子功能列表设置索引项,当触发指令触发不同级别的索引项时,展开本级别的子功能列表。参见图8,当用户点击“查询”,打开查询的下级菜单,显示“查询账单”、“查询积分”、“查询额度”以及“显示更多查询操作”功能按钮。当在各个按钮处接收到用户的触发指令(即用户点击按钮),则能够实现对应的功能。
例如,当用户点击“查询积分”功能按钮,能够利用上文介绍的“发送短信功能”,根据当前终端的电话卡的运营商类型编辑短信并发送至对应的服务商,以获取信用卡当前的积分。再例如,当用户点击“查询额度”功能按钮,编辑短信并发送至对应的服务商获取信用卡的额度信息。另外,由于显示界面有限,可以在当前界面提供常用的预定数目个(如图8所示的3个)查询操作选项,并在显示界面下方提供“显示更多查询操作”按钮。当用户点击该按钮,则显示其他查询操作选项,以供用户点击操作。本例中存在下级菜单的“查询”以及“办理”功能也仅用作示例,不能够代表实际操作中存在下级菜单的功能。上文介绍利用具体实施例根据服务端的配置文件,以及来自用户的触发指令,实现“发送短信”功能、“打开相应应用”功能以及“显示下级菜单”功能的过程,本发明实施例中,根据服务端的配置文件,以及来自用户的触发指令,能够实现的功能包括但不限于上文介绍的功能。
需要说明的是,如图4以及图5所示,在顺丰速运以及招商银行的简要介绍下方存在为使用者提供的功能列表:“发送名片”、“标记”、“黑名单”、“保存号码”。本发明实施例中,图4以及图5所示出的这个功能列表可以存在于任意特定用户的信息显示界面。使用者通过在该功能列表中的“发送名片”信息入口发送 触发指令,可以发送对应特定用户的名片至朋友、同事、亲人等任意其他使用者,通过在“标记”信息入口发送触发指令,能够对顺丰速运进行标记,如标记顺丰速运为常用快递公司,通过在“黑名单”信息入口发送触发指令,可以将顺丰速运加入黑名单,保证不再接收来自顺丰速运的任意消息,还可以通过在“保存号码”信息入口发送触发指令,将顺丰速运的联系方式等信息保存至当前使用的终端本地,保证在不能够连接网络的情况下,仍旧能够查询顺丰速运的信息,方便使用。
另外,图2至图5的显示界面上方均存在对特定用户身份的介绍。其中,图2以及图4中,显示顺丰速运的名称,标识图片(即图中标有“SF”字母的黑框)以及顺丰速运的标语“值得信赖的速运公司”。图3中,显示中国移动的名称、标识图片(即图中标有“和”字样的黑框)以及中国移动的标语“移动信息专家”。图5中,显示招商银行的名称、标识图片(即图中标有“招商”字样的黑框)以及招商银行的标语“招商银行,因您而变”。本发明实施例中,在对获取到的、与特定用户身份相关多条信息进行显示时,显示对特定用户身份的简要介绍,方便使用者了解和/或确认当前特定用户身份,避免使用者对特定用户身份的不确认,并避免一些诈骗团伙等恶意犯罪份子仿冒一些知名特定用户对使用者进行欺骗。
本发明实施例中,能够在信息显示界面的任意位置增加信息入口,优选地,本发明实施例能够将信息入口设计为功能按钮的形式,以便使用者了解信息入口的功能,通过点击设计为功能按钮的信息入口进入该信息入口。考虑到使用者通常是在对每条与特定用户身份相关的信息浏览完毕之后才确定是否进入对应的信息接口,因此,优选地,可以将信息接口设置在信息末端。另外,上文的图2至图8中的信息入口形式仅仅是一个例举,在具体应用中,可以根据用户意愿选择信息入口的形式,如圆形、筒形、平面、立体、不同颜色、不同背景等多种形式。
本发明实施例中,根据特定用户身份的不同能够获取不同的多条信息进行显示,相应的,不同身份的特定用户的信息入口能够为使用者提供的服务也是多种多样的。例如,当特定用户的身份为中国移动等运营商的客户服务时,能够为使用者提供的服务可以包括手机话费查询、流量购买、手机话费充值,以及应用账户充值(如为微信账户充值,方便购买微信表情)。再例如,当特定用户的身份为银行客服时,能够为使用者提供的服务可以包括信用卡还款、查询信用卡账单,当特定用户为餐厅客服时,能够为使用者提供的服务可以包括餐厅订位、接收使用者的外卖订单。因此,依据本发明实施例,能够获取多种不同特定用户身份(如银行客服、快递客服、餐厅客服以及影院客服等)的多条信息,并在显示多条信息的显示界面提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息接口,享受为使用者提供的服务,极大方便了使用 者的日常生活,提升使用者体验。
基于上文各优选实施例提供的信息提供方法,基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种信息提供客户端,以实现上述任意一个优选实施例或其结合所提供的信息提供方法。
图9示出了根据本发明一个实施例的信息提供客户端的结构示意图。参见图9,本发明实施例的信息提供客户端至少包括:获取模块910、显示模块920以及接口提供模块930。
现介绍本发明实施例的信息提供客户端的各器件或组成的功能以及各部分间的连接关系:
获取模块910,配置为获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息。
显示模块920,与显示模块910以及接口提供模块930分别耦合,配置为打开特定用户的信息显示界面时,显示多条信息。
接口提供模块930,与显示模块920相耦合,配置为在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口。
在一个优选的实施例中,多条信息包括下列至少一种类型:特定用户的联系方式,其中,联系方式包括下列至少之一:网址、电话号码、通讯记录、电子邮箱、即时通讯标识;特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表;对特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作;与特定用户相关,且能够在指定范围内为使用者提供业务的其他信息。
图10示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的信息提供客户端的结构示意图。参见图10,本发明实施例的信息提供客户端还包括:
接收模块940,与接口提供模块930耦合,配置为接收来自使用者的、在信息入口的触发指令;
服务提供模块950,与接收模块940耦合,配置为根据触发指令对应的信息类型为使用者提供对应的服务。
在一个优选的实施例中,服务提供模块950还配置为:若信息类型为特定用户的联系方式,调用联系方式对应的应用,以使用联系方式进行联系;若信息类型为特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表,执行功能;若信息类型为对特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作,执行操作。
在一个优选的实施例中,服务提供模块950还配置为:
功能列表为多级别时,为每级别的子功能列表设置索引项;
当触发指令触发不同级别的索引项时,展开本级别的子功能列表。
在一个优选的实施例中,信息入口为功能入口时,
服务提供模块950,还配置为若功能为应用提供,根据触发指令调起应用;或者
若功能为非应用提供,根据触发指令生成操作指令,并发送到功能提供方,以触发功能提供方对用户提供服务。
在一个优选的实施例中,服务提供模块950还配置为:获取使用者当前的电话号码;根据电话号码确定功能提供方类型;生成与功能提供方类型对应的操作指令,并发送到功能提供方。
在一个优选的实施例中,操作指令以短信为载体。
在一个优选的实施例中,接口提供模块930还配置为:在信息显示界面的任意位置增加信息入口。
在一个优选的实施例中,信息入口设计为功能按钮的形式。
在一个优选的实施例中,为使用者提供的服务包括下列至少之一:手机话费查询、流量购买、手机话费充值、应用账户充值、信用卡还款、时间提醒、快递查询、餐厅订位、外卖订餐。
根据上述任意一个优选实施例或多个优选实施例的组合,本发明实施例能够达到如下有益效果:
依据本发明实施例,能够获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并在特定用户的信息显示界面对获取到的多条信息进行显示。之后,依据本发明实施例的信息提供方法在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口。现有技术中,通讯录中能够查找到的信息较为单一,多数为使用者主观输入到终端自带通讯录中进行保存的信息。并且,通讯录中保存的信息多为通讯录条目对应客户的联系方式,如手机号码,座机号码,邮箱地址等信息。另外,现有技术的通讯录中的信息不仅种类单一,数量较少,并且很多信息使用者无法直接使用,仅能够在通讯录中查询到信息,主观记录下信息,并利用其它终端或者应用进行使用,操作步骤繁琐复杂。而本发明实施例的信息提供方法能够获取并显示于特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口。例如,当特定用户为顺丰快递时,本发明实施例能够获取顺丰快递的客服电话,顺丰快递的快递查询入口,顺丰快递的官方网站信息,顺丰快递的微博信息,以及附近的顺丰快递的地址信息。并且,本发明实施例能够在显示的每条信息提供信息入口。例如,在顺丰快递的客服电话处能够提供拨打电话和/或发送短信入口,在快递查询入口则能够引导使用者进入以输入快递单号查询快递的物流信息,在官方网站信息提 供信息入口以引导使用者进入顺丰快递的官方网站,等等。
综上,本发明实施例能够获取并显示与特定用户身份相关的多条信息,并在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入信息入口,解决了现有技术中与特定用户身份相关的信息种类单一,数量较少,并且未在每一信息处提供信息入口,导致无法引导使用者进入信息入口直接对信息进行合理使用的问题,保证使用者能够更加合理使用与特定用户身份相关的信息,提升使用者体验。
在此处所提供的说明书中,说明了大量具体细节。然而,能够理解,本发明的实施例可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实践。在一些实例中,并未详细示出公知的方法、结构和技术,以便不模糊对本说明书的理解。

例如,图11示出了可以实现根据本发明的信息提供方法的计算设备。该计算设备传统上包括处理器1110和以存储器1120形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读介质。存储器1120可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器1120具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码1131的存储空间1130。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间1130可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码1131。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为如参考图12所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图11的计算设备中的存储器1120类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括计算机可读代码1131’,即可以由例如诸如1110之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当由计算设备运行时,导致该计算设备执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种信息提供方法,包括:
    获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息;
    打开所述特定用户的信息显示界面时,显示所述多条信息;
    在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入所述信息入口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述多条信息包括下列至少一种类型:
    所述特定用户的联系方式,其中,所述联系方式包括下列至少之一:网址、电话号码、通讯记录、电子邮箱、即时通讯标识;
    所述特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表;
    对所述特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作;
    与所述特定用户相关,且能够在指定范围内为使用者提供业务的其他信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口之后,还包括:
    接收来自所述使用者的、在所述信息入口的触发指令;
    根据所述触发指令对应的信息类型为所述使用者提供对应的服务。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,根据所述触发指令对应的信息类型为所述使用者提供对应的服务,包括:
    若所述信息类型为所述特定用户的联系方式,调用所述联系方式对应的应用,以使用所述联系方式进行联系;
    若所述信息类型为所述特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表,执行所述功能;
    若所述信息类型为对所述特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作,执行所述操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述功能列表为多级别时,为每级别的子功能列表设置索引项;
    当所述触发指令触发不同级别的索引项时,展开本级别的子功能列表。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述信息入口为功能入口时,
    若所述功能为应用提供,根据所述触发指令调起所述应用;或者
    若所述功能为非应用提供,根据所述触发指令生成操作指令,并发送到功能提供方,以触发所述功能提供方对所述用户提供服务。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,根据所述触发指令生成操作指令,并发送到功能提供方,包括:
    获取所述使用者当前的电话号码;
    根据所述电话号码确定所述功能提供方类型;
    生成与所述功能提供方类型对应的操作指令,并发送到功能提供方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述操作指令以短信为载体。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其中,所述在显示的每项信息处提供信息入口,包括:
    在所述信息显示界面的任意位置增加信息入口。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的方法,其中,所述信息入口设计为功能按钮的形式。
  11. 根据权利要求4至10任一项所述的方法,其中,所述为使用者提供的服务包括下列至少之一:手机话费查询、流量购买、手机话费充值、应用账户充值、信用卡还款、时间提醒、快递查询、餐厅订位、外卖订餐。
  12. 一种信息提供客户端,包括:
    获取模块,配置为获取与特定用户身份相关的多条信息;
    显示模块,配置为打开所述特定用户的信息显示界面时,显示所述多条信息;
    接口提供模块,配置为在显示的每条信息处提供信息入口,以引导使用者进入所述信息入口。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的客户端,其中,所述多条信息包括下列至少一种类型:
    所述特定用户的联系方式,其中,所述联系方式包括下列至少之一:网址、电话号码、通讯记录、电子邮箱、即时通讯标识;
    所述特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表;
    对所述特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作;
    与所述特定用户相关,且能够在指定范围内为使用者提供业务的其他信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的客户端,其中,还包括:
    接收模块,配置为接收来自所述使用者的、在所述信息入口的触发指令;
    服务提供模块,配置为根据所述触发指令对应的信息类型为所述使用者提供对应的服务。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的客户端,其中,所述服务提供模块还配置为:
    若所述信息类型为所述特定用户的联系方式,调用所述联系方式对应的应用,以使用所述联系方式进行联系;
    若所述信息类型为所述特定用户为使用者提供的功能列表,执行所述功能;
    若所述信息类型为对所述特定用户的多条信息的信息文本可执行的操作,执行所述操作。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的客户端,其中,所述服务提供模块还配置为:
    所述功能列表为多级别时,为每级别的子功能列表设置索引项;
    当所述触发指令触发不同级别的索引项时,展开本级别的子功能列表。
  17. 根据权利要求12至16任一项所述的客户端,其中,所述信息入口为功能入口时,
    所述服务提供模块,还配置为,若所述功能为应用提供,根据所述触发指令调起所述应用;或者
    若所述功能为非应用提供,根据所述触发指令生成操作指令,并发送到功能提供方,以触发所述功能提供方对所述用户提供服务。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的客户端,其中,所述服务提供模块还配置为:
    获取所述使用者当前的电话号码;
    根据所述电话号码确定所述功能提供方类型;
    生成与所述功能提供方类型对应的操作指令,并发送到功能提供方。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的客户端,其中,所述操作指令以短信为载体。
  20. 根据权利要求12至19任一项所述的客户端,其中,所述接口提供模块还配置为:
    在所述信息显示界面的任意位置增加信息入口。
  21. 根据权利要求12至20任一项所述的客户端,其中,所述信息入口设计为功能按钮的形式。
  22. 根据权利要求15至21任一项所述的客户端,其中,所述为使用者提供的服务包括下列至少之一:手机话费查询、流量购买、手机话费充值、应用账户充值、信用卡还款、时间提醒、快递查询、餐厅订位、外卖订餐。
  23. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据权利要求1-11中的任一个所述的网站扫描方法。
  24. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求22所述的计算机程序。
