Description

一种LED光源 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED光源。
背景技术
随着LED技术的发展,LED光源用于照明也日益普及。现有的LED光源一般仅将LED芯片固定于线路板上,驱动电路元件及灯脚等配件独立于线路板之外,并通过电线将其与线路板相电连接。对于小功率的LED光源如G9等型号的光源,其体积小,内部空间小,放置多个独立配件不易布置,各配件之间容易干涉,且装配不方便,生产效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种集成度高、装配方便、生产效率高的LED光源。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型包括壳体组件、透光罩、电路板、灯脚、若干个LED芯片、驱动电路元件,若干个所述LED芯片固定电连接于所述电路板的头部两个板面上,所述驱动电路元件固定电连接于所述电路板的中部板面上,所述透光罩与所述壳体组件相固定连接并形成用于容置所述电路板的内腔,所述电路板与所述壳体组件相固定连接,所述电路板的头部与所述透光罩的位置相对应,所述电路板的中部与所述壳体组件的位置相对应,所述电路板的尾部直接伸出到所述壳体组件外形成所述灯脚。
所述LED光源还包括反光件,所述反光件套于所述电路板上,并将所述电路板的头部的若干个所述LED芯片与所述电路板的中部的所述驱动电路元 件分隔开。
所述反光件为平面状的反光纸。
所述壳体组件包括两部分,两部分之间通过扣合部相扣合固定连接,两部分之间设有纵向槽,扣合后通过所述纵向槽将所述电路板定位及固定。
所述壳体组件的顶部设有环形槽,所述透光罩的底部设有环状凸楞,所述环状凸楞与所述环形槽相适配连接。
所述电路板为PCB电路板。
所述电路板通过表面的敷铜形成所述灯脚的导电体。
所述壳体组件是导热绝缘壳体。
所述壳体组件为导热塑料壳体。
所述灯脚的型号为G9。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型包括壳体组件、透光罩、电路板、灯脚、若干个LED芯片、驱动电路元件,若干个所述LED芯片固定电连接于所述电路板的头部两个板面上,所述驱动电路元件固定电连接于所述电路板的中部板面上,所述透光罩与所述壳体组件相固定连接并形成用于容置所述电路板的内腔,所述电路板与所述壳体组件相固定连接,所述电路板的头部与所述透光罩的位置相对应,所述电路板的中部与所述壳体组件的位置相对应,所述电路板的尾部直接伸出到所述壳体组件外形成所述灯脚;本实用新型通过将所述LED芯片、所述驱动电路元件及所述灯脚等发光部分及电路部分全部集成于所述电路板上,尤其是所述灯脚通过所述电路板直接形成,是所述电路板的一部分,避免了各配件单独占用空间及连接的麻烦,便于生产及装配,提高劳动生产率,故本实用新型集成度高、装配方便、生产效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的LED光源包括壳体组件1、透光罩2、电路板3、灯脚4、若干个LED芯片5、驱动电路元件6、反光件7,若干个所述LED芯片5固定电连接于所述电路板3的头部两个板面上,所述驱动电路元件6固定电连接于所述电路板3的中部板面上,所述透光罩2与所述壳体组件1相固定连接并形成用于容置所述电路板3的内腔,所述电路板3与所述壳体组件1相固定连接,所述电路板3的头部与所述透光罩2的位置相对应,便于出光,所述电路板3的中部与所述壳体组件1的位置相对应,利用所述壳体组件1从侧面遮挡住所述驱动电路元件6,所述电路板3的尾部直接伸出到所述壳体组件1外形成所述灯脚4,具体为,所述电路板3通过表面的敷铜形成所述灯脚4的导电体;所述反光件7套于所述电路板3上,并将所述电路板3的头部的若干个所述LED芯片5与所述电路板3的中部的所述驱动电路元件6分隔开,可遮挡住位于所述反光件7下方的所述驱动电路元件6,从外部无法看到驱动电路部分,外观整齐不杂乱,而且还通过所述反光件7的反射出光,提高光输出,本实施例中,所述反光件7为平面状的反光纸;所述壳体组件1包括两部分,两部分之间通过扣合部10相扣合固定连接,两部分之间设有纵向槽12,扣合后通过所述纵向槽12将所述电路板3定位及固定,所述壳体组件1的顶部设有环形槽11,所述透光罩2的底部设有环状凸楞21,所述环状凸楞21与所述环形槽11相适配连接,上述结构可以实现免螺钉连接,使得装配更简单,进一步提高生产效率;本实施例中,所述电路板3为PCB电路板;所述壳体组件1是导热绝缘壳体,本实施例中,所述壳体组件1采用导热塑料壳体;所述灯脚4的型号为G9,当然也可以采用其他型号的灯脚。
本实用新型通过将所述LED芯片5、所述驱动电路元件6及所述灯脚4 等发光部分及电路部分全部集成于所述电路板3上,尤其是所述灯脚4通过所述电路板3直接形成,是所述电路板3的一部分,避免了各配件单独占用空间及连接的麻烦,便于生产及装配,提高劳动生产率,因此本实用新型集成度高、装配方便、生产效率高。
本实用新型可广泛应用于LED光源领域。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED光源,包括壳体组件(1)、透光罩(2)、电路板(3)、灯脚(4)、若干个LED芯片(5)、驱动电路元件(6),其特征在于:若干个所述LED芯片(5)固定电连接于所述电路板(3)的头部两个板面上,所述驱动电路元件(6)固定电连接于所述电路板(3)的中部板面上,所述透光罩(2)与所述壳体组件(1)相固定连接并形成用于容置所述电路板(3)的内腔,所述电路板(3)与所述壳体组件(1)相固定连接,所述电路板(3)的头部与所述透光罩(2)的位置相对应,所述电路板(3)的中部与所述壳体组件(1)的位置相对应,所述电路板(3)的尾部直接伸出到所述壳体组件(1)外形成所述灯脚(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于:所述LED光源还包括反光件(7),所述反光件(7)套于所述电路板(3)上,并将所述电路板(3)的头部的若干个所述LED芯片(5)与所述电路板(3)的中部的所述驱动电路元件(6)分隔开。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED光源,其特征在于:所述反光件(7)为平面状的反光纸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于:所述壳体组件(1)包括两部分,两部分之间通过扣合部(10)相扣合固定连接,两部分之间设有纵向槽(12),扣合后通过所述纵向槽(12)将所述电路板(3)定位及固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于:所述壳体组件(1)的顶部设有环形槽(11),所述透光罩(2)的底部设有环状凸楞(21),所述环状凸楞(21)与所述环形槽(11)相适配连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于:所述电路板(3)为PCB电路板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于:所述电路板(3)通过表面的敷铜形成所述灯脚(4)的导电体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于:所述壳体组件(1)是导热绝缘壳体。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的LED光源,其特征在于:所述壳体组件(1)为导热塑料壳体。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于:所述灯脚(4)的型号为G9。
