Abstract

L'invention concerne un carton d'emballage sous atmosphère modifiée (MAP). Le carton comprend : une base ; une première paroi latérale qui s'étend depuis la base ; une deuxième paroi latérale qui s'étend depuis la base, la deuxième paroi latérale étant voisine de la première paroi latérale et la chevauchant partiellement, la portion de chevauchement de la première paroi latérale définissant une première face de scellement et la portion de chevauchement de la deuxième paroi latérale définissant une deuxième face de scellement ; une bande adhésive primaire scellant la première face de scellement et la deuxième face de scellement l'une à l'autre. La bande adhésive primaire couvre verticalement au moins une hauteur du carton, et la bande adhésive primaire est espacée d'une distance prédéterminée d'un bord distal de l'une ou l'autre parmi la première face de scellement ou la deuxième face de scellement qui fait face à un intérieur du carton. L'invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication du carton MAP.
