对于用户进入交易平台的客户端界面进行浏览的行为而言,交易平台系统可以感知到用户何时进入交易平台以及何时离开,并且关于用户执行了怎样的行为,以及都浏览了哪些具体的网页等,交易平台系统都是可以获知的。因此,交易平台可以从用户进入到交易平台开始进行计时,在发现用户推出交易平台时停止计时。例如,如果某用户进入交易平台之后到达某时间长度(例如,1小时或者更长)时仍然未退出,则认为监控到了该用户在该交易平台中发生了持续浏览的行为。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中所谓的对用户浏览行为监控,可以是通过对客户端产生的信息进行监控而获取的,因为用户在执行各种浏览行为时,需要借助于浏览器客户端或者应用客户端,客户端再向服务器提交各种请求,从服务器获取各种响应,再通过客户端的用户界面显示给用户。因此,可以通过客户端产生的各种请求信息,来获取对应的浏览行为信息并进行监控。
S103:当监控到所述浏览行为符合第一特征时,确定该用户所处的生活情景信息;
在监控到某用户的浏览行为符合预置的特征之后,就可以获取该用户所处的生活情景信息。其中,所谓的第一特征可以有多种,例如在实际应用中,可以包括至少以下浏览行为特征之一或组合:用户从某起始时间点(例如从当天的0:00开始)开始浏览行为的累计时间超过第一时间阈值;用户的持续浏览行为的时间长度超过第一时间阈值;用户在指定的至少一个网站中的浏览行为的时间长度(可以包括从某时间点开始的累计时间长度,或者单次浏览的持续时间长度)超过第一时间阈值,等等。
其中,所谓的生活情景信息是指,该用户在该时间点应该或者可能会进行何种现实生活中的活动,例如,吃饭(可以区分早、中、晚)、喝下午茶、做美容,等等。为此,具体在获取生活情景信息时,可以基于时间、地点等多方面的信息进行获取。
例如,在监控到某用户产生了符合第一特征的浏览行为时,可以提取当前的时间点,如果当前时间点位于预置的时间区间内,则确定获取到了该预置的时间区间对应的生活情景信息。其中,关于时间区间与生活场景信息之间的对应关系可以是预先根据经验值等建立的,例如,一般情况下,上午7:00到9:00对应的生活场景可能是早饭,11:30到13:00可能是午饭,15:00到16:30可能是下午茶,17:30到19:30可能是晚饭,等等。具体实现时,可以预先在数据库中保存这种对应关系,例如,数据库中的信息可以如以下表2所示:

在发现某用户产生了符合第一特征的浏览行为,并且当前时刻刚好位于某时间区间范围内,则可以通过查询表2所示的数据库,获取到对应的生活场景信息。例如,在12:00的时候发现某用户已经在交易平台中持续浏览很长时间,则通过查询表2所示的数据库,可以得知该用户所处的生活情景信息为“午 饭”,也就是说,到了该吃午饭的时间了。
上述表2中所示的各个时间区间以及对应的生活情景信息一般是按照大多数人共同的习惯统计出来的,但是,在实际应用中,对于不同的用户个体而言,可能会有不同的作息时间。例如,某用户甲由于工作岗位比较特殊,一般会将午饭时间定在14:00到15:00之间,相应的,晚饭时间会在19:00到21:00之间,该用户可能就没有喝下午茶的习惯,等等。因此,在具体实现时,还可以获取到各个用户各自的作息时间信息,这样可以针对不同的用户建立不同的生活情景信息数据库。例如,此时,数据库中记录的信息可以如表3所示:

在根据不同用户的作息时间规律建立起上述数据库之后,当监控到某用户产生了符合第一特征的浏览行为时,可以在数据库中查询专门针对该用户的数据条目,进而确定出该用户当前所处的生活情景信息。这样,假设在下午15:00的时候监测到用户1和用户2都已经进行了的持续浏览行为,则对于用户1而言,对应的生活情景信息是下午茶,而对于用户2的生活情景信息是午饭。
具体在获取各个用户的作息时间信息时,可以有多种方式。例如,可以为用户提供对应的输入框等操作入口,由用户自行输入,或者还可以根据用户在交易平台关联的即时通讯等工具中的聊天记录等进行文本分析,获取各个用户 的作息时间信息。
在另一种实现方式下,也可以根据用户所处的地点信息来确定用户当前所处的生活情景。具体实现时,可以预先建立各场所与所在区域信息以及生活情景信息之间的对应关系,这样,如果发现某用户产生了符合第一特征的浏览行为,则可以获取到该用户所处的地理位置信息,然后可以将该地理位置信息与预先获取到的各个场所(比如健身房、图书馆等)的区域信息进行比对,如果发现该用户位于某场所所在的区域内,则可以确定位于该场所。相应的,对于各个场所而言,由于也预先建立了各自对应的生活情景信息,因此,根据用户当前所处的场所,也可以确定出当前用户所处的生活情景信息。例如,如表4所示:

其中,关于用户的地理位置信息,可以通过多种方式获得。例如,在用户使用移动终端设备访问交易平台的情况下,由于移动终端设备一般都带有定位系统,因此,可以根据移动终端设备中的定位系统获取用户的地理位置信息。
S104:确定与该生活情景信息关联的商品对象信息;
在获取到用户当前所处的生活情景信息之后,可以根据表1中记录的对应关系,确定出该生活情景信息关联的商品对象信息。
S105:向该用户提供该确定的商品对象信息。
在确定出关联的商品对象信息之后,就可以将该商品对象信息推荐给该用户。当然,在向用户提供商品对象信息时,可以是将商品对象信息提供各客户端,由客户端向用户进行展示或者播放等等。
在实际应用中,在向用户提供关于商品对象的推荐信息时,还可以将时间、地点等相结合。例如,在根据时间点判断出用户所处的生活情景后,还可以从 与该生活情景关联的类目下的商品对象中,提取与用户当前所在地理位置相关的商品对象的信息,并提供给该用户。例如,在午饭时间,一般可以向用户推荐餐饮类的服务或者资源信息,此时,还可以考虑当前用户所处的位置信息,这样可以向其推荐其所在位置附近的餐饮类的服务或者资源信息,这样的信息对用户可能更有用。例如,在发现某用户进行了符合第一特征的浏览行为时,刚好是中午饭时间,此时,获取到该用户的位置属于建国门区域,则可以将建国门附近的餐饮类的服务或者资源信息提供给该用户。由于用户在中午用餐时,一般可能会选择附近的餐厅,因此,这样的推荐信息对用户可能更有价值。当然,在这种情况下,表1中记录的对应关系值,还可以记录各商品对象信息与所在地理位置信息之间的对应关系。
另外,在提供推荐信息的过程中,还可以考虑用户的偏好信息,也就是用户感兴趣的商品对象类目信息。例如,同样是餐饮类团购服务,该类目下可能还包括很多细分的类目,例如,包括快餐类、火锅类、烧烤类等等,对于不同的用户而言,其在偏好上可能也存在差异。因此,在根据确定出的生活情景信息向用户提供推荐信息时,可以结合该用户的偏好信息,向该用户推荐与该生活情景关联的商品对象的信息,这样可以尽可能使得推荐出的商品对象信息符合用户当下生活情景的真实需求,,进而达成交易的概率也会提高,从用户角度而言,则是从交易平台中获得了有效的服务或者资源。其中,在获取用户的偏好信息时,可以确定出用户在具体的生活情景下,在商品对象信息浏览方面偏好信息、在商品对象购买方面的偏好信息,等等。另外,在这种情况下,表1中记录的对应关系值,还可以记录商品对象的类目信息。
再者,在提供推荐信息的过程中,还可以考虑用户正在浏览的商品对象所属的类目,这样,可以结合正在浏览的商品对象所属的类目信息以及预置的类目之间的关联关系,向该用户推荐与该生活情景关联的类目下商品对象的推荐信息。其中,类目之间的关联关系可以是根据经验等预先设置的。例如,用户已经在女装类目下浏览了很长时间,到了下午茶的时间,推荐的商品对象,可以是下午茶类目下的甜品等类目。这是因为,在女装类目下浏览很长时间,一般证明浏览者是女性,而女性在下午茶的选择上,对甜品感兴趣的可能比较多,因此,可以优先将甜品类目的商品对象信息推荐给该用户。
在具体实现时,在向用户提供关于商品对象信息的推荐信息的过程中,还可以将判断出的当前所处的生活情景信息提示给用户,例如,在用户界面上通过弹出对话框等方式显示“该吃饭了”等,还可以在该界面中设置一个按钮等控件,显示“知道了”等字样,用户点击该按钮之后,该对话框才关闭。这样可以使得用户对推荐信息引起重视,增强提醒的作用。
总之,通过本申请实施例,可以对用户在交易平台中的浏览行为进行监控,在监控到符合第一特征的浏览行为时,还可以获取该用户所处的生活情景信息,并且将该生活情景信息关联的商品对象信息推荐给该用户。这样,一方面,用户可以从之前的浏览行为中解放出来,使得精神集中度得到放松,并且,由于推荐信息与其实际的生活情景息息相关,起到了提醒用户正常的作息时间的作用。从交易平台角度而言,由于推荐出的信息是对用户有用的信息,因此,达成交易的概率也得到提高,换言之,提高了交易平台中的服务或者资源被有效利用的概率。
与本申请实施例提供的商品对象信息提供方法相对应,本申请实施例还提供了一种商品对象信息提供装置,参见图2,该装置可以包括:
对应关系建立单元201,用于预先建立生活情景信息及其关联的商品对象之间的对应关系;
监控单元202,用于对用户的浏览行为进行监控;
生活情景信息确定单元203,用于当监控到所述浏览行为符合第一特征时,确定该用户所处的生活情景信息;
商品对象信息确定单元204,用于确定与该生活情景信息关联的商品对象信息;
商品对象信息提供单元205,用于向该用户提供该确定的商品对象信息。
其中,所述第一特征包括至少以下浏览行为特征之一或组合:
用户从某起始时间点开始浏览行为的累计时间超过第一时间阈值;
用户的持续浏览行为的时间长度超过第一时间阈值;
用户在指定的至少一个网站中的浏览行为的时间长度超过第一时间阈值。
其中,具体的获取生活情景信息的方法可以有多种,例如,在其中一种实现方式下,该装置还可以预先建立各生活情景信息与时间区间之间的对应关系;
此时,生活情景信息确定单元203具体可以用于:
获取当前的时间点信息,如果当前时间点位于某时间区间内,则将该时间区间对应的生活情景信息确定为该用户所处的生活情景信息。
具体实现时,该装置还可以包括:
作息时间记录单元,用于预先记录该用户的作息时间信息,这样,可以根据该用户的作息时间信息,建立各生活情景信息与时间区间之间的对应关系。
为了使得推荐信息更符合用户的需求,所述预先建立的生活情景信息关联的商品对象对应关系中,还包括商品对象的地理位置信息,该装置还可以包括:
地理位置信息获取单元,用于获取用户当前所在的地理位置信息;
所述商品对象信息确定单元204具体可以用于:
从与该生活情景关联的类目下的商品对象中,提取与用户当前所在地理位置相关的商品对象的信息,并提供给该用户。
在另一种实现方式下,还可以预先建立各场所与所在区域信息以及生活情景信息之间的对应关系;此时,生活情景信息确定单元203具体可以用于:
获取当前的地理位置信息,如果当前的地理位置位于某场所所在的区域内,则确定获取到该特定场所对应的生活情景信息。
具体实现时,所述预先建立的生活情景信息关联的商品对象中,还包括商品对象的类目信息,该装置还可以包括:
偏好信息获取单元,用于确定该用户在该生活情景下的偏好信息,所述偏好信息包括商品对象的类目信息;
商品对象信息确定单元204具体用于:
结合所述消费偏好信息,确定该生活情景信息关联的对应类目信息的商品对象。
其中,偏好信息获取单元具体可以用于确定该用户在该生活情景下,在商品对象信息浏览方面偏好信息,和/或,在商品对象购买方面的偏好信息。
在实际应用中,为了更有效地提醒用户,该装置还可以包括:
生活情景信息提供单元,用于在所述确定该用户所处的生活情景信息之后,返回确定的所述生活情景信息。
总之,通过本申请实施例,可以对用户在交易平台中的浏览行为进行监控, 在监控到符合第一特征的浏览行为时,还可以获取该用户所处的生活情景信息,并且将该生活情景信息关联的类目下的商品对象信息推荐给该用户。这样,一方面,用户可以从之前的浏览行为中解放出来,使得精神集中度得到放松,并且,由于推荐信息与其实际的生活情景息息相关,起到了提醒用户正常的作息时间的作用。从交易平台角度而言,由于推荐出的信息是对用户有用的信息,因此,达成交易的概率也得到提高,换言之,提高了交易平台中的服务或者资源被有效利用的概率。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统或系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的系统及系统实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种商品对象信息提供方法,其特征在于,包括:
    预先建立生活情景信息及其关联的商品对象之间的对应关系;
    对用户的浏览行为进行监控;
    当监控到所述浏览行为符合第一特征时,确定该用户所处的生活情景信息;
    确定与该生活情景信息关联的商品对象信息;
    向该用户提供该确定的商品对象信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一特征包括至少以下浏览行为特征之一或组合:
    用户从某起始时间点开始浏览行为的累计时间超过第一时间阈值;
    用户的持续浏览行为的时间长度超过第一时间阈值;
    用户在指定的至少一个网站中的浏览行为的时间长度超过第一时间阈值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    预先建立各生活情景信息与时间区间之间的对应关系;
    所述确定该用户所处的生活情景信息,包括:
    获取当前的时间点信息,如果当前时间点位于某时间区间内,则将该时间区间对应的生活情景信息确定为该用户所处的生活情景信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    预先记录该用户的作息时间信息;
    所述预先建立各生活情景信息与时间区间之间的对应关系,包括:
    根据该用户的作息时间信息,建立各生活情景信息与时间区间之间的对应关系。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述预先建立的生活情景信息关联的商品对象对应关系中,还包括商品对象的地理位置信息,所述方法还包括:
    获取用户当前所在的地理位置信息;
    所述确定该生活情景信息关联的商品对象,包括:
    从与该生活情景关联的商品对象中,提取与该用户当前所在地理位置相关 的商品对象。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    预先建立各场所与所在区域信息以及生活情景信息之间的对应关系;
    所述确定该用户所处的生活情景信息,包括:
    获取当前的地理位置信息,如果当前的地理位置位于某场所所在的区域内,则确定获取到该特定场所对应的生活情景信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预先建立的生活情景信息关联的商品对象中,还包括商品对象的类目信息,所述方法还包括:
    确定该用户在该生活情景下的偏好信息,所述偏好信息包括商品对象的类目信息;
    所述确定该生活情景信息关联的商品对象,包括:
    结合所述消费偏好信息,确定该生活情景信息关联的对应类目信息的商品对象。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定该用户在该生活情景下的偏好信息,包括:
    确定该用户在该生活情景下,在商品对象信息浏览方面偏好信息,和/或,在商品对象购买方面的偏好信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述确定该用户所处的生活情景信息之后,还包括返回确定的所述生活情景信息。
  10. 一种商品对象信息提供装置,其特征在于,包括:
    对应关系建立单元,用于预先建立生活情景信息及其关联的商品对象之间的对应关系;
    监控单元,用于对用户的浏览行为进行监控;
    生活情景信息确定单元,用于当监控到所述浏览行为符合第一特征时,确定该用户所处的生活情景信息;
    商品对象信息确定单元,用于确定与该生活情景信息关联的商品对象信息;
    商品对象信息提供单元,用于向该用户提供该确定的商品对象信息。
