Claims (2)

  1. 一种自润滑抽油光杆跟踪密封器,其包括抽油光杆(1)、密封盒(2)、下密封垫(3)、随动料杯(4)、密封填料(5)、下压套(6)、油孔(7)、上密封垫(8)、上压套(9)、压盖(10)、螺栓(11)、垫圈(12)、润滑剂(13)和压盖手柄(14),其特征在于,所述抽油光杆(1)为光滑的圆杆,所述密封盒(2)为圆柱形,所述密封盒(2)的内腔为圆柱形腔体,所述内腔底部中心有圆孔,所述密封盒(2)的下部有内螺纹,所述密封盒(2)的上部有外螺纹,所述密封盒(2)穿过所述抽油光杆(1)安装在井口上,所述下密封垫(3)为中心有圆孔的圆形片状,所述下密封垫(3)穿过所述抽油光杆(1)安装在所述密封盒(2)的内腔底部,所述随动料杯(4)为圆柱杯状,所述随动料杯(4)的内腔为圆柱形腔体,所述内腔底部中心有圆孔,所述随动料杯(4)的底部有倒角,所述随动料杯(4)穿过所述抽油光杆(1)安装在所述密封盒(2)的内腔里,所述密封填料(5)装入所述随动料杯(4)内,所述下压套(6)为中心有圆孔的圆柱形,所述下压套(6)的上部有凸缘,所述下压套(6)的顶部有圆柱形沉孔,所述下压套(6)上设有所述油孔(7),所述下压套(6)穿过所述抽油光杆(1)装入所述随动料杯(4)内,所述上密封垫(8)为中心有圆孔的圆形片状,所述上密封垫(8)穿过所述抽油光杆(1)装入所述下压套(6)顶部的沉孔内,所述上压套(9)为中心有圆孔的圆柱形,所述上压套(9)的上部有凸缘,所述上压套(9)穿过所述抽油光杆(1)装入所述下压套(6)顶部的沉孔内,所述压盖(10)为中心有圆孔的圆柱杯状,所述压盖(10)有内螺纹,与所述密封盒(2)的外螺纹相配 合,所述压盖(10)上设有所述螺栓(11)和所述垫圈(12),所述压盖(10)的外侧有所述压盖手柄(14),所述压盖(10)穿过所述抽油光杆(1)安装在所述密封盒(2)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自润滑抽油光杆跟踪密封器,其特征在于,所述随动料杯(4)的内腔上部为圆柱形腔体、下部为圆台形腔体。
