Abstract
The invention relates to manufacturing glass with a concealed fastener. The technical result of the invention consists in simplifying the process of manufacturing glass with a fastener, and in simplifying the mounting of glass panels. A seat is formed in a pane, said seat being intended for accommodating an element for the concealed fastening of the glass. This sheet of glass is combined with a film and with another sheet of glass, and the semi-finished product is placed in a vacuum machine. Air is pumped out of the apparatus, the temperature is increased to 125-130°С in a vacuum environment (-0.92-0.95 bars), the temperature is decreased to 50-55°С, and the pressure is equalized with atmospheric pressure; as soon as the temperature of the glass decreases to 42-45°С, the formation of safety glass is complete.
