Abstract

The invention relates to a workstation machine (1) for a beauty technician (T), intended for the treatment of wrinkles in the facial skin of a person, driven by a central computer, and supplied with current. The machine comprises, on a work tray: a set of treatment instruments including a spray gun (10) for anchoring serum on the area of skin to be treated; a set of probes (11) allowing subcutaneous penetration of serum to target cells; a cold-application device (12) for fixing the active ingredients; a panel for the emission of light rays by LEDs (13) which is mounted on an articulated arm in order to bring about the biochemical interaction of the active ingredients and the intracellular biochemistry of the target cells; a central computer calculating in real time the duration and intensity of the action of the instruments on the skin of the person being treated; and a screen (14) on which the instructions for using the instruments are displayed for the technician.

Description

MACHINE FOR TECHNICIAN IN AESTHETICS

The present invention relates to a skin treatment machine by penetration of active serum subcutaneously.

The machine is especially adapted to facial skin treatment protocols, and especially mainly in applications for the treatment of wrinkles.

The machine and its serum can also be adapted in treatment protocols for acne, bleaching, redness, stretch marks, scars.

The machine applies in its current main application on the face, but can also be applied to any other part of the body.

This treatment machine is particularly intended for beauty centers, spas, beauty centers. It can therefore preferably be used in a non-medical setting, in which it must be operated and manipulated by people certainly qualified in aesthetics, but the machine as such does not require any heavy qualifying training. Typically, a training of a qualifying format of about ten hours would be sufficient to qualify and certify the aesthetic and beauty technicians. The machine can of course also be used in a medical setting and will be the subject of consolidation certification, depending on the constraints of certification.

There are machines for treating wrinkles of the skin of the face by penetration of cream. These machines are machines for domestic use that operate on a basic principle that is polishing by rotating a brush that penetrates the cream into the skin. Existing technology finally offers a rustic solution that reproduces mechanically but fine hand work to pass the cream on the face to penetrate the skin.

The invention proposes an improved machine which makes different instruments and different processes cooperate in several successive work steps co-ordinated with one another. The time of the intervention with the machine on a client or client is typically between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the precise nature of the treatment. A main object of the invention is to provide a skin treatment machine and in particular face wrinkles whose effectiveness of treatment is optimal. By optimal, it means both to penetrate deeply and to hold over a period of several weeks the serum under the skin. In this way, the serum fills the wrinkles and gives a smoother and younger look to the skin.

An object of the invention is to provide a wrinkle treatment machine that is ergonomic for the technician and that allows the technician, with a minimum of manipulation, to easily handle concomitantly or successively the different instruments.

An object of the invention is to provide a machine for treating wrinkles that is ergonomic for the client who must have a calm and peaceful treatment session during which it is recommended to limit movement and during which the silence and serenity of the place participate in the quality of the care experience.

An object of the invention is to provide a machine for treating wrinkles that is intelligent and is adapted to the profile and demand of each client or client. The machine proposes to have in a single set of numerous processing possibilities for customers with various types of requests.

An object of the invention is to provide a wrinkle treatment machine that is industrializable and the cost price is eligible to be rented or purchased by an aesthetic firm.

An object of the invention is to propose a wrinkle treatment machine whose safety and quality of treatment is maximum and which guarantees all comfort and quality of care to the client, without any risk of damaging the skin.

In a main aspect, the invention provides a machine that holds a workstation that includes various tools, all controlled and controlled by a central computer that gives the instructions for use to the technician.

In one aspect, the invention proposes a workstation machine for an esthetic technician, intended for the treatment of the skin and in particular facial wrinkles, controlled by a central computer and fed with current, the machine comprising an infusion gun of serum in the skin, a set of subcutaneous serum penetration probes, a cold application apple, on a worktable a light panel emitted by a set of light-emitting diodes commonly known as LED mounted on an articulated arm , a central computer and its screen which analyzes the use of the instruments and displays to the technician the instructions for use of the instruments.

a tool comprising, at its tip, a ball of serum application;

a tool comprising a circuit for measuring the impedance of the skin;

a tool comprising a mechatronic servocontrol of the serum flow.

In real time, the technician passing the pistol 10 on the areas of the skin to be treated has made by the pistol 10 three operations which are those:

to measure the hydration of the skin;

to deliver the dose of serum A adapted to the local state of the skin;

- to penetrate or infuse the serum into the skin.

The method of penetration of the serum into the subcutaneous is that said mesophoretic electric current which is actually a particular form of ionization.

To achieve this ionization, the customer must hold by hand an electrical mass connected to the gun circuit, so as to buckle the ionization circuit when the gun head comes into contact with the skin of the client.

The gun also has the effect of generating the electrostimulation of the skin, a muscle reinforcement of the skin that gives a better tone of appearance.

The machine also comprises a set of probes 11 which intervenes in a second processing step. The set of probes 11 preferably comprises two probes which are actuated by the symmetry technician on the face of the client. These probes 11 are in fact antennas that generate the emission of electromagnetic waves. Typically on a frequency of 1 MHz + - 10% and power of 20W, + -10%.

The technician applies a second serum, called serum B, to the client's face. She then passes probes 11 on the areas of the face where serum B is applied. The emission of the waves electromagnetic has an aspirating effect on the active principles of serum B which penetrate deeply, typically in the dermis where the phenomenon of diffusion of the active principles takes place, to reach the target cells with which the serum will interact. The technician checks to the eye the state of penetration of serum B under the skin. This process is commonly known as REDOX terminology.

The setting of these probes is performed so that the serum B precisely reaches the subcutaneous target cells. Commonly these probes 11 are called transducers.

Finally, the cold-applied apple 12 makes it possible to generate localized and controlled voluntary hypothermia. The cold is generated on the apple by Pelletier effect. Typically, it is recommended to generate a cold of - 3 ° felt, or - 15 ° with respect to the ambient temperature. The principle of cold is to fix the functioning of the cellular mechanism in order to reinforce the maintenance of the assets, by a so-called stifling effect.

To complete the work, the user presents in front of the face of the client a light panel 13 consisting of a series of light emitting diodes called LEDS. LEDs are monochromatic, which has the effect of better targeting the quality of treatments.

Preferably, and to optimize the light exposure on the face, the panel is composed of three sub-panels that illuminate respectively the left face, the forehead face and the right face of the face.

The light panel 13 has the function of providing energy to the subcutaneous target cell causing a bio stimulation, itself responsible for the release of biological energy well known under the name ATP. Indeed, the quality of the serum is such that under the effect of light exposure, the active principle of the serum interacts with the skin cells.

The luminous panel 13 is mounted on an articulated arm which allows it to be positioned in front of the customer's face C. The technician T seated on her seat S displays the screen 14 which goes back to the instructions of the central control computer of the machine .

FIG. 2 is a side view of the machine 1 mounted on rollers 21. The rollers 21 may be equipped with brakes, with a worktable at a height of technician T, a panel 13 which is maintained by an articulated arm 24. It is clear that many variants may possibly be combined here can be made without ever departing from the scope of the invention as defined below.

Claims

1 - Machine (1) workstation for a technician (T) in aesthetics, intended for the treatment of facial skin wrinkles of a person, driven by a central computer and powered on current, mounted on wheels (21), characterized in that it comprises at height, on a work table, a set of tools (10, 11, 12, 13) of treatment of which:

a mesophoresis gun (10) with mecatronic servocontrol, application and anchoring of the first serum to the area of skin to be treated,

a set of electromagnetic wave emission probes (11) for penetrating second subcutaneous serum to target cells,

a cold application apple (12) for dipping the active ingredients,

a light emitting panel (13) by LEDS, a ballast (L) at the foot of the machine counterbalancing the LED beam-mounted light emitting panel (13) mounted on an articulated arm (24), with anchoring in the center of the seat of the wheels, which excenter the panel to be presented in front of the skin of the client, to activate the biochemical interaction of active ingredients with the intracellular biochemistry of the target cells,

the central computer calculating in real time the duration and the intensity of the action of the tools (10, 11, 12, 13) on the skin of the person treated, a screen (14) displaying at bust height to the technician (T), in real time, the instructions for using the tools (10, 11, 12, 13).
