Description
本发明涉及一种电子发光装置。特别是涉及一种模拟蜡烛的电子发光装置。
仿真电子蜡烛因安全环保在许多场合被广泛应用替代传统的蜡烛。但为了使仿真电子蜡烛的火焰更加逼真,人们通过各种扰动机构使火焰片产生摆动达到真蜡烛的烛光摇曳效果。
公告号为CN203363973U的中国实用新型专利公开了一种摆动火焰电子蜡烛,包括外壳、摆动件、火焰头灯罩、第一光源及电源,第一光源设于摆动件的顶端,火焰头罩设在第一光源外部;摆动件主体设于外壳内,其上端穿设并活动地支承于外壳的上端面;还包括电动装置、拨动件及触动件;拨动件受电动装置驱动作圆周运动,触动件设置在摆动件的下端,且自然状态时位于所述拨动件转动的圆周上,拨动件间歇地柔性触动所述触动件。该实用新型的发光元件直接为一光源,在外观上不具有蜡烛烛芯,静态仿真效果差。另外该实用新型采用机械拨动方式使火焰片产生摆动,因此,存在机械结构较为复杂,可靠性差,使用寿命不够长等缺点。同时,由于机械转动的规律动作,使得火焰片被拨动呈周期性变化,仿真效果不够理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种仿真电子蜡烛,其通过对改进火焰片组件的静态设计,使火焰片在外形上具有更好的仿真效果;同时,通过改进火焰片组件的结构,使火焰片组件在动态上更加逼真,具有极佳的仿真效果,且结构简单,可靠性更高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种仿真电子蜡烛,包括机壳、通过一横向支撑杆设置在机壳顶部一开口中的火焰片、设置在所述开口一侧上的发光元件和设置在所述机壳内的扰动装置;所述火焰片通过一竖直的摆杆相交连接在所述支撑杆上,所述摆杆的上部部分延伸入所述火焰片的下部;所述火焰片的上部和下部的部分定位于所述开口的上面;所述发光元件的光投射方向相交于所述火焰片表面。通过对改进火焰片组件的静态设计,使火焰片在外形上呈现烛芯的外观特征,具有更好的静态仿真效果。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述扰动装置包括设置在所述摆杆下端上的至少一块铁磁材料的摆块、设置在所述机壳内并定位于所述摆块下方的至少二个电磁线圈和控制电磁线圈的控制电路板。采用设置在摆块下方两侧的电磁线圈进行扰动,且由于控制电路板的对电磁线圈的控制更加灵活,使得火焰片组件的摆动更加自然随机,动态仿真效果更好。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述支撑杆两端固定在所述开口的内侧壁上,所述摆杆通过一摆
孔套设在所述支撑杆的中间。使得摆杆与支撑杆的连接更加简单,安装方便。进一步地,为了使火焰片组件产生窜动的动态效果,所述摆孔呈轴向延伸的长圆形。再进一步地,在所述摆杆的下部与摆块之间设有一弹簧。该弹簧的设置使得摆块在电磁线圈作用下向上的窜动具有一个缓冲,使火焰片产生更加自然平缓且随机的窜动效果,具有极佳的仿真效果。
作为一个选择的技术方案,在所述开口的内侧壁上呈相对设有两个轴向延伸的长圆形的支撑孔,所述支撑杆两端活动连接在该支撑孔中。使火焰片组件产生窜动的动态效果。进一步地,在所述摆杆的下部与摆块之间设有一弹簧。使得摆块在电磁线圈作用下向上的窜动具有一个缓冲,使火焰片产生更加自然平缓且随机的窜动效果,具有极佳的仿真效果。
作为一个选择的技术方案,采用从支撑杆两端向杆体中段位置倾斜向下的V字形张开状支撑杆作为支撑火焰片的横向支撑杆,V字形张开状支撑杆中段穿过摆杆上的摆孔与摆杆活动相交连接在一起,摆杆竖直相交活动连接在横向支撑杆的支撑杆中段位置处。
作为一个选择的技术方案,所述的机壳采用矩形体状机壳,在矩形体状机壳的一对斜角机壳端处延伸设有机壳安装凸出边耳,机壳安装凸出边耳上设有凸出边耳安装孔。
作为一个选择的技术方案,所述的横向支撑杆两端延伸连接有弯折段,弯折段嵌装固定机壳内。
本发明通过对改进火焰片组件的静态设计,使火焰片在外形上增加了烛芯的结构,使仿真蜡烛具有更好的静态仿真效果;同时,通过改进火焰片组件的结构,使火焰片组件在摆动的同时产生窜动,在动态上更加逼真,具有极佳的仿真效果,且结构简单,可靠性更高。

实施例一
参见图1和图2,一种仿真电子蜡烛,包括具有蜡烛造型的外套5、设置在该外套5内的机壳1、设置在该机壳1上部一开口中的火焰片组件2、设置在开口周边的发光元件4、设置在机壳1内的扰动装置3和对发光元件4和扰动装置3供电的电池6。该外套1采用石蜡材料,具有很好的蜡烛外观。该电池6设置在机壳1底部的一电池仓13中。
该火焰组件2包括火焰片21、夹持火焰片21的摆杆22和支撑摆杆22的支撑杆23。在该机壳1开口的内壁两侧上设有支撑孔121,该支撑杆23两端固定在该支撑孔121中。摆杆22通过摆杆22上的一摆孔221套设在该支撑杆23上,使得该摆杆22可围绕支撑杆23摆动。该摆杆22的上端部分采用黑色涂覆并延伸入火焰片21中,该摆杆22与支撑杆23的设置使得该摆杆22上端部分处于机壳1开口的口沿略低位置,使该部分的摆杆22在火焰片21上呈现烛芯的效果。

在本实施例中,该摆孔221更可以设置在长圆孔形,该摆块33采用磁铁,使得电磁线圈32与磁铁的相互作用在摆动的同时产生随机的窜动,从而逼真地模仿了蜡烛火焰的晃动和窜动,仿真效果更加优异。
实施例二
该实施例中,为了使火焰片21的窜动更加自然逼真,在实施例一的基础上增加了一个弹簧24。
参见图3和图4,该摆杆22下端通过一个弹簧24连接摆块33。弹簧24的设置使得电磁线圈32对摆块33的作用力具有一个缓冲,火焰片21的窜动更加平缓逼真。
实施例三
图5、图6所示的实施例中,采用从支撑杆两端向杆体中段位置倾斜向下的V字形张开状支撑杆作为支撑火焰片的横向支撑杆,V字形张开状支撑杆中段穿过摆杆上的摆孔与摆杆活动相交连接在一起,摆杆竖直相交活动连接在横向支撑杆的支撑杆中段位置处。火焰片在支撑杆上的摇摆更集中控制在摆杆中段位置区域处,更好展示蜡烛芯火焰片的中心摇摆效果;机壳采用矩形体状机壳1A,在矩形体状机壳的一对斜角机壳端边缘处延伸设有机壳安装凸出边耳,机壳安装凸出边耳14上设有凸出边耳安装孔15。横向支撑杆两端延伸连接有弯折段,弯折段嵌装固定机壳内。进一步的弯折段与横向支撑杆主体成90度的弯折连接结构,提高机壳在蜡烛型造型的外套5内的安装固定效果,使机壳与外套之间的安装固定更加稳定可靠,抗震动性强。其他同实施例1或实施例2相同。

- 根据权利要求1所述的仿真电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述扰动装置包括设置在所述摆杆下端上的至少一块铁磁材料的摆块、设置在所述机壳内并定位于所述摆块下方的至少二个电磁线圈和控制电磁线圈的控制电路板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的仿真电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述支撑杆两端固定在所述开口的内侧壁上,所述摆杆通过一摆孔套设在所述支撑杆的中间。
