本发明涉及线路过载和短路保护技术领域,具体涉及一种设有弹簧灭弧装置的令克。
背景技术
跌落式令克是一种适用于额定电压10kV、额定电流200A及以下、频率50HZ的配电线路和配电变压器的过载和短路保护装置,主要包括绝缘支座、动触头、静触头、灭弧管和熔断器,在正常运行时,灭弧管借助熔断器张紧后形成闭合位置,当系统发生故障时,故障电流使熔断器迅速熔断,并行成电弧,灭弧管受电弧灼热,分解出大量气体,使管内形成很高的压力,并沿灭弧管强烈纵吹,电弧迅速被拉长而熄灭;熔断器熔断后,下部静触头失去张力而下翻,使缩紧机构释放灭弧管,灭弧管跌落形成明显的开断位置。
跌落式令克存在以下不足之处:一、为确保灭弧管能顺利、迅速跌落,其安装角度必须控制在15度至30度之间,而且要求转动部分灵活,在露天环境下长期使用后转动部分必然会出现一定程度的腐蚀,灵活度降低,如未及时更换,容易出现安全事故;二、跌落式令克有时会出现慢分慢合或接触不到位现象,在带负荷或空载变压器操作时带有一定的电流,操作人员慢分慢合形成电弧,造成触头电弧伤害,影响触头的导电性能,进而影响令克的正常使用,使电网运行存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种设有弹簧灭弧装置的令克,可以解决现有跌落式令克在转动部分灵活度降低时容易出现安全事故,以及慢分慢合或接触不到位时产生电弧影响触头导电性能,影响正常使用的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种设有弹簧灭弧装置的令克,包括灭弧管、释压帽和熔断器,所述灭弧管上端连接有上触头,所述释压帽连接于上触头上端,所述灭弧管下端连接有弹簧座,所述弹簧座和上触头上分别设有连通灭弧管的通孔,所述灭弧管外壁还套有弹簧和滑动触头,所述弹簧位于弹簧座 和滑动触头之间,所述滑动触头上设有熔断器固定装置;所述熔断器上端通过释压帽压合固定于上触头上端,所述熔断器下端向下依次穿过上触头、灭弧管和弹簧座后,折返向上连接于熔断器固定装置,所述熔断器的长度使弹簧处于压缩状态。
所述弹簧座上设有从其底端延伸至侧壁的导向槽,熔断器穿过导向槽。
所述熔断器固定装置包括连接于滑动触头外壁的螺杆,所述螺杆上连接有螺母,熔断器下端缠绕在螺杆上通过螺母压紧。
所述上触头与灭弧管、释压帽与上触头、弹簧座与灭弧管之间分别通过螺纹连接。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
一、熔断器两端分别连接于上触头和滑动触头,通过弹簧施加张紧力,当熔断器熔断成两截时,弹簧使分别连接上触头和滑动触头的两截熔断器之间的距离迅速拉长实现灭弧,不存在因转动部分灵活度降低而出现安全事故的可能,也不会出现慢分慢合或接触不到位的现象,可靠性高;
二、结构简单,维护方便,低成本,实用性强。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示的一种设有弹簧灭弧装置的令克,包括灭弧管1、释压帽3和熔断器7,所述灭弧管1上端螺纹连接有上触头2,所述释压帽3螺纹连接于上触头2上端,所述灭弧管1下端螺纹连接有弹簧座6,所述弹簧座6和上触头2上分别设有连通灭弧管1的通孔,所述弹簧座6上设有从其底端延伸至侧壁的导向槽,所述灭弧管1外壁还套有弹簧5和滑动触头4,所述弹簧5位于弹簧座6和滑动触头4之间,所述滑动触头4上设有熔断器固定装置8,所述熔断器固定装置8包括连接于滑动触头4外壁的螺杆,所述螺杆上连接有螺母;所述熔断器7上端通过释压帽3压合固定于上触头2上端,所述熔断器7下端向下依次穿过 上触头2、灭弧管1和弹簧座6后,穿过弹簧座6上的导向槽折返向上缠绕在螺杆上通过螺母压紧,所述熔断器7的长度使弹簧5处于压缩状态。
当令克处于合闸位置时,滑动触头在弹簧和熔断器的作用下被压缩收紧,以保证灭弧管在合闸位置时自缩;当线路过载或短路时,熔断器熔断,借助于弹簧的作用,迅速从灭弧管产生大量灭弧气体,使电弧迅速熄灭,以减少燃弧时间和灭弧材质的损耗,电弧熄灭后,滑动触头被弹簧顶起,灭弧管可见明显断口。

  1. 一种设有弹簧灭弧装置的令克,包括灭弧管(1)、释压帽(3)和熔断器(7),其特征在于:所述灭弧管(1)上端连接有上触头(2),所述释压帽(3)连接于上触头(2)上端,所述灭弧管(1)下端连接有弹簧座(6),所述弹簧座(6)和上触头(2)上分别设有连通灭弧管(1)的通孔,所述灭弧管(1)外壁还套有弹簧(5)和滑动触头(4),所述弹簧(5)位于弹簧座(6)和滑动触头(4)之间,所述滑动触头(4)上设有熔断器固定装置(8);所述熔断器(7)上端通过释压帽(3)压合固定于上触头(2)上端,所述熔断器(7)下端向下依次穿过上触头(2)、灭弧管(1)和弹簧座(6)后,折返向上连接于熔断器固定装置(8),所述熔断器(7)的长度使弹簧(5)处于压缩状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种设有弹簧灭弧装置的令克,其特征在于:所述弹簧座(6)上设有从其底端延伸至侧壁的导向槽,熔断器(7)穿过导向槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种设有弹簧灭弧装置的令克,其特征在于:所述熔断器固定装置(8)包括连接于滑动触头(4)外壁的螺杆,所述螺杆上连接有螺母,熔断器(7)下端缠绕在螺杆上通过螺母压紧。
