Description

液晶显示装置 (Liquid Crystal Display, LCD) 具有机身薄、 省电、 无 辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用,如:移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、 数字相机、 计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。
现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置, 其包括背 光模组 (Backlight module ) , 结合于背光模组上的液晶面板与固定该液晶面 板与背光模组的前框。
液晶面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子, 两 片玻璃基板中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线, 通过通电与否来控制液晶 分子改变方向, 将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。 液晶面板本身不发 光, 需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像, 背光模组依照光源入 射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。 侧入式背光模 组是将背光源 LED灯条(Light bar)设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘, LED 灯条发出的光线从导光板 (LGP, Light Guide Plate) 一侧的入光面进入导 光板, 经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面射出, 再经由光学膜片组以形成面 光源提供给液晶面板。
如图 1 所示, 在传统液晶显示模组中, 均会设计前框 100 固定液晶显 示面板, 模组出货到客户端后, 会再次组装电视前壳。 而对于液晶电视产 品, 电视前壳亦有固定液晶显示面板的功能。 如此一来, 模组前框 100 会 成为一个可以省略的零部件。 但是, 对于模组出货, 若没有前框 100固定, 则无法实现模组的安全运输。 若模组将液晶显示面板和背光模组分开运输, 则会导致包装成本和运输成本的增加。 发明内容

本发明的有益效果: 本发明的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 可用于固定 一液晶显示模组, 以替代前框, 实现了省略模组前框的目的, 同时具有可 快速组装及拆除等优点; 所述固定结构可实现对液晶显示模组的固定并保 证液晶显示模组在运输过程中的安全性; 同时由于该固定结构可拆卸, 因 此可以重复回收利用, 节约了制造成本; 装配该固定结构的液晶显示模组 在运输至整机厂生产线后, 可快速拆除该固定结构, 然后装配电视前框。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
本发明提供一种液晶显示模组的固定结构, 用于固定一液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组具有位于两侧边缘的两侧面及位于两端边缘的两端面, 本发明所述固定结构可以替代液晶模组的前框, 并具有可快速组装及拆除 等优点。
请参阅图 2-7, 为本发明第一实施例, 在该实施例中, 本发明提供一种 液晶显示模组的固定结构 10, 包括: 两第一固定件 20及两第二固定件 40 ; 所述第一固定件 20具有长条状的第一安装部 22及位于第一安装部 22 两端的第一固定部 24 ; 所述第二固定件 40具有长条状的第二安装部 42及 位于第二安装部 42两端的第二固定部 44 ; 所述两第一固定件 20的第一安 装部 22分别用于安装于液晶显示模组的两侧, 第一固定部 24 用于固定于 液晶显示模组的两端面上; 所述两第二固定件 40的第二安装部 42分别用 于安装于液晶显示模组的两端, 第二固定部 44抵靠于液晶显示模组的两侧 面上。
所述每一第一固定部 24设有一第一通孔 26, 以用于供一螺钉穿过将该 第一固定部 24锁固于液晶显示模组两端的端面上,所述每一第二固定件 40 的两第二固定部 44分别抵靠于液晶显示模组两侧的侧面上, 所述第一固定 件 20抵压于第二固定件 40上从而将第二固定件 40固定于液晶显示模组上。
如图 7所示, 所述液晶显示模组具有背板 12, 背板 12上设有用于安装 前框的螺紋孔 (未图示), 所述穿过第一通孔 26的螺钉 15螺紋连接于背板 上对应的螺紋孔内。
所述第一安装部 22设有第一缓冲件 28, 以用于与液晶显示模组贴合提 供缓冲作用, 该第一缓冲件 28相对于第一安装部 22位于与第一固定部 24 同侧; 所述第二安装部 42设有第二缓冲件 48, 以用于与液晶显示模组贴合 提供缓冲作用, 该第二缓冲件 48相对于第二安装部 42位于与第二固定部 44同侧。
所述第一缓冲件 28 呈长条状, 其通过胶粘方式安装于第一安装部 22 的中间位置; 所述第二缓冲件 48呈长条状, 其通过胶粘方式安装于第二安 装部 42的中间位置。
所述第一固定件 20与第二固定件 40分别采用薄板加工形成 n形结构; 所述薄板由铝材、 钢材或电木制成。
请参阅图 8-10, 为本发明的第二实施例, 在该实施例中, 本发明提供 一种液晶显示模组的固定结构 10,, 与第一实施例相比, 所述固定结构 10, 还包括第三固定件 60, 请参阅图 6, 所述第三固定件 60具有长条状的第三 安装部 62及位于第三安装部 62两端的第三固定部 64, 以用于安装于液晶 显示模组的中部, 且固定于液晶显示模组的两端。
如图 10所示, 所述每一第三固定部 64设有一第二通孔 66, 以用于供 一螺钉 (未图示) 穿过将该第三固定部 64锁固于液晶显示模组的两端的端 面上, 所述第三固定件 60抵压于第二固定件 40上从而将第二固定件 40进 一步固定于液晶显示模组上; 所述液晶显示模组具有背板 12, 背板 12上设 有用于安装前框的螺紋孔 (未图示), 所述穿过第二通孔 66 的螺钉螺紋连 接于背板 12上对应的螺紋孔内。
所述第三安装部 62设有第三缓冲件 68, 以用于与液晶显示模组贴合提 供缓冲作用, 该第三缓冲件 68相对于第三安装部 62位于与第三固定部 64 同侧; 所述第三缓冲件 68呈长条状, 其通过胶粘方式安装于第三安装部 62 的中间位置。
所述第三固定件 60采用薄板加工形成 n形结构, 所述薄板由铝材、 钢 材或电木制成。
综上所述, 本发明的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 可用于固定一液晶显 示模组, 以替代前框, 实现了省略模组前框的目的, 同时具有可快速组装 及拆除等优点; 所述固定结构可实现对液晶显示模组的固定并保证液晶显 示模组在运输过程中的安全性; 同时由于该固定结构可拆卸, 因此可以重 复回收利用, 节约了制造成本; 装配该固定结构的液晶显示模组在运输至 整机厂生产线后, 可快速拆除该固定结构, 然后装配电视前框。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明后附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims
1、 一种液晶显示模组的固定结构, 用于固定一液晶显示模组, 所述液 晶显示模组具有位于两侧边缘的两侧面及位于两端边缘的两端面, 包括: 两第一固定件及两第二固定件; 所述第一固定件具有长条状的第一安装部 及位于第一安装部两端的第一固定部; 所述第二固定件具有长条状的第二 安装部及位于第二安装部两端的第二固定部; 所述两第一固定件的第一安 装部分别用于安装于液晶显示模组的两侧, 第一固定部用于固定于液晶显 示模组的两端面上; 所述两第二固定件的第二安装部分别用于安装于液晶 显示模组的两端, 第二固定部抵靠于液晶显示模组的两侧面上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 其中, 所述每一第 一固定部设有一第一通孔, 以用于供一螺钉穿过将该第一固定部锁固于液 晶显示模组两端的端面上, 所述每一第二固定件的两第二固定部分别抵靠 于液晶显示模组两侧的侧面上, 所述第一固定件抵压于第二固定件上从而 将第二固定件固定于液晶显示模组上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 其中, 所述液晶显 示模组具有背板, 背板上设有用于安装前框的螺紋孔, 所述穿过第一通孔 的螺钉螺紋连接于背板上对应的螺紋孔内。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 其中, 所述第一安 装部设有第一缓冲件, 以用于与液晶显示模组贴合提供缓冲作用, 该第一 缓冲件相对于第一安装部位于与第一固定部同侧; 所述第二安装部设有第 二缓冲件, 以用于与液晶显示模组贴合提供缓冲作用, 该第二缓冲件相对 于第二安装部位于与第二固定部同侧。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 其中, 所述第一缓 冲件呈长条状, 其通过胶粘方式安装于第一安装部的中间位置; 所述第二 缓冲件呈长条状, 其通过胶粘方式安装于第二安装部的中间位置。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 其中, 所述第一固 定件与第二固定件分别采用薄板加工形成 n形结构。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 其中, 所述薄板由 铝材、 钢材或电木制成。
8、如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示模组的固定结构,还包括第三固定件, 所述第三固定件具有长条状的第三安装部及位于第三安装部两端的第三固 定部, 以用于安装于液晶显示模组的中部, 且固定于液晶显示模组的两端。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 其中, 所述每一第 三固定部设有一第二通孔, 以用于供一螺钉穿过将该第三固定部锁固于液 晶显示模组的两端的端面上, 所述第三固定件抵压于第二固定件上从而将 第二固定件进一步固定于液晶显示模组上; 所述液晶显示模组具有背板, 背板上设有用于安装前框的螺紋孔, 所述穿过第二通孔的螺钉螺紋连接于 背板上对应的螺紋孔内。
10、 如权利要求 8 所述的液晶显示模组的固定结构, 其中, 所述第三 安装部设有第三缓冲件, 以用于与液晶显示模组贴合提供缓冲作用, 该第 三缓冲件相对于第三安装部位于与第三固定部同侧; 所述第三缓冲件呈长 条状, 其通过胶粘方式安装于第三安装部的中间位置; 所述第三固定件采 用薄板加工形成 n形结构, 所述薄板由铝材、 钢材或电木制成。
11、 一种液晶显示模组的固定结构, 用于固定一液晶显示模组, 所述 液晶显示模组具有位于两侧边缘的两侧面及位于两端边缘的两端面, 包括: 两第一固定件及两第二固定件; 所述第一固定件具有长条状的第一安装部 及位于第一安装部两端的第一固定部; 所述第二固定件具有长条状的第二 安装部及位于第二安装部两端的第二固定部; 所述两第一固定件的第一安 装部分别用于安装于液晶显示模组的两侧, 第一固定部用于固定于液晶显 示模组的两端面上; 所述两第二固定件的第二安装部分别用于安装于液晶 显示模组的两端, 第二固定部抵靠于液晶显示模组的两侧面上;
其中, 所述每一第一固定部设有一第一通孔, 以用于供一螺钉穿过将 该第一固定部锁固于液晶显示模组两端的端面上, 所述每一第二固定件的 两第二固定部分别抵靠于液晶显示模组两侧的侧面上, 所述第一固定件抵 压于第二固定件上从而将第二固定件固定于液晶显示模组上;
其中, 所述液晶显示模组具有背板, 背板上设有用于安装前框的螺紋 孔, 所述穿过第一通孔的螺钉螺紋连接于背板上对应的螺紋孔内;
其中, 所述第一安装部设有第一缓冲件, 以用于与液晶显示模组贴合 提供缓冲作用, 该第一缓冲件相对于第一安装部位于与第一固定部同侧; 所述第二安装部设有第二缓冲件, 以用于与液晶显示模组贴合提供缓冲作 用, 该第二缓冲件相对于第二安装部位于与第二固定部同侧;
其中, 所述第一缓冲件呈长条状, 其通过胶粘方式安装于第一安装部 的中间位置; 所述第二缓冲件呈长条状, 其通过胶粘方式安装于第二安装 部的中间位置;
其中, 所述第一固定件与第二固定件分别采用薄板加工形成 n形结构; 其中, 所述薄板由铝材、 钢材或电木制成。
