一种眼镜架磁石铰链,包括眼镜镜腿(3)、镜框(1),该镜框(1)与镜腿(3)的连接端头相应位置分别设有可与磁石吸附的第一连接环(4)、第二连接环(5),该铰链结构还包括一磁石柱(8),该磁石柱(8)固定于第一连接环(4)或第二连接环(5)内,该镜框(1)与镜腿(3)通过固定于第一连接环(4)、活动插装于第二连接环(5)内或固定于第二连接环(5)内,活动插装于第一连接环(4)内来实现连接。针对现有普通铰链结构进行改进,采用磁石的吸力使得镜腿(3)与镜圈之前存在一种非固定的连接关系,方便使用者更换镜腿(3),铰链结构配合紧密,且不会出现配合松散或生锈影响镜腿(3)的折合问题。

眼镜架磁石铰链结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及眼镜领域,更具体地说,涉及一种包括眼镜镜腿、镜框的眼镜架磁石铰链结构。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对于美的追求,眼镜现在不仅仅是为了矫正视力、保护视力而生,也成为一种装饰品,而且现在越来越多的年轻人也喜欢佩戴并没有镜片的眼镜,来使自己看起来更加时尚和漂亮。眼镜的种类也是玲琅满目,例如:近视眼镜、太阳镜、装饰眼镜等等。
现在一般的眼镜,包括镜圈、镜腿、或设于镜框内的镜片,镜框经鼻梁连接,鼻梁下方设有托耳,镜框上设有桩头,桩头经铰链结构与镜腿连接,其中铰链结构包括分别设于桩头和镜腿上的铰链片和螺钉组成,铰链结构使得镜框与镜腿活动连接。该铰链结构存在如下技术缺陷:1、如需拆卸、更换镜腿需要专业人士使用专业工具来操作,非专业人员操作不便,款式相对固定;2、使用较长时间后,常出现螺钉被铰断的现象,眼镜无法正常使用;3、铰链片的齿头因为长时间使用的机械损耗,导致配合松散,影响使用者的正常佩戴;4、铰链片和螺钉一般为铁质,使用久后,会出现生锈现象,此时,镜腿折合困难,如大力操作,常会出现损坏现象;5、结构相对复杂,制造成本高。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺陷,本实用新型提供一种可满足非专业人士拆卸、更换镜腿方便,避免机械磨损,不影响正常使用的眼镜架磁石铰链结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下所述:一种眼镜架磁石铰 链结构,包括眼镜镜腿、镜框,其特征在于,所述镜框与镜腿的连接端头相应位置分别设有可与磁石吸附的第一连接环、第二连接环,该铰链结构还包括一磁石柱,该磁石柱固定于第一连接环或第二连接环内,所述镜框与镜腿通过固定于第一连接环、活动插装于第二连接环内或固定于第二连接环内,活动插装于第一连接环内来实现连接。
当所述磁石柱固定于所述第一连接环内时,所述第二连接环下端为封闭结构;当所述磁石柱固定于所述第二连接环内时,所述第一连接环上端为封闭结构。
所述第一连接环或第二连接环上设有螺纹孔,该螺纹孔内设有螺钉,通过旋钮螺钉来固定磁石柱。
所述磁石柱的高度大于第一连接环或第二连接环的高度,小于等于第一连接环和第二连接环的高度总和。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型针对现有普通铰链结构进行改进,采用磁石的吸力使得镜腿与镜圈之前存在一种非固定的连接关系,方便使用者随意更换镜腿,本实用新型铰链结构配合紧密,且不会出现配合松散或生锈影响镜腿的折合问题,使用寿命长,而且其结构简单,使用方便,值得推广。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1-2所示,一种眼镜架磁石铰链结构,包括眼镜镜腿3、镜框1,镜框1的桩头2与镜腿3的连接端头相应位置分别设有可与磁石吸附的第一连接环4、第二连接环5。第二连接环上设有螺纹孔6,该螺纹孔6内设有螺钉(图中未示出)。该铰链结构还包括一磁石柱8,通过旋钮螺钉来固定磁石柱8于第二连接环5,磁石柱8的高度大于第一连接环或第二连接环的高度、小于等于第一连接环和第二连接环的高度总和。镜框1与镜腿3通过固定于第二连接环5内、活动插装于第一连接环4内来实现连接。第一连接环4上端为封闭结构。
实施例二
如图3-4所示,一种眼镜架磁石铰链结构,包括眼镜镜腿3、镜框1,镜框1的桩头2与镜腿3的连接端头相应位置分别设有可与磁石吸附的第一连接环4、第二连接环5。第一连接环4上设有螺纹孔7,该螺纹孔7内设有螺钉(图中未示出)。该铰链结构还包括一磁石柱8,通过旋钮螺钉来固定磁石柱8于第一连接环4内,磁石柱8的高度大于第一连接环4或第二连接环5的高度、小于等于第一连接环4和第二连接环5的高度总和。镜框1与镜腿3通过固定于第一连接环4、活动插装于第二连接环5内来实现连接。第二连接环5下端为封闭结构。

  1. 一种眼镜架磁石铰链结构,包括眼镜镜腿、镜框,其特征在于,所述镜框与镜腿的连接端头相应位置分别设有可与磁石吸附的第一连接环、第二连接环,该铰链结构还包括一磁石柱,该磁石柱固定于第一连接环或第二连接环内,所述镜框与镜腿通过固定于第一连接环、活动插装于第二连接环内或固定于第二连接环内,活动插装于第一连接环内来实现连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的眼镜架磁石铰链结构,其特征在于,当所述磁石柱固定于所述第一连接环内时,所述第二连接环下端为封闭结构;当所述磁石柱固定于所述第二连接环内时,所述第一连接环上端为封闭结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的眼镜架磁石铰链结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接环或第二连接环上设有螺纹孔,该螺纹孔内设有螺钉,通过旋钮螺钉来固定磁石柱。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的眼镜架磁石铰链结构,其特征在于,所述磁石柱的高度大于第一连接环或第二连接环的高度,小于等于第一连接环和第二连接环的高度总和。
