Claims (30)
- 一种水箱电加热垫,包括:基层;加热层,所述加热层铺设在所述基层上;导线,所述导线与所述加热层电连接,所述基层上设有与所述导线配合的第一通孔;用于固定所述导线的固定件,所述固定件包括分别设置在所述基层两侧的第一固定部、第二固定部,所述第二固定部上设有卡合部,所述卡合部上设有与所述导线配合的第二通孔,所述的固定件还包括连接杆,所述连接杆连接所述第一固定部和第二固定部,所述的基层上设有第三通孔,所述连接杆穿过第三通孔,将基层夹紧在第一固定部和第二固定部之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述第二固定部上设有至少两个沿所述导线延伸方向排布的卡合部,所述导线被所述至少两个卡合部同时卡合固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述基层的一侧设置有一加强材料层,所述第一固定部紧贴所述加强材料层设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述加热层表面还设置有一粘接层,并设置有用于保护所述粘接层的可在使用时去除的保护层。
- 一种水箱电加热垫,包括:基层;加热层,所述加热层铺设在所述基层上;导线,所述导线与所述加热层电连接,所述基层上设有与所述导线配合的第一通孔;固定在所述基层上的加强材料层,及固定在所述基层和加强材料层之间的固定件,所述固定件设置有用于穿过所述导线的第二通孔,所述第二通孔与第一通孔的位置相对应。
- 根据权利要求5所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述固定件沿所述第二通孔周围侧壁向所述基层一侧延伸有用于所述导线穿出的穿出管,所述穿出管和第一通孔相配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述穿出管的高度小于或等于所述第一通孔的高度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述第二通孔内壁两端设置有倒角,所述第二通孔的个数为两个,所述导线为两条,分别与两个第二通孔相配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述固定件为塑胶材料或金属材料。
- 根据权利要求5所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述导线的凹槽,所述凹槽与第二通孔连通,所述基层和加强材料层之间设置有用于放置所述固定件的放置槽。
- 一种水箱电加热垫,包括:基层;加热层,所述加热层铺设在所述基层上;导线,所述导线与所述加热层电连接;用于固定所述导线的固定件,所述固定件包括分别设置在所述基层两侧的第一固定部、第二固定部,所述第二固定部上设有卡合部,所述卡合部设置有一用于卡入所述导线的开口,所述开口的大小小于所述导线的直径。
- 根据权利要求11所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述开口设置在所述卡合部的侧面。
- 根据权利要求11所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述第二固定部上设有至少两个沿所述导线延伸方向排布的卡合部,所述导线被所述至少两个卡合部同时卡合固定。
- 根据权利要求11所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述基层的一侧设置有一 加强材料层,所述第一固定部紧贴所述加强材料层设置,所述加强材料层的面积大于所述第一固定部与其接触的面积。
- 根据权利要求11所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述加热层表面还设置有一粘接层,并设置有用于保护所述粘接层的可在使用时去除的保护层。
- 一种水箱电加热垫,包括:基层;加热层,所述加热层铺设在所述基层上;导线,所述导线与所述加热层电连接;所述电加热垫的边缘设置有一套设在所述基层一端的用于固定所述导线的固定套,所述固定套上设置有一用于卡合固定所述导线的卡合部。
- 根据权利要求16所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述基层的边缘为宽度渐变的锥形结构,所述固定套的形状与所述锥形结构相适应。
- 根据权利要求16所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述固定套上设置有至少两个沿所述导线延伸方向排布的卡合部,所述导线被所述至少两个卡合部同时卡合固定。
- 根据权利要求16所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述固定套为金属结构或塑胶结构;所述加热层表面还设置有一粘接层,并设置有用于保护所述粘接层的可在使用时去除的保护层。
- 一种水箱电加热垫,包括:基层,所述基层包括第一面和第二面;加热层,所述加热层铺设在所述基层的第一面;导线,所述导线与所述加热层电连接形成连接点,所述基层上设有与所述导线配合的第一通孔,所述导线从所述基层的第二面穿出;固定件,所述固定件包括设置在所述第一面上的第一固定部和设置在所述第二面上的第二固定部,所述第一固定部与所述连接点直接接触,并完全覆盖所述连接点,所述第二固定部上设有卡合部,所述卡合部上设有与所述导线配 合的第二通孔,所述的固定件还包括连接杆,所述第一固定部与第二固定部通过连接杆固定连接。
- 根据权利要求20所述的一种水箱电加热垫,其中,所述的基层上设有第三通孔,所述连接杆穿过第三通孔,将基层夹紧在第一固定部和第二固定部之间。
- 根据权利要求20所述的一种水箱电加热垫,其中,所述第一固定部、第二固定部和连接杆三者一体成型。
- 根据权利要求20所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述第二固定部上设有凸出部,所述的凸出部位于第一通孔与卡合部之间,且凸出部顶部高于卡合部,导线从第二面引出,沿凸出部顶部通过,再通过第二通孔穿过所述卡合部。
- 根据权利要求20所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述第二固定部上设有卡槽,所述卡槽位于第一通孔与卡合部之间,所述的卡槽的延伸方向与第二通孔的延伸方向相交,导线嵌入卡槽,再通过第二通孔穿过所述卡合部。
- 一种水箱电加热垫,包括:基层,所述基层包括第一面和第二面;加热层,所述加热层铺设在所述基层的第一面;导线,所述导线与所述加热层电连接,所述导线从所述基层的第二面穿出;固定件,所述固定件设置在第二面上,固定件两端连接有固定引脚,所述裸露在第二面的导线从固定件和第二面之间穿过,所述固定件与固定引脚的第一端连接,固定引脚的第二端穿过基层并与第一面扣紧。
- 根据权利要求25所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述固定引脚的第二端形成折弯部,折弯部与第一面贴合固定。
- 根据权利要求25所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述第二面还固定有硬质材料制作的加强片,所述固定引脚的第二端与加强片固定连接。
- 根据权利要求25所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述固定件和固定引脚一体成型,所述固定件一端至少设有两个固定引脚;
- 根据权利要求28所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述固定件和固定引脚的宽度一致;
- 根据权利要求25所述的水箱电加热垫,其中,所述加热层包括两层绝缘材料制作的导热层,两层导热层之间夹持有碳纤维层;所述碳纤维层包括多条碳纤维丝,所述碳纤维丝呈曲线排布,相邻两条碳纤维丝之间相互平行。
