Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement d'une ressource d'un équipement utilisateur (UE), une station de base et un terminal. Le procédé consiste : à acquérir une durée d'inactivité d'un UE ; à établir, sur la base de la durée d'inactivité acquise, une durée d'inactivité cumulée ; à déterminer si la durée d'inactivité cumulée atteint une valeur seuil prédéfinie ; et, dans le cas où le résultat de la détermination est positif, à libérer les ressources de l'UE. La présente invention résout le problème existant dans l'état de la technique, où les ressources et l'énergie sont gaspillées car la durée d'inactivité pendant laquelle l'UE ne transmet pas de flux de service ne peut pas être connue avec précision. Ainsi, la durée d'inactivité pendant laquelle l'UE ne transmet pas de flux de service est connue et les ressources et l'énergie ne sont plus gaspillées.
