背景技术
号码携带(NP,Number Portability)是指电信用户在迁徙常驻地点或更换运营商的情况下仍然保持原有电信服务号码,也就是说,号码携带要求用户号码前后保持不变。在某些地区,号码携带作为一种电信监管强制要求,用以保护弱势电信运营商的利益;也有部分运营商在自身的网络内部提供号码携带,以满足更换常驻地点的用户的需求,进而降低用户流失率。
在现有IMS网络中,号码携带主要在呼叫会话控制功能(CSCF,Call Session Control Function)这一网元实现,具体地,CSCF通过电话号码映射(ENUM,Telephone Number Mapping)查询,获取包含有被叫方号码的号码携带信息的被叫方号码信息;再根据所述被叫方号码信息将呼叫路由。这样,在整个呼叫过程中,多媒体子系统(IMS)的网元只用于完成呼叫的路由处理,并未判断被叫方号码是否发生号码携带,不能向主叫方播放号码携带提示音,用户体验较差。
目前,为了实现对被叫方号码是否发生号码携带的判断,IMS网络采用了如下的号码携带放音方式:服务呼叫会话控制功能(SCSCF,Serving-CSCF)触发ENUM执行ENUM查询获取被叫方号码信息,将ENUM查询后的呼叫路由给号码携带放音服务器(NPA AS,Number Portability  Announcement Application Server),并在呼叫请求中包含号码携带指示参数;NPA AS收到呼叫请求后,先检查主叫方是否具备号码携带播放提示音属性;在主叫方具备放音属性且呼叫请求中包含有有号码携带指示参数的情况下,根据被叫方号码信息及本地号码携带规则判断被叫方是否发生号码携带;当被叫方号码发生号码携带时,NPA AS控制多媒体资源功能处理器(MRFP,Media Resource Function Processor)给主叫方播放号码携带提示音;放音结束后,NPA AS将呼叫发给SCSCF,由SCSCF根据路由配置进行呼叫路由,将呼叫路由给媒体网关控制功能(MGCF,Media Gateway Control Function)进行后续路由处理。
然而,上述号码携带放音方式存在较大的缺陷:1)需要在NPA AS部署主叫方业务信息,非NPA AS用户不能提供号码携带放音功能;2)SCSCF将所有呼叫路由给NPA AS,一定程度上增加了SCSCF和NPA AS的性能处理要求;3)SCSCF的路由配置要求较为复杂,不利于后续运维。

本发明实施例提供一种实现号码携带放音的方法、设备、系统及计算机存储介质,能够在有效实现号码携带放音的同时,降低网元间的依赖和网元的性能影响。

本发明实施例所提供的实现号码携带放音的方法、设备、系统及计算机存储介质,SCSCF获取主叫方签约信息;当所述主叫方签约信息的IFC中包含有NPA AS的触发规则时,SCSCF根据所述IFC向NPA AS发送呼叫请求;NPA AS接收所述呼叫请求;触发ENUM执行ENUM查询,获取查询结果;根据所述查询结果判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带,获取判断结果;当所述判断结果为所述被叫方号码已发生号码携带时,NPA AS向MRFP发送放音指令;MRFP根据所述放音指令向主叫方播放号码携带提示音。如此,通过NPA AS触发ENUM执行ENUM查询,并在ENUM查询后进行号码携带判断,从而能在有效实现号码携带放音的同时,减少网元间的依赖性。
另外,本发明实施例中,SCSCF基于IFC触发NPA AS而非全路由方式,如此,能有效降低NPA AS和SCSCF的性能处理要求、以及SCSCF的路由配置复杂性;同时,利用IFC实现主叫方的号码携带放音属性,使得NPA AS无需部署主叫方业务信息,从而提高了NPA AS的系统处理能力。

在本发明实施例中,SCSCF获取主叫方签约信息;当所述主叫方签约信息的IFC中包含有NPA AS的触发规则时,SCSCF根据所述IFC向NPA AS发送呼叫请求;NPA AS接收所述呼叫请求;触发ENUM执行ENUM查询,获取查询结果;根据所述查询结果判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带,获取判断结果;当所述判断结果为所述被叫方号码已发生号码携带时,NPA AS向MRFP发送放音指令;MRFP接收所述NPA AS发送的放音指令,根据所述放音指令向主叫方播放号码携带提示音。
其中,所述查询结果包括所述呼叫请求中被叫方号码信息属于TEL URI格式或SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息;需要说明的是,为避免NPA AS触发ENUM执行ENUM查询后所获取的被叫方号码信息变换对其他应用服务器业务实现的影响,要求IFC中包含的NPA AS的触发规则包括NPA AS的触发优先级为主叫侧最低,即在主叫网络侧,NPA AS作为最后一个应用服务器被SCSCF触发。

步骤S100:获取主叫方签约信息;
这里,归属用户服务器(HSS,Home Subscriber Server)中保存有主叫方签约信息;相应的,获取主叫方签约信息可以是SCSCF通过Cx接口从HSS中获取主叫方签约信息。
步骤S101:当所述主叫方签约信息的IFC中包含有NPA AS的触发规则时,根据所述IFC发送呼叫请求。
这里,所述发送呼叫请求是SCSCF根据所述IFC向NPA AS发送呼叫请求;所述NPA AS的触发规则包括NPA AS的触发优先级为主叫侧最低;
需要说明的是,当所述主叫方签约信息的IFC中包含有NPA AS的触发规则,则表示该主叫方具备号码携带放音属性;否则,表示所述主叫方不具备号码携带放音属性。如此,利用IFC实现了主叫方的号码携带放音属性,使得NPA AS无需部署主叫方业务信息,从而提高了NPA AS的系统处理能力。

这里,所述NPA AS可以根据被叫方号码所属的网络类型的不同,向MRFP发送不同的放音指令。举例来说,如果被叫方号码已发生号码携带,且携带到网络A,则放音指令中的号码携带提示音为您拨打的用户已移机到网络A。
进一步地,所述方法还包括,当所述判断结果为所述被叫方号码未发生号码携带时,向SCSCF反馈错误消息。
这里,NPA AS向SCSCF反馈错误消息;待SCSCF收到错误消息后,继续后续呼叫流程,如被叫路由等。如此,NPA AS无需加入到后续呼叫流程中,从而减少了不必要的性能开销。
这里,需要补充的是,当所述判断结果为所述被叫方号码未发生号码携带时,NPA AS向SCSCF反馈错误消息为可选操作,具体地,NPA AS可以通过开关控制键来选择确定是否向SCSCF反馈错误消息。进一步地,当NPA AS通过开关控制键确定不向SCSCF反馈错误消息的情况下,可以向SCSCF反馈初始INVITE会话请求,以使SCSCF在收到初始INVITE会话请求后,继续后续呼叫流程。

以上所述仅是本发明实施例的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明实施例原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明实施例的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例通过NPA AS触发ENUM执行ENUM查询,并在ENUM查询后进行号码携带判断,从而能在有效实现号码携带放音的同时,减少网元间的依赖性。另外,本发明实施例中,SCSCF基于IFC触发NPA AS而非全路由方式,如此,能有效降低NPA AS和SCSCF的性能处理要求、以及SCSCF的路由配置复杂性;同时,利用IFC实现主叫方的号码携带放音属性,使得NPA AS无需部署主叫方业务信息,从而提高了NPA AS的系统处理能力。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种实现号码携带放音的方法,所述方法包括:
    获取主叫方签约信息;
    当所述主叫方签约信息的初始过滤规则IFC中包含有号码携带放音服务器NPA AS的触发规则时,根据所述IFC发送呼叫请求。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述NPA AS的触发规则包括NPA AS的触发优先级为主叫侧最低。
  3. 一种实现号码携带放音的方法,所述方法包括:
    接收呼叫请求;
    触发电话号码映射ENUM执行ENUM查询,获取查询结果;
    根据所述查询结果判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带,获取判断结果;
    当所述判断结果为所述被叫方号码已发生号码携带时,向多媒体资源功能处理器MRFP发送放音指令,以使MRFP根据所述放音指令向主叫方播放号码携带提示音。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述查询结果为所述呼叫请求中被叫方号码信息属于TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息;
    根据所述查询结果判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带包括:根据所述TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,根据所述TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带包括:
    提取所述TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息中的网络路由编码和用户号段;根据所述用户号段查询所述网络路由编码是否与预配置的第一对应关系表中所述用户号段所对应的网络路由编码一致,如果不一致,则表示被叫方号码已发生号码携带;如果一致,则表示被叫方号码未发生号码携带。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述查询结果为所述呼叫请求中被叫方号码信息属于SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息;
    根据所述查询结果判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带包括:根据所述SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,根据所述SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带包括:
    提取所述SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息中的网络域名和用户号段;根据所述用户号段查询所述网络域名是否与预配置的第二对应关系表中所述用户号段所对应的网络域名一致,如果不一致,则表示被叫方号码已发生号码携带;如果一致,则表示被叫方号码未发生号码携带。
  8. 根据权利要求3至7任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:当所述判断结果为所述被叫方号码未发生号码携带时,向服务呼叫会话控制功能SCSCF反馈错误消息。
  9. 一种SCSCF,所述SCSCF包括:获取模块和呼叫发送模块;
    所述获取模块,配置为获取主叫方签约信息;
    所述呼叫发送模块,配置为当所述主叫方签约信息的IFC中包含有NPA AS的触发规则时,根据所述IFC发送呼叫请求。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的SCSCF,其中,所述NPA AS的触发规则包括NPA AS的触发优先级为主叫侧最低。
  11. 一种NPA AS,所述NPA AS包括:呼叫接收模块、执行模块、判断处理模块、以及发送模块;
    所述呼叫接收模块,配置为接收呼叫请求;
    所述执行模块,配置为触发ENUM执行ENUM查询,获取查询结果;
    所述判断处理模块,配置为根据所述查询结果判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带,获得判断结果;
    所述发送模块,配置为当所述判断处理模块所获得的判断结果为所述被叫方号码已发生号码携带时,向MRFP发送放音指令,以使MRFP根据所述放音指令向主叫方播放号码携带提示音。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的NPA AS,其中,所述查询结果为所述呼叫请求中被叫方号码信息属于TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息;
    所述判断处理模块,配置为根据所述TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的NPA AS,其中,所述判断处理模块包括:第一提取单元和第一查询单元;
    所述第一提取单元,配置为提取所述TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息中的网络路由编码和用户号段;
    所述第一查询单元,配置为根据所述用户号段查询所述网络路由编码是否与预配置的第一对应关系表中所述用户号段所对应的网络路由编码一致,如果不一致,则表示被叫方号码已发生号码携带;如果一致,则表示被叫方号码未发生号码携带。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的NPA AS,其中,所述查询结果为所述呼叫请求中被叫方号码信息属于SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息;
    所述判断处理模块,配置为根据所述SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的NPA AS,其中,所述判断处理模块包括:第二提取单元和第二查询单元;
    所述第二提取单元,配置为提取所述SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息中的网络路由编码和用户号段;
    所述第二查询单元,配置为根据所述用户号段查询所述网络路由编码是否与预配置的第一对应关系表中所述用户号段所对应的网络路由编码一 致,如果不一致,则表示被叫方号码已发生号码携带;如果一致,则表示被叫方号码未发生号码携带。
  16. 根据权利要求11至15任一项所述的NPA AS,其中,所述发送模块,还配置为当所述判断处理模块所获得的判断结果为所述被叫方号码未发生号码携带时,向SCSCF反馈错误消息。
  17. 一种实现号码携带放音的系统,所述系统包括:SCSCF、NPA AS、ENUM、以及MRFP;
    所述SCSCF,配置为获取主叫方签约信息;确定所述主叫方签约信息的IFC中包含有NPA AS的触发规则时,根据所述IFC向NPA AS发送呼叫请求;
    所述NPA AS,配置为接收所述呼叫请求;触发ENUM执行ENUM查询,获取查询结果;根据所述查询结果判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带,获取判断结果;当所述判断结果为所述被叫方号码已发生号码携带时,向MRFP发送放音指令;
    所述ENUM,配置为执行ENUM查询;
    所述MRFP,配置为接收所述NPA AS发送的放音指令;根据所述放音指令向主叫方播放号码携带提示音。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的系统,其中,所述查询结果为所述呼叫请求中被叫方号码信息属于TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息;
    所述NPA AS,配置为根据所述TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的系统,其中,所述NPA AS,配置为提取所述TEL URI格式的被叫方号码信息中的网络路由编码和用户号段;根据所述用户号段查询所述网络路由编码是否与预配置的第一对应关系表中所述用户号段所对应的网络路由编码一致,如果不一致,则表示被叫方号码 已发生号码携带;如果一致,则表示被叫方号码未发生号码携带。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的系统,其中,所述查询结果为所述呼叫请求中被叫方号码信息属于SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息;
    所述NPA AS,配置为根据所述SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息判断被叫方号码是否已发生号码携带。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的系统,其中,所述NPA AS,配置为提取所述SIP URI格式的被叫方号码信息中的网络域名和用户号段;根据所述用户号段查询所述网络域名是否与预配置的第二对应关系表中所述用户号段所对应的网络域名一致,如果不一致,则表示被叫方号码已发生号码携带;如果一致,则表示被叫方号码未发生号码携带。
  22. 根据权利要求17至21任一项所述的系统,其中,所述NPA AS,还配置为当所述判断结果为所述被叫方号码未发生号码携带时,向SCSCF反馈错误消息;所述SCSCF,还配置为收到错误消息后,继续后续呼叫流程。
  23. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1或2所述的实现号码携带放音的方法。
  24. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求3至8任一项所述的实现号码携带放音的方法。
