Description

彩铃业务实现系统、装置及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种彩铃业务实现系统、装置及方法。
背景技术
随着IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,简称为IMS)的应用和智能终端的普及,宽带彩铃业务也得到普遍的应用。而目前的IMS核心网用户业务签约,都是通过用户归属服务器(Home Subscriber Server,简称为HSS)签约模板来实现,也就是说每一个应用服务器(Application Server,简称为AS)都要负责一次主叫终端到被叫终端的呼叫接续过程,即基于IMS网络的彩铃AS,除了负责放音功能,还要负责呼叫接续、呼转等功能。
上述方案中,在彩铃AS出现故障时,会导致呼叫不能接通的问题,即网络中的“单点故障”。为了增强系统的安全性、稳定性和容灾处理能力,现网中多引进多个彩铃AS节点来实现冗余,这种冗余的方案会增加运营商的投资。
从部署上来看,上述方案实现复杂。例如,在主叫终端签约主叫彩铃业务,同时被叫终端签约被叫彩铃业务的情况下,在上述方案中,IMS核心网呼叫控制节点和彩铃业务的接口需要分别部署主叫彩铃AS和被叫彩铃AS的地址,方案实现上比较繁琐。
针对相关技术中彩铃业务实现复杂、安全性不高的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中彩铃业务实现复杂、安全性不高的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种彩铃业务实现系统、装置及方法,以至少解决上述问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种彩铃业务实现系统,包括:第一服务器和第二服务器,其中,上述第一服务器,设置为响应主叫终端的呼叫,接续被叫终端;以及触发上述第二服务器向上述主叫终端播放彩铃;上述第二服务器,设置为响应上述第一服务器的触发,向上述主叫终端播放彩铃。
播放的彩铃包括:上述主叫终端预设的主叫彩铃和上述被叫终端预设的被叫彩铃;上述第一服务器,还设置为根据预设规则确定向上述主叫终端播放上述主叫彩铃还是上述被叫彩铃,以及在触发上述第二服务器向上述被叫终端播放彩铃时,指示确定播放的彩铃;或者,上述第二服务器,还设置为根据上述预设规则确定向上述主叫终端播放上述主叫彩铃还是上述被叫彩铃。
上述预设规则包括:上述主叫彩铃的优先级和上述被叫彩铃的优先级;其中,当上述主叫彩铃的优先级高于上述被叫彩铃的优先级,向上述主叫终端播放上述主叫彩铃;当上述被叫彩铃的优先级高于上述被叫彩铃的优先级,向上述主叫终端播放上述被叫彩铃。

上述第二处理器,还设置为根据预设规则确定向上述主叫终端播放主叫彩铃还是被叫彩铃,以及在触发上述第二服务器向上述被叫终端播放彩铃时,指示确定播放的彩铃;其中,上述主叫彩铃为上述主叫终端预设的彩铃,上述被叫彩铃为上述被叫终端预设的彩铃。

图1是根据本发明实施例的彩铃业务实现系统的示意图,如图1所示,该系统主要包括:第一服务器1和第二服务器2,其中,第一服务器1,设置为响应主叫终端的呼叫,接续被叫终端;以及触发第二服务器2向上述主叫终端播放彩铃;第二服务器2,设置为响应第一服务器1的触发,向上述主叫终端播放彩铃。
通过本发明实施例,第一服务器设置为响应主叫终端的呼叫,接续被叫终端;以及触发第二服务器向上述主叫终端播放彩铃;第二服务器,设置为响应第一服务器的触发,向上述主叫终端播放彩铃。从而,将呼叫和彩铃播放分离,能够有效避免单点故障,提高了彩铃业务的安全性。并且,在网络部署时,只需对第一服务器进行冗余,降低了网络部署成本。
在本发明实施例的一个实施方式中,第一服务器1还可以确定是否播放彩铃,当确定播放彩铃时,触发第二服务器2向上述主叫终端播放彩铃。
相关技术中,需要同时触发被叫彩铃AS和主叫彩铃AS,而需要播放铃音只会主叫彩铃或被叫彩铃之一,这就造成一侧放音资源占用的浪费。在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中,播放的彩铃包括:主叫终端预设的主叫彩铃和被叫终端预设的被叫彩铃;第一服务器1,还设置为根据预设规则确定向主叫终端播放主叫彩铃还是被叫彩铃,以及在触发第二服务器向被叫终端播放彩铃时,指示确定播放的彩铃。或者,也可以由第二服务器确定要播放的彩铃,第二服务器2,还设置为根据预设规则确定向主叫终端播放主叫彩铃还是被叫彩铃。
在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中,上述预设规则可以包括:主叫彩铃的优先级和被叫彩铃的优先级。其中,当主叫彩铃的优先级高于被叫彩铃的优先级,可以向主叫终端播放主叫彩铃;当被叫彩铃的优先级高于被叫彩铃的优先级,可以向主叫终端播放被叫彩铃。当然,本发明实施例不限于此。
图2是根据本发明实施例的第一服务器的结构框图,如图2所示,第一服务器可以包括:通信接口210、第一处理器220和第二处理器230。其中,通信接口210、第一处理器220和第二处理器230相互连接。其中,通信接口210,设置为与IP多媒体子系统以及第二服务器通信,其中,第二服务器设置为向终端放音;第一处理器220, 设置为响应主叫终端的呼叫,接续被叫终端;第二处理器230,设置为触发第二服务器向主叫终端播放彩铃。

下面对本发明实施例的优选实施方式进行描述。
在该优选实施方式中,将彩铃AS分解为彩铃放音AS(相当于上述的第二服务器)和彩铃双呼AS(相当于上述的第一服务器),其中,彩铃放音AS只负责放音功能,彩铃双呼AS负责呼叫接续和呼转等呼叫相关功能。针对网络单点故障问题,只需要对彩铃双呼AS实现冗余,在保证系统的安全的基础上,极大的减少了运营商的投资浪费,节省了运营商的开支。
核心网控制节点的接口只需要部署双呼AS。同时在业务触发方式上,相关技术中需要同时触发被叫彩铃AS和主叫彩铃AS,就会造成被叫侧放音资源占用的浪费,而本优选实施方式只需要双呼AS根据优先级来选择触发是被叫放音AS或者主叫放音AS,极大节省了放音资源。
彩铃双呼AS可以作为被叫双呼AS和主叫双呼AS。
主叫双呼AS实现方法包括:主叫终端发起到被叫终端的呼叫,主叫侧服务呼叫回话控制功能(Serving Call Session Control Function,简称为SCSCF)通过初始过滤准则评估主叫用户签约了主叫彩铃业务,则把呼叫发送到主叫双呼AS,主叫双呼AS呼出经被叫侧核心网等到达被叫终端。被叫终端振铃,振铃消息到达主叫双呼AS,再由主叫双呼AS起到放音AS的呼叫。放音AS获得主叫用户的彩铃信息后,和媒体服务器建立连接得到协商后的彩铃会话描述协议(:Session Description Protocol,简称为SDP),通过振铃消息将彩铃SDP发送到主叫端,主叫终端和媒体服务器协商结束,放音AS开始向主叫播放主叫彩铃。当被叫应答时,主叫双呼AS发送取消消息到放音AS,放音AS中断和媒体服务器的连接,主叫彩铃停止播放,主叫双呼AS重新发起主被叫媒体协商,通话过程建立。
被叫双呼AS实现方法包括:主叫终端发起到被叫终端的呼叫,被叫侧SCSCF通过初始过滤准则评估被叫用户签约了被叫彩铃业务,则把呼叫发送到被叫双呼AS,被 叫双呼AS呼出到被叫终端。被叫终端振铃,振铃消息到达被叫双呼AS,再由被叫双呼AS发起到放音AS的呼叫。放音AS获得被叫用户的彩铃信息后,和媒体服务器建立连接得到协商后的被叫彩铃SDP,通过振铃消息将被叫彩铃SDP发送到主叫端,放音AS开始向主叫播放被叫彩铃。当被叫应答时,被叫双呼AS发送取消消息到放音AS,放音AS中断和媒体服务器的连接,彩铃停止播放,被叫双呼AS重新发起主被叫媒体协商,通话过程建立。
在该优选实施方式中,主叫双呼AS(或者被叫双呼AS)实现彩铃业务的步骤如下:
步骤A:主叫双呼AS(或者被叫双呼AS)收到核心网SCSCF发起的呼叫,转发呼叫到核心网。
步骤B:被叫终端空闲状态下,被叫开始振铃,发送振铃消息到主叫双呼AS(或者被叫双呼AS)。
步骤C:主叫双呼AS(或者被叫双呼AS)收到振铃消息后,发起新的一路呼叫到放音AS。
步骤D:放音AS查询数据库获得被叫用户的彩铃信息,将主叫终端和媒体服务器协商后的SDP信息通过振铃消息带到主叫双呼AS(或者被叫双呼AS),主叫双呼AS(或者被叫双呼AS)透传此振铃消息到主叫侧,主叫和放音AS协商结束,放音AS向主叫播放彩铃。
步骤E:被叫应答,主叫双呼AS(或者被叫双呼AS)发取消消息到放音AS,放音AS停止播放彩铃,主叫双呼AS(或者被叫双呼AS)重新发起主被叫的媒体协商,主被叫开始通话。
图5是根据本发明实施例优选的彩铃业务实现系统的示意图,如图5所示,其中UEA、UEB分别表示主叫终端和被叫终端;代理呼叫会话控制功能(Proxy-CSCF,简称为P-CSCF)、询问呼叫会话控制功能(Interrogating CSCF,简称为I-CSCF)、S-CSCF是IMS网络的呼叫/会话控制功能节点,HSS记录用户的注册和业务签约信息。彩铃双呼AS和彩铃放音AS表示彩铃的应用服务器。其中主叫终端和被叫终端都注册到IMS核心网网络,IMS的呼叫/会话控制节点之间通过会话初始协议(Session Initiation Protocol,简称为SIP)交互,彩铃双呼AS通过SIP消息分别和S-CSCF、彩铃放音AS交互,彩铃放音AS业务触发后,播放彩铃音频流(RTP)到主叫终端。
图6是根据本发明实施例的被叫双呼AS呼叫信令流程图,图7根据本发明实施例的主叫双呼AS呼叫信令流程图,其中省略了核心网之间的信令交互,其中图7和图6基本相同,不再赘述。如图6所示,该方法包括:
步骤1~3:主叫终端UEA发起呼叫,经由核心网到达被叫双呼AS,被叫双呼AS呼出经核心网到UEB。
步骤4~6:被叫状态空闲发180消息到被叫双呼AS,被叫双呼AS向被叫侧发送180的PRACK响应,后续收到被叫侧的200PRACK消息。
步骤7~11:被叫双呼AS,发起新的一路呼叫到彩铃放音AS,其中INVITE消息里带主叫侧的SDP信息。彩铃放音AS回180响应,其中180消息里面携带和主叫协商后的彩铃SDP信息,被叫双呼AS向放音AS发送180的PRACK响应,后续收到放音AS的200PRACK消息。
步骤12~14:被叫双呼AS将放音AS的SDP消息通过180消息带到主叫终端,主叫终端知晓被叫振铃,放音AS开始向主叫终端播放彩铃。
步骤15~16:被叫双呼AS收到被叫回200应答消息,被叫双呼AS回ACK响应
步骤17~20:被叫双呼AS发送CANCEL消息到彩铃放音AS,放音AS停止播放彩铃。
步骤21~27:被叫双呼AS发空的REINVITE消息到被叫侧,被叫终端回200应答消息,其中消息里面带有被叫的SDP信息。被叫双呼AS通过UPDATE消息将被叫的SDP更新到主叫侧,主叫终端将协商后的SDP消息通过200UPDATE消息回送到被叫双呼AS,被叫双呼AS通过ACK消息将协商后的SDP更新到被叫终端,主被叫协商结束。被叫双呼AS通知主叫被叫已经应答,主被叫开始通话。
步骤28~31:主叫挂机,发送BYE消息到被叫双呼AS,被叫双呼AS发BYE消息到被叫终端,主被叫通话结束。
图8是根据本发明实施例主叫彩铃和被叫彩铃共存时双呼AS呼叫放音的信令流程图,如图8所示,包括:
步骤1~4:主叫终端UEA发起呼叫,经由核心网到达彩铃双呼AS,彩铃双呼AS呼出经核心网到UEB。被叫状态空闲发180消息到被叫双呼AS,被叫双呼AS向被叫侧发送180的PRACK响应,后续收到被叫侧的200PRACK消息。
步骤5~7:双呼AS根据被叫彩铃和主叫彩铃的优先级别选择行呼叫触发到主叫放音AS或者被叫放音AS(其中图中实线表示主叫彩铃优先,,如果被叫优先级高则走虚线流程),通过180消息获得和主叫终端协商后的彩铃媒体信息。
步骤8:双呼AS通过180消息带彩铃媒体经核心网发送到主叫终端,放音AS开始向主叫播放彩铃。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明实施例实现了如下技术效果:只需要对彩铃双呼AS实现冗余,在保证系统的安全的基础上,极大的减少了运营商的投资浪费,节省了运营商的开支。核心网控制节点的接口只需要部署双呼AS。同时在业务触发方式上,相关技术中需要同时触发被叫彩铃AS和主叫彩铃AS,就会造成被叫侧放音资源占用的浪费,而本发明实施例只需要双呼AS根据优先级来选择触发是被叫放音AS或者主叫放音AS,极大节省了放音资源。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的彩铃业务实现系统、装置及方法,具有以下有益效果:将呼叫和彩铃播放分离,能够有效避免单点故障,提高了彩铃业务的安全性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种彩铃业务实现系统,包括:第一服务器和第二服务器,其中,
    所述第一服务器,设置为响应主叫终端的呼叫,接续被叫终端;以及触发所述第二服务器向所述主叫终端播放彩铃;
    所述第二服务器,设置为响应所述第一服务器的触发,向所述主叫终端播放彩铃。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,播放的彩铃包括:所述主叫终端预设的主叫彩铃和所述被叫终端预设的被叫彩铃;
    所述第一服务器,还设置为根据预设规则确定向所述主叫终端播放所述主叫彩铃还是所述被叫彩铃,以及在触发所述第二服务器向所述被叫终端播放彩铃时,指示确定播放的彩铃;或者
    所述第二服务器,还设置为根据所述预设规则确定向所述主叫终端播放所述主叫彩铃还是所述被叫彩铃。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述预设规则包括:所述主叫彩铃的优先级和所述被叫彩铃的优先级;其中,当所述主叫彩铃的优先级高于所述被叫彩铃的优先级,向所述主叫终端播放所述主叫彩铃;当所述被叫彩铃的优先级高于所述被叫彩铃的优先级,向所述主叫终端播放所述被叫彩铃。
  4. 一种第一服务器,包括:
    通信接口,设置为与IP多媒体子系统以及第二服务器通信,其中,所述第二服务器设置为向终端放音;
    第一处理器,设置为响应主叫终端的呼叫,接续被叫终端;
    第二处理器,设置为触发所述第二服务器向所述主叫终端播放彩铃。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的第一服务器,其中,所述第二处理器,还设置为根据预设规则确定向所述主叫终端播放主叫彩铃还是被叫彩铃,以及在触发所述第二服务器向所述被叫终端播放彩铃时,指示确定播放的彩铃;其中,所述主叫彩铃为所述主叫终端预设的彩铃,所述被叫彩铃为所述被叫终端预设的彩铃。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的第一服务器,其中,所述预设规则包括:所述主叫彩铃的优先级和所述被叫彩铃的优先级;其中,当所述主叫彩铃的优先级高于所述被叫彩铃的优先级,向所述主叫终端播放所述主叫彩铃;当所述被叫彩铃的优先级高于所述被叫彩铃的优先级,向所述主叫终端播放所述被叫彩铃。
  7. 一种彩铃业务实现方法,包括:
    第一服务器响应主叫终端的呼叫,接续被叫终端;
    所述第一服务器触发第二服务器向所述主叫终端播放彩铃,其中,所述第二服务器设置为响应所述第一服务器的触发,向所述主叫终端播放彩铃。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    所述第一服务器根据预设规则确定向所述主叫终端播放主叫彩铃还是被叫彩铃;其中,所述主叫彩铃为所述主叫终端预设的彩铃,所述被叫彩铃为所述被叫终端预设的彩铃;
    所述第一服务器在触发所述第二服务器向所述被叫终端播放彩铃时,指示确定播放的彩铃。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述预设规则包括:所述主叫彩铃的优先级和所述被叫彩铃的优先级;其中,当所述主叫彩铃的优先级高于所述被叫彩铃的优先级,向所述主叫终端播放所述主叫彩铃;当所述被叫彩铃的优先级高于所述被叫彩铃的优先级,向所述主叫终端播放所述被叫彩铃。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,第一服务器响应主叫终端的呼叫,接续被叫终端,包括:
    所述第一服务器响应所述主叫终端通过IP多媒体子系统发起的所述呼叫,通过所述IP多媒体子系统接续所述被叫终端。
  11. 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,触发第二服务器向所述主叫终端播放彩铃之前,还包括:
    所述第一服务器确定是否播放彩铃;
    当确定播放彩铃时,所述第一服务器触发第二服务器向所述主叫终端播放彩铃。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第一服务器确定是否播放彩铃,包括:
    所述第一服务器接收所述被叫终端发送的第一消息,其中,所述第一消息设置为指示所述被叫终端的状态;
    当所述第一消息指示所述被叫终端为空闲状态时,所述第一服务器确定播放彩铃。
  13. 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一服务器触发第二服务器向所述主叫终端播放彩铃,包括:
    所述第一服务器向所述第二服务器发起呼叫请求,其中,所述呼叫请求中携带有所述主叫终端的信息。
  14. 一种彩铃业务实现装置,位于第一服务器,包括:
    接续模块,设置为响应主叫终端的呼叫,接续被叫终端;
    触发模块,设置为触发第二服务器向所述主叫终端播放彩铃,其中,所述第二服务器设置为响应所述第一服务器的触发,向所述主叫终端播放彩铃。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,
    还包括:第一确定模块,还设置为根据预设规则确定向所述主叫终端播放主叫彩铃还是被叫彩铃;其中,所述主叫彩铃为所述主叫终端预设的彩铃,所述被叫彩铃为所述被叫终端预设的彩铃;
    所述触发模块,还设置为在触发所述第二服务器向所述被叫终端播放彩铃时,指示确定播放的彩铃。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述预设规则包括:所述主叫彩铃的优先级和所述被叫彩铃的优先级;其中,当所述主叫彩铃的优先级高于所述被叫彩铃的优先级,向所述主叫终端播放所述主叫彩铃;当所述被叫彩铃的优先级高于所述被叫彩铃的优先级,向所述主叫终端播放所述被叫彩铃。
  17. 根据权利要求14至16中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述接续模块,设置为响应所述主叫终端通过IP多媒体子系统发起的所述呼叫,通过所述IP多媒体子系统接续所述被叫终端。
  18. 根据权利要求14至16中任一项所述的装置,其中,还包括:第二确定模块,设置为确定是否播放彩铃。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述第二确定模块,包括:
    接收单元,设置为接收所述被叫终端发送的第一消息,其中,所述第一消息设置为指示所述被叫终端的状态;
    确定单元,设置为当所述第一消息指示所述被叫终端为空闲状态时,确定播放彩铃。
  20. 根据权利要求14至16中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述触发模块,设置为向所述第二服务器发起呼叫请求,其中,所述呼叫请求中携带有所述主叫终端的信息。
