具体的, 手环 11为具备一定的装饰功能和电子功能的设备, 手环 11可 以是具有装饰作用的戴在手腕部位的环形装饰物, 或者具有电子功能的可以 检测脉搏等人体健康状况的智能手环, 也可以是与智能手机实现无线同歩连 接、 具有接听电话功能的智能手环, 本发明对此不加以限制。 手环 11的组成 材料例如可以是较软的可变形的材料, 也可以是较硬的材料, 如皮质、 金属 等。手环 11包括呈 U形的手环主体 12,用户可以通过手环主体 12的 U型缺 口将手环 11佩戴在手腕上。 在手环的 U形体两端分别有第一端部 13和第二 端部 14, 且第一端部 13和第二端部 14形成一个安装台面, 可以用以安装耳 机 15。 当用户使用耳机 15 时, 可以从安装台面上拆卸下来; 使用完毕后, 可将耳机 15重新安装在安装台面上,实现了手环 11与耳机 15的自由结合与 分离。在耳机 15固定安装在安装台面上时, 耳机 15与手环 11共同形成一个 封闭的环形体, 以供用户进行佩戴, 可以有效地利用现有空间容纳耳机。
本发明实施例提供的终端设备, 通过将手环主体的第一端部和第二端部 形成一个安装台面, 耳机被活动安装在安装台面上, 当用户使用耳机时, 可 以从安装台面上进行拆卸, 使用完毕后, 可将耳机重新安装在安装台面。 在 耳机安装在安装台面上时, 耳机与手环共同形成一个封闭的环形体, 供用户 进行佩戴, 以减小终端设备占用空间的大小, 使用户便于携带。
下面采用几个具体的实施例, 对耳机和手环的连接方式进行详细说明。 图 3为本发明实施例二提供的终端设备的结构示意图, 图 4为本发明实 施例二提供的终端设备中的耳机在被使用时的耳机的结构示意图, 图 5为本 发明实施例二提供的终端设备中的耳机在未被使用时的耳机的结构示意图, 图 6为本发明实施例二提供的终端设备中耳机与手环分离时, 手环的结构示 意图。 如图 4所示, 耳机 15包括耳机主体 16, 在耳机主体 16底面的一端设 置有一用于容置耳机听筒 20的凹槽 18, 当用户将耳机 15从安装台面拆卸下
来进行使用时, 用户需要将耳机听筒 20从凹槽 18中旋转出来并置于耳内。 如图 5所示, 使用完毕之后, 用户将耳机听筒 20旋转折叠回凹槽 18中, 这 样不仅可以保护耳机听筒不受损坏, 提高耳机的使用寿命, 而且使终端设备 在佩戴时外观更加简洁。
如图 4和图 5所示, 在耳机主体 16底面且位于凹槽 18的周围设置至少 一个第一固定装置 19, 耳机主体 16底面的另一端且沿着耳机主体 16的延伸 方向上设置至少一个第二固定装置 17。 相应地, 如图 6所示, 在手环 11 的 第一端部 13上设置有至少一个与第一固定装置 19对应的第一匹配装置 22, 在第二端部 14上设置有至少一个与第二固定装置 17对应的第二匹配装置 21。
其中, 第一固定装置 19与第一匹配装置 22的配合方式可以为磁铁吸附 方式或为卡扣方式, 因此, 第一固定装置 19可以是吸铁石或者凸起部件, 对 应的, 第一匹配装置 22可以为铁制件或凹槽, 利用第一固定装置 19和第一 匹配装置 22配合使用, 可以实现耳机 15和手环 11的自由分离和结合, 以减 小终端设备占用空间的大小, 使用户便于携带。第二固定装置 17与第二匹配 装置 21的配合方式和第一固定装置 19与第一匹配装置 22的配合方式相同, 因此, 可以采用类似的结构进行连接, 此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的终端设备, 在耳机主体底面的一端设置用于容置耳 机听筒的凹槽, 不仅可以有效保护耳机听筒不受损坏, 提高耳机的使用寿命, 而且使终端设备的外观更加简洁; 更进一歩的, 通过在耳机和手环上分别设 置固定装置和匹配装置, 以实现耳机和手环的自由分离和结合, 以减小终端 设备占用空间的大小, 使用户便于携带。
图 7为本发明实施例三提供的终端设备的结构示意, 如图 7所示, 本实 施例的终端设备在图 3所示终端设备结构的基础上,在手环的第一端部 13和 第二端部 14之间还设置有安装平台 23,用于连接第一端部 13和第二端部 14, 安装平台 23与手环主体 12—体设置, 当用户不需要使用耳机 15时, 此时可 将其固定在安装平台 23上。
本发明实施例提供的终端设备, 在手环的第一端部和第二端部之间设置 一个安装平台, 当用户不需要使用耳机时, 将其固定在安装平台上, 可以有 效地增强耳机与手环连接的牢固性, 提高终端设备的稳定性。
图 8为本发明实施例四提供的终端设备中耳机与手环分离时, 手环的结
构示意图; 如图 8所示, 本实施例的终端设备在图 7所示终端设备结构的基 础上, 在手环主体 12中部位置上还可以设置有弹性伸缩部件 30, 用以调整 手环主体 12 的长度, 可以使终端设备佩戴更加简单。 其中, 弹性伸缩部件 30的组成材料可以是较软的可变形的材料, 也可以是较硬的材料, 本发明实 施例对此不加以限制。
本发明实施例提供的终端设备, 在手环主体的中部位置上设置弹性伸缩 部件, 用以调整手环主体的长度, 不仅可以使终端设备佩戴更简单, 而且可 以兼容用户不同粗细的手臂, 使终端设备的佩戴灵活性更高。
图 9为本发明实施例五提供的终端设备的结构示意,图 10为本发明实施 例五提供的终端设备中的耳机未被使用时的耳机的结构示意图, 如图 10所 示, 在沿着耳机主体 16的延伸方向上可以设置多个第二固定装置 17。如图 9 所示, 当用户不需要使用耳机时, 可以根据用户手臂粗细的不同, 选择合适 的第二固定装置 17与手环进行固定连接。
本发明实施例提供的终端设备, 在沿着耳机主体的延伸方向上设置多个 第二固定装置, 当用户不需要使用耳机时, 可选择合适的第二固定装置与手 环进行固定连接, 使终端设备的佩戴灵活性更高。
图 11为本发明实施例六提供的终端设备的结构示意图, 图 12为本发明 实施例六提供的终端设备中耳机与手环分离时, 手环的结构示意图, 图 13本 发明实施例六提供的终端设备中耳机与手环分离时, 耳机的结构示意图。 如 图 11所示, 在手环 11的第一端部上还设置有一端封闭的第一固定套 24, 在 第二端部上设置有一个固定凸台 25, 在第一固定套 24和固定凸台 25之间形 成一用于容置耳机主体 16的容置空间。
具体的, 如图 12所示, 在手环 11的第一端部上设置有一端封闭的第一 固定套 24, 在第二端部上设置一个固定凸台 25, 固定凸台 25上设置至少一 个匹配装置 26, 其中, 匹配装置 26可以为铁制件或凹槽。 相应的, 如图 13 所示,在耳机 15沿着耳机主体 16的延伸方向上设置有至少一个固定装置 27, 其中, 固定装置 27可以为吸铁石或凸起部件。 当用户不使用耳机 15时, 可 将耳机底部设置有凹槽的一端插入到第一固定套 24中,将耳机设置有固定装 置 27的一端以磁铁吸附或卡扣配合的方式固定在手环 11的固定凸台 25上。 当用户需要使用耳机 15时,将耳机 15从与固定凸台 25相固定的一端斜向上
拉起, 再从第一固定套 24中拔出, 以实现耳机和手环的自由分离与结合。 本实施例提供的终端设备, 在手环的第一端部上设置一端封闭的第一固 定套, 在第二端部上设置一个固定凸台, 当用户需要使用耳机时, 将耳机从 固定套中取出, 不需要使用时, 将耳机固定在手环的固定套中, 实现了耳机 和手环的自由分离和结合, 以减小终端设备占用空间的大小, 使用户便于携 带。
优选地, 如上所述的终端设备, 还可以在耳机主体底面且位于凹槽的周 围设置至少一个第一固定装置, 在耳机主体底面的另一端且沿着耳机主体的 延伸方向上设置至少一个第二固定装置, 相应地, 在手环的第一端部上设置 有至少一个与第一固定装置对应的第一匹配装置, 在第二端部上设置有至少 一个与第二固定装置对应的第二匹配装置。 利用第一固定装置和第一匹配装 置、 第二固定装置和第二匹配装置的配合使用, 可以有效地增强耳机与手环 连接的牢固性, 提高终端设备的稳定性。
图 14为本发明实施例七提供的终端设备的结构示意图, 图 15为本发明 实施例七提供的终端设备中耳机与手环分离时, 耳机的结构示意图。 如图 14 所示, 在手环 11 的安装平台上设置有一端封闭的第二固定套 28, 第二固定 套 28的长度与安装平台的长度相同, 第二固定套 28的上表面设置有用于推 出耳机 15的开槽 29。
具体的, 在安装平台上设置有一端封闭的第二固定套 28, 如图 15所示, 在耳机底面位于凹槽 18的两侧分别设置至少一个第一固定装置 19, 相应的, 在安装平台上第二固定套 28 封闭的一端设置有至少一个第一匹配装置。 其 中, 第一固定装置 19可以为吸铁石或吸铁石或凸起部件, 对应的, 第一匹配 装置可以为铁制件或凹槽。 当用户不使用耳机 15时, 将耳机 15设置有耳机 听筒 20的一端滑入第二固定套 28中, 使得第一固定装置与第一匹配装置相 配合将耳机 15固定在第二固定套 28中, 灵活的实现了耳机与手环的结合。 当用户使用耳机 15时, 从开槽 29中将耳机 15推出, 实现了耳机与手环的分 本实施例提供的终端设备, 在安装平台上设置一端封闭的第二固定套, 且该第二固定套的上表面设置一个开槽, 当用户使用耳机时, 将耳机从第二 固定套中推出, 不需要使用时, 用户将耳机固定在手环的第二固定套中, 实

优选地, 如上所述的终端设备, 还可以在耳机主体底面且位于凹槽的周 围设置至少一个第一固定装置, 在耳机主体底面的另一端且沿着耳机主体的 延伸方向上设置至少一个第二固定装置, 相应地, 在手环的第一端部上设置 有至少一个与第一固定装置对应的第一匹配装置, 在第二端部上设置有至少 一个与第二固定装置对应的第二匹配装置。 利用第一固定装置和第一匹配装 置、 第二固定装置和第二匹配装置的配合使用, 可以有效地增强耳机与手环 连接的牢固性, 提高终端设备的稳定性。
进一歩地, 如上所述的终端设备, 耳机听筒的一端与凹槽内的固定杆活 动连接, 另一端悬空设置, 当用户使用时, 将耳机听筒以凹槽内的固定杆为 圆心进行旋转, 使耳机听筒与耳机主体垂直, 用户将耳机听筒置入耳内, 以 使收听效果更好, 当用户不需要使用耳机时, 将耳机听筒以凹槽内的固定杆 为圆心进行旋转, 并将耳机听筒折叠进凹槽内, 不仅可以保护耳机听筒不受 损坏, 提高耳机的使用寿命, 而且使终端设备在佩戴时外观更加简洁。

Claims
1、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
手环, 所述手环包括呈 U形的手环主体, 以及分别位于所述手环主体两 端的第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部和所述第二端部形成一个安装台面; 耳机, 所述耳机被活动安装在所述安装台面上;
当所述耳机安装在所述安装台面上时, 所述耳机与所述手环共同形成一 个封闭的环形体。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述耳机包括耳机主 体, 所述耳机主体底面的一端设置有一用于容置耳机听筒的凹槽, 在所述耳 机主体底面且位于所述凹槽的周围设置至少一个第一固定装置, 所述耳机主 体底面的另一端且沿着所述耳机主体的延伸方向上设置至少一个第二固定装 置;
所述第一端部上设置有与所述第一固定装置对应的第一匹配装置, 所述 第二端部上设置有与所述第二固定装置对应的第二匹配装置。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述第一固定装置与 所述第一匹配装置的配合方式为磁铁吸附方式或为卡扣方式, 所述第二固定 装置与所述第二匹配装置的配合方式为磁铁吸附方式或为卡扣方式。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一项所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述第一端 部和所述第二端部之间还设置有用于连接所述第一端部和所述第二端部的安 装平台, 所述安装平台与所述手环主体一体设置。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 在所述第一端部上还 设置有一端封闭的第一固定套, 在所述第二端部上还设置有一固定凸台; 在 所述第一固定套和所述固定凸台之间形成一个用于容置所述耳机主体的容置 空间。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 在所述安装平台上还 设置有一端封闭的第二固定套, 所述第二固定套的长度与所述安装平台的长 度相同;
所述第二固定套的上表面设置有,从第二固定套中推出所述耳机的开槽。
7、 根据权利要求 1-6任一项所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述手环主 体中部位置上还设置有弹性伸缩部件, 用于调整所述手环主体的长度。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7任一项所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述耳机听 筒的一端与所述凹槽内的固定杆活动连接, 另一端悬空设置。
