一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫 技术领域
本发明涉及坐垫领域技术,尤其是指一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫。
背景技术
人们对健康的关注往往来自于生活中感受到身体的疼痛而起,身体的疼痛种类里与脊柱相关的却占了大部分,而且是由长时间的习惯累积形成,尤其是成长阶段对生理结构的定型更是影响重大,据统计,成长阶段的族群每天的坐姿约占了一天中的1/2到2/3的时间,成年后的族群也有超过半数是需要长时间坐在座位上的,特别是现代生活,电脑电视广泛普及,人们在工作中和家里经常使用电脑电视,由于坐姿的影响,大多数人的脊柱是前倾的呈C 型,久尔久之,脊柱和肌肉受力改变,进而发生肌肉紧张,导致腰背疼痛。在国外,治疗腰背疼痛的费用相当惊人,在中国,每年用于治疗这类腰背疼的医疗费用没有一个详细的数据,但据临床医生的经验,用于治疗腰背痛的费用也是非常高的。
一般坐垫并不能保持脊柱的生理性弯曲,所以在两脚掌自然着地的坐姿下,使用者骨盆前倾,这就引起尾骨、骶骨及脊柱的后弯,导致脊柱丧失了生理性弯曲而形成脊柱后弯的状态,在这种状态下上身的重量全部压在了尾骨、坐骨周边、下部腰椎、腰间盘及大腿后侧,从而加大了腰部或者尾骨的负担;再者,由于人们习惯于翘腿坐姿,这就加重了坐骨周边的负担,这也就导致上身的不均衡状态,从而引起骨骼变形。
当然,市场上也有针对这一类问题而改善的脊柱姿势保护坐垫,例如专利号CN 202143662 U所公开的一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其促使双腿展开, 也就使人不易翘腿, 在双腿保持平衡的基础上分散上身对诱导骨盆前弯和脊柱生理弯曲的尾骨、坐骨周边、下部腰椎或椎间盘、大腿部后部的重力,这不仅锻炼了双腿,也减轻了对腰部及尾骨的压力。因为不易形成骨盆后弯的构造,也就防止了使用者长时间处于脊柱后弯的姿势,使使用者保持良好的坐姿。然而由于其不能支撑起腰椎部位,特别是骶骨位置,长时间就坐时,很难长时间保持直立的坐姿。
据研究,骶骨是坐姿时的基础点,其能垂直于椅面则上半身的脊柱亦能较轻易垂直椅面,尤其是骶骨与腰椎第五节的椎体运动角度很小,而且各节的椎体之间运动角度也很小,所以当骶骨能保持垂直于椅面则相当程度制约了脊柱的弯曲,也就减轻了椎间盘的不均衡受力。而至今还没有一种是针对骶骨位置而设计的脊柱姿势保护坐垫。
在医学研究上发现坐姿可分为两类:一类是端正的神经较紧缩的坐姿基本上人体是近似90°,而且其骶骨以上脊柱是垂直受力于椅面,所以本发明的骶骨支撑能发挥很大的作用;另一类的坐姿是轻松的,斜躺的,平均分散上半身体重于椅背,而使脊柱中心线与椅面呈135度的斜度而且能有所直线支撑将是最舒适的轻松坐姿。本发明的背部支撑块就是因此而设计成。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其能使骶骨垂直于椅面从而使得脊柱较轻易就挺直,且适合各年龄阶段及不同习惯对舒适位置的不同需求,并具有美臀、塑型的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,包括有坐垫本体、用于抵住人体骶骨位置的骶骨支撑块;该坐垫本体为具弹性的硬质坐垫本体,坐垫本体是由5m/m以下片材经热塑成型的盆状结构,坐垫本体的表面贴附有柔软的缓冲发泡料,该骶骨支撑块设置于坐垫本体上,该骶骨支撑块与椅面垂直, 该骶骨支撑块的平板部位外覆柔软的缓冲发泡料,该坐垫本体与骶骨支撑块整体皆为硬度邵氏80A以上材料,且此坐垫整体为活动式。
作为一种优选方案,所述骶骨支撑块与坐垫本体一体成型。
作为一种优选方案,还包括有一支撑杆,该支撑杆设置于所述坐垫本体上,该坐垫本体的后方中心位置上设置有一通孔,所述支撑杆穿过该通孔并向上伸出该坐垫本体外,骶骨支撑块设置于所述支撑杆上端并位于坐垫本体的上方;所述骶骨支撑块包括有延伸杆以及设置于延伸杆上的板片,该延伸杆上设置有一活动套筒孔,该板片位于延伸杆的外侧面上,该活动套筒孔内设置有内螺牙,对应地该支撑杆的上端设置有外螺牙,配合利用支撑杆与活动套筒孔使得该骶骨支撑块螺合安装于该支撑杆的上端,转动该支撑杆,该骶骨支撑块可沿支撑杆的轴向上下活动。

作为一种优选方案,所述背部支撑块与骶骨支撑块为一体,该一体化的背部支撑块与椅面呈135°或90°,所述坐垫本体后方设置有支撑杆,该坐垫本体的后方中心位置上设置有一通孔,所述支撑杆经由该通孔与一体化背部支撑块的延伸杆相结合,并支撑坐垫本体的后倾重力。
作为一种优选方案,所述背部支撑块以及骶骨支撑块皆独立可活动地组合于坐垫本体上,所述坐垫本体后方设置有支撑杆,该坐垫本体的后方中心位置上设置有一通孔,所述支撑杆经由该通孔与骶骨支撑块的延伸杆以及背部支撑块相结合,并支撑坐垫本体的后倾重力。
作为一种优选方案,所述支撑杆的下端位置上还设置有一底座,该底座与椅面接触,坐垫本体和底座之间夹设有一斜度平衡块,该斜度平衡块套装于该支撑杆的下端;该斜度平衡块包括有筒体以及设置于筒体上端的垫片,该筒体套装于该支撑杆的下端外,该垫片置于所述坐垫本体底面上及筒体之间并与底面贴合。
作为一种优选方案,所述坐垫本体包括有与臀部弧度相适应的盆部以及与大腿底部接触的前部,所述前部由该盆部向前延伸而形成。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
一、通过设置骶骨支撑块,利用该骶骨支撑块抵住人体骶骨位置,并配合骶骨支撑块垂直于椅面,使得人体骶骨位置与椅面垂直,从而使得与骶骨相连接的腰椎骨能垂直于椅面,以达到脊柱姿势保护的目的,该背部支撑块兼有骶骨支撑块的功能,可调整成与椅面呈90°或者135°,与椅面呈135°时可以用于支撑人体背部,从而使得用户能保持一个舒适的状态,与椅面呈90°时,用于抵住人体骶骨位置。
二、该坐垫设计成弧形,能平均分散来自于骨盆的重量,具有塑型、定型及美臀的功能。
三、该坐垫为薄片活动式坐垫,可放置于不同椅子或位置上使用,携带方便。
四、该支撑杆可自由调节该骶骨支撑块的高低位置,使得骶骨支撑块还可抵于人体腰椎上,满足不同年龄阶段及不同习惯对舒适位置的不同需求。

具体实施方式
请参照图1所示,其显示出了本发明之第一较佳实施例的具体结构,包括有坐垫本体10以及骶骨支撑块20。
其中,所述坐垫本体10为一体成型而成,该坐垫本体10为呈弧形的薄片活动式坐垫,方便摆放任何位置坐下。该坐垫本体10为具弹性的硬质坐垫本体,该坐垫本体10为硬度邵氏80A以上的材料。该坐垫本体10是由5m/m以下片材经热塑成型的盆状结构,用以与臀部弧度相适应,并能支撑人体重量兼具塑型功能,为求触感的均衡,在此具弹性的硬质片材表面会同时贴附较柔软的缓冲发泡料得以功能与触感兼具。具体而言,所述坐垫本体10包括有与臀部弧度相适应的盆部11以及与大腿底部接触的前部12。该盆部11用于承接使用者的骨盆区域,所述前部12由该盆部11向前延伸而形成。该坐垫本体10的前沿位置上设置有手抓孔101,该手抓孔101便于用户携带,相应地,该手抓孔101也可以设置于坐垫本体10的不同位置上。
该骶骨支撑块20设置于该坐垫本体10上,在本实施例中,该骶骨支撑块20与坐垫本体10一体成型。该骶骨支撑块20与椅面垂直,用于抵住人体的骶骨位置,以使得人体的脊柱挺直。该骶骨支撑块20为硬度邵氏80A以上的材料,该骶骨支撑块20的平板部位外覆柔软的缓冲发泡料,才能达到与椅面垂直又需具支撑功能的靠垫。
请参照图2至图4所示,其显示出了本发明之第二较佳实施例的具体结构,本实施例的具体结构与前述第一较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
还包括有一支撑杆30,该支撑杆30设置于所述坐垫本体10后方位置上,该坐垫本体10的后方中心位置上设置有一通孔102,在本实施例中,该支撑杆30穿过前述通孔102并向上伸出该坐垫本体10外,并且该支撑杆30可转动地设置。
该骶骨支撑块20设置于该支撑杆30的上端并位于坐垫本体10的上方,具体而言,该骶骨支撑块20包括有一延伸杆21以及设置于延伸杆21上的板片22,该板片22位于延伸杆21的外侧面上,该延伸杆21上设置有一活动套筒孔211,该活动套筒孔211内设置有内螺牙,对应地该支撑杆30的上端设置有外螺牙,配合利用外螺牙与内螺牙使得骶骨支撑块20螺合安装于该支撑杆30的上端,通过转动支撑杆30,该骶骨支撑块20沿支撑杆30的轴向上下活动,实现该骶骨支撑块20不同高度的调整,如此通过调节该支撑杆30,该骶骨支撑块20还可抵于人体腰椎位置上,以适用于各年龄段及各种习惯对舒适位置的不同需求。当然,该安装方式并不局限于此,该骶骨支撑块20还可以串合安装于所述支撑杆30的上端(如图4所示)。
以及,该支撑杆30的下端位置上还设置有一底座40,该底座40与椅面接触,增加该坐垫的稳定性,且能防止该支撑杆30戳穿座椅。
此外,进一步包括有斜度平衡块50,该斜度平衡块50套装于该支撑杆30的下端并夹设于坐垫本体10和底座40之间,具体而言,该斜度平衡块50包括有筒体51以及设置于筒体51上端的垫片52,该筒体51套装于该支撑杆30的下端外,该垫片52抵于坐垫本体10底面上并与底面贴合。
请参照图5所示,其显示出了本发明之第三较佳实施例的具体结构,本实施例的具体结构与前述第二较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本实施例中,还包括有一用于支撑人体背部的背部支撑块60,该背部支撑块60设置于坐垫本体10上,所述背部支撑块60与坐垫本体10一体成型,该背部支撑块60与椅面呈135°设置,从而使得用户能保持一个舒适的状态;该骶骨支撑块20之延伸杆21与支撑杆30经由一活动扣件70相结合即可达到90°的支撑骶骨效果。当然,该背部支撑块60以及骶骨支撑块20也可皆独立可活动地组合于坐垫本体10上,所述支撑杆30经由该通孔102与骶骨支撑块20的延伸杆21以及背部支撑块60相结合,并支撑坐垫本体的后倾重力。
请参照图6至图7所示,其显示出了本发明之第四较佳实施例的具体结构,本实施例的具体结构与前述第三较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本实施例中,该背部支撑块60兼具骶骨支撑块20的功能,该背部支撑块60与椅面可呈135°或90°,当该背部支撑块60与椅面呈90°的状态下,可以用作骶骨支撑块20来支撑人体骶骨;当该背部支撑块60与椅面呈135°的状态下,可以用于支撑人体背部。
详述本实施例的工作原理如下:
该骶骨支撑块20抵在人体骶骨位置上,且该骶骨支撑块20垂直于椅面,使得与骶骨相连接的腰椎骨能垂直于椅面;当人坐在该坐垫时,对该坐垫产生压力,该弧形坐垫的设计,能平均分散来自于骨盆的重量;且该背部支撑块60与椅面呈135°时用于支撑人体背部,从而使得用户能保持一个舒适的状态。
本发明的设计重点在于:通过设置骶骨支撑块,利用该骶骨支撑块抵住人体骶骨位置,并配合骶骨支撑块垂直于椅面,使得人体骶骨位置与椅面垂直,从而使得与骶骨相连接的腰椎骨能垂直于椅面,以达到脊柱姿势保护的目的,该背部支撑块兼有骶骨支撑块的功能,可调整成与椅面呈90°或者135°,与椅面呈135°时可以用于支撑人体背部,从而使得用户能保持一个舒适的状态,与椅面呈90°时,用于抵住人体骶骨位置;且该坐垫设计成弧形,能平均分散来自于骨盆的重量,具有塑型、定型及美臀的功能;还有,该坐垫为薄片活动式坐垫,可放置于不同椅子或位置上使用,携带方便;此外,该支撑杆可自由调节该骶骨支撑块的高低位置,使得骶骨支撑块还可抵于人体腰椎上,满足不同年龄阶段及不同习惯对舒适位置的不同需求。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:包括有坐垫本体、用于抵住人体骶骨位置的骶骨支撑块;该坐垫本体为具弹性的硬质坐垫本体,坐垫本体是由5m/m以下片材经热塑成型的盆状结构,坐垫本体的表面贴附有柔软的缓冲发泡料,该骶骨支撑块设置于坐垫本体上,该骶骨支撑块与椅面垂直,该骶骨支撑块的平板部位外覆柔软的缓冲发泡料,该坐垫本体与骶骨支撑块整体皆为硬度邵氏80A以上材料,且此坐垫整体为活动式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:所述骶骨支撑块与坐垫本体一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:还包括有一支撑杆,该支撑杆设置于所述坐垫本体上,该坐垫本体的后方中心位置上设置有一通孔,所述支撑杆穿过该通孔并向上伸出该坐垫本体外,骶骨支撑块设置于所述支撑杆上端并位于坐垫本体的上方;所述骶骨支撑块包括有延伸杆以及设置于延伸杆上的板片,该延伸杆上设置有一活动套筒孔,该板片位于延伸杆的外侧面上,该活动套筒孔内设置有内螺牙,对应地该支撑杆的上端设置有外螺牙,配合利用支撑杆与活动套筒孔使得该骶骨支撑块螺合安装于该支撑杆的上端,转动该支撑杆,该骶骨支撑块可沿支撑杆的轴向上下活动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:还包括有一支撑杆,该支撑杆设置于所述坐垫本体上,该坐垫本体的后方中心位置上设置有一通孔,所述支撑杆穿过该通孔并向上伸出该坐垫本体外,骶骨支撑块设置于所述支撑杆上端并位于坐垫本体的上方;所述骶骨支撑块包括有延伸杆以及设置于延伸杆上的板片,该延伸杆上设置有一活动套筒孔,该板片位于延伸杆的外侧面上,配合利用支撑杆与活动套筒孔使得该骶骨支撑块串合安装于该支撑杆的上端。
  5. 一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:包括有坐垫本体、用于抵住人体骶骨位置的骶骨支撑块以及用于支撑人体背部的背部支撑块;该坐垫本体为具弹性的硬质坐垫本体,坐垫本体是由5m/m以下片材经热塑成型的盆状结构,坐垫本体的表面贴附有柔软的缓冲发泡料,所述骶骨支撑块以及背部支撑块均设置在坐垫本体上,该骶骨支撑块与椅面垂直, 该骶骨支撑块的平板部位外覆柔软的缓冲发泡料,该坐垫本体与骶骨支撑块整体皆为硬度邵氏80A以上材料,且此坐垫整体为活动式。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:所述背部支撑块与坐垫本体一体成型,所述坐垫本体后方设置有支撑杆,该坐垫本体的后方中心位置上设置有一通孔,所述支撑杆经由该通孔与骶骨支撑块的延伸杆相结合,并支撑坐垫本体的后倾重力。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:所述背部支撑块与骶骨支撑块为一体,该一体化的背部支撑块与椅面呈135°或90°,所述坐垫本体后方设置有支撑杆,该坐垫本体的后方中心位置上设置有一通孔,所述支撑杆经由该通孔与一体化背部支撑块的延伸杆相结合,并支撑坐垫本体的后倾重力。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:所述背部支撑块以及骶骨支撑块皆独立可活动地组合于坐垫本体上,所述坐垫本体后方设置有支撑杆,该坐垫本体的后方中心位置上设置有一通孔,所述支撑杆经由该通孔与骶骨支撑块的延伸杆以及背部支撑块相结合,并支撑坐垫本体的后倾重力。
  9. 根据权利要求3、4、6、7或8所述的一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:所述支撑杆的下端位置上还设置有一底座,该底座与椅面接触,坐垫本体和底座之间夹设有一斜度平衡块,该斜度平衡块套装于该支撑杆的下端;该斜度平衡块包括有筒体以及设置于筒体上端的垫片,该筒体套装于该支撑杆的下端外,该垫片置于所述坐垫本体底面上及筒体之间并与底面贴合。
  10. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种脊柱姿势保护坐垫,其特征在于:所述坐垫本体包括有与臀部弧度相适应的盆部以及与大腿底部接触的前部,所述前部由该盆部向前延伸而形成。
