Claims (3)

  1.  1条の幅広の包装フィルムをフィルム搬送方向に沿って複数条にスリットして多列の包装フィルムとし、所定速度で連続搬送される多列の包装フィルムのそれぞれを、搬送方向に沿って配設される円筒状のフォーマーの外周に巻き付けるようにして略円筒状にすると共に開放側を重畳させ、該重畳部分に対して縦シールを施して筒状包装袋を形成した後、横シール装置により横シールを施すと共に、該筒状包装袋内に原料充填装置を介して内容物を充填し、その後に筒状包装袋の上側部分に横シールを施して封止することで3方がシールされた包装体を多列で同時に連続的に生産する多列式自動包装機であって、
     前記縦シール装置が、
     所定温度に制御される縦シール用ベルトを備え、
     該縦シール用ベルトを、前記重畳部分を間に挟んでフォーマーに押し付けながら、所定速度で連続搬送される包装フィルムと同じ速度で包装フィルムの搬送方向に沿った方向に回転させて縦シールを施すと共に、
     横シール装置が所定速度で連続搬送される包装フィルムに同期して上下動して、包装袋の下側部分に対応する場所に横シールを施した後、包装袋の上側部分に対応する場所に横シールを施すことを特徴とする多列式自動包装機。
