近几年来,智能化电视的发展己经如火如荼,越来越多的技术在电视上得到了应用与实现,智能化注定成为电视行业未来几年内的发展趋势。在智能电视中集成一种视力保护功能,利用电视时钟,根据预设时间段,定期进行护眼,以保护观看过程中的眼睛疲劳。然而,现有技术定期进行护眼,有可能会造成操作不便。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种基于智能电视的护眼方法及智能电视,以解决现有技术中定期进行护眼,造成操作不便的问题。
本申请实施例的目的之一在于提供了一种基于智能电视的护眼方法,包括:当到达预先设定的护眼时间点时,根据所述智能电视的当前操作信息判断所述智能电视是否适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼;当所述智能电视适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼,则进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
本申请实施例的目的之一在于提供了一种智能电视,包括:判断单元,设置为当到达预先设定的护眼时间点时,根据所述智能电视的当前操作信息判断所述智能电视是否适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼;护眼单元,设置为当所述智能电视适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼,则进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
本申请实施例提供的基于智能电视的护眼方法及智能电视,根据实际情况,预先设定护眼时间点,当在到达预先设定的护眼时间点的情况下,需要优选根据智能电视的当前操作信息判断在该护眼时间点是否适合进 行护眼,并在适合进行护眼的时间点进行护眼,因此,本申请通过对智能电视的当前操作信息进行是否进行护眼的判断,从而避免了护眼时给智能电视的当前操作造成的不便。

步骤203:如果所述累计人眼疲劳时长超过预设阈值,则在所述累计人眼疲劳时长超过预设阈值的时间点,进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
根据上述方案,根据实际情况中的智能电视各项操作的信息,从而获得智能电视进行各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长,当累计人眼疲劳时长超过预设阈值时,说明人眼疲劳达到了一定程度,在该程度下进行护眼为最佳时间点,从而避免了护眼时,给智能电视的当前操作造成的不便。

如图3所示,本申请实施例提供了一种基于智能电视的护眼方法,该方法包括:
步骤301:根据智能电视的各项操作,预先设定护眼时间点;
其中,该设定的护眼时间点为预设时间点或者所述智能电视进行各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长超过预设阈值的时间点。
在智能电视中的各项操作可以包括:观看视频、玩游戏、浏览网页、看图片等。根据智能电视中的各项操作,可以预先设定不同的护眼时间点,各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长为所述智能电视进行各项操作的时长与各项操作的疲劳因子的乘积。
例如,以预设阈值60为例,以观看视频为正常程度,即疲劳因子为1,可以设定护眼的时间点为,从观看初始时间点每经过一个小时,则智能电视累计人眼疲劳时长为60分钟*1超过阈值60,则到达一次护眼时间点。在玩游戏时,由于玩游戏可能需要一直盯着屏幕中的游戏动画,因此疲劳因子较高,以疲劳因子为1.3为例,可以设定护眼的时间点位,从玩游戏初始时间点每经过46分钟,则智能电视累计人眼疲劳时长为46分钟*1.3,则到达一次护眼时间点。或者,先观看视频30分钟,在玩游戏24分钟,则累计人眼疲劳时长为30分钟*1+24分钟*1.3,则累计人眼疲劳时长超过了阈值60,则 进行护眼。
因此,通过对智能电视中不同的操作,进行不同的护眼时间点的设定,从而从实际情况出发,更能实现正确、科学的护眼。
在本申请实施例中,还可以利用智能电视上的外接摄像头来记录人眼睁开的总时间,以估算人眼疲劳程度。
在本申请一优选实施例中,还可以对一天的时间进行时段划分以实现多模式的护眼操作。
例如,将一天的时间划分的时段可以包括:上午、下午、傍晚、深夜等。
根据上述例子,在上午的护眼模式可以为:观看视频时,设定护眼的时间点为,从观看初始时间点每经过一个小时,智能电视到达一次护眼时间点。在深夜的护眼模式可以为:观看视频时,设定护眼的时间点为,从观看初始时间点每经过四十分钟,智能电视到达一次护眼时间点。
根据上述方案,从而实现了不同模式下的不同护眼时间点的设定。
步骤302:当到达预先设定的护眼时间点时,根据所述智能电视的当前操作信息判断所述智能电视是否适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼;
步骤303:当所述智能电视适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼,则进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
智能电视在各项操作的进行过程中,当到达预先设定的护眼时间点时,需要获取智能电视的当前操作信息。
其中,当前操作信息可以包括:当前操作的运行时间或当前操作在新一轮的开始的运行时间,当前操作的剩余结束时间或当前操作在新一轮的开始之后的剩余结束时间等。
优选地,当所述智能电视不适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼,则根据所述智能电视的当前操作信息获取适合进行护眼的时间点,并在所述适合进行护眼的时间点进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
例如,观看视频时,观看的该视频总时间为125分钟,预设的护眼时间为60分钟。根据获取智能电视的当前操作信息,开始观看视频的时间是早上8点,在该视频播放的时间长度为60分钟,剩余结束时间为65分钟,此时到达预先设定的护眼时间点,因此在该护眼时间点,判断该智能电视是否适合进行护眼,由于该时间点所对应的视频播放长度在视频总时间的中间时段, 因此此时适合进行护眼。
当该视频播放的时间长度为120分钟,剩余结束时间为5分钟,此时到达预先设定的护眼时间点,因此在该护眼时间点,判断该智能电视是否适合进行护眼,由于该视频的剩余结束时间为5分钟,因此在该结束后,只有5分钟的视频播放时间,因此可以在视频播放结束后进行护眼。
例如,玩游戏,该游戏包括至少一个关卡,每玩46分钟护眼一次,根据玩游戏的初始时间,目前到达第46分钟预设的护眼时间点,根据获取智能电视的当前操作信息,获知此时游戏正在当前关卡游戏过程中,因此需要在当前关卡结束之后进行护眼,等等。
在本申请实施例中,在进行护眼时,智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作,以使云视频服务器推送相关护眼内容;
智能电视选择云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容,并将选择结果返回云视频服务器,以使云视频服务器在所述智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作的情况下,推送所述选择结果中所述智能电视选择的云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容。

步骤402:获取所述智能电视进行各项操作的信息;
在智能电视中的各项操作可以包括:观看视频、玩游戏、浏览网页、看图片等。由于各项操作在相同时间内使人眼疲劳程度不同,因此需要根据智能电视中的各项操作,设定对应的预设阈值。
步骤403:根据所述智能电视进行各项操作的信息获得所述智能电视进行各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长;
其中,各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长为智能电视进行各项操作的时长与各项操作的疲劳因子的乘积。
例如,以预设阈值60为例,以观看视频为正常程度,即疲劳因子为1,可以设定护眼的时间点为,从观看初始时间点每经过一个小时,则智能电视累计人眼疲劳时长为60分钟*1超过阈值60,则到达一次护眼时间点。在玩游戏时,由于玩游戏可能需要一直盯着屏幕中的游戏动画,因此疲劳因子较高,以疲劳因子为1.3为例,可以设定护眼的时间点位,从玩游戏初始时间点每经过46分钟,则智能电视累计人眼疲劳时长为46分钟*1.3,则到达一次护眼时间点。或者,先观看视频30分钟,在玩游戏24分钟,则累计人眼疲劳时长为30分钟*1+24分钟*1.3,则累计人眼疲劳时长超过了阈值60,则进行护眼。
通过对智能电视中不同的操作,设定不同的预设阈值,从而从实际情况 出发,更能实现正确、科学的护眼。

步骤404:如果所述累计人眼疲劳时长超过预设阈值,则在所述累计人眼疲劳时长超过预设阈值的时间点,进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
在本申请一优选实施例中,还可以对一天的时间进行时段划分以实现多模式的护眼操作。
例如,将一天的时间划分的时段可以包括:上午、下午、傍晚、深夜等。
根据上述例子,在上午的护眼模式可以为:观看视频时,设定护眼的累计人眼疲劳时长为60,每次观看累计人眼疲劳时长到达60时,智能电视进行一次护眼。在深夜的护眼模式可以为:观看视频时,设定护眼的累计人眼疲劳时长为40,每次观看累计人眼疲劳时长到达40时,智能电视进行一次护眼。
进一步的,当所述智能电视不适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼,则根据所述智能电视的当前操作信息获取适合进行护眼的时间点,并在所述适合进行护眼的时间点进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
通过所设定的护眼的累计人眼疲劳时长和统计的每次观看累计人眼疲劳时长进行判断更加客观,但是在实际执行时,也要结合用户当前操作的状态。
例如,观看视频时,该视频播放的时间长度为45分钟,所设定的护眼的累计人眼疲劳时长为40分钟,当本次观看累计人眼疲劳时长到达40时,剩余结束时间为5分钟,此时到达的护眼时间点,因此在该护眼时间点,判断该智能电视是否适合进行护眼,由于该视频的剩余结束时间为5分钟,因此在该结束后,只有5分钟的视频播放时间,因此可以在视频播放结束后进行护眼。
例如,玩游戏,该游戏包括至少一个关卡,关卡游戏时长约46分钟,根据玩游戏的初始时间,所设定的护眼的累计人眼疲劳时长为40分钟,目前到达第40分钟时,根据获取智能电视的当前操作信息,获知此时游戏正在当前关卡游戏过程中,因此需要在当前关卡结束之后进行护眼,等等。
在本申请实施例中,在进行护眼时,智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作,以使云视频服务器推送相关护眼内容;
智能电视选择云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容,并将选择结果返回云视频服务器,以使云视频服务器在所述智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作的情况下,推送所述选择结果中所述智能电视选择的云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容。

例如,智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作,云视频服务器推送相关护眼内容可以包括:智能地播放眼保健操的音乐或播放眼保健操教学动画等内容。也可以在时,展示供选择的音乐名称。智能电视对云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容进行选择,并将选择结果,如选择的音乐名称等,将选择结果返回云视频服务器,以使云视频服务器在智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作的情况下,推送选择结果中智能电视选择的云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容。该方案通过智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作,从而使云视频服务器提供相关护眼内容的,以及云视频服务器接收智能电视发送的选择结果,从而在之后的智能电视与云视频服务器的交互操作过程中的相关护眼内容的快速,从而节省了选择过程的时间。
本申请实施例中的还可以根据用户预先的设置内容进行,如内容为备忘的事情等。
由于该操作是在当前操作的进行过程中进行的,因此在结束后,继续进行当前操作,从而使得护眼不影响当前操作的进程。
根据上述方案,根据实际情况中的智能电视各项操作的信息,从而获得智能电视进行各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长,当累计人眼疲劳时长超过预设阈值时,说明人眼疲劳达到了一定程度,在该程度下进行护眼为最佳时间点,从而避免了护眼时,给智能电视的当前操作造成的不便。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种基于智能电视的护眼方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当到达预先设定的护眼时间点时,根据所述智能电视的当前操作信息判断所述智能电视是否适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼;
    当所述智能电视适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼,则进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护眼方法,其特征在于,
    所述护眼时间点为预设时间点或者所述智能电视进行各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长超过预设阈值的时间点。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的护眼方法,其特征在于,
    所述各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长为所述智能电视进行各项操作的时长与各项操作的疲劳因子的乘积。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的护眼方法,其特征在于,
    所述当前操作信息,进一步包括:当前操作的运行时间或当前操作在新一轮的开始的运行时间,当前操作的剩余结束时间或当前操作在新一轮的开始之后的剩余结束时间;
    所述智能电视进行的各项操作,进一步包括以下一种或多种的组合:观看视频、玩游戏、浏览网页、看图片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的护眼方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述智能电视不适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼,则根据所述智能电视的当前操作信息获取适合进行护眼的时间点,并在所述适合进行护眼的时间点进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的护眼方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作,以使所述云视频服务器推送相关护眼内容;
    所述智能电视选择所述云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容,并将选择结果返回所述云视频服务器,以使所述云视频服务器在所述智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作的情况下,推送所述选择结果中所述智能电视选择的云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容。
  7. 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的护眼方法,其特征在于,所述在进行护眼并暂停当前操作之后,进一步包括:
    护眼结束后继续进行所述当前操作。
  8. 一种智能电视,其特征在于,包括:
    判断单元,设置为当到达预先设定的护眼时间点时,根据所述智能电视的当前操作信息判断所述智能电视是否适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼;
    护眼单元,设置为当所述智能电视适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼,则进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能电视,其特征在于,
    所述护眼时间点为预设时间点或者所述智能电视进行各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长超过预设阈值的时间点。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能电视,其特征在于,
    所述各项操作的累计人眼疲劳时长为所述智能电视进行各项操作的时长与各项操作的疲劳因子的乘积。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的智能电视,其特征在于,
    所述当前操作信息,进一步包括:当前操作的运行时间或当前操作在新一轮的开始的运行时间,当前操作的剩余结束时间或当前操作在新一轮的开始之后的剩余结束时间;
    所述智能电视进行的各项操作,进一步包括以下一种或多种的组合:观看视频、玩游戏、浏览网页、看图片。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的智能电视,其特征在于,
    所述护眼单元,还设置为当所述智能电视不适合在所述护眼时间点进行护眼,则根据所述智能电视的当前操作信息获取适合进行护眼的时间点,并在所述适合进行护眼的时间点进行护眼并暂停当前操作。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的智能电视,其特征在于,
    所述护眼单元,还设置为所述智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作,以使云视频服务器推送相关护眼内容;智能电视选择云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容,并将选择结果返回云视频服务器,以使云视频服务器在所述智能电视与云视频服务器进行交互操作的情况下,推送所述选择结果中所述智能电视选择的云视频服务器推送的相关护眼内容。
  14. 根据权利要求8~13中任一项所述的智能电视,其特征在于,
    所述护眼单元,还设置为护眼结束后继续进行所述当前操作。
