Description

可拆卸内桶的波轮洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣机,尤其涉及一种方便使用者清洗的可拆卸内桶的波轮洗衣机。
背景技术
目前,公知的洗衣机在使用后会有大量污物、细菌存留在外桶和内桶上,虽然公知的洗衣机的水桶壁上设置可拆卸的网袋或者带滤网的过滤盒来过滤洗衣过程中产生的各种杂质颗粒,洗完衣物后会有大量污物,细菌存留在外桶和内桶之间,污染桶壁并产生异味,而且需要清洁洗衣机时,由于洗衣机的外桶与内桶固定连接在一起,只能清洗洗衣机内桶的内部,外桶和内桶之间无法清洗,造成污物和细菌留存衍生,再次洗衣时,对洗涤物造成二次污染并产生异味,洗衣机在工作完后,桶内潮湿,也会滋生很多细菌。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于针对现有技术由于洗衣机的外桶与内桶固定连接在一起,只能清洗洗衣机内桶的内部,外桶和内桶之间无法清洗,造成污物和细菌留存衍生,再次洗衣时,对洗涤物造成二次污染并产生异味的缺陷,提供一种洗衣机的内桶、与外筒之间设置轴向和周向定位装置,能方便将内桶拿出清洗,方便放回、洗衣环境清洁、清洗内外桶方便的可拆卸内桶的波轮洗衣机。
解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:
一种可拆卸内桶的波轮洗衣机,包括箱体、搅拌器、外桶,内桶和传动机构,传动机构置于外桶的底部,所述内桶底部的法兰上固定有导磁体,导磁体上设置有花键槽,花键槽的中间部位设有孔;搅拌器主要由中心轴、波轮组成,波轮与中心轴为一体置于内桶内,传动机构上设有碳刷;中心轴上设有卡槽,中心轴从孔中穿过与内桶底部卡接,搅拌器的底部设有与导磁体花键槽同轴的连接槽;所述的传动机构主要由传动轴、电磁体组成,传动轴的前端固定安装电磁体,电磁体上设有与导磁体花键槽配合的花键,花键槽、花键组成内、外桶的轴向定位装置。
进一步,所述的搅拌器与内桶间隙配合。
进一步,所述的搅拌器的中心轴为管状结构,中心轴的长度大于内桶的厚度。
进一步,搅拌器的中心轴是外花键轴。
进一步,所述的内桶底部设置有花键槽,传动机构上设有与内桶花键槽配合的花键。
进一步,所述的传动轴上设有两条前后排布的滑道。
进一步,所述的传动轴是多边形轴,内桶的底部法兰上设有与多边形轴配合的多边形形凹槽,多边形轴与多边形凹槽连接组成轴向定位装置。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明设置了导磁体、电磁体、花键槽、花键,由花键槽、花键等组成内、外桶的轴向定位装置和轴向传动装置,需要对洗衣机内外桶清洗时,电磁体断电,没有磁性产生,将轴向固定装置移除即可将内桶拿出进行清洗,消毒,使洗衣机内保持清洁,创造无污染的洗衣环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述。
本实施例公开了一种可拆卸内桶的波轮洗衣机,这种洗衣机是对现有波轮洗衣机的改进,改进的部位是:在内桶2的底部法兰3加装导磁体8,传动机构15上加装电磁体4,(内桶和传动机构)并设置花键7、花键槽6以及连接槽13组成机械轴向定位装置,通过轴向定位装置方便地将内桶2取出、放回,实现清洗内、外桶的目的。具体结构见附图1-4。
波轮洗衣机为立式结构,内桶2、外桶1分别置于箱体内,传动机构5置于外桶1的底部,内桶底部(外壁底部)法兰3上固定安装导磁体8,见图2,导磁体8为圆环形结构,导磁体8还可以是三角形或方形,代替花键与传动机构轴向定位。导磁体8上设置有花键槽6,花键槽6的中间部位设有圆孔9。搅拌器安装在内桶2内,与内桶2间隙配合。见图3,搅拌器由中心轴10、波轮13组成,波轮13与中心轴10为一体置于内桶2内,中心轴10为管状结构, 中心轴10的长度仅大于内桶2的厚度。中心轴10上设有卡槽11,中心轴10从圆孔9中穿过,卡槽11与内桶2的外壁底部卡接。搅拌器的中心轴10还可以采用外花键轴。
为了实现导磁体8与电磁体4吸合,在波轮13的底部设置有与花键槽6同轴的连接槽14。
见图4,传动机构5由电磁体4、传动盘、传动轴15、皮带轮组成,传动轴15的前端固定安装电磁体4,电磁体4上设有与搅拌器的底部花键槽6配合的花键7,导磁体8、电磁体4、花键槽6、花键7组成内、外桶的轴向定位装置。传动轴15上设有两条前后排布的滑道,传动轴15上安装有为电磁体4供电的碳刷12,碳刷12用支架支撑与传动轴15垂直固定在传动轴15上,工作时,碳刷12与传动轴上的滑道摩擦为电磁体4供电。

实施例3:传动机构5的传动轴15是多边形轴,比如方轴或三角轴,内桶2的外壁底部法兰的导磁体8上设有与方轴配合的方形凹槽,方轴与方形凹槽连接组成轴向定位装置。传动轴15是三角轴,内桶2的外壁底部法兰的导磁体8上设有与三角轴配合的三角形凹槽,三角轴与三角形凹槽连接组成轴向定位装置。
实施例4:洗衣机不设置电磁体4和导磁体8,内桶2和外桶相互由机械传动,比如说花键和方轴,在波轮中心用一个螺栓拧接传动机构5,使内桶和波轮不会浮起,需要清洗时将波轮中心螺栓拆除,即可将内桶2拿下。
本发明的工作原理:
工作时,电磁体4通电产生磁性,将内桶2吸附在传动机构5上,电磁体4与导磁体8(内桶1和传动机构)相互的机械传动和中心定位也相应配合,在洗衣机进行洗涤、漂洗时,内桶2与传动机构5同步运转,不会被洗涤液的浮力和内桶2的晃动与传动机构5脱离,搅拌器与内桶2为间隙配合(过度配合),传动机构5给予扭力可以在内筒2上左右旋转,搅拌器的中心轴10为管状结构(凸起缘)(外花键轴),由于管状结构(凸起缘)上有一卡槽11(止推边缘),搅拌器不会被洗涤液的浮力而浮起。脱水时,内桶2与传动机构5同步运转,不会因为洗涤物的偏心产生晃动与传动机构5脱离,如在运转中突然 断电,电磁体4和导磁体8失去其功能,由于电磁体4和导磁体8(内桶和传动机构)相互有机械传动机构和中心定位部分,不会对机器本身造成任何损坏。如使用者对洗衣机内外桶进行清洗时,电磁体4断电,没有产生磁性,将轴向固定装置移除,即可将内桶2拿出进行清洗。另外,本洗衣机上盖上安装有开关,上盖打开时,洗衣机无法运转,洗衣机运转时上盖无法打开。上盖用于需要拿出内桶2时使用。其上安装有开关,上盖打开时,洗衣机无法运转,洗衣机运转时上盖无法打开。
