工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种未读消息的处理方法、装置及系统,具有以下有益效果:由于是由用户可选地接收未读消息的详情,所以降低了网络流量的使用,并且由于并没有以此将全部未读消息都接收下来,从而能够令用户在一个终端观看了一部分未读消息的详情之后,还可以使用其他终端登录后继续观看其他的未读消息,方便用户使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种未读消息的处理方法,包括:
    客户端与服务器同步未读消息的概况;
    所述客户端接收用户设置为查看一个或多个所述未读消息的查看指令;
    所述客户端根据所述查看指令从所述服务器获取所述一个或多个未读消息的详情。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在客户端与服务器同步未读消息的概况之前,还包括:
    所述客户端接收到所述服务器发来的未读消息更新通知;或者,
    所述客户端与所述服务器建立连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述客户端根据所述查看指令从所述服务器获取所述一个或多个未读消息的详情之后,还包括:
    所述客户端与服务器同步更新后的未读消息的概况。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述未读消息的概况包括以下至少之一:
    所述未读消息的数量,所述未读消息的队列,所述未读消息的摘要。
  5. 一种未读消息的处理方法,包括:
    服务器将未读消息的概况同步给客户端;
    所述服务器接收所述客户端设置为查看一个或多个所述未读消息的查看指示;
    所述服务器根据所述查看指示将所述一个或多个未读消息的详情发送给所述客户端,并更新未读消息的概况。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在服务器将未读消息的概况同步给客户端之前,还包括:
    所述服务器接收到未读消息;
    所述服务器判断所述客户端对应的用户是否在线;
    如果在线,所述服务器向所述客户端发送未读消息更新通知;如果不在线,所述服务器存储所述未读消息的详情,并更新未读消息的概况。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,所述未读消息的概况包括以下至少之一:
    所述未读消息的数量,所述未读消息的队列,所述未读消息的摘要。
  8. 一种未读消息的处理装置,位于客户端,包括:
    第一同步模块,设置为与服务器同步未读消息的概况;
    第一接收模块,设置为接收用户设置为查看一个或多个所述未读消息的查看指令;
    获取模块,设置为根据所述查看指令从所述服务器获取所述一个或多个未读消息的详情。
  9. 一种未读消息的处理装置,位于服务器,包括:
    第二同步模块,设置为将未读消息的概况同步给客户端;
    第二接收模块,设置为接收所述客户端设置为查看一个或多个所述未读消息的查看指示;
    发送模块,设置为根据所述查看指示将所述一个或多个未读消息的详情发送给所述客户端,并更新未读消息的概况。
  10. 一种未读消息的处理系统,包括如权利要求8所述的位于客户端的未读消息的处理装置,还包括如权利要求9所述的位于服务器的未读消息的处理装置。
