Abstract

The present utility model application preferably pertains to the recycling sector, and relates more specifically to a packaging container (1) made of high-grammage raffia, provided with a fold (3) of the edge at the open end, which is folded inward/outward, seams (4), an inner backing (6) and eyelets (7). The position of the eyelets can vary according to the needs of the users or improvements to the project, avoiding any restrictions due to the prescribed packaging principles. Flexible bags and containers generally made of raffia are known in the market for various purposes. Some bag models are currently used for storing and transporting recyclable materials. Residential waste that can be disposed of is inserted into the bags and transported to recycling plants. After the garbage has been removed, the bags are returned to the collection points, whether they are homes, shops or industries, to be reused several times in the same function.

Although functional, known bags do not have high durability due to the absence of devices capable of extending their useful life and facilitating transport. If the individual opts for more resistant packaging, it is possible to use flexible containers called "big bags", however, because they have large dimensions, their displacement and transport become difficult, especially if this displacement is manual. In addition to these difficulties, the space for conditioning should be very large, becoming restricted to most homes.

Regarding the state of the art, there were no records claiming ways to increase the strength of this packaging standard, only the PI9304671-5 record shows a storage bag for bulk products such as cereals, sand, cement, sulfates. , coffee and flour in which one of the seams (2) of the bag (1) has folds (3) facing the said as well as a filling opening (4) which can be closed by the folds (3).

In this variable, a single seam line (4) is optionally employed and new components are inserted at the edge, such as internal reinforcement (6) and eyelets (7). The internal reinforcement (6) (best seen in detail A of figure 3) should be placed between the inner walls of the folding edge while the eyelet (7) (detail B of figure 4) is inserted over the edge and the reinforcement by traversing both to establish a hollow socket or support pattern to allow insertion of a loose handle. The reinforcement (6) aims to increase the resistance of the edge and the permanence of the eyelets, because only the integrated eyelet would weaken the edge and could be easily extracted, especially in routine work actions.

[020] It is worth remembering that the amount of handles and the position of the eyelets may vary according to the needs of users or design improvement, avoiding the restriction of the precepts admitted in the packaging. Similarly, the application of packaging is not limited to the recycling sector, but includes any sector that depends on such utensil in its activities.

[021] The disposition applied in packaging used to collect recyclable materials, seeking to assign a functional option to individuals in their homes, businesses or industries, provides several advantages over the state of the art, such as practicality in handling, transportation, high strength and useful life, making the disposition proposed by these attributes and the effect caused, worthy of the claimed inventive act.
