Abstract

L'invention concerne et un procédé et un système expert d'innovation (IES) présentant un mode de configuration et un mode en temps réel, qui soutient la création, la modification et la présentation de chaînes d'arguments juridiques (LAC) représentant des sous-tests défendables (AST) inclus dans une structure de données (DS) quelconque déterminée par un test FSTPFFOLLIN d'une invention revendiquée (CI) en vue de satisfaire une norme d'invention juridique finie logique de premier ordre (FFOLLIN). Des interactions sont sollicitées pour exécuter une entité d'interface utilisateur (UIE) composée de UIE.Y, Y=1,2,3,..., chaque UIE.Y comprenant trois composantes, chacune étant séparée en mode de configuration et étant synchrone en mode en temps réel: une représentation des connaissances (KR-UIE), une interaction humaine (HI-UIE) et une commande d'interaction (IC-UIE). Une interaction identifie un AST fourni par une structure de données (DS) déterminée par un test Cl's FSTPFFOLLIN ou une LAC ou une composante d'UIE.Y. En mode configuration, l'interaction détermine quel AST doit être présenté comme une LAC à un utilisateur d'IES, comment présenter l'AST, et sous quelle commande, par génération/modification/gestion de ces articles en conséquence.
