REIVINDICACIONES
Ia.- Sistema de construcción de nudos de estructuras tubulares, en donde las estructuras obtenidas pueden ser utilizables en la edificación de cualquier tipo, incluso el mobiliario o como estructura portante para construcciones diversas, caracterizado porque comprende una pluralidad de nudos (7) en los que concurren brazos tubulares (1) determinantes de la estructura propiamente dicha, cuyos brazos tubulares (1) forman columnas, vigas, riostras y similares, de acuerdo con la disposición de los mismos en su concurrencia en los nudos (7); con la particularidad de cada nudo (7) está formado por perfiles acanalados (2), (2a), (2b- 2b') (2c), (2"), con alas laterales (3), formando en cada caso un ángulo de 90° respecto de la rama de la que deriva, estableciendo configuraciones a modo de abrazaderas de apriete y fijación del extremo correspondiente al brazo o brazos tubulares (1) concurrentes en el nudo (7), quedando fijados dichos brazos tubulares (1) mediante el apriete de la abrazadera o abrazaderas, con tornillos pasantes (4) a través de orificios establecidos al efecto en las alas laterales (3) de las ramas del perfil o perfiles (2), (2a), (2b), (2c), (2"), correspondientes a cada nudo (7).
