Description

无钉可重复移动定位相框 技术领域
本发明涉及家居装饰领域,是一种无钉、可移、无需工具、无损安装的新型相框。
背景技术
相框是家中常见的装饰物,类似一个正方形,内部扣空,空白处刚好放常用的相片。它主要是用于相片的四边定位,及加强他的美观性,也利于保护相片的质量,像带有玻璃的相框,可以防止相片变色发黄等。
目前常见相框多为木头、铁艺以及注塑等材质制作的刚性框体,框体不能弯折,稍有弯折或者碰撞框体极易损坏。而且相框如需悬挂在墙面上装饰时,需要在前面上钉钉子,钉子之间的相对位置必须有劲量相对平行共线,不然相框会挂歪影响美观,这时需要重新调整,重新钉钉子,这样就破坏了墙面。或者可以使用双面胶将相框粘在墙面上,这样也同存在贴歪重新调整的问题,需更换双面胶重新黏贴,原有的双面胶通常会黏贴在墙上不便清除,影响墙面美观,若清除方法不当还会损坏墙面。
因此开发出一种不需要钉子悬挂,而且可以在墙面任意重复调节移动位置的相框将极大地改善用户体验、方便人们生活。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对以上不足之处,提供了一种无钉、可移、无需工具、无损安装的相框,该相框不需要钉子悬挂,而且可以在墙面重复调节移动位置且在移除相框后不破坏原有墙面的美观。
本发明无钉可重复移动定位相框,包括:相框框体、缓冲垫及纳米吸附膜三层结构,其特征在于:所述框体与墙面接触定位面上设置有缓冲垫,所述缓冲垫与墙面接触面上涂覆有纳米吸附膜。
上述缓冲垫为黏贴在所述相框框体与墙体接触面上的缓冲垫,所述纳米吸附膜采用热涂布技术涂覆在所述缓冲垫上,缓冲垫块厚度在为1mm-5mm,纳米吸附膜厚度为0.05mm-1mm。
本发明无钉可重复移动定位相框,包括:柔性框体,其特征在于:所述柔性框体与墙面接触定位面上设置有缓冲框片,所述缓冲框片与墙面接触面上设置有纳米吸附膜片。
上述缓冲框片为黏贴在所述柔性框体与墙体接触面上的缓冲框片,所述纳米吸附膜片采用热涂布技术涂覆在所述缓冲框片上,缓冲框片厚度在为1mm-5mm,纳米吸附膜片厚度为0.05mm-1mm。
本发明无钉可重复移动定位相框,其特征在于:包括框体,所述框体与墙面接触定位面上设置有缓冲框片,所述缓冲框片与墙面接触面上设置有纳米吸附膜片。
进一步的,上述缓冲框片为设在相框框体边角部的缓冲垫。
进一步的,上述缓冲框片为黏贴在所述框体与墙体接触面上的缓冲框片,所述纳米吸附膜片采用热涂布技术涂覆在所述缓冲框片上, 缓冲框片厚度在为1mm-5mm,纳米吸附膜片厚度为0.05mm-1mm。
进一步的,上述框体为刚性框体或柔性框体。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:柔性框体为人工合成之环保材料,减少对木头、铁矿等有限资源的占用;柔性框体在满足相框基础功能的前提下较木头、铁艺、注塑等材质相框更为轻便且易于加工,减少加工能耗。柔性框体上所涂覆的纳米吸附膜可提供在任何平整表面上贴附功能,使用户在无需工具、无损墙面的情况下就可将相框便捷地贴附于墙面,给用户带来极为便利的使用体验。纳米吸附技术同时还提供了可以随时随刻移动相框而不破坏墙面的功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
实施例一,如图1-2所示,无钉可重复移动定位相框,包括:柔性框体A1,所述柔性框体A1与墙面接触定位面上设置有缓冲框片A2,所述缓冲框片A2与墙面接触面上设置有纳米吸附膜片A3。
在本实施例中,所述柔性框体A1与墙体接触面的四周上分别设置黏贴有缓冲框片A2,所述纳米吸附膜B3片采用热涂布技术涂覆在所述缓冲框片A2上。缓冲框片A2厚度在为1mm-5mm,纳米吸附膜片A3厚度为0.05mm-1mm。
在本实施例中,所述纳米吸附膜片A3附过多墙面灰尘吸附能力不足时时,可用水冲洗一下纳米吸附膜片A3,纳米吸附膜片A3就可恢复吸附能力。
在本实施例中,所述缓冲框片A2的材料可使用PE、EPE、PU、EVA的多种材料。
在本实施例中,所述缓冲框片A2的主要作用是在墙面不平或不光滑时,在柔性框体A1和纳米吸附膜片A3之间起到缓冲调节作用,保证纳米吸附膜片A3完全附着在墙面上。
柔性框体A1也可以是刚性框体。
具体实施过程:
将柔性框体A1直接贴放在墙面上,这时经过棉缓冲框片A2的缓冲调节后,纳米吸附膜片A3会紧紧吸附住墙面,防止相框掉落,如过没有将相框挂放整齐或者需要更换挂放位置时,可取下柔性框体A1重复移动定位,直到摆放满意为止。当在重复移动定位的过程中 纳米吸附膜片A3吸附过多墙面灰尘吸附能力不足时时,可用水冲洗一下纳米吸附膜片A3,纳米吸附膜片A3就可恢复吸附能力。
实施例二,如图3-4所示,本发明无钉可重复移动定位相框,包括相框框体B1,所述相框框体B1与墙面接触定位面上设置有缓冲垫B2,所述缓冲垫B2与墙面接触面上涂覆有纳米吸附膜B3。
在本实施例中,所述缓冲垫B2为黏贴在所述相框框体B1与墙体接触面上的缓冲垫B2,所述纳米吸附膜B3采用热涂布技术涂覆在所述缓冲垫B2上,缓冲垫B2厚度在为1mm-5mm,纳米吸附膜厚度为0.05mm-1mm。
在本实施例中,所述纳米吸附膜B3附过多墙面灰尘吸附能力不足时,可用水冲洗一下纳米吸附膜B3,纳米吸附膜B3就可恢复吸附能力。
在本实施例中,所述缓冲垫B2的材料可使用PE、EPE、PU、EVA的多种材料。

相框框体B1也可以是刚性框体或柔性框体。
缓冲框片与缓冲垫的区别在于缓冲框片布局在框体的整个背面,而缓冲垫仅仅位于框体的背面边角位置。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无钉可重复移动定位相框,其特征在于:所述缓冲垫为黏贴在所述相框框体与墙体接触面上的缓冲垫,所述纳米吸附膜采用热涂布技术涂覆在所述缓冲垫上,缓冲垫厚度在为1mm-5mm,纳米吸附膜厚度为0.05mm-1mm。
  3. 一种无钉可重复移动定位相框,包括:柔性框体,其特征在于:所述柔性框体与墙面接触定位面上设置有缓冲框片,所述缓冲框片与墙面接触面上设置有纳米吸附膜片。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无钉可重复移动定位相框,其特征在于:所述缓冲框片为黏贴在所述柔性框体与墙体接触面上的缓冲框片,所述纳米吸附膜片采用热涂布技术涂覆在所述缓冲框片上,缓冲框片厚度在为1mm-5mm,纳米吸附膜片厚度为0.05mm-1mm。
