为了解决相关技术中单时间段开关应用功能影响用户体验的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种多时间段设置方法及装置,以下结合附图以及实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明。
实施例一
本实施例提供了一种多时间段设置方法,该方法可以在通讯终端侧实现,图1是根据本发明实施例一的多时间段设置方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤(步骤S102-步骤S104):
步骤S102,基于多时间段设置界面选择时间段;其中,多时段设置界面提供可供同时选择的多个时间段;其中,多时间段设置界面的多个时间段,为按日期和/或时间分割的多个时间段。在选择时间段之后,该方法还包括:在多时间段设置界面上显示选中的一个或多个时间段。
步骤S104,通过对选择的时间段的选中或撤销操作,在选择的时间段内,执行通讯终端上应用功能的开启或关闭操作。
为了方便用户使用,上述多时间段设置界面可以设置为表格界面,表格的横轴设置为日期,表格的纵轴设置为时间,表格界面的一个单元格对应一个时间段。该日期可以设置为周一至周日,也可以设置为一个月的第1周-第4周,或者一年的1月到12月等等。可选地,将日期设置为周一至周日,最有利于用户的使用和操作。上述时间一个单元格代表一小时,或者1天或者1周等等。
在步骤S104中,通过对选择的时间段的选中或撤销操作,在选择的时间段内,执行通讯终端上应用功能的开启或关闭操作,包括:根据用户需求选中或撤销多时间段设置界面中的一个或多个时间段;确定与该一个或多个时间段对应的日期和/或时间;在日期和/或时长内,执行通讯终端上应用功能的开启或关闭操作。
在步骤S104中,对每个单元格的选中或撤销操作包括以下方式:通过点击单元格,对该单元格执行选中或撤销操作;通过点击横轴或纵轴的表 头,对该行或该列的所有单元格执行选中或撤销操作;通过点击表格的总表头,对整个表格的所有单元格执行选中或撤销操作。
为了提高用户体验,便于用户对时间段的选择和设置。在步骤S104中,对每个单元格的选中或撤销操作包括以下方式:
通过长按或多次点击单元格,对该单元格的半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;其中,半个单元格对应该单元格的半个时长;通过再次长按或多次点击该单元格,对该单元格的另外半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;
通过长按或多次点击横轴或纵轴的表头,对该行或该列的所有单元格的半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;通过再次长按或多次点击该横轴或纵轴的表头,对该行或该列的所有单元格的另外半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;
通过长按或多次点击表格的总表头,对整个表格的所有单元格的半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;通过再次长按或多次点击该表格的总表头,对整个表格的所有单元格的的另外半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作。
本发明实施例的多时间段设置方案具有很大的灵活性,能覆盖从最复杂到最简单的所有多时间段设置需求,并且方便易用。例如骚扰拦截的黑名单功能,目前只能打开和关闭,即是否拦截黑名单中的电话号码;在使用多时间段设置方法后,就能够为黑名单中的每个号码定制出拦截计划,根据该号码的拦截计划中允许拦截功能生效的时间段和当前手机上的时间的比较结果来判断此时是不是要拦截该号码的来电和短信。即:当前时间在允许拦截功能生效的时间段内,则拦截;当前时间不在允许拦截功能生效的时间段内,则不拦截。
本发明实施例主要应用在UI(User Interface,用户界面)领域。用于设置功能在多个时间段内生效,在其他时间段内不生效。该方法的设置界面可选地可以是一个7*24的表格,每个单元格代表1个小时,选中单元格就表示使用该方法设置的功能在该时间段内生效。为了快速设置并尽量减少点击单元格的次数,本发明实施例还设计了多种快捷设置方式。本发明实施例可以限定能设置的最小时间单位是半小时,从而结合应用的正常使用情况,对其功能的免打扰模式进行操控。
本发明实施例的主要目的是提供一种多时间段设置方法。用于设置功能在多个时间段内生效,在其他时间段内不生效。它要具有很大的灵活性,能覆盖从最复杂到最简单的所有多时间段设置需求,并且方便易用。
下面对本发明实施例的方案进行介绍:
1、设置界面是一个表格,横轴是星期一到星期日,纵轴是24小时,每一个单元格代表一个小时。这样就可以对一周内的每一个小时进行设置了。
表格的横轴只有7列,在任何智能手机上一般都可以显示完全,而它的纵轴一般显示不全,可以上下滑动。
2、点击代表小时的单元格,那个单元格就变成黑色,可以称之为打开单元格,表示在那个小时该功能设置为开启;再次点击这个单元格,单元格就变回最初的白色,可以称之为关闭单元格,表示在那个小时该功能设置为关闭。
3、本方案提供了如下的快捷设置方式:
(1)点击行、列的表头,代表同时打开或关闭该行、列所有的单元格。
这是因为在很多时候(例如每天的同一个时段,又例如星期六一整天时间)用户的设置有可能都是相同的。
(2)点击行,列的表头交界处的那个总表头,代表同时打开或关闭全部的单元格。
这是因为有些时候用户要打开的单元格比要关闭的单元格多,因此用户可以先点击总表头打开所有单元格,再去关闭需要关闭的少量单元格。
还有的时候,用户可以利用点击总表头能关闭全部单元格的功能清空用户之前的设置,重新设置。
4、半小时微调
有时用户会遇上需要进行半小时微调的情况。因此需要一种方法来进行半小时微调。可选的一种方法如下:
(1)长按一个单元格,该单元格的下半格会变成黑色(上半格仍为白色),表示该功能在该单元格的后半小时开启;这时再次长按单元格,该单 元格的上半格会变成黑色(下半格变为白色),表示该功能在该单元格的前半小时开启。(这时如果再次长按单元格,又会使该单元格的下半格会变成黑色,以次类推,可以称为“长按反选半小时”)。
(2)同样,在快捷设置中,长按一行的表头,可以使整个一行的单元格的下半格都会变成黑色(上半格仍为白色);这时再次长按表头,会使整个一行的单元格的上半格都会变成黑色(下半格变为白色)。(这时如果再次长按表头,又会使整个一行的单元格的下半格变成黑色,以此类推)。长按一列的表头,以及长按总表头都有类似的半格选中和反选效果,这里不再赘述。
实施例二
图2是根据本发明实施例二的多时段设置方法的基本外观以及基本操作结果的示意图,如图2所示,该多时段设置方法的基本外观是一个表格,横轴是星期一到星期日,纵轴是24小时,每一个单元格代表一个小时。
图中手指图形表示用户的点击操作和点击的位置,图2示意了该多时段设置方法的基本操作,即点击代表小时的单元格,那个单元格就变成黑色,可以称之为打开单元格,表示在那个小时该功能设置为开启。
图2中用户点击了代表了“星期一,8:00-9:00”这个小时的单元格,使它变为黑色,表示在那个小时该功能设置为开启。而其他单元格都是白色,表示在其他的时间段里,该功能都设置为关闭。这就是本发明实施例想得到的操作结果。
实施例三
图3是根据本发明实施例三的快捷设置中点击一行的表头,打开一整行单元格的操作结果示意图,在很多时候(例如每天的同一个时段,又例如星期六一整天时间)用户的设置都可能是相同的,因此提供本实施例这种快捷操作。
图3中用户点击了代表了每天“8:00-9:00”的这行单元格的表头,使这 一整行都变为黑色,表示在每天的“8:00-9:00”时间段内该功能设置为开启。而其他单元格都是白色,表示在其他的时间段里,该功能都设置为关闭。这就是本发明实施例想得到的操作结果。
实施例四
图4是根据本发明实施例四的快捷设置中点击一列的表头,打开一整列单元格的操作结果的示意图,如图4所示,用户点击了代表星期六一整天的这列单元格的表头,使这一整列都变为黑色,表示在星期六一整天的时间里该功能设置为开启。而其他单元格都是白色,表示在其他的时间段里,该功能都设置为关闭。这就是本发明实施例想得到的操作结果。
实施例五
图5是根据本发明实施例五的快捷设置中点击总表头,打开所有单元格的操作结果的示意图,有些时候用户要打开的单元格比要关闭的单元格多,因此用户可以先点击总表头(图5中标注全选的那个单元格)打开所有单元格,再去关闭需要关闭的少量单元格。
还有的时候,用户可以利用点击总表头能关闭全部单元格的功能清空用户之前的设置,重新设置。因为以上两个原因提供这种快捷操作。
图5中用户点击了总表头,使所有的单元格都变为了黑色,表示在所有的时间段内该功能均设置为开启,一般来说,这种全选或全清的操作需要和其他操作配合使用。
实施例六
图6是根据本发明实施例六的利用快速设置,通过几次点击把工作时间和非工作时间区分出来的操作序列的示意图,如图6所示,用户利用快速设置,几次点击就可以把工作时间和非工作时间区分出来。图6中的数字代表操作序列的步骤:
首先,①点击“全选”,使所有的单元格都变为了黑色;
然后,②-⑨依次点击“8:00-9:00”,“9:00-10:00”,“10:00-11:00”,“11:00-12:00”,“13:00-14:00”,“14:00-15:00”,“15:00-16:00”,“16:00-17:00”这8行单元格的表头,使这8行整行都反选为白色;
最后,再点击代表星期六和星期日的这2列单元格的表头,使这2列整列都变为黑色。
这样,非工作时间就被选中了。假设这是用户在骚扰拦截的黑名单中针对某个电话号码的拦截设置,那么在非工作时间里,该电话号码全都会被拦截,而在工作时间里,是不会被拦截的。
实施例七
图7是根据本发明实施例七的半小时微调的基本操作及结果的示意图,如图6所示,用户长按了代表了“星期一,8:00-9:00”这个小时的单元格,使它下半格变为黑色,表示在“星期一,8:30-9:00”时间段内该功能设置为开启。另外,用户连续长按了两次“星期三,8:00-9:00”这个小时的单元格,使它上半格变为黑色,表示在“星期三,8:00-8:30”时间段内该功能设置为开启。
实施例八
图8是根据本发明实施例八的半小时微调操作中长按一行的表头,使整个一行的单元格的下半格都会变成黑色的操作示意图,如图8所示,用户长按了“8:00-9:00”这行的表头,使整个一行的单元格的下半格都会变成黑色(上半格仍为白色),表示在每天的“8:30-9:00”这个时间段内该功能设置为开启。以此类推,长按一列的表头,以及长按总表头都有类似的半格选中和反选效果,这里不再赘述。
实施例九
“掌心管家”是某品牌安全手机的组成部分,本实施例是“掌心管家”的骚扰拦截模块中的黑名单功能。
基于本发明实施例介绍的多时间段设置方法,黑名单号码的拦截功能可以具备如下实现方式:
首先,依据用户的请求,选定要拦截的黑名单号码;
其次,在多时间段设置界面对黑名单号码选择拦截时间;其中,选择拦截时间是基于多时间段设置界面选择时间段;上述多时段设置界面提供可供同时选择的多个时间段;
最后,在通讯终端的实际运用中,在上述选择的拦截时间段内拦截上述黑名单号码。
可选的,依据本发明实施例1前述的多时间段设置方法实现。
采取上述实现方式,黑名单拦截功能的开启或关闭时间可灵活设置,方便易用,提高了用户体验。
下面是对本实施例的方案的介绍:
1、本实施例提供了多时间段设置方法,用于为黑名单列表中的单个号码定制拦截计划。
2、在黑名单列表中,一个号码占一个表项,在表项的左边显示该号码,在表项的右边显示有两个按钮:一个是“删除”,点击后将这个号码从黑名单列表中去掉;另一个是“定制拦截计划”,点击后出现本专利描述的多时间段设置方法对应的设置界面。
3、2中出现的多时间段设置界面基本类似于说明书附图中的示例界面,只是多一个标题栏,在标题栏左上角显示标题文字:“定制拦截计划””,在标题栏右上角有按钮“确定”和“取消”;点击“确定”表示确认拦截计划;点击“取消”表示放弃本次设置操作。第一次进入该多时间段设置界面时,因为刚加入黑名单的号码会默认在所有时间段都会拦截,所以全部的单元格都是黑色的。
4、该多时间段设置界面的基本操作,快捷设置,半小时微调等操作与本专利所述一致,这里不再赘述。
5、当用户制订好一个号码的拦截计划后,点击“确定”保存该拦截计划。之后当该号码打来电话或发来短信时,“掌心管家”的骚扰拦截模块会 根据该号码的拦截计划中允许拦截功能生效的时间段和当前手机上的时间的比较结果来判断此时是不是要拦截该号码的来电和短信。即:当前时间在允许拦截功能生效的时间段内,则拦截;当前时间不在允许拦截功能生效的时间段内,则不拦截。
用户有设置多个时间段来打开或关闭终端(例如手机)上某些功能的需求,但现在手机上已有的设置方法,都不能满足用户的这个需求。
因此,本发明实施例要满足以下两点:
(1)能满足最复杂的设置需求,最复杂的设置需求,就是要求每天的每个小时,甚至半小时,都要能进行设置。
(2)在满足比较简单的设置需求时,要方便易用。
实施例十
对应于上述实施例一介绍的多时间段设置方法,本实施例提供了一种多时间段设置装置,该装置可以设置在通讯终端侧,用以实现上述实施例。图9是根据本发明实施例的多时间段设置装置的结构框图,如图9所示,该装置包括:设置模块10和操作执行模块20。下面对该结构进行详细介绍。
设置模块10,设置为基于多时间段设置界面选择时间段;其中,多时段设置界面提供可供同时选择的多个时间段;其中,多时间段设置界面的多个时间段,为按日期和/或时间分割的多个时间段。
操作执行模块20,设置为通过对选择的时间段的选中或撤销操作,在选择的时间段内,执行通讯终端上应用功能的开启或关闭操作。
在本实施例中,上述多时间段设置界面可以设置为表格界面,表格的横轴设置为日期,表格的纵轴设置为时间,表格界面的一个单元格对应一个时间段。例如,该日期可以设置为周一至周日,也可以设置为一个月的第1周-第4周,或者一年的1月到12月等等,上述时间为一个单元格代表一小时,或者1天或者1周等等。

本发明实施例的技术方案解决了以下技术问题:如何使这个设置方法能覆盖从最复杂到最简单的所有按时间段设置需求,并且方便易用。
利用本发明实施例的技术方案,用户可以实现以下功能:
(1)骚扰拦截功能将可以为黑名单中的不同的号码定制不同的按时间段生效的拦截方案——可以称之为分时段骚扰拦截功能;
(2)免打扰功能可以设置多个生效的时间段——可以称之为多时段免打扰功能。
另外,通过本发明实施例的技术方案,可以提高用户体验,实现本方案的软件成本很低,但却能显著提高用户体验,具有较高的投入或产出比。
本发明实施例中提出的多时间段设置装置的设置模块、操作执行模块、显示模块,以及组成操作执行模块的每个单元都可以通过处理器来实现,当然也可通过具体的逻辑电路实现;其中所述处理器可以是终端上的处理器,在实际应用中,处理器可以为中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现,相应地,上述实施例中的各模块或单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本发明不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

    通过对所述选择的时间段的选中或撤销操作,在所述选择的时间段内,执行通讯终端上应用功能的开启或关闭操作。

  8. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述日期设置为周一至周日,所述时间设置为一个时间段代表一小时。
  9. 一种多时间段设置装置,应用于通讯终端,所述装置包括:
    设置模块,设置为基于多时间段设置界面选择时间段;其中,所述多时段设置界面提供可供同时选择的多个时间段;
    操作执行模块,设置为通过对所述选择的时间段的选中或撤销操作,在所述选择的时间段内,执行通讯终端上应用功能的开启或关闭操作。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述多时间段设置界面的多个时间段,为按日期和/或时间分割的多个时间段。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    显示模块,设置为在所述设置模块基于多时间段设置界面选择时间段之后,在所述多时间段设置界面上显示选中的一个或多个时间段。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的装置,所述操作执行模块包括:
    处理单元,设置为根据用户需求选中或撤销所述多时间段设置界面中的 一个或多个时间段;
    确定单元,设置为确定与该一个或多个时间段对应的日期和/或时间;
    执行单元,设置为在所述日期和/或所述时长内,执行通讯终端上应用功能的开启或关闭操作。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其中,
    当多时间段设置界面的多个时间段为按日期和时间分割的多个时间段时,所述多时间段设置界面为表格界面,表格的横轴设置为日期,表格的纵轴设置为时间,所述表格界面的一个单元格对应一个时间段。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,所述操作执行模块包括:
    第一操作单元,设置为通过点击单元格,对该单元格执行选中或撤销操作;
    第二操作单元,设置为通过点击横轴或纵轴的表头,对该行或该列的所有单元格执行选中或撤销操作;
    第三操作单元,设置为通过点击表格的总表头,对整个表格的所有单元格执行选中或撤销操作。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的装置,所述操作执行模块包括:
    第四操作单元,设置为通过长按或多次点击单元格,对该单元格的半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;其中,半个单元格对应该单元格的半个时长;通过再次长按或多次点击该单元格,对该单元格的另外半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;
    第五操作单元,设置为通过长按或多次点击横轴或纵轴的表头,对该行或该列的所有单元格的半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;通过再次长按或多次点击该横轴或纵轴的表头,对该行或该列的所有单元格的另外半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;
    第六操作单元,设置为通过长按或多次点击表格的总表头,对整个表格的所有单元格的半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作;通过再次长按或多次点击该表格的总表头,对整个表格的所有单元格的另外半个单元格执行选中或撤销操作。
  16. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-8任一项的方法。
