Description

一种前端可旋转的内窥镜侧视摄像头及其内窥镜 技术领域
本发明涉及内窥镜产品领域,具体涉及一种前端可旋转的内窥镜侧视摄像头及其内窥镜。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,内窥镜已广泛的引用于设备检修、金属探伤等工业行业中。在现有的技术中,如中国实用新型专利公开号为:203207993U,名称为:一种可调焦的内窥镜摄像头及其内窥镜,其将内窥镜的摄像头设置于摄像件外壳的前端,当需要观察待观察物内壁的侧面时,需要将软管进行弯曲,将摄像件外壳的前端对准侧面以进行观察,而遇到一些狭小的环境下,其将无法进行弯曲,无法对侧面进行很好的观察。
技术问题
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的即在于提供一种前端可旋转的内窥镜侧视摄像头及其内窥镜。
技术解决方案
本发明一种前端可旋转的内窥镜侧视摄像头,其与内窥镜主体相接合,包括:摄像组件、软管和旋转组件;
所述摄像组件包括:摄像件外壳和镜头,所述摄像件外壳的侧面上设有镜头安装窗,所述镜头设置于镜头安装窗中,所述摄像件外壳的内部设有摄像电路板,所述摄像电路板与所述镜头相接,所述摄像件外壳的后端通过连接头与软管的前端相连接;
所述旋转组件包括:旋转盖、内窥镜连接件、第一电路板和第二电路板,所述旋转盖的前端与该软管的后端通过软管接头相固定,所述第一电路板固定于该旋转盖的内部,且其通过导线与所述摄像电路板相接,所述第一电路板上设有弹簧顶针,所述第二电路板固定于第二电路板固定座上,所述第二电路板固定座通过轴承活动设置于所述旋转盖的内部,所述第二电路板上设有凸起环形电路,所述弹簧顶针的顶部接入该凸起环形电路中,所述旋转盖的后端与该内窥镜连接件的前端活动连接,所述内窥镜连接件与内窥镜主体相接合,且所述第二电路板通过导线与内窥镜主体相连接。
作为一种改进,所述内窥镜连接件的后端设有接线端子,所述第二电路板通过导线与该接线端子相接,所述接线端子与内窥镜主体相连接。
作为另一种改进,所述软管接头的后端设有接线端子,所述软管接头通过连接部件与旋转盖的前端相固定,所述接线端子通过导线与该第一电路板相连接。
进一步,所述旋转盖的后端面上设有旋转定位孔,所述内窥镜连接件的前端面上设有定位槽,所述定位槽的槽口上中设有滚珠,所述滚珠与该定位槽的槽底之间设有弹簧,所述滚珠与该旋转定位孔的位置相对应。
进一步,所述旋转定位孔的数量为一个以上。
进一步,所述软管接头与所述软管之间设有塑胶头,所述塑胶头的外侧覆盖有管盖。
有益效果
本发明一种前端可旋转的内窥镜,包括:内窥镜主体和如上所述的前端可旋转的内窥镜侧视摄像头,所述前端可旋转的内窥镜侧视摄像头通过接线端子与内窥镜主体相固定,所述内窥镜主体上包括显示屏和控制按键。
本发明将摄像头设置于摄像件外壳的侧面上,其能很好的观察待观察物内壁的侧面,且通过旋转盖可控制摄像件外壳进行旋转,以实现全方位的观测。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1至图4,本发明一种前端可旋转的内窥镜侧视摄像头,包括:其与内窥镜主体相接合,包括:摄像组件、软管4和旋转组件;
所述摄像组件包括:摄像件外壳2和镜头1,所述摄像件外壳2的侧面上设有镜头安装窗,所述镜头1设置于镜头安装窗中,所述摄像件外壳2的内部设有摄像电路板18,所述摄像电路板18与所述镜头1相接,所述摄像件外壳2的后端通过连接头3与软管4的前端相连接;
所述旋转组件包括:旋转盖7、内窥镜连接件8、第一电路板16和第二电路板14,所述旋转盖7的前端与该软管4的后端通过软管接头6相固定,所述第一电路板16固定于该旋转盖7的内部,且其通过导线与所述摄像电路板18相接,所述第一电路板16上设有弹簧顶针15,所述第二电路板14固定于第二电路板固定座13上,所述第二电路板固定座13通过轴承12活动设置于所述旋转盖7的内部,所述第二电路板14上设有凸起环形电路,所述弹簧顶针15的顶部接入该凸起环形电路中,当旋转盖7进行旋转时,第二电路板14将固定不动,第一电路板16将跟随旋转盖7进行同步旋转,在此过程中,弹簧顶针15时刻保持与第二电路板14上的凸起环形电路的连接,其保证供电与信号不会间断;所述旋转盖7的后端与该内窥镜连接件8的前端活动连接,所述内窥镜连接件8与内窥镜主体相接合,且所述第二电路板14通过导线与内窥镜主体相连接。在本发明中通过调节旋转盖7,可带动前端的摄像组件进行360度旋转,从而实现镜头1作360度旋转。
作为一种改进,所述内窥镜连接件8的后端设有接线端子9,所述第二电路板14通过导线与该接线端子9相接,所述接线端子9与内窥镜主体相连接。
作为另一种改进,所述软管接头6的后端设有接线端子9,所述软管接头6通过连接部件21与旋转盖7的前端相固定,所述接线端子9通过导线与该第一电路板16相连接,所述连接部件21的外侧设置有连接盖。
进一步,所述旋转盖7的后端面上设有旋转定位孔,所述内窥镜连接件8的前端面上设有定位槽,所述定位槽的槽口上中设有滚珠11,所述滚珠11与该定位槽的槽底之间设有弹簧10,所述滚珠11与该旋转定位孔的位置相对应。
进一步,所述旋转定位孔的数量为一个以上。所述旋转定位孔在旋转盖7上按圆形排列,当进行旋转时,滚珠11顶在此孔上,起到定位的作用。
进一步,所述软管接头6与所述软管4之间设有塑胶头17,所述塑胶头17的外侧覆盖有管盖5。
请参看图5、图6,本发明一种前端可旋转的内窥镜,包括:内窥镜主体和如上所述的前端可旋转的内窥镜侧视摄像头,所述前端可旋转的内窥镜侧视摄像头通过接线端子9与内窥镜主体相固定,所述内窥镜主体上包括显示屏19和控制按键20。
