上述感应组件 2包括人体感应元件 21、 指示灯、 感应窗 26、 抗干扰组件 24、 支架 25。 支架 25可固定上述控制器 23及感应窗 26, 控制器 23嵌接在支架 25内部。 该支架 25为一 端开口设置, 开口处固接感应窗 26, 作为优选, 该感应窗 26的材料为透明或暗色 PC。 人体 感应元件 21与控制器 23电连接, 通常为不同作用的两个人体感应元件, 发射元件发射信号 以探测是否有人体靠近的信号,接收该元件接收人体反射回来的信号。当接收到人体信号时, 指示灯亮; 人体信号消失后, 指示灯在控制器的控制下熄灭。 人体感应元件 21上装有防止近 距离互干扰的隔离组件,即抗干扰组件 24人体感应元件 21套设在抗干扰组件 24的中空腔内, 以防止两个不同人体感应元件信号相互干扰。在所述支架 25垂直方向的背面, 设有使感应组 件可拆卸固结在开口部内腔的紧固机构
本发明所述的小便器,具有污物承接口 10下方的陶瓷面为逐步向墙面方向倾斜的外形特 征。 上述开口部设置在该倾斜面 7上。 上述感应组件 2设置在该开口部 1内腔的外侧, 感应 组件 2中的人体感应元件 21朝向为与墙面垂直的水平方向, 朝着小便器的正前方。 因该小便 器的污物承接口 10 下方陶瓷是向斜面方向倾斜的形状, 且小便器安装高度为使污物承接口 10在人体的腰部以下, 因此该开口部处于人眼相对看不到的位置。
上述感应窗 26与倾斜面 7成一平整表面设置在小便器污物承接口 10下方,感应窗 26与 陶瓷表面形成一圆滑的流线型表面。
电源组件 3和感应组件 2被顺序可拆卸安装在该中空内腔 11内部。
为确保感应组件 2安装入中空内腔 11时, 人体感应元件 21能够朝向小便器正前方, 上 述中空内腔 11顶部壁上设有导向筋条 111, 以定位感应组件 2及电源组件 3置入开口部内腔 的圆周方向。
电源组件 3和冲刷开启组件 5通过电线与主控板 23电连接。
感应组件 2与电源组件 3置入中空内腔 11在上述中空内腔 11内电源组件 3的上方, 放 置有一弹性元件, 需更换滤网 4和电源组件 3时, 借助该弹性元件 9使其快速从中空内腔弹 出。 弹性元件 9可以为金属弹簧或其它带弹性的构件。
当需跟换滤芯 4时, 在开口部 1取下感应组件 2及电源组件 3, 弹性元件同时从中空内 腔 11脱落, 此时, 借助与滤芯 4的凹口 41形状相应的工具, 伸入中空内腔 11, 旋动滤芯直 至滤芯的螺纹从中空内腔的内螺纹脱落。
如图 12, 本发明小便器 8的工作流程如下:
初始状态时, 冲刷开启组件 5处于关闭状态, 当人体靠近到预设的感应范围内时, 若持 续时间少于 3秒, 电磁阀仍处于关闭状态; 若持续时间超过 3秒少于 8秒时, 控制器 23控制 电磁阀驱动电路开启电磁阀, 以排出少量水预湿润污物承接面 10的陶瓷表面, 以防止污物黏 在陶瓷表面难以冲洗; 若持续时间超过 8秒, 且再次接收到人体离开的信号时, 控制器 23控 制电磁阀驱动电路再次开启电磁阀,完成给小便器自动冲水的动作后控制器 23再次驱动电磁 阀关闭。 若在上述冲水动作后的 90s 内, 再次检测到又人靠近在预设的范围内, 不进行预湿 润排水, 当又一次接收人体离开的信号时, 则控制器控制冲刷开启组件 5启动冲刷。若 24小 时内未接收到人体信号, 则进行自动冲水一次, 以防止小便器长时间无人使用而沾满污垢。
当控制器 23检测到电源组件 3的电源包 32供电电量偏低时,控制器 23便控制指示灯处 于一直闪烁状态, 以提醒维护人员更换电源包 32中的电池。 实施例一
小便器安装在公共场所时, 因可拆卸的感应组件 2及电源组件 3, 通常还需考虑可拆卸 组件的防盗问题。 如果不需任何组件就能拆下感应组件 2及电源组件 3, 容易导致可拆卸件 丢失。
如图 6~7, 中空内腔 11与感应组件 2之间的紧固机构为卡口 271, 中空内腔 11壁上设有 定位感应组件 2的卡簧 131, 在开口部 1的盖体即感应窗 26上设有一缺口 14。
作为优选, 上述缺口 14位于感应窗最低位置处, 与此相应的, 也即感应窗的椭圆形一角 设有一接近方形, 一段开口的缺口 14。 该缺口 14与开口部 1垂直方向最低位置的内壁形成 一凹口, 通过该缺口所漏出的位置, 借助工具能够顶触卡簧 131.
卡口 271与卡簧 131相配合, 感应组件 2置入开口部 1中空内腔 11时, 卡簧 131弹性形 变, 卡簧 131顶触卡口 271让位空间后复位, 并将感应组件 2固定以使其不会掉落; 拆卸感 应组件 2时, 借助细长工具, 在开口部 1预留的缺口 14轻触卡簧 131使其形变以取出感应组 件 2。 实施例二
小便器为普通家用时, 通常希望通过方便快捷的方式就能跟换电源包 32及滤芯 4。 本实 施例为实现该该需求的最优实施例。 如图 8~10, 中空内腔 11与感应组件 2之间的紧固机构 为限位槽 272, 该限位槽 272为带有导向通道和定位凸起的卡筋, 该限位槽 272与中空内腔 11 内壁上设有的一端活动固接的摆杆 132相对应,。 摆杆 132为一具有特定宽度的细长杆, 杆的一段设有一凸起, 该凸起活动固定在中空内腔 11壁面上; 在另一端, 与上述凸起相反的 一面上设有一另一凸起, 为使摆杆能够在限位槽上灵活自如跳转, 通常该另一凸起为圆形。
在上述圆形凸起的反面, 即摆杆与中空内腔壁相贴合的那一面设有放置弯曲弹簧片的凹 槽,摆杆的另一端部设有与限位相配合的凸起,摆杆的另一端部设有与限位槽相配合的凸起。
置入感应组件 2时,置于感应组件 2上的按压力使弹簧片 1321形变且摆杆 132的凸起在 限位槽 272上滑动并定位在卡筋上; 拆卸感应组件 2时, 外力按压感应组件 2, 摆杆 132的 凸起在限位槽 272上滑动并脱离卡筋的限位, 感应组件 2从开口部 1脱开。
感应组件 2的这种固定方式, 不需借助任何工具, 只需手按压的方式, 就能轻松取下感 应组件。 实施例三 如图 11 12中空内腔 11与感应组件 2之间的紧固机构磁极 273, 与所述开口部内腔壁上 固设设置的磁性元件位置相对应, 内腔壁磁性元件与感应组件上磁性元件极性相反, 置入感 应组件 2时, 感应组件 2被定位于中空内腔 11, 因磁极的相吸, 感应组件不至于从中空内腔 掉落; 需拆卸感应组件 2时, 用真空吸盘置于开口部 1外侧, 感应组件 2被吸出。
上述实施例仅是用来说明本发明, 而并非用作对本发明的限定。 只要是依据本发明的技 术实质, 对上述实施例进行变化、 变型等都将落在本发明的权利要求的范围内。
工业实用性 本发明设计的小便斗将自动冲水的人体检知装置及电磁阀滤网设置在污物承接口下方靠 墙且处于相对不可见的位置, 与小便斗的陶瓷体可拆卸连接, 美观、 安装维修方便、 延长电 磁阀使用寿命。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种自动冲水的感应式小便器, 包括,
供应冲刷水的供水通道;
置于供水通道上控制冲刷水是否流通的冲刷开启组件;
控制开启组件开闭的控制器;
检知人体靠近或者离开的感应组件, 该感应组件负责发射检知人体的信号并接收 人体反射回来的信号, 当持续接感应到人体存在且在某段时间内并消失时, 控制器发 出信号驱动冲刷开启组件开启小便器的冲水动作;
为控制器、 开启组件及感应单元供给电力的电源组件;
及放置感应组件和电源组件的开口部, 其特征在于, 该开口部位于小便器承接口 下方斜面上。
2、 依据权利要求 1所述的自动冲水感应式小便器,其特征在于,该开口部的开口方 向为垂直向下设置。
3、 依据权利要求 1所述的自动冲水感应式小便器,其特征在于,感应组件可拆卸地 安装于开口部内腔。
4、 依据权利要求 3所述的自动冲水感应式小便器,其特征在于, 电源组件嵌接于感 应组件上方, 与感应组件同步从开口部进出。
5、 依据权利要求 3所述的自动冲水感应式小便器, 包括人体感应组件、指示灯、抗 干扰组件、支架和感应窗, 在所述支架垂直方向的背面, 设有使感应组件可拆卸 固接在开口部内腔的紧固机构。
6、 依据权利要求 5所述的自动冲水感应式小便器,其特征在于,所述紧固机构为卡 口, 所述开口部内腔壁上设有定位感应组件的卡簧, 卡口与卡簧相配合, 感应组 件置入开口部内腔时, 卡簧弹性形变, 并将感应组件固定以使其不会掉落; 拆卸 感应组件时, 用细长工具轻触卡簧使其形变以取出感应组件。
7、 依据权利要求 5所述的自动冲水感应式小便器,其特征在于,所述紧固机构为限 位槽 272, 该限位槽 272与中空内腔 11 内壁上设有的一端活动固接的摆杆相对 应, 摆杆 132与中空内腔 11壁相贴合的那一面设有放置弯曲弹簧片的凹槽, 摆 杆 132的另一端部设有与限位相配合的凸起,置入感应组件时,置于感应组件上 的按压力使弹簧片形变且摆杆的凸起在限位槽上滑动并定位; 拆卸感应组件时, 外力按压感应组件,摆杆的凸起在滑槽上滑动并脱离限位,感应组件从开口部脱 开。
、 依据权利要求 5所述的自动冲水感应式小便器,其特征在于,所述紧固件为磁性 元件,与所述开口部内腔壁上固设设置的磁性元件位置相对应, 内腔壁磁性元件 与感应组件上磁性元件极性相反, 置入感应组件时, 两磁极相吸, 感应组件被定 为于开口部内腔; 拆卸感应组件时, 用吸盘置于开口部外侧, 感应组件被吸出。 、 依据权利要求 1所述的自动冲水感应式小便器,其特征在于,所述开口部内腔顶 部设有导向筋条, 以定位感应组件置入开口部内腔的圆周方向。
