Abstract

L'invention décrit un disjoncteur (1), comprenant : - au moins une première branche de contact (C1) comprenant au moins un premier élément de contact (P1) et au moins un premier élément de support (S1) du premier élément de contact (P1), au moins une première borne de connexion (T1) électriquement connectée à, ou intégrée dans, le premier élément de support (S1); - un mécanisme d'actionnement (15) du premier élément de support (S1) pouvant déplacer ce dernier de sorte que le premier élément de contact (P1) puisse être déplacé d'une position de repos à une position de travail, et vice versa; - une seconde branche de contact (C2) comprenant au moins un second élément de contact (P2), pouvant être mis en contact par le premier élément de contact (P1) quand celui-ci est en position de travail, et au moins un second élément de support (S2) du second élément de contact (P2) et au moins une seconde borne de connexion (T2) électriquement connectée à, ou intégrée dans, le second élément de support (S2); caractérisé en ce que le disjoncteur (1) comprend en outre une barrière mobile (60) électriquement isolante pouvant être déplacée entre : une première position de fonctionnement dans laquelle la barrière mobile (60) permet au second élément de contact (P2) d'être mis en contact avec le premier élément de contact (P1); et une seconde position de fonctionnement dans laquelle la barrière mobile (60) est au moins partiellement intercalée fonctionnellement entre le premier élément de contact (P1) et le second élément de contact (P2) pour interférer, dans le passage du premier élément de contact (P1) de la position de travail à la position de repos, avec un arc électrique qui s'étend entre lesdits éléments de contact.
