Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Ausrichten von Kontaktstiften (12) eines Steckverbinders (10) zu einer Leiterplatte (20) angegeben. Der Steckverbinder hat (10) eine Grundplatte (14) mit einer zur Verbindung mit einem Gegensteckverbinder frei liegenden vorderseitigen Hauptfläche (141) und einer der vorderseitigen Hauptfläche (141) gegenüberliegenden rückseitigen Hauptfläche (142) und eine Vielzahl von Kontaktstiften (12). Die Leiterplatte (20) hat Öffnungen (22) zur teilweisen Aufnahme von Anschlussabschnitten (120) der Kontaktstifte (12). Bei dem Verfahren wird die Leiterplatte (20) an einem Leiterplattenhalter (30) gehaltert, die Anschlussabschnitte (120) an einer Klemmvorrichtung (40; 40a 40b) fixiert und die Klemmvorrichtung (40; 40a, 40b) mit den Anschlussabschnitten (120) mittels mindestens eines Aktors (50) relativ zum Leiterplattenhalter (30) lateral verschoben und/oder gedreht, bis je ein freies Ende (122) jedes Anschlussabschnitts (120) über einer der Öffnungen (22) angeordnet ist. Die freien Enden (122) werden in die Öffnungen (22) eingeführt, so dass sich die Anschlussabschnitte (120) von der rückseitigen Hauptfläche (142) des Grundkörpers (14) bis zu der Oberfläche (201) der Leiterplatte (20) hin und weiter in Öffnungen (22) der Leiterplatte (20) hinein erstrecken. Weiterhin werden eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Ausrichten von Kontaktstiften (12) eines Steckverbinders (10) und eine Leiterplattenanordnung (5) angegeben.
